McDonald's in Salford

Freezing cold food , wait time kept going longer and longer after ordering. Avoid this Mc Donald’s worse one in the area.

Had to walk 2 streets down to collect. Absolute joke!

£25! 9 nuggets & a coke! Why you think it’s acceptable to not pack the order? It’s beyond me!!!

Driver was stuck at another customers apartment block which resulted in ours being 45 minutes late freezing cold and the drinks tipped over on his bike! What a joke

The driver picked up two orders and took approx 20 mins to delivery ours from pick up. Advised stone cold and wanted to cancel. He became argumentative would only swap it and not cancel it. He then walked away.

All McDonald's are not the same.. but it may have been the time of my visit as it was not busy. Everything was so fresh and hot, the fries exceptionally crispy and hot. Makes me wanna only visit at night times!

I was given the wrong order. Instead of banana milkshake it was replaced with another flavour, which tasted so awful that I had to throw it and I found that really upsetting, as I’m a big believer in NOT WASTING food. Not happy at all.

Why have I just paid nearly 14 pound for a supposed 2 triple cheeseburger drink and fries and only been given a bag with fries and a drink in it. It's really not a hard order it's 2 burgers with no toppings so even easier to remember I never understand how this happens. I'd sort of understand if I had a complicated order I can't order it any more plain if I tried.

Absolutely not worth going can't even get an order right, no chicken nuggets . So ordered a happy meal for my daughter a toy one and ordered dip. Get home not a toy one given a book and no dip at all. Clearly showed on the box as well i ordered it. Clearly staff don't know how to read and the management Absolutely useless. Now have an unhappy child cos she not got what she asked for. Staff need a lesson in reading !!

Drive dropped my good and ruined my order

This McDonald's as got to be the worst one on the planet. Went through the drive through and ordered three childrens meals .when 1 got home the happy meal was missing. Returned to the restaurant spoke to the manager about the missing meal who just laughed while stating it was a mistake .this isn't the first time this as happened infact we had to stop getting it delivered because there was always something missing from the order

driver was arrogant and rude , phoned me to come and get my order I'm disabled so couldn't,I gave him a tip which I wouldn't do again if he's having a bad day he shouldn't take it out on customers I won't be ordering again, even giving him the code was hard he just stormed off ,so he's spoilt it for the other drivers

Food quality as expected but it was lukewarm to cold. I know they’re delivering food in cool temperatures but if smaller food places can achieve this, there’s no excuse for a big outfit like McD’s. Otherwise, all ok.
