made fast, was out 5 minutes after ordering. staff were lovely and all had a smile on their face, probably the best manchester macdonalds

Dinner time was quite in the store it was a good vibe the customer care on at the time was really friendly really lovely the store was clean and the staff was very attentive and overall was just s very pleasant experience

Yeah, it's a cheap junk food place, but you can still provide better service. All customers deserve it. I always use the app for logging in and getting bonuses, and it connects to the self-checkout nicely. However, there's no connection to your order afterward, which is frustrating. At the self-checkout machine, you can't get a receipt because there's always no paper or the machines are broken. They offer table service where you get a pickup number, tape it to the self-checkout machine, and wait, but there's never a free number available. So, you need to memorize your order number; there's no other way at all. If someone steals your order, you definitely couldn't prove it.

Managed to put my wrap together this time (normally falls to bits) but no one served me in the drive through, ordered inside and waited 20 minutes and my order hadnt moved off the screen. Left and came back later and although i got my food i asked 3-4 times and waited another 10-15 mins. Managers need a serious check up, 80% of the kitchen staff were dossing. Lads on the front were grate but get all the abuse from customers and dont deserve it. 2/10 experience wouldnt recommend to a friend.

Ordered food. Provided cold with drinks in the same bag as the food. Why would you do that. Shows no care about customers orders. Shame on your staff!

Waiting at drive few ffor 10 mins only to be told they didn't have what I wanted. Another 20 mins to get to out of the drive through with nothing!! Was not impressed. Will not be visiting again

Food was great. Been to this same branch a few times because I am a local and I am never disappointed. Always quiet inside, staff are always friendly and they offer table service which is great too. I will continuously come back to this one as I always get hot food and the staff are really nice. Thank you for my experience always being pleasant

Chips where far too hot and fresh, burger had a flavour to it. Not the experience of soggy burgers and cold chips I have become accustomed too visiting MCDs. Very well done.

One of the worst McDonald's I've visited, the inside was really dirty with not 1 table clean, all the bins overflowing and the toilets.... Food was below avg and the hot chocolate resembled chocolate dishwater

Morning between 9:30 and 10:00 am. Restaurant mostly empty. I went to toilet on the ground floor to wash my hands before my meal. Toilet very dirty inside with poo - disgusting!, no hand towels, dryer not working. Awful experience before eaying your meal.

The burgers are always good and tasty and I love the strawberry milk shake.

The welcoming we got from the staff here was great. They was so friendly towards my kids and really put effort in to make us all feel welcomed. The guy was coming over asking if we was okay and speaking to our kids and even got them colours. He brought out food over and he was so positive and got us sauces. All the food was there and it was hot too. Very good

Came heree with some friends not long ago. Cheap and cheerful food and it hit the spot. Nice quite area and came after going swimming baths which is literally over the road so very convinient

Bad management. I got 20 chicken mcnuggets but no sauce. When l got home l phoned the store phone line straight away the phone line was engaged, phoned the next day to complain about the bad service, was throbbed off my female manager. Never again

Every single time is something missing from the order, unbelievable, the most incompetent management and staff ever 😒. 1 Just order lbg big & cheesy 1 triple cheeseburger 1 side salad 1 caramel pie 1 oj bottle 1 balsamic dressing Everything in except THE CHEESY .... THANKS a lot McDonald's, From now on I'll come Every week at this shop and post your incompetence, regarding I'll spend £13.00 for nothing.... Until now I was finding reasons, as busy, are young,.... but no... the truth is they are unprecedented, overtired and management is not competent at all. The staff at the drive-through was extremely impolite, and the manager did not take responsibility for the customer's complaint. I cannot recommend this place.

One of the worst backboards I have been to for breckfast! And I have been to probably too many!! Not even worth stopping food was not cooked properly, led lights in cealing flashing and just a generally poor state of repair for the building.

Visited last week. Toilet is very dirty and not been cleaned. Food is cold and not enjoyable. One of the worst McDonalds I ever visited.

Hard working staff by the looks of it , but place seems to focused on serving the hords of delivery bike food couriers than visiting customers, all staff rushing round after extremely rude bike couriers demanding their orders and Joe public gets completely ignored, this practice needs addressing ,especially in busy times like weekend nights ....hope to hear some positive feedback .I'm sure some will agree with my feedback.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of visiting, Fast food..... this place was anything but fast. Over a 30 minute wait even after pre ordering on the app. JOKE! Staff and management should be ashamed. 0 stars from me. Food finally ready after over 40 minutes, burgers freezing, ice cream melted & warm. 30 quid and nearly an hour of my life I'll never get back. Absolute W€%k.

Literally the worst mcdonald’s ever. Everytime i’ve ever ordered a McPlant from them, they’ve missed out a patty whether it be a single burger with no patty at all, or double burger with only one patty. How hard is it to read an order? Half the time they don’t give me a drink either even when the Uber Eats driver asks for one, they tell him it’s not included in the order even though i’ve obviously ordered a meal. The worst service ever, all to get £2 back from UberEats in refunds. AVOID

Food was barely warm, staff were young, unmotivated and looked as miserable as sin, toilets were filthy, restaurant was dirty. We'll below usual McDonald's standard on everything.

Popped in for breakfast while waiting on my getting serviced down the road at youles .bacon egg and hash browns with a coffee while reading free newspapers

It was early in the morning, but I felt the staff prioritised the customers in the drive thru and ignored the customers at the desk. I waited 10 minutes to ask for sugar, but because nobody came over to serve me I just left.

Ordered a normal big Mac with extra pickle. I got 2 dry burnt burgers on a bun with 1 slice of cheese. A drop of big Mac sauce. Enough lettuce to feed 100 rabbits and no pickle. Went in to complain and granted the staff did put 4 slices of pickles on but that was it. Basically told me it was fine afterwards. Won't be using this McDonald's again if they can't make the burger how it should be at least. I also noticed while in the store I wasn't the only customer xomplaining...

What a joke of a place. I had 25 minutes till my bus came across the road. Only 4 orders were up and mine was the 5th. Simple cheeseburger and chips with bottled water. Never got chance to eat it. Too busy talking with the worst kids I've ever heard and basically doing anything but get the orders out quick. Annoyingly two orders in front of me got served first. I couldn't of ordered anything simpler. Completely rubbish. Avoid !!!

Probably the worst food i ever had at a mcdo alds...

I went about 18:00 on a Friday to dine in. There were plenty of tables free to choose from. I ordered via the self service kiosk and it didn't give me a receipt as it had run out of paper. I had to wait quite a while for my order as they seemed to be prioritising delivery orders. That should have meant all the food was fresh and hot but when I got mine, the fries were hot but the big Mac was barely warm. I ate it first whilst it still had some heat. I dread to think how it would've tasted if it had been delivered as mine didn't survive between the kitchen and my table inside the place. The atmosphere was nice though, had a good buzz even though it wasn't packed full of people. It was also clean inside.

If you’re going to the drive through, always check what you’ve been given as there is always something missing. It’s also pointless purchasing a fizzy drink from this place as they are always flat.

This place is abysmal. The service is shockingly bad, wait times are awful. This has been a great McDonald's for over a decade but the recent change in staff has made it unusable now. Young lads swearing and throwing food around in front of children, terrible attitudes and wrong orders. McDonald's need to look into this branch.

The seats are dirty and leave marks on your clothes

We had been to Manchester for day and the kids were getting hungry. We stopped her to eat inside and was greeted by a lovely gentleman called Fred. He sat with daughters talking to them about all sorts of stuff and coloured with them and showed them how to make paper airplanes. The food was a good standard too! Better than my one in my local area.

All tables were dirty, we didn't even find anything to clean the table by ourselves as it was really dirty with stuck saucess all over the tables and the chairs..

Can get very busy, but ideally placed next to roundabout on a56. So usually very quick to nip in and go through drive-through, if drive through is busy, it's easier to park up and walk across to the store itself. Have found it closed some mornings. Which can be annoying as all the lights are on, so you think it's open, and just 1 colnvlocking the entrance so you don't see it until last minute

Order from here the least frequent out of any mcdonalds in the area. This is because they forget a lot of the order. Perfect example was tonight where I ordered a 20 nugget share box, the other sharebox, chocolate pie and 2 cheeseburgers. They forgot 2 cheeseburgers and the dipper share box. Uber didn't even refund me. Place is a joke.

Drive through...as there extractor system inside was broken, so hot and smelt of grease, when we got our food after the 20 minute wait in the drive through quee it was cold food, items missing, flat drinks with no ice, and on the hottest day of the year, no mcflurry, McDonald's use to be good, absolutely dreadful now, with dreary staff, stay away and go to burger king or KFC

It's not fast food. If you walk in and order its about 25 mins. I'm done with these places, unless you're in a car or have ordered via an app, you might as well go home and cook you're own burger cos it'll be quicker. The only plus was the fries were hot.

Ordered on the app last night, paid. Got to the place and they said they are closed. They are finishing off the orders they have but the electric has gone and they cannot make any more meals. All the lights were still on. I asked the man who came out could he cancel my order, he said he couldn't and to go through the app. The app is useless when this happens, needless to say the app says collected. No food but they took my money. Tried ringing them tonight, it just rings out. The app is useless as you cannot upload documents therefore, no complaints.

Took 1h 20mins for our order. I have never met staff so rude in my life. That manager needs replacing asap, no customer service skills at all
