Horrible service, it’s a fast food but takes over an hour . The staff lacks customer service, more training needed. Not really helpful. There is always an issue with this particular store. I have waited over an hour for cold food and waisted my money

My order took 2 hours to get here kept changing time and then when delivered it was freezing cold and the order wasn’t correct either was missing items a 2 burgers straws and dips so bad

Drink was spilled in bag so one drink less child not happy . Driver no help basically saying it's not his fault

The driver picked up my order, a single burger. I watched him on the map wait at the restaurant for a further 12 minutes clearly collecting multiple orders. On arrival I cannot express enough the burger was stone cold

order was placed at 19:14 and the order arrived at 21:20 and took over an hour to be prepped and was stuck on the "your driver is at the restaurant and waitinng for your food". however unsure why it took that long to be ready and the food was delivered cold so must have been sat round for ages.

The driver didn’t select he had picked up the order until he was outside my door. My food was stone cold really unhappy it should be done on GPS. He delivered other delivers then selected he picked up my order meaning my food was cold

Complete wrong order was delivered. I ordered McDonalds and they delivered German Doner Kebab!!

Freezing cold, Mc Donalds would not remake food, just eat would not fully refund. Thankfully we were in a position to order from somewhere else. Be warned that Mc Donalds will say contact Just Eat and not help you at all. Just Eat will not fully refund you. Poor customer service all round
