Another tax dodgin takeaway sayin cash only or chargin extra for card payments

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a local pizza shop, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. Not only was the pizza outstanding, but the service was exceptional as well. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. They were more than happy to recommend their personal favorites and offer suggestions based on my preferences. Overall, my experience at this pizza shop was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of delicious pizza, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere made for a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a great slice of pizza.

I order from this takeaway at least twice a month my most recent order I made a mistake and put for collection instead of delivery when I realised I rang the takeaway and asked for them to deliver it and the way I was spoken to by the staff member was absolutely disgusting. This is a takeaway I ordered from regularly and they would’ve seen that the collection was a mistake. All they needed to do was go back over and see that it was all deliveries when I spoke to the gentleman he said to me well watch do you want me to do? It wasn’t my mistake it was your mistake when I apologise and explain that I was ill in bed and I couldn’t collect it. He told me my food was on the pavement and it would stay there until someone picked it up. That to me is not good. Customer service that to me is rude and I will not be making any more orders with this company.

I am a long time user of Pizza Parlour since my early childhood growing up in Walkden. Now I’m 25 years old. I remember us ordering from here since my early teens. I would say 9 times out of 10 this place is absolutely delicious with every food item on the menu. 9 times out of 10 everything is made fresh. I have had on occasion doner meat which had been pre-portioned up (I assume for somebody else who may have cancelled or, not collected, or maybe it was the last of what was on the skewer). I am a huge fan of Pizza Parlour but you have to mention the good with the bad. Only on very rare occasions they have disappointed. Usually it is 10/10. 5 stars for me. Nobody’s food business is perfect I suppose. YOU DEFINITELY CAN NOT COMPLAIN FOR THE PRICE!! It is cheap as chips and you get good quality and value for how cheap it is.

Just ordered for the first time in a while and I've had to put it straight in the bin donner meat was hard and looked like yesterday's or even older the cheese burger smelt really weird I will never order from here again

BBQ ribs in water not sauce, special burger cremated with no salad, mayo, or onions as described on menu. Kebab on pita and not naan as ordered, cold. The staff obviously don’t care about the service or quality of orders. Would never use this place again.

If I'm brutally honest, . Such as turning up very near closing and I used the phrase what can you offer me. As everything I had previously asked for was met with a smile and a sorry . The best they had was an undercooked pitta filled with pasty, blend, what now passes as Donner Meat and salad. If it wasn't for the chilli sauce it would have been practically tasteless. best they had to offer. Overpriced compared to some of the establishments in the vicinity like ( Moreish ) Harsh but I can only speak as I find.

this is always my usual go to takeaway as the food is great and tasty especially the kebabs and pizzas, so tonight i fancied a change and tried the chicken fillet burgers as my friend said they are good so me and my partner ordered one of the burgers each with a portion of chips and some nachos. this quickly became the worse ever order iv ever had from there the burger was shocking and dry with cheese being put underneath the chicken also they didn’t put the sauce on either and as far as a fillet burger goes it most certainly wasn’t and shouldn’t be advertised as one the chips were stale and stiff the only thing that was edible were the nachos, very disappointing to say the least.

Absolutely shocking customer services my 17 year old daughter rang up to add to previous order and was greeted by a male worker she couldn't understand so she politely asked to speak to another member of staff who she knew she'd be able to understand and his response was less of the attitude and then proceeded to hang up on her this was after numerous attempts to repeat what she wanted and he still wouldn't listen

Food is good, but the customer service is not the best. Revised: Service has definitely improved. Also so a really thick fresh chili sauce, easily the best in the area if not the North West!

Ordered four pizzas the ham and mushroom should be a 1/4 one piece I got the other slices had ham,mushroom,meat feast on and pepperoni even though it doesn't say pepperoni not happy your staff are very rude bad customer service you won't be getting my custom again trying to say there is no pepperoni on I have took pictures to prove there was

Been using this takeaway for at least 10 years. Food is always perfect, piping hot a d very fresh. Inside shop is extremely clean and staff very friendly. The freebies for spending so much really up the value for money. Will keep using this as a regular for us.

Don't order from pizza parlour we ordered the other night and there was hair in all our food my nephew got a horse fly in his chips and now they are saying there going to take us to court instead of just refundin the money what a joke

First time user. Food was ok..cheese burger was fine. Pasta dish was not really nice just edible. Pasta sauces from Aldi taste better. Won't be ordering from here again. Food was on time though.

Food is great but delivery times are unacceptable. No delivery under 1 hour and living only 5 minutes walk from the store. The wait time should be displayed on the website so customers can decide are willing to wait or not before placing the order, not after the money gone through.

Lucky to get 1 star...... Absolutely shocking & definitely one to avoid. The food was horrendous, cold & tough to eat, giving 3 children & their grandmother bad stomachs. We phoned to complain, just to be told that our address would be blocked by the deluded staff member who answered. Wouldn't eat from here if it was the last place on earth!!!

I have a strange order when it comes to a burger. But they took it on board and served up exactly what I asked for. It was hot tasty and just spotvon

We order a mixed kebab on nan with chilli sauce and a doner kebab on garlic bread, arrived after 25minutes so speedy deliver at least! Then we opened the food and checked the receipt to make sure we didn't order kids meals by mistake(they was that small). We started eating the meals then checked we wasn't eating the pizza box or polystyrene tub they came in because that's what flavour the meals had in them(none at all). See through chilli with no flavour at all at least if you gonna put watered down sauce on food throw a chilli in to heat the sauce up abit. Chicken no flavour what so ever and dryer than a nuns flute Garlic bread that the kebab came on was slightly useful I took it to the field with the dog for a game of Frisbee. It was that tasteless I had to do a covid test after to make sure I hadn't got it that's why I couldn't taste it. Results were negative so it is just that bad

Been ordering from here since I was 13. Never had any issues and food is bang on. Unsure why so many negative reviews. Definitely the best pizza/kebab in the area. Delivery drivers are down to earth and the food is top drawer.

Ordered a cheesy garlic bread it was cold and oily. Rang them and no apology just got told “we’ll never order again from here then”. So shocked at the lack of service and food. Grim

Very tasty , large portion of Parlour Kebab , great meats, chips was ok , but one thing could be changed, paying by card only from 10 pounds.. in XII century, and pandemic covid19 times that is nonsense a specially that, will be good thing .

Been using pizza parlour since Jimmy Chow opened the place in 1988. 5 receipt deal refused for first time according to management due to Coronavirus. Profiteering at it’s best!!!!!!

Great food great customer service

When they bother to write your order down it’s nice but the rest of the time they send you the wrong food and accuse your of asking for something else. I’m done with them horrible muppets.

I Waited 1hour 2o min for my order. When the Order come it was completely wrong. I phoned up and was told a new order would be sent out. Never did this happen, then we found a female hair gunning through the dough of the pizza. I phoned The restaurant again and I was laughed at down the phone, then I was told I would get my money back 2025 how unprofessional, Never again!!!! This place Needs shutting down.

Horrible customer service laughed at a complaint of a hair through the food and wouldn’t correct it place is disgusting and needs shutting down needs less than one star.

Who ever answers your phone to take orders.. sack them! Arrogant. Asked for flipper and sub the meat for chips as I'm veggie .. "no cant do that costs more money" well we didnt mind paying "no cant do it" ok can we have a flipper with no meat "no cant do that" no sorry no thank arrogant rude pig! Sack them before your lose more loyal custom we have been having pizza parlour for years and years ... wont ever order again as long as THAT is still taking orders. If you cant work under pressure and cater to people then get out of a customer service roll!

ordered from here for years never had a bad meal tonight the pasta was cold garlic bread was warm i phoned up and complained the manager argued with me, i wasnt after a refund i wanted a apology for it being cold now im barred from ordering im gutted cos its nice food

Approx 1 mile away, delivery took an hour. Overall disappointed and wouldn’t use again. Everything was under warm and the chips and onion rings were very soggy.

Terrible customer service ...I’m allergic to dairy so I asked them to check the chicken and one of the guys got on the phone and said we don’t do orders like this and put the phone down.

Should have shared a while. Used to be a regular customer order always came ok.... wouldn't say great. Then mistakes started happening, wrong salad on my order or hot sauce when I can eat spice. Phone up to tell them my order is ruined to be told not to order from them ever again.... gladly done so and found an great takeaway with good price food always correct and staff care about their customers.

Happy New Year to all our customer. Over 7 years of ownership of Pizza Parlour, we did our best to bring good quality food with really reasonable price to Walkden area. As a result of it, our shop has 5 stars hygiene for over these years. It is impossible to make happy all the customers. Despite our great efforts, some customers try to exploit our great deals which is not acceptable. We are doing our best to give you best services and you can help us by your supporting . I see some of the customers who made a bad comment here after trying the other pizza shop's food, start shopping from us again. I am a regular here and have been for past 6-8 months and normally food is lovely but tonight when I ordered my food was not what we normally get. My chicken kebab was pink and chewy(uncooked) totally put me off my food. The doner meat is hard and cold. Pizza parlour you have lost a loyal customer.

Best takeaway shop going. Portion are really good and for good prices.

Been ordering from here since I moved into the area in February! The chicken kebabs are on top, the only thing I would suggest is to cut the chicken pieces in to smaller pieces, chips are so nice and food is always hot and exactly how I want my kebab to arrive(plain but with a separate dip) polite delivery driver!

Been using pizza parlour for nearly 11 years and it's by far the most consistent takeaway and I've tried a few. Pizzas are on par if not better than dominoes and for a third of the price. Donner meat is always fresh and the chilli sauce is spot on. Always quick to deliver and delivery drivers are sound.

The only reason we order from here mainly is for chilli dip. Forgot dip and waited 30 mins extra for it! The customer service are rude and ignorant! Won't let me make complaints with manager. Food cold or under cooked management are shocking, rude and abusive! Kebab meat is greasy and does not taste like kebab meat and chicken isdiscusting and so is garlic mayo. When trying to speak to staff about these concerns the foreign men were rude and obnoxious

This is the best takeaway in Walkden. Never had a bad meal from here, always consistently good. Pizza & Kebab are spot on.

I ordered food from this takeaway shop to be delivered late last night. I got most of the way through my pizza, and got something stuck in my teeth. It was a short, black hair. I have long, blonde hair, this was definitely not my hair. Called the shop today to complain as by the time I ate the pizza, it was closed. Said I'd not told anyone else as yet, as I wanted to give them the chance to sort the issue. They called me back after speaking to the boss, and I have been told they're unwilling to do anything about this and that I can do what I like with reporting them, and more laughably that I'M BANNED from ordering again. Like I'd order from them again after this? They're not bothered at all about the foreign object in my food, so I have called environmental health to report them, as I notice another person below had the same issue. I still have leftovers, and the hair here for investigation by authorities.

Iv ordered plenty from here and its my regular takeaway from pizzas to calzones even the fries are good. Occasionally get soggy chips but i overlook this as its always fast and hot. Also very friendly drivers.

Found a long hair in my food when I rang up to complain the man who answered the phone was of no use whatsoever. It was a £22.00 order and I am bald so it definitely wasn't mine won't be ordering from here again only got one star cause I didn't have the option to press no star
