Subway in Salford

Staff are rude and abrupt. Try to insist on customers using automated system with no understanding that some customers do not want to. All three machines not working when I went.

Food was cold and barely cut. Delivery time was atrocious and kept getting pushed back.

Whoever thought of putting bacon and cheese on a hot cross bun needs a big pat on the back. Was lovely.

Not sure if I dont like the new menu, and maybe the flavours have changed a little from the taste that you become familiar with. Anyway, lower score because i found the staff Cold, and made an error on the till

so, as a fellow subway worker i entered this premises with a mind of judgement on the workers skills at being a sandwich artist. As i opened the door, there was nothing but silence, very quiet in this place however it was very clean 😋. no people talked to us only machines to order from which i’m not a big fan of but it will do. I got home and open the bag, the sandwiches looks EH. one was very well packed with salads and the other looked like it was pounded by donkey kong, but on the other half it was tasty and yummers. i shall as a sandwich artist myself rate this subway a 7/10 👹🤠👍

Orfered footlong sidekicks of doritos. It was only half full and cheese wasnt melted on them.

New system is rubbish. Placing an order via the machines takes too long (they keep freezing), staff end up having to place the orders for people anyway, making orders takes too long now because of this system. Was so much faster and easier before the machines! Just don’t have enough time now on my lunch break to visit this subway anymore.

Don't like the self service choosing system, very confusing.

The Mexicans Crunch was nice only down side is that not a lot of beef was on it about 4 peices in total what a shame everything else spot on

Like every American chain they come here with amazing food a couple of years later there feeding u low quality small portion as in meats and high prices avoid American fast food they don’t just rob u they take the pods wile doing it

So slow, bring back the old way it worked, can't believe it's taken over 15 mins to get food, and the staff obviously don't care and just dawdling around!!!

The guys that’s work there lovely people but the little Asian lady that works there is dead rude heard we said we didn’t like something got home and she’s put it in the sandwich give us attitude when asking for a cub that she forgot to give me and didn’t even look like she cared don’t think someone like that should be working there as the guys are really nice and it just makes them and the place look bad because off one woman please sort this out not the only person that has said this and has been happening for a while

I ordered the food for quarter to 6 and it didn't arrive until 18:22. Everything is cold, I should have just cancelled the order. First and last time ordering from this specific subway.

Not a great meal, some of the food was inedible (nachos & chilli bites) sub was soggy. On the plus side got to use the cookie as a doorstop it was that hard

it kept changing the delivery time so it took over an hour to arrive. the driver went to other places first yet my house is down the road it’s on the same street and the food has come all cold. We paid extra for an ice cream that didn’t even arrive !

They gave me the wrong foot long sub. I don’t know what this was but it wasn’t my order. You added meatballs to it. I didn’t order turkey and meatballs, I ordered turkey and ham. As usual you sent me any cookie you felt like, not what I selected.

Ordered two salads and both had very minimal ingredients. Much smaller than how much you usually get in a normal salad from subway.

The delivery driver didn’t bring the food to my door I’m 8 months pregnant and have had to walk across the road to get my food when I’ve payed for delivery not collection!!!! Absolutely disgraceful.

Quite literally the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The server Ajay showed absolutely no interest in being there or serving us. Now I can understand if there's a big queue or it's the busy lunchtime rush, but the place is dead and we turned up at 14:30. The attitude on Ajay is appalling and to make it worse they didn't even have any lettuce. Can never fault the food because its Subway and a good sandwich always slaps but my god someone check on Ajay man he's one bad sandwich way from crying.

I accidentally picked non toasted bread so I rang the subway 30 seconds later but the staff said it had already left but it’s only a 5 minute walk from me and the order didn’t arrrive for another 20 minutes so I believe the staff lied, also I only received lettuce so no sweetcorn no onions or sauce, I wasn’t able to eat the sub as it was cold(my mistake but the staff couldn’t have made it before I called to rectify)

Nachos was burnt that couldn't eat them. Delivery driver can't read a map and went to a different area making the food cold.
