3rd delivery order in a row with missing items customers support don't want to know and just pass it over to Uber eats no acceptance and no accountability absolute joke of customer service Uber eats were helpful eventually

My daughters Happy meal was missing Chicken Nuggets, all 3 of our meals were cold and we recieved no Straws for our drinks. Appalling, why can you cook hot food when you have management team visit but on normal occasions it's like it's come straight out the fridge! not happy

Cold food , missing food, depressing atmosphere

ordered 2 wrap meals and a happy meal, got 1 wrap with fries and drink, got happy meal without the milk drink and got another drink with the side salad but no wrap, HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT THE CORRECT STUFF INTO A BAG!!! ABSOULTEY USELESS STAFF!!!

I recently ordered from McDonald's in Gravesend and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. It arrived stone cold, and the chicken was as hard as a brick. I literally couldn’t bite into it properly (and I don’t have false teeth). It seemed like the food had been sitting there for ages before being sent out. Maybe it did a round-the-world trip before arriving to us, who knows! This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Terrible, everything was cold, the McChicken Sandwich was really dry and stale. The chips were tasteless. Honestly has put me off having a McDonald's again. Don't know how they can class this as food, it's like eating cardboard, disgusting.

Absolutely lovely here I took out my 4 children and they really enjoyed the food and all of the atmosphere it was amazing here is a video of them all having fun

Ordered through the app for delivery asked for a burger with no cheese and my child is dairy and lactose intolerant the box states no cheese yet the burger contains cheese. McDonald’s never answer the phone and Uber are useless. So my child is yet again without a meal because they cannot follow instructions left. What is the point of having a customise button if they never follow it!!

Half order missing, hot food was freezing cold, milkshakes and ice creams were like water, gravesend restaurant didn’t answer 5 calls and there is no parking at the restaurant so we couldn’t complain there. Had to go to another McDonald’s store who were not able to do anything. Disgusting service, wrecked our evening, had very hungry and angry young children without their food. Your app only lets you log one type of complaint, but my food had many items missing and the rest was inedible-furious

It was terrible. 90 minutes for a burger and fries from McDonald’s is disgraceful. Burger was wrong when I got it and all the food was cold. Never again.

My partner went to the restaurant to collect the food to be told he driver left 45 mins before. The driver then arrives at our house saying he had another one to drop before. It took him nearly an hour to get from the restaurant to our house. No joke there was no warmth left in any of the food at all. But it was 8pm and my three children including a 2 and 3 year old who should have eaten an hour before we're starving so we took it in. Worst delivery I've ever experienced.

Was helped by a redhead member of staff. She was excellent and very professional

Every time I order from you there is always something missing, that I have been charged for. How hard is it to read an order and place all items in the bag? At various times I have had a burger missing, chips missing, a cookie missing and dips.

I am very disappointed with the delivery driver as he was driving around our area with the food didn’t come to our front gates and call our house number as we live in an assisted living facility in flats and you have to call us through the intercom. He didn’t even get off his bike because of the tracking showed that all he did was drive around constantly and then he decided to enter delivered which is definitely incorrect as we have no food. This happens often and we have cold food and our drinks have leaked etc. The main problem is that often our delivery is given to a driver that can’t speak English and don’t bother to try to communicate with anyone. I believe that your service is not working very well and I want compensation due to this constant problem. I can’t give you a rating because of the incompetence of the delivery driver’s lack of intelligence and poor customer service.

Just been in this morning I have no idea how in the hell this is legal, they have a welder welding in the kitchen nobody has any PPE on for welding theres about 10 kitchen staff at risk there’s people still dining in here this is a MASSIVE health and safety hazard nobody is wearing masks no welding helmets to be seen. Somebody is going to get arceye!! Or even worse go blind! Even have a grinder shaving away at metal while kitchen workers are just walking around him
