Love ordering food from here. Being inside restaurant various times, they are always very friendly. Good customer service, good food and fair price.

The food was up to a really good standard and the customer service was so warm and welcoming, would definitely recommend to someone look for a takeaway

DEAD BEETLE IN FOOD (see pictures)! Found a dead beetle in the pizza box, its legs had all broken off and were under the actual pizza too, reported it to the restaurant and no apology. Rude man on the other end of the phone interrogated me and said he'd send another pizza. I initially agreed, however rang back and cancelled it and requested a full refund as the food went straight in the bin. Awful customer service, no apology, and palmed me off to Just Eat as they didn't want to deal with it. Would never eat here again.

Got the spicy chicken burger and it was bang on and massive. Very having that again

Ordered here now about four times and their food is a hit or miss.. But most importantly their customer service here is appalling...They are extremely arrogant, rude and always trying to provoke an argument with customers for issues that are clearly their fault...They all need to undergo training in customer service and I WON'T be patronising them again even if they are my very last option..

Its alright cheap food cheap quality, its always late though. When phoned all they can say is Ye 5 minz m8 5 mins br0o0o0

2 out of 3 have been sent incorrectly and when phoned got a person saying what do you want me do about it. And no offer of replacements

Only found this place a few months ago and we're addicted. Peri burger is the best we've ever had. Gravy is lovely as are the chips. Pizza isn't great but we know not to order that again. Delivery drivers are hit and miss, we've had one who was quite rude but the other 2 have been lovely and helpful.

Got really bad case of food poisoning from this place. Avoid at all costs

Pretty standard town centre takeaway.... Nice and clean, good decor and atmosphere actually.... Never thought about that in a takeaway before....! Nice friendly staff, polite and quick service... Food perfectly edible but not been many times so yet to explore the menu...! Would recommend and will go back

Food took 40 minutes to arrive, driver did not know where to go, he also did not know english very well. The boxes that were delivered had bones and tissues inside with no food. Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I go here exclusively for fried chicken, KFC can't touch these guy's chicken. It's always piping hot, delicious and is never greasy. The pizzas taste really nice as well.

Absoulty disgusting spent £30 on food tonight to find hairs in the food which we had throw away then we had a wrong item and all I got was we can have some more chips that isn't good enough as I spent a lot of money on food I didn't get to eat please do not order from here

Ordered chicken donner burger in house was served a pile of uncooked RAW slop, refused a refund even though it was clearly raw chicken. Avoid if you value your health. Absolutely disgusting.

Extremely poor quality, the waffle was wet and soggy, couldn't even finish it. Restaurant would not agree to a refund. Absolutely 100% avoid.

Ordered via just eat from here numerous times and never been disappointed. Food is great and delivery times are great. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews! Maybe they've listened and improved?? Not had a problem in last 6 months or so since we discovered them?

I ordered 2 Peri Peri burger meals which come with burger, fries, 3 wings & a drink stated for £6.50 yet I received ONLY burger, chips & drink. When I called Akii's his response was that his menu on deliveroo is wrong? Not sure how this is my fault.. anyway so I asked him to correct this by either sending me the wings or to just give me a refund for the difference and surprisingly he was unable to do neither... what a joke... you pay more but you get less.. never to order from the place again. Please respect your customers.

Really tasty fried chicken, pizza and milkshake place....

Chips were stale, whatever the chicken was cooked in made us sick, kebab was however good but had better, won't be visiting again.

Disgusting, i asked for them NOT to knock on my door when they came they did not call me they banged on my window, I received my kabab it was cold and the chicken had a hard lump of bone in it, when I called up the man was very rude and put the phone down on me! I do not recommend ordering from here as you will probably get food poisoning, it's awful

I assume the owner of this takeaway creates fake accounts and writes his own reviews? Seriously, take a look at some of the names who appear to eat here every other day and rate it 5 stars ie. Steve, Jeson, Suzan. Btw "Danal" says it's his first time eating there AFTER numerous prevous reviews of the place..... Definitely fake reviews and don't trust this place one bit!!! Better to read the reviews of people who actually spend time writing proper reviews and surprisingly the average rating then drops dramatically. Went in tonight to order a kebab and was told they were unable to accept my £20 note as it had a rip in it (I'd just got it from a local cash machine 2 mjnutes earlier). Bad start and the guy serving me had a poor attitude so I made it clear I was unhappy and went back to the local cash machine and withdrew more cash. I then returned to the shop and ordered a donner kebab with full salad, garlic mayo and chilli sauce. The guy serving me proceeded to put about half a gallon of ridiculously hot chilli sauce on my kebab which basically made it inedible. I assume this was out of spite because I challenged their pettiness with the ripped note. There was also a young girl in there ordering waffles who they also treated like dirt. She ordered from the menu and then when she went to pay they told her the prices were completely different from what was on their own menu above the counter (I checked myself and they just seemed to be making the prices up as they went along). The poor young girl (she must have been about 16) then had to go back out to the cash machine and get more money to cover the difference. In summary..... crap service..... average food and I won't be going back.

Awful the food was 25 mins late our food was soggy and cold chicken fillet burger tasted sour only good thing was the milkshake 😡😡 will never be orderi g from here again !!
