Normally no complaints about this place but I went for lunch today with my family and there was a queue out the door, they left one staff member to deal with it while two other members of staff were stood in the back laughing, my partner got so bored of waiting that she took out kids to McDonalds and still got back before I was served and when I finally got my food it was cold after being toasted. Extremely disappointed

Absolutely useless lady at the till, the back log of sandwiches had built up as she was so slow in getting orders out meant I was given the wrong sandwich - I ordered a wrap, I ended up with a sandwich - I hope the person who did get my wrap enjoyed it

I loved my subway. I also got one for my wife who is a highly sensitive celiac and tried her very 1st ever subway in her life from here, and the way it was made was brilliant how the lad made it with no contamination and so safely. So bloody impressed. Thank you.

Accidentally ordered lunch on the app to this store, instead of the store in central Truro. Tried phoning around 30 times from 2 different phones over 40 minutes, and every time the line was busy. Could not cancel the order before it was made and received no refund.

There was Mice Droppings and mouse bait trap box in the main subway cafe, which was not great to see when you have just brought a meal deal, I did alert the staff to make them aware and they didnt seem to bothered but one member of the team did take a brush to tidy it up, but its not great to see in the cafe.

Yet to have a good experience here. One example: was waved away 20 mins before closing, but most recently I had an employee poke my steak/cheese melt into the packaging!! Gobsmacked. The woman was obviously new and inexperienced, not one of the other three employees stopped her or apologised for the state of my sandwich and it’s packaging. They were fully aware of my anger, did nothing to put this right. My advice steer clear of this subway.

Seeming I buy from here often and spend time up here I find it very annoying when a certain employee tells me I can’t use the toilet without paying for something. I don’t see this to be a rule or an issue and in fact find it quite offensive. I spend enough of my money in here weekly. So the thought of me using a loo whilst on site seems to be fair. Seeming I’m disabled and need access to a toilet and they are the only one nearby. I will be contacting the manager and operations manager and won’t be paying for anything until it’s resolved

I ordered a delivery from this subway tonight (Sunday 2nd January 2022) at around 9:25 pm and while i did not realise it was just before they closed which i am sorry for :), they did not disappoint! I ordered a chicken and bacon footlong with additional sub stack, 4 cookies, a packet of tangy cheese doritos, a tuna melt bite, and a pepsi max cherry. When i received my order i was missing the sub stack, tuna melt, and tangy cheese doritos i instead got 2 packets of different crisps, an additional oreo cupcake, and a six inch tuna sub instead along with the rest of my order earlier stated, as well as a lovely note from the staff which is shown in pictures!! Lovely meal, lovely staff, lovely delivery, lovely service, and quick delivery :) will be buying here again!

Having contraced food poisoning after my visit to Threemilestone subway i will definitely never visit again. Finally after 3 times trying to report this the manager finally contacted me to say I could have a refund. The intial offer on my first attemt at reporting this offered me a free sandwich. When you've had food poisoning the last thing you want is another chance of that happening again. The regional manager only replied via email and told me that no way could i have got it from Threemilestone subway and tried to say i could if had it 2 weeks earlier. We know that it normally occurs 5 to 6 hours after ingesting the to reach the stomach. He says that for him the case is closed. But I've had 12 days of being exceptionally tired nausea and upset stomach on top on the initial being sick. The other thing is that it was the 'meatless meatballs' I had eaten. I hate to think how long these had been hanging around being kept warm. As i know i can eat my veggie food next day without any worries of food poisoning.

Popped into this subway for a quick coffee before a job interview. My initial thoughts were that it was a reasonable size. Service was not fast but then not to slow. My coffee was not that hot but at the time wasn't to bothered as mind was elsewhere. Was a little bit put off by state of tables and mess on the floor. It didn't look as though it had been cleaned or swept for a while. There was enough staff to cope with this. If not for that I would have given four stars.

As fast food places go subway is probably one of the best. You can see what goes into your baguette and they have a large range of items to choose from. For under a fiver you can fill up on good food. Also have a wide selection of hot and cold drinks. Occasionally you may have to wait.

We are a bit addicted to the vegan sub and popped in to grab one. The subway was so clean and the guy who served us was lovely and informative and he made the perfect sandwich! It’s usually spilling over and messy but his was just perfect! The vegan sub is great but we usually have to also deal with ignorant service and messy restaurants but this one was neither of those. Let this guy train your other staff because he’s doing everything right.

Over the past month the restaurant has gone downhill massively. October we ordered food via the mymcdonalds app. The order took 70 minutes to be delivered and when the food was delivered the labels on the food stated that the whole order had been cooked the minute we made the order- so had been sat on the side in the restaurant for over an hour. Someone in there made the poor decision to hand the bags of cold stale food to the uber eats driver and thought that was acceptable. The food was inedible on arrival so naturally I rang the restaurant who insisted it was Uber eats to blame as there was no drivers for an hour. Whilst I agree the wait was down to uber eats the standard of the food we received was wholly down to the staff in McDonald’s long rock. Anyone with half a brain and a basic knowledge of customer service would know to recook that food, I’m sure food hygiene wouldn’t be impressed that this behaviour is going on. This ruined a family party and both uber eats and McDonald’s refused to refund me for over £30 worth of food, not to mention melted mcflurries all over the drinks! Despicable. Fast forward to today, we said we’d keep buying McDonald’s so long as we collected it ourselves so we know it’s cooked to order and it’s not cold. It’s cheap and our children all eat it being the reasoning. We order on the mcdonalds app as my husband is the driver and is disabled, struggles to read the list out over the intercom so by reading out a 4 digit number this keeps it accessible for him. We turn up to the intercom at the drive thru and are sat there for ages waiting to be served, whilst the cars on the second intercom are flowing through one after the other, so they are literally only serving one side which kept us waiting way longer than necessary. When we finally got to read out the 4 digit code and proceeded to collect the food we were then told the online ordering system wasn’t working and we would have to go around again. I explained that we’d already had to wait nearly 10 minutes to be served at the intercom whilst others were put before us and this is completely unacceptable to be told this now, but we went back around as we didn’t know what else to do. Kids are seriously hungry now and the baby is screaming. Back to the intercom where we’re told the code still doesn’t work and to order manually and request a refund on the app. My husband isn’t able to do this and the order has disappeared off my app so god knows what to do now. We then have to wait, stuck in the drive thru for another 10 minutes behind all the people actually getting their food because we can’t leave. Our family and many others have had bad experiences here recently and will no longer pay our custom here until something is sorted out and some competent staff are hired. Customer service is utterly shambolic.
