McDonald's in Salford

Fast delivery. Food was hot when we received it. The milkshaked were extremely nice.

Did not show up after almost 2 hours and was refused a refund

My order is wrong everytime always missing items! Should double check before sending out!

Food all cold and food not even correctly put into bags chips and nuggets all outside of the boxes in the bottom of the bag wouldn’t recommend ordering online will be going to McDonald’s to order and pick up myself in future

Driver travelled 4.4 miles from the location I set the order as because I got the location wrong and he delivered the food very fast and was really nice, 10/10

The driver was quite rude I was waiting for him and he was stopped at different building and when he finally got to my building he was complaining that I was waiting for too long and he has other job to do. I found it very disrespectful

I live literally a 2 minute drive from McDonald’s I’ve ordered food twice in 3 days and it’s been stone cold this is not acceptable at all and I’m very unhappy

This branch is on another level of incompetent. Every single time without fail, the order is wrong, cold they NEVER put sauces in, straws or napkins. Even though I specifically put a note on to politely ask to remember to put them in. The notes don’t get read and the orders don’t get checked by “managers”. It’s a joke how something so simple gets missed every time. The staff clearly can’t be bothered to even read the order or do their job properly. It’s actually embarrassing. Okay bye.

Great place for McDonald's pit stop. They are open until late hoursbof morning, have toilet facilities for all. They have drive thru and loads of parking available for eat in customers. Would recommend this McDonald's branch over others as I know they will be open at almost all hours. I know this as I have been here at 2am in the past.

I wish I hadn't watched my burgers being made. No one was cleaning up the bags and food people had left on the tables either.

just paid £35 for freezing cold food and now got 6 unhappy kids. why send it out if the food is gonna be freezing. not paying that amount of money for cold food. annoyed is not the word

There was no syrup with my pancakes the whole point of pancakes and syrup is to have syrup on my sons pancakes but no syrup also my double saussge and egg mc muffin was by best just. Warm not enjoyable one bit considering how much i paid

I had order lunch from here yesterday but wasn’t delivered but it said order delivered on the app. when I contacted the restaurant they said it’s uber that delivers and they cannot do anything about this and asked me to contact uber. And I don’t know how to contact uber because I don’t have any details for my order with me because McDonald’s does not provide any order information on the app. Bad service and bad customer support. I lost my money and was hungry all day. McDonald’s is worse. Restaurants partner with uber eats and don’t take responsibility for delivery, so what do you want your customers do.

everything is overpriced an the food is never as good as when it's freshly made but it's MC Donald's. You know exactly what your getting. I'm very happy you can order sauce with your meal now, big improvement

Never showed up. Courier couldn't find where I was after 40 minutes even with in depth instructions over the phone and then hung up on me. Previous couriers could find me in the exact same place. Never had an issue before. Just Eat won't refund me.

I ordered NO EGG as I'm allergic. I threw the whole breakfast burger away. I also paid for extra bacon, and there wasn't anything extra there. You guys are THEIVES in plain sight!! Run me back my money, quickly!
