Do not visit this branch of subway , not a clue what they are doing , tried to order a V I Brie footlong the lad didn’t even know what to put in it , and trying to charge £10 for the footlong meal , the lad was more interested in his phone and even by the sounds of it had to ring someone to ask what he was meant to put in it , and even then couldn’t make what they advertised , the place is a shambles , will most certainly not be going there ever again dreadful !! If 0 star was a option that’s what I would of put

Inedible bread due to mould. Curious how bread that is supposed to be baked fresh daily gets mouldy. Won’t be going there again.

Zero Stars should be an option. The WORST subway I have ever been too. They were tight with the fillings and got the order wrong the worst branch I have ever been too. AVOId at all cost. The guy was more interested in babysitting his child than serving customers. Awful customer service. Very unprofessional.

Useless food. I ordered Veg, and they sent me a plant based without any confirmation. Bread was very hard. Nobody can chew it . Totally waste of my money. Dont trust them.specilly online.

What happened to this Subway branch? 😞 Haven't ever felt so unwelcome and like a huge burden to the company. 💔 First off it started by me walking in which the staff were sat at a table just chatting away and getting agitated because a customer had entered. I asked just for a footlong but she said no and that they could only do 6" ones. (Lady proceeded to take out a footlong and cut it into two halves??) 😣 She then passed it to her colleague who was coughing right into her gloves several times and not changing them until realising I was staring right at her... She removed them and walked into the back room to continue coughing. The first lady then asked what I would like. I told her what I wanted but as she was scooping my food, half of it fell off into a tub of something I'm allergic to, she then picked it up off of it with her hand and threw it into my sub. I was so reluctant to say anything as I'm a really shy person but it would have made me really ill. I told her I'm ever so sorry but I can't have it because she has cross contaminated and I've got allergies. She then grabbed the said item I'm allergic to and added a handfull of it to my sub?! I dont know if she misheard me or did it deliberately... She became increasingly more agitated than she already was to begin with and refused to make a fresh one when I asked so her (boss I assume) came out, asked what happened and screamed at her that she cannot do that to customers and to start again. She eventually did and gave me horrendous looks the whole time. (At this point I should have just left, I was so uncomfortable.) But I continued until she asked me what cookies I would like. I chose the vegan ones again for allergies) which she grabbed one vegan and one completely different one in a bag and handed it to me. I had to again explain I couldn't have it because it has been contaminated again mixing it with the other. She threw it down, stormed off and another gentleman came out, apologised and sorted my order out. As I sat down to eat after, the second lady (the one who was coughing into her gloves and touching food initially) stood by the counter and watched me eat the whole time. I had to get up and leave, I was feeling so anxious. I'm not a difficult customer and I've always been polite/kind to others, but these two ladies absolutely made me feel so embarrassed and unwelcome. 😥

A few years ago I used to regularly get subs here without any complaints - I even got quite friendly with some to the staff. However, there must have been some sort of management takeover because all the staff I recognised were abruptly replaced and the quality of service has crashed through the floor. This evening I asked for the Buffalo chicken sub advertised with a huge poster int the shop window only to be rudely told they don't serve it. Then the server managed to make a complete pig's ear of my order, giving me a huge fist full of onions when I asked for only "a little" and drowning my sub with sauce when I asked for "just a dash." Then, to add insult to injury, when I attempted to use my saved-up subway points to pay for the order I was once again rudely told - without a hint of an apology - that they could not accept that because their scanner was broken. I was very tempted to refuse to accept the miserable mess of a sandwich I was served (it was also very sloppily put together, falling apart and leaking sauce everywhere when I gingerly tried to eat it) but instead am satisfying myself with this review. This used to be a good subway store - a credit to the franchise - but not any longer, and I doubt I will be coming back unless I hear things have changed radically for the better.

Assistants not welcoming, not kind, very mean with portions, bad experience compared to other Subway shops. Both the manager and the assistant are to the brand.

Rudest staff ever with zero manners felt completely unwelcome. The fridge was warm so all drinks wasn’t cold. Asked for a cup of tea and it was a huge effort she left it on the counter and never even said it was ready had zero manners with customers.

The drinks were not cold and it was quite a hot day!

Horrendous service. It started out good but quickly deteriorated. I asked for a meal deal and paid for a meal deal. Instead of getting points for it I lost 500 as if I'd claimed a 6". The girl got really rude at the end. I shall never use this branch again.

This subway is never open till 8 so I don’t know why they advertise that. I’ve been to the store multiple times and the store has been closed at 7:30 with members still inside. If it closes at 7:30 state that

Worker seemed to be in a good mood, added the perfect amount of meat and salad very generous and a great amount if extra cheese :) great price too!

Went there today as a newly diagnosed celiac as I heard they did gluten free bread... well I didn’t purchase anything as when I was asked what I wanted in it I asked what meats were gluten free, I was told none of them. All I could have was salad!! The lady was extremely rude and I won’t be going back!!!!!

Always friendly and fresh the staff look after there customers

Got the order wrong - over charged and before even checking the receipt one of them decided to be a smart a$$ and suggest "no, I don't think so". Poor form and terrible behaviour. Cashier made an honest mistake and rectified it but her mate sold her out so quick "wasn't me that took payment". Bang out of order. Stand by your colleagues and support them. Don't be a let down.

Ordered through JustEat - terrible mistake.The bread was stale and most of the extra fillings we ordered were missing. The drinks were warm and the crisps had been smashed to bits.May be the delivery person’a fault - but the shocking bad sandwich and missing fillings are entirely this Subway’s fault.Now mid-fight with JustEat to get a full refund (yet again).Steer clear of both Subway and JustEat.

Visited lots of time to gravesnd Subway. Always cheerful staff. Fresh baked bread. All sandwiches made from fresh ingredients. Good value. Tried all fillings sandwich.

Food never turned up. Was lied to twice about food being on its way. No one would answer the phone in the shop. All in all, I spent 15 minutes on the phone chasing up the delivery direct with Just Eat

Apart from a delivery in progress, I was relieved to see Subway was empty this morning as i only called in for a breakfast Sub for a change as McDonalds was full to the brim with school children as always. I don't know what it is about Subway staff not being able to listen to customers, but the advert says "Your sub, your way" and the bloke who served me this morning will do well to remember that as i was treated like an inconvenience to his delivery from beginning to end.First of all, I didn't have my glasses and asked how much something was, but this was too much trouble for him, pointing to the board behind and saying "whatever that says plus 30p". I should not have to explain why i asked - whatever the reason, i am a customer that contributes to his wages! He'll do well to remember that too. I should have walked out then but persevered.Next the bacon was slopped onto the Sub roll hanging off and i had to ask for it to be pulled on. Then the egg was slopped on in much the same way and i had to ask for that to be aligned while rhetorically stating that the world was not about to end. I asked for it to be "toasted" twice as i like it crispy, but he only toasted it once so i had to ask again which i could see was another inconvenience to him.So i will not be going back to Subway again. If the staff here do not like serving customers they should find non-public service vocations elsewhere. If they insist on staying, perhaps they should arrange to get some more staff in at delivery times so that customers might stand a chance of receiving an acceptable level of service and attention to detail.

Best Subway in Gravesend. Don't go to the other one. This has much better quality.

I visited yesterday afternoon and sat inside. The man behind the bar had a lot of patience, I wanted to write a review to say well done to him for putting up with a broken machine repeatedly making noise and stating new order again and again. That guy needs credit for how well he handled it especially in front of a queue. Well done, something like that would have done my head in.

Standards have really slipped recently. Workers seem uninterested in their job. Portion sizes seem to be getting smaller each time I visit. You ask for some extra salad and you get a look of pure contempt. It's salad! It seems you have to buy a footlong to actually get some filling. Sort it out subway.

Come here for lunch was very busy not enough tables to eat so ended up leaning on the railing to eat as weather was poor outside. Lots of kids hanging around in the doorway not eating just wanted to be out of the rain. Bin was over flowing and in need of a good clean in general. Staff were keen to push you along and had already started putting salad on my sub without asking first.

Always nice I have sub of the sometimes they leave out the ham on the meatfeast

Subway is a love or hate food outlet, my son and I love it, they can do healthy food (salads, flat breads, etc.) My wife hates it, can't even stand the smell in the shop.

I love a subway salad, I regularly get one at my local and they fill the salad bowl making it a very good portion. However, at this subway they were VERY stingy with their portion, only filling the bowl half full. Won't get coming here again.

only a line of 3 people 2 people serving didnt seem to be able to cope....my hot sausage sandwich sat waiting to be wrapped while they filled the persons behind and in front of mine with salad.....not impressed!

Must be new staff because service wasn't very good, asked for cucumber and tomato in a kids meal and the guy put one bit of each, asked for some more and he huffed! Good sandwiches tho

Lovely fresh bread and fillings. All made fresh with whatever fillings you want. Would recommend the pizza in there as its tasty.

En Gravesend hay mucha comida rápida restrants.Esta es sólo una pequeña tienda que está bastante concurrida pero caro. Puedes conseguir comida a la orden : elegir su propia ensalada, así como su carne y tener la baguette recalentado o no dependiendo de su elección.

No está mal para ofertas de desayuno, en particular, ya que puedes tomar un café y un subgrupo de desayuno para alrededor de la 2 libras Mark. El único inconveniente es que en general la zona de asientos en el interior es bastante pequeña y estrecha, sobre todo cerca de la papelera y bebida de autoservicio.

have stopped eating lunch here after last roll was as hard as iron ordered a itailian sub with melted cheese but couldn't eat for an hour as busy at work and when I went to eat it later all the edges of the roll hard turned to stone an un edible thinkmmaybe they have stale rolls or something but for a multi-natinol shouldn't happen wont be going back

Very nice subways.. Go here at least once a month and can't get enough... Delicious. And the salad is lovely as well... Always go in the mornings as it's a small subway so hard move and que up around Lunch time.

all as expected, you must choose your moments as this place can queue out the door at lunch time, but wait 30 mins and the crowds reduce a little - tables need clearing more quickly, more staff needed at busy times.

It's a subway (a good one). What more do you need to know. Their queuing system needs improving but the food is fresh and the staff are helpful.

Typical subway though I found the service slightly better than other subways in London. They used to do home delivery as well but guess they dont do that anymore
