Very busy A pretty awkward car park and drive through. It seems to be a busy location. Which means there's always leftovers on the tables that need clearing away.

Been waiting for my order for 15 minutes! Staff shortage all the time is a normal here, it's closest to my house that's why I have to come here

One of the worst McDonald's where I've ever been. Long waiting times, staff do not care about customers, always someone complains about their low-quality services and on the last visit, I've seen someone in Kitchen cooking with his hair uncovered. Better drive to another in the area

The chips were cold, the onions looked chunky and looked like they'd just been thrown together, I know it was late at night but I'm paying over £11 for a meal I expect it to be presentable.

Has to be the rudest mc donalds ! And the rubbish from it around all the streets nearby is awful, not good enough

We had a very bad experience with breakfast we just ordered 4 egg muffins on drive thru and they made us wait for 30 mins to give the order. Not sure what is the point of drive thru. Very bad, I would recommend to go to other places instead of wasting your time here.

The workers are so slow in this branch. Like zombies. Found hair in my burger aswell as being hard as a rock. Had to drive back to the branch where the manager made another one but it took half an hour out of my journey and then waiting long again in the queue. Won’t be coming here again.

The Tim given was different to when it got here it was nearly an hour late. The food was cold and missing 2 burgers and 2 fries. Deliverer was nice however the food that arrived was very poor

Updated review. Waiting for food and a member of staff swore under his breath at a senior member of staff for having to provide table service. He then walked into a just in bag and store at the just eat person also Infront of other customers. I've made a complaint to McDonalds. overall good but asked for the terrys chocolate orange pie and was given a toffee apple one.

Not being funny or anything i’m not paying £41 for a breakfast for half of my stuff missing and it freezing cold. The food didn’t even get eaten it’s a joke honestly i’ve requested a refund & i’ve not received anything im unhappy with my order & i won’t be ordering a breakfast again.

Tbh I feel for Mccies because most of the time it’s the courier’s that make the experience awful.

Here we go again. I don't know why I gave late night Macdonalds another go. Reasonable burger and coffee, BUT... literally 40 minutes from ordering on the germ covered touch screen to getting a standard burger and a drink . Poor staff seemed to have no clue what the products were coming off the production line and my colleague's burger was cold. We took it back to the poor staff and the manager suddenly appeared. She would not issue a refund. When asked what was going on, the response was "I don't have a effing clue" . She was correct .

the asian girl with glasses on the serving hatch at 06.50 23/11/24 is downright rude and should not be a face for the company ,absolutly no manners whats so ever and looks like shes dosent care she should be put on the fries disgusting service ,

Nice restaurant for fast food. Can get very busy at peak times. Drive through gets busy also.

I've got a coffee in the driveway and she tells me she can't give me coffee go up and order coffee from the machine inside she can't give me coffee in the driveway, And the staff at this McDonald's are always rude and rude

no syrup for the pancakes and they were stone cold. I had to reheat them. The muffins were just about warm.

It’s A piece of chicken. One of the workers put chicken in my order. was eaten before it was given to me. When I get home I open box was piece eaten really poor quality and service staff and management don’t help. I see today how it’s my order coming

They actually got my order correct this time, which was pleasantly surprising considering its been wrong every other time from this branch. Still unable to deliver food even close to warm though, so somethings never change I suppose.

Table service, had to get my order, no straw for my drink had to get up and get that. It was the same with an another customer who had to get his order from the collection point.

1st time been inside here, very quiet for a maccies. Still didn't stop the service being extremely slow and food presentation garbage. Opened breakfast wrap and most fell out the bottom . Don't usually review but thought this was worth mentioning

Extremely dirty location: tables, chairs, walls and floor, toilets smelly and dirty. Wondering what the food prep space is like. I do not recommend!

Order was cold, they put hot chocolate and tea in the same bag as mcflurry which had half melted by the time it got here. Was 15 mins late and why do they never give you any milk with the tea. The chips were large but you got half the box. Disappointing.

Not enough staff , no one at the till for paying in cash , food takes so long to be packed that it arrive cold , this place defo priorities the drive through over the restaurant The lady cleaning is amazing , so kind and thoughtful. Help kids carm down whiles waiting so long for food , nothing is to small for her , she is amazing

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS ON UBEREATS!! Driver stole my food and delivered it elsewhere and claimed I had collected it. This is absolutely not true. 20 pounds they took from me. Uber will not refund me either due to the driver claiming he has delivered it. Apparently the pin you are given means nothing also. Again, do not order through ubereats for this mcdonalds.

my delivery was on time driver friendly good tho was cold not drivers fault the restaurants fault as they always put the food together and leave untill driver gets there when they should do it when the driver arrives at restaurants and give the order number

Food freezing once again. 3 times I have ordered and every time the food is cold. The staff pack HOT food and place it on COLD drinks so by the time the food arrives it’s absouletly freezing. Spending nearly £20 for COLD FOOD and 30 minutes late. Disgusting service.
