McDonald's in Salford

Got my food wrong. Called in to ask for new food and they rudely cut me off mid conversation.

Kitchen filthy. Service poor if you are inside , get served quicker if you are in a car.should just turn it into a drive through . Food cold by the time you eventually get it. Won’t be going there again.

We went here for breakfast and was extremely happy with the food and service we received. The staff were all super smiley and the food was fresh and hot! Over all it was a good experience and we will definitely be coming back to visit the store in the future!

This has to be the worse McDonald's around. Milkshakes and Fanta are NEVER available. Service takes absolutely ages and there's a massive focus on drive thru rather than in store.

Great food! Staff were quick and helpful. Went for the classic big mac meal with a coke and a side of halloumi bites. Really tasty and piping hot.

Had a great experience in this mcdonalds was better than a few mcdonalds i have been in- all the staff were very polite and particularly a girl in a white shirt with blonde hair was very helpul and attentive to our needs - i feel sad i didnt get the girls name in the white shirt to be able to thank her and at least name her so her management know how much of a good job she is doing Regards

Brought the kids in for some dinner before we went to bounce! really nice experience for the kids and they had colouring pads out (don’t get this often)

Could this be the worst McDonalds in the UK? None of the staff have a clue. The place is always chaos. Cars round the block for the Drive Thru then told after 20 minutes to back up, park up and go in the restaurant to order - age old excuse- ‘the system has gone down’. Waited another 20 minutes inside for food - then had to ask where the order was. The staff couldn’t comprehend that food has been ordered asking to see receipt with surprise. ‘Supervisor/manager’ with long hair in ponytail slopping all over the food. And half the staff outside on vape break. Do McDonalds ever send out inspectors? Try a call at 8pm mid week. Never again.

By far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been at! Waited for 45 minutes for 4 burgers and then an other 30 minutes just for 3 apple pies and one ice cream! Their only focus was on the drive through meanwhile so many people waiting inside by the counter! Even though our numbers were shown on the screen to collect but nothing was given to us and we got to the point that we had to ask for a refund as we were a tourist and didn’t have 10 hours waiting for 3 apple pies and ice cream! Zero customer service and thank god we don’t live here to deal with such a terrible place!

Dropped in to the Pendlebury store on the way home with the kids was happy with the service, clean store in and out. Service with smile happy customers

Don't know if this McDonald's can get any worse. I got Uber eats for my little girl because the que is so bad when you go thought I was being clever but no they forgot to give the uber eats driver the food only give him the milkshake so i had to drive up and get the food so it was pointless and wasted 4 pounds delivery and then had to wait the manager didn't even come over after I ask for him I could here the lad say to him a customer wants you about the missing food and still didn't come over why I was in the que 3 people where complain about missing food or the drinks being half full next time im going to the Salford one

Big tasty no lettuce tomato or sauce just a burger on a bun. Large coke half empty spilt in the bag It’s a joke these things happen all the time

Workers don’t get order right found a fly in my burger my chicken nuggets was raw and tasted like bum hair in my sealed sauce ewwww worked no hair net and packed in the place tables never wiped no ice cream machines !!!!!! No no no

It’s a joke. Never have a full menu no matter when you go. Have to go to this site because it’s the closest and my food is still warm. Check your chicken nuggets because mine are always short.

Tried the breakfast wrap for the first time and it was lovely. Hot and very filling. Quick service, only had to park up for a couple of minutes before they brought the food out. No complaints.

This was the second time within a week that they failed to have the right products! No milkshakes yet again! The Big Mac Chicken burger, unable to sell because it's not on the till??? Another poor quality food, Mc Spicy Frank Red Hot chicken burgers, no jalapeños! Thrown together, then the quarter pound cheese, no pickles! Do the staff nit know how to make simple burgers!! Avoid! Tried to complain and they advised me to complain to uber! They delivery NOT make the products!! Mac Donald's get a grip!

Ordered without sauce and received this mess. Didn't realise till I got home either, service has gone right down in this place. Not worth the stop.

I have been to this store numerous occasions last year and this, but i can never get a milkshake ! All they ever say is "machine is not working " 😕 I'm guessing they are too lazy to clean machine!!

I visited here around 9.30 am. The restaurant was virtually empty. There was one customer ahead of me. We had both placed our order using the self order system. I only ordered a coffee. 20 minutes later, it arrives. Utterly deplorable service. Even worse, the lady who ordered before me was still waiting as I left.

Delivery order via uber. Absolutely shocking fries look like they had made and left for days. No sauces with 5 select meal. No straws for drinks. Hot chocolate was disgusting definitely not drinkable just thrown down the sink. Wrap and burger stone cold. How do they get away with it. A treat turned into a disaster.

How difficult is it to get a order correct?? Sausage and egg muffin meal with no egg????? I ask for no egg because I have a intolerance to egg. I ordered from the drive through, drive to work and it has egg on it. Very poor service, just need to listen and read the order put through. No breakfast today I guess....

The manager of the swinton McDonald’s is clearly not capable and doing a terrible job Food is always cold Soggy Just never fresh Chip carton always half full .. Spent £30 and most of it is in the bin Eccles spot on always hot never have a problem

Absolutely awful! Got served half a portion of refried fries which was very clear as they were 50 different shades. So went back in and asked for “fresh fries” and the woman said “They just came out you can’t get fresher than this” She still handed me a “new”portion of fries and they looked liked this…(see picture attached) She eventually put a new basket of fries in but mixed the old ones in with it. In the end I had a mixture of underdone fries, soggy fries, crunchy fries, burnt fries etc. Absolute joke!

Went with granddaughter again , about 4th time this month, went at different times each time, No milkshake's I ask attendant why? She said the machine only comes on at certain times ?? Why advertise them if they are not going to produce it!!!

The ambience was good and the service was nice. The food is also good but some items are missing in the salad (the same food has more items in salads at another McD). Maybe it's due to night time apart from that everything was good.

Very rarely have Milkshakes, never known a McDonalds as bad as this one. Not ran very well. Needs to change hands and get in a Franchisee that is more organised. Piss poor.

The building needs expanding.. its always busy inside and drive thru the last few times I've had to wait 10mins in the car park due to high damend and short staff.

Unikajcie jak ognia ten restauracji bo w standardzie już jest to ze notorycznie brakuje mcflurrys. Oczywiście zamówienie przyjęte podjeżdżam do okienka po odbiór zamówienia i bardzo nam przykro ale maszyna do lodów się popsuła po czym oferują zamiennik brownie lub coś innego. Po przyjeździe do domu okazuje się ze brakowało dwóch rzeczy co przydarzyło się kolejny raz. Wiec oczywiście znów muszę jechać do restauracji marnować mój czas i paliwo bo jakiś pajac nie dopilnowal zamówienia. Na miejscu manager jest oschły i zachowuje się jakby nic się nie stało nawet słowa przepraszam nie usłyszałem. Co do jakości frytek były ochydne wszystkie wyładowały w koszu. Beznadziejne miejsce miarka się już przebrała, nigdy więcej nie zamówię jedzenia w ten restauracji.

Never get the order correct - always missing off sauces that are paid for or pack the order so everything is squashed. Must not be managed correctly.

This mcdonalds took and let us pay for our order, they then informed us the McFlurry machine was broken. This is pretty standard there. We asked for a refund and were told we couldn't have one because there was only supervisors there and no manager. I'm pretty sure this is illegal but we decided to argue it anyway as we were being told to come back the next day. The first supervisor started shouting at us and then walked off half way through me talking, she hid in the back and point blank refused to come out. They then sent out a floor worker who once again refused to refund us but then when a few other customers started loudly pointing out this is the worst mcdonalds around she screamed "WHY DONT YOU ALL GO F£%%KING SOMWHERE ELSE THEN" and then had to be physically out the back while still screaming at the customers. The other supervisor came out and to his credit he was a pretty reasonable guy and it was clear we weren't getting a refund that night. Next day my wife called CALLUM the manager who apologised and said were entitled to two free meals. We eventually tonight went in for the 2 free meals, which was the biggest song and dance I've ever been through I wish they hadn't bothered.we didn't get a like for like meal for what we bought that night anyways. The worst part about all of this happened afterwards. While floor staff I cam accept poor service from but the manager CALLUM after dealing with me very rudely, went over to the supervisors and other staff and in a huddle said to one of the female workers "there a husband and for you over there" he didn't realise I was right over the counter watching him and he saw that I had seen him. He then quickly made his way out the back embarrassed. I've never been so insulted and treated unprofessionally in my life. What an absolute joke this mcdonalds is. Store managers making personal insults. @mcdonaalds

Staff are rude and food was cold. I went before peak time (before lunch). I know we don't expect much from McDonald's but quick, warm food is the minimum

Relatively standard as McDonald’s goes, although the store always appears clean and tidy, staff attending to the cleaning in and out. There is a totally separate collection area for the delivery services which means the ordering and collection area isn’t overly busy with people hanging around in the way.

Swinton McDonalds is one of the best in the area, the wait time was short, the food was all fresh, we chose table service and Charlie (no stars on his badge) brought it over, was super pleasant, asked us if we needed anything else and we said no but then he suggested napkins and went and got us some. Really helpful guy.

I just went for a coffee whilst waiting for my daughter who had an appointment elsewhere. The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was good so I was fine to sit alone until my daughter joined me

Gives a bad name to restaurant. Food was just okay, no ice cream, no milkshakes, and concentrates on Uber eats more than customers. The price is shockingly expensive £20 for 2 meals with drinks. Will not go back to another Mcdonald.

Self service machine not giving out number ticket,very slow at the counter.

Hash brown was very potatoe-ey. Someone actually sat and thought about the car park design, not for long, but someone actually did.

What's the point of the screens over the counter? Within minutes it goes from 'preparing' to 'collect' and then one waits for 20+ minutes at the counter with tens of other frustrated customers. Might as remove the screens and make customers wait for staff to shout their number, would be less frustrating...

More often than not there is multiple problems with orders from this mcdonald's, whether its missing items or foods just not up to standard, when you call up to try rectify this they say its not there problem and so do the delivery courier so your basically wasting your time if they've made a mistake and you want to put it right

Ordered this evening via JustEat at 6.33pm. Arrived at 8.23pm. All cold and items missing. Not the first time either.

I had ordered 2 wrap of the day, 2 chips and 2 mayo, through drive in this afternoon around. 12:51pm on my way Oldham. When I reached there one of the wraps were missing. Tried calling but the phone is always busy. Really disappointed as that was the meal for my kids playing a match.

This is the worse McDonald's I've eve had to go to. They forget everything and the standard of food its absolutely disgusting. I'm boy cotting this I'll drive mile past this one. Manager need to do some serious improvements!

Ordered through McDelivery and they are consistently missing items from my order. And not even just the sides, which would be easier to miss. This time they missed off my McMuffin which is the main part or my meal. Trying to get a refund through McDonalds/Uber is a nightmare as they only want to give me a voucher on my next meal when I don't wish to spend any more money with them. I just want my money back.

Prices are now higher which no longer makes McDonald's value for money fast food

Leon the manager here is a credit to McDonald’s and this branch. He helped me out today and I am incredibly grateful. There was a blonde lady working between 9 and 10am who was incredibly lovely too. Leon & the female staff member mentioned need recognition for their excellent ability to assist customers. I am so grateful to them both. Their customer service is exceptional. Thank you to you both! The tables were really dirty, there weren’t enough tables that were cleaned so people could sit dow. And there were 2 managers that saw that, but didn’t do anything about it.

We visit McDonald's weekly and mostly find that the service and food are up to standard, when there is an issue, it is rectified very quickly.

Just been to this mcdonalds drive through .ordered my food payed for it then went to pick up window then told to park up when I asked why I had to park up was told food not ready yet So no parking spaces as I had to drive round again but all parking spaces full had to park in front of 2 parked cars . Then staff coming out with food so betime they find the right car for order food is cold unbelivable shocking service never will I go here again

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s in the country. Unnecessary long waiting times, there is nothing ‘fast’ about this food. Food quality is always poor - cold/stale. Tonight was the icing on the cake - 25 minute wait, no explanation, ended up driving off with no food. Avoid at all costs - better service at Bury or Salford restaurants.
