McDonald's in Salford

This place needs shutting down. Staff are like zombies, food is cold and half the order missing

Sack them all. Horrendously slow, ignore the indoor patrons to service the drive thru and all in the wrong order.

Food fine cleanliness not no table's cleaned or floor swept in the 45 minutes we were there.

Been here a few times, never got everything we wanted. Either no milkshakes, told to wait for an item on our order while the rest of the food goes cold or no carbonated drinks last time.

Ordered 2 Big Tasty Meals with bacon through Justeat. One arrived without and the other had this amount of bacon on it. Clearly can’t follow an order!

First time in ages I went inside a McDonald's. What a horrible experience. Soulless atmosphere, practically invisible staff, broken pay kiosks, slow order fulfillment, and cold and incorrect food order when it finally arrived. McDonald's was never meant to be a five-star restaurant . But it was always fast, cheap, cheerful, and tasty. Every single one of those qualities is now gone. Absolutely abysmal experience. Will not be back.

I really do love McDonald’s and have visited many branches. However my experience at the Pendlebury restaurant on 14th Dec was very poor. Rude unhelpful woman on drive through. My paid order on the app disappeared but it still took my £28 from my account. Had to wait 30 minutes whilst sorting the problem inside to try and get my food. After leaving with food, it wasn’t what I’d ordered. Food was stone cold. The bread was stale, now I feel sick and have an off belly. Definitely avoiding this McDonald’s and going to leave the experience as a loss financially , I couldn’t bare to return for a refund.

"Can I ask you to park up" 40 minutes later, you're given cold food and there's always something incorrect or missing. They take your money and hold your food hostage. Edited to include the state of a local mcdonalds

Mcdonalds Pendlebury can’t follow simple instructions.. I will never order again a Big Mac through delivery service as never get it right and its waste of food cuz mine went in the bin!

Just visited this McDonald’s the inside of the restaurant was absolutely disgusting! There was food everywhere all over floor all over the seats I chose to eat in my car as it was a health hazard. I asked one of the staff if there was anyone cleaning and they said they replied with ATTITUDE were busy.. SHAME on the management here. You FAILED. My food was half warm but edible. GRUBBY pics included 🤢

Really don't know i take a chance and re use this place but I've decided im 100%done now, food is always cold always wrong and for some reason stop doing milkshakes and ice cream at a certain time of the evening. All the Uber drivers ect have now manners and park anywhere and dont care about other carpark users .really shocking this place.

We always got my order wrong but charged me for the other order - ordered a breakfast roll and when got home with it I had a plain bacon roll with nothing else on it, was vile. Asked for 2 lattes got 2 cold regular coffees which couldn’t even drink. Shocking as always don’t Know I go.

I really like the wraps the burgers,chips and fries are always tasty drinks and ice cream as well would highly recommend.

The McDonald’s on Bolton Road has seen better days, and it’s starting to show signs of decline. I visited around 9 p.m., and the place was noticeably dirty, with tables and seats left uncleaned and bits of fries and papers scattered on the floor. While the prices remain affordable and the staff seemed to be doing their best, the overall atmosphere is beginning to feel outdated and poorly maintained. A bit of care and attention could really improve the experience here.

Delivery time went up 15 mins from what it stated. Order that arrived was wrong. Couple of items were right. Food was hard which did arrive. Shocking. Why pay a service charge when clearly service needs improving. This is not the first time and keeps happening from this branch

Apart from the burnt burger, cold apple pie, wrong item and one of the items thrown in the bag so it fell out everywhere It was OK.... Absolutely shocking place, I keep coming back because its local but not going to bother in future.

Delivery driver no problem. Food quality isn’t that great chips are always cold and portion size is ridiculous ask for medium and getting a small. Burger are cold. Everytime I order it’s same issue won’t be order from here again next time I’ll drive and pick up else where. Finally learnt my lesson order from this one.

Food arrived after an hour then it was not even our order that arrived, delivery guy blamed the store, store blamed the delivery guy, no one taking ownership. Never ordering delivery again!

Absolutely shocking the burgers are so cold the cheese is solid not melted. Go to Radcliffe. Thos one is the worst ever

the place is small busy and seemingly not as efficiently run as others are. 8 appreciate there is a drive through business that keeps the kitchen busy

The food in McDonald was made straight away and the delivery came later than food lasted worm They would have kept on top of the oven and I had to microwave it and believe it was waste of money. Not acceptable.

I placed the order for 3 happy meals and 20 chicken nuggets for 3 children at 16:45 and it was delivered at 18:50 freezing cold. The children were too tired to eat it and it was dry and cold. I would like a refund. 2 hours late is a joke.

Unfortunately this McDonald’s is my closest one and I always begrudgingly go when I fancy one. The general incompetence at this place is astounding and ‘fast food’ certainly does not apply here. The food is always a let down. I’m not sure how it’s possible, but almost every single meal I’ve ordered has come with husks of what were once chips. The few times I have ordered inside, the service is incredibly slow with no apology for 15-20 minutes waiting so I presume it’s the standard. I have also never managed to successfully order a milkshake from here, and more recently even Fanta is rarely an option. Staff will very rarely pack the sauces ordered or offer any when ordering selects etc. Queueing in the drive thru this morning with 10 minutes to spare until 11am and eventually sitting there with no one taking orders for 2-3 minutes at a time was the final straw for me. Other McDonald’s stores are great at what they do, but this one would probably be just as useful if it was closed.

Awful experience received. Fithy restaurant covered in rubbish unclean tables and food splattered on walls,floor and surfaces. Not busy at all and enough staff to clean, food took nearly 30 mins to be prepared. Chips were cold and not cooked properly and blue plastic packaging found in sweet chilli chicking wrap. Customer service shocking when reported concerns. Avoid!.

Ordered 2 happy meals, plant based meal deal, mcflurrries and milkshakes. It arrived, nuggets missing from BOTH happy meal, no drink with one of the happy meals, and no milkshakes, instead they swapped with two cokes which taste watered down

God knows what sort of people they employ here but ordered online and my whole main meal wasn't in the bag! Just the cheese bites and dip. Avoid ordering from here if you don't want to be ripped off or remain hungry and out of pocket!

I placed an order through the app with McDonald's at 447 Bolton Road Pendlebury (M27 8BB) today, 18/09/24 at 20:00. The order arrived, but the 6-nugget box was missing. I called the restaurant, and when I complained, the woman who answered pretended she couldn’t hear me and then hung up. I’ve tried calling back multiple times, and now they’re ignoring my calls altogether. This is an absolute disgrace—you took my money and didn’t deliver my full order. The worst part is the blatant rudeness of pretending not to hear me just to avoid dealing with the problem. This is beyond unprofessional and feels like a complete scam

Check your change with this one. No Fanta, no milkshakes, got charged for large meals and given regular. Filled with scallies. Chips were half cooked. Not a one off but finally reviewing. £14 for a big Mac meal and a quarter pounder meal. Worst run Maccies in the area.
