Never use this takeaway, shocking customer service from the driver and shop agent. Driver left food outside my downstairs door as we live in a flat and my wife couldnt pick the food as minding our 1yr whilst I was at work. Shop agent very rude!!!

Good ole reliable when it comes to the spicy chicken burger. We tend to gatekeep this now in the community. Everyone will say go to so-and-so instead Phillys fell off, but that’s how we protect this place. Go queue up 45mins for your order if you enjoy that sort of thing, you won’t find that at Phillys. I don’t know what the workers look like cause I have never been inside this shop for longer than 120 seconds. 11/10 they never let me down, never got my order wrong, they always open when I need them to be. Single half spicy with cheese meal, mayo on the side and rubicon mango.

Only downside was I wasn’t able to receive my coke I bought, which is mildly frustrating.

Delivery time was just under 2 hours the app was updated 20mins after order to say my food was on the way its an 8 minute journey i rang after an hour to ask and was told my food is out 1 delivery driver taking 5 food arrived cold

Hi guys I don’t generally write reviews but I highly recommend that you guys don’t eat from here especially that spicy chicken sandwich with that terrible spicy sauce. I have been up since 6 am with severe diarrhoea and it’s currently 11:35. If you’re looking for a thorough bowl cleanse then please eat by all means. If not, stay away!!!!!!

Travelled from London and stopped over to this chicken shop as I was passing by. Absolutely bad service. Chicken burgers were oily and stale. Do not visit unless you want to stay in the toilet. Food given to the homeless to enjoy. Disgusting 🤮

Food was alright. Had some issues though. We said 2 spicy chicken burgers with cheese, and the employee said "2 cheese burgers" which we quickly corrected. He seemed annoyed like we mispoke but he clearly misheard. When we got the food one burger was spicy the other was a regular chicken burger which was annoying. The chicken felt a bit dry and not that juicy. Didn't seem fresh or high quality. The spicy sauce on the chicken wasn't that spicy it could be spicier. The food was good, not great or amazing, just good. The chips were fine, could be crispier.

The food place is 20 minutes away from my house I was unsure as to why the delivery was scheduled to come at 7:45-8:00 as I ordered my food at 6:50 I wasn’t happy with this service as I had to go collect my food myself and as I called the restaurant they already had my food ready I am unhappy with this delivery service and I was charged a delivery fee for my own travels ultimately.

Never received it. Waited an hour and half and was told it was out for delivery. Rang again after two hours and they said the order hasn’t even gone out yet.

After trying virginia chi Ken in Oldham, salah's in Bradford, miami Krispy MCR, new York Krispy MCR and florida chicken in MCR; I heard a lot of hype on this place and I thought I would give it a whirl. I went for spicy chicken sandwich and hot wings. I have to say food was awesome and better than the above mentioned and reasonably priced. The coating on chicken was delicious - spicy with a crunch and wings were out of this world Customer service was brilliant, as the guys were very polite. Yes, one of my favourite chicken place in Manchester and I would definitely visit here again. Recommend to all.

This place is the one for your dipped burger / wraps wings etc. Never fails to impress always 10/10 slaps everytime. In my opinion the best one around compared to all these other chicken shops. Service is usually very quick the only con for me is they don’t take card and secondly the drinks are sometimes warm. With a spicy burger you need an ice cold drink to wash it down.

Order didn’t arrive and the customer service on the call for this restaurant was so rude. Asking me to be patient when the delivery is not coming on time. I have applied for refund and never will buy from rude people who doesn’t value time.

Philadelphia Fried Chicken is hands down the best spot for chicken burgers! I've been a regular for years, and their quality has never wavered. The chicken is always juicy and full of flavor. Nice burger chips very spicy and tasty

Took and hour plus to deliver. Chips were chucked in a bag on top of a polystyrene box with the burger in it. Veggie burger tasteless, mayo put in chicken burger where no mayo was requested, could taste the old oil in the fries and bad boy burger was super oily. Have ordered previously from here and was ok but this time pretty awful. Won’t be ordering again.

I am usually order food from this place as we really like it but today the person answered my phone call was quite rude! It was 15:50 and I asked if I can order some food he said something very fast without understanding what he is saying he hung up the phone on me I had to call back to understand what he just said. He said they start delivery at 4 o’clock? Seriously!! If you took my order I am sure you would take at least 10 minutes to prepare it !! That was last time I order from you guys as you don’t have a customer service skill.

Philly’s! What a place. Their burgers and raps are top tier munch. Dining in or Takeaway, it’s always a great place to eat. Right next to the mosque, so can pray salah and then eat after. Definitely recommend, One of Manchester’s Finest.

The food quality is hit and miss. I have had wraps which are half empty, chips that are soggy or refried, and burgers which are soggy or buns stale. Staff have poor attitude. No courtesy or etiquette when speaking to customers. Staff use no beard/hair nets or gloves whilst handling food. Regularly get orders messed up. Check before leaving the shop otherwise they will not admit they got something wrong or have you an incomplete order. Accept Cash Only. There are cash points nearby, so you won't be stuck, but it's an inconvenience.

Quality has gone down the drain. Chicken isn't cooked long enough. They don't use as many herbs and spices for their chicken anymore, just rely on the chilli sauce flavouring which is also very inconsistent. Prices have doubled since they opened.

Awefull burger..had no spice to it and was not fresh at all...chips wer dry and not fresh and a very tiny portion...not worth £7 at all...the standards have dropped at phillys...would never go again...thats coming from a customer who travelled an hour to go there...

I’m giving the honest review whenever I visit there they just asking straightaway not request from last one year I visit six time in the evening every single person holding a cash or they will take the order after that they give you to Number and tell them go get the cash from front of our ATM machine accept cash only cash straight away. Don’t bother customer need order food or not. Just ask state only cash doesn’t make sense every single even cheap Takeaway they have a credit card machine they have option in this is our bank account code and that’s it just a formality. I’m very disappointed and the food was very very bad now.

Ordered Tower Burger meal last night, when I ate it, i realised the hash brown were dark in color which shows it was overcooked or fried x2, salty burger, the chips were the worst I've ever had as they were way too greasy which is clear indication they were deep fried twice to keep it warm. The chips situation happens every single time i buy from them, it seems they are robbing customers off their money by givin out greasy chips as a meal, you will end throwin them away which you'll only be left with the burger & drink and thats not filling while they charged you as a meal, its daylight robbery. AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE as they are dishonest with their customers!! and too arrogant. plus they are puttin prices up every single time while their food quality is going downhill. They seem to not care about customers concerns whatsoever!

The burgers are ok but the wings and the chips were not good . The spicy sauce is not fantastic . I asked him to pass me a can from the fridge, he didn't accept, he told me "it's cold" it's was not cold, just fresh, they really don't care about the clients. I'll don't come back

A quick dinner fix, and this was another great find. From the menu, we got the burger meal 1 - spicy with spicy mayo. The burger was huge! For a burger meal £6.70 was a steal! I would have preferred to sit in and eat this. Unfortunately, there is no seating in this place. We sat in the car to enjoy this fresh (hands were just too grubby for a picture 🤷🏻‍♀️), and it really did satisfy. Fresh and tasty. Staff were friendly, and the service was fast. Definitely recommend this place if you're passing and want something quick, filling, and tasty. Thumbs up from me 👍🏻. Until next time 😃

entire chicken wrap meal did not arrive upon ringing the restaurant and around 5 minutes of them arguing that it was in the bag they finally agreed to send the item. After over 45 minutes rang them again to be told rudely by a member of staff that it would be here shortly. Now after over an hour till order was delivered there is still no wrap. After the service I received today I will not be eating from here again. I ordered 2 spicy burger meals but when I collected my food there was one burger meal and a chicken wrap meal. I went back inside to complain that they gave me the wrong food. Initially the man replaced the wrap for a burger so I went back in my car to eat. Both the burgers were cold so I went back inside and told him that the chicken was cold and I asked him for fresh burgers. He refused to replace the food and requested the guy at the till to give my money back. I told him I didn’t want my money back and I wanted food. He refused to replace the food so I just took the money back and went to another place where I managed to receive what I paid for which was 2 fresh chicken burger meals. I used to be a regular here. I can’t believe customers don’t complain about the food quality which was shocking today. Don’t waste your money here guys. Absolutely shocking experience today.

flavour of the spice is bang on very unique but the last few times the spicy burger has just left me pissed off coz the chicken was hard and keeps gettin stuck in my teeth maybe coz they make loads of em at once so god knows how long they been sat in shop so please keep em fresh and make the chicken soft not hard and stringy
