Best kebab house I’ve ever been to , don’t listen to the bad reviews this place doesn’t play with any of the food , I’ve tryed almost everything on the menu and it is all 5 starts from me and my Freinds👊

It's a restaurant me and my friends and family make a habit of going to. The burgers are so much value for your money with size and quality. Me and my friends are strongly loyal customers and its truly what we call the "peak" of takeaways in truro

Stopped taking my orders since I asked for a refund as they were late and the food was stone cold ( lovely customer service ) wouldn’t bother 😂😂

Driver complained at the door after being late that the order 'wasn't worth delivering here' and that they wouldn't deliver in the future unless I spent more money (order was over £20 +fees and its less than 15 min drive!). Also the food was massively overcooked and tasteless, it was completely dried out and the chicken was rock hard. Avoid like the plague!

always ordered from this place and had no problems before. this time might be a one off, chicken is normally crispy but just tasted like it was warmed up in microwave. would be nice to be informed that they didn't have a drink I wanted and could of asked for another option instead. but still a great place to order

I prefer when it all comes all wrapped in the nan bread with the Salid and meat . Too much waste in the packaging. Plus I’ve never had to cut my nan bread open in my life from a kebab shop .

Always order a kebab on a Saturday and always hot and cut fresh of the spit. All the food is amazing highly recommend I won’t go anywhere else

Litterally where is the meat, litterally just got home from picking up and there's just no meat concidering its ment t9 be kofter. And my friend who had a mixed meat and chips the chips were obviously reheated so rubbery, the meat was very low standard, for the price is disgusting. There are many other better places with better quality for similar prices

Food was below satisfactory although had some taste to it wasn’t particularly warm The delivery guy handed food over and said he wouldn’t deliver here again for the lower order amount (single person). Now don’t get me wrong I’m a business person myself however if it wasn’t worth taking the order why accept the order (ordered through just eat). I’d have rather them be honest and decline the order then have someone turn up on my doorstep and say they won’t do it again. So that’s that lost a customer which is a shame for a first time orderer.

order arrived late, and food not as asked. kebabs not made up, orded one without salad but arrived with salad, asked for sauce not to be on kebabs but one was smothered in garlic mayo

my food didn’t come and then when i phoned the restaurant they said i cancelled my order when i didn’t. i want a refund

Missed a large cheesy chips, pizza was cold, and didn’t get my mayonnaise dip! Not happy

food was only lukewarm and the chips were like cardboard.

sadly I couldn't eat all my lamb donor meat and chips. The meat was greasy and the chips were cold and undercooked. And the cake wasn't nice either. I wish I had got dominos instead.

The worst place I've ever tried. No one uses gloves while making food, the pizza dough was aged, the chips was reheated, the quality of food is the lowest.

The food was very cold and they provided us with the wrong bottle of pop, didn’t even call to offer another one, just showed up with the one I can’t drink.

We’ve not had any food from here for a few months, as it’s sometimes hit and miss. This time was spot on, all nice and fresh and tasted great. The new packaging is much better as well. Thanks guys

foods normally really nice pizza was as usual but the popcorn chicken was really overcooked not as good as usual big let down

I never normally buy kebabs but my arm was twisted. Pleasantly surprised, ate the whole lot (chicken shish) I have never eaten a whole one. Lovely !! Only criticism would be the temp of the food. Understand it was delivered but cold.

Our order was placed at 7:19pm and due between 8:10 and 8:30pm. It arrived at 9:30pm after we called to find out where it was. We live a 17 minute drive away and only ordered 2 pizzas… we contacted just eat to complain and the shop replied saying they wouldn’t refund us and had provided something extra to say sorry, however they hadn’t given us anything other than the 2 pizzas we ordered. Which tasted fine and were what we ordered, just exceptionally late and I was past hungry.

Lovely bloke delivered the food today, took him all the way through back roads to find my house due to road closure we thought were an hour later that they were but bless him, he still got everything to our door and all still warm! My pregnancy cravings will be met! Extremely thankful. 🤍🤍🤍

Ordered a burger and X2 cheesy chips, got the burger and just X2 chips, phoned them up he offered a discount on next order I said no I wanted the cheesy chips so he delivered a new order of just 1 cheesy chips, robbing people, never will purchase again from them

Honestly the worst food i have ever eaten the chicken jebab wrap i had was litrally wet some how the kebab inside was cold and nasty garlic mushrooms were burned chips were soggy and cold will not go back shoukd ve ashamed if the slop they delivered to my door joke of a takeaway

This place has been my favourite kebaby for awhile but tonight was so disappointed, meat was so over cooked and dry, chips were over cooked. Pretty much not edible. Was so disappointed as normally love it. Has definitely put me off ordering again.

I'm guessing you are not going to give me my refund for the dreadful food I received from you. I ordered from you because we believed some of your food is better than your competitors and how wrong we were. I hope you enjoy the 16 pounds because its the last time you will get any money from me as it will be going to the shop opposite you from now on you crook.

Ordered the £24 kebab box, absolute waste of money , supposedly for 2 people to share, came with no salad, small portion of chips, meat thrown in a tiny 9 inch pizza box, didn't receive my drink... absolutely vile

Absolutely disgusting and very disappointing! No bottle of drink!!!, no salad!!!! Meat just thrown in a tiny pizza box! With a tiny portion of chips!

Not great, I'm afraid. Fried chicken was very old, dry and grey and actually smelt 'fishy.' This was apparent as we ordered 6 pieces and only 2 looked fresh. Rest went in the bin. Same with the kebab meat. Old and dry. Also went in bin. Diet coke ordered, but regular coke delivered. Unfortunately, we tried this place over our regular take away restaurant due to the offer of fried chicken, but won't be ordering again.

Ordered at 7.30pm. Delivery estimated at 8.25pm. No food arrived and was told it would be 15 mins. Waited another 20 mins and no food. Phoned again and was told it was on its way. Still no food. Gave up and cancelled the order. Food did arrive nearly two hours after the original order but far too late for us.

The food was generally okay, although they replaced my onion rings with a bottle of Diet Coke. I would rather they have checked with me before doing this because I was left hungry and don’t even like Diet Coke. The food was late and when I tried to call the restaurant the person I spoke to didn’t seem to understand or be able to speak English, so I was left unsure whether my food would even be turning up.

Disgusting cold food took 2 hours from ordering and hour from leaving the shop to actually even get to us. Wouldn’t order from here again!

First and foremost it’s !!!!!! HALAL !!!!!!I ordered bbq chicken pizza 14”. Pizza taste reasonable slightly pricey but it’s ok. Very busy with orders though he forgot to make my pizza and when I went for collection he goes he will make it now. Which was waste of time for me. A bit stingy with sauces. Usually we get 2-3 different sauces free with pizza in Birmingham also we pay 20-30% less as well but we expect this as this is a tour area. We didn’t try much but from the pizza was 7-10. Good luck

Great food, well packed and well priced - arrived still hot. At the time of day ordered maybe a more realistic delivery time could be quoted then the delivery would not flag up as late. No problem if time given whatever it is is correct but shame to mark down as late if quoted time was never practical

This used to be an amazing kebab shop, had a few rubbish ones and didn’t order for a while. We tried again tonight and they’re back to the good old days, food was spot on, turned up before it was due. I even forgot to order an item called them and they happily added it to the order. I've tried all the kebab shops in Truro over the past few years and this place is consistently great. Friendly service (unlike others), fresh salad (no brown tired leaves), and plenty of meat.

One of the worst take aways I’ve been to. Awful food, I had no sauce on it (had to pay extra) and overall awful quality

Slow delivery. Cheeses chip wrap was a joke, half a tone of sauce and 4 chips 😂 Chicken donar wrap was also poor. waiting over an hour for food, made it even worse. Wouldn’t recommend

Not enough to feed a rabbit. Food was cold, never mind waiting an hour for food when it’s going to be decent but it was cold for one and tiny, paying nearly £15 for two wraps that isn’t enough to feed a rabbit, won’t be ordering from here again shame as it’s my local and always get from them when I fancy a kebab/wrap.

Had garlic mayo sauce missing from my order.

Half the food was wrong. Ordered a cheese burger and there was no cheese and ordered chicken filets and got thighs so my autistic fiancé couldn’t eat any of her dinner. Very upset

The only complaint is that I ordered a large cheesy chips, but only received normal/slightly droopy chips with my order and no cheese in sight!

Not sure why they have some low feed back, I can only rate on our experience. We order for delivery. They deliver to us, a little out the way. They always get the order right, even though we ask for sauce on the side on part of the order. It always gets here hot and is very tasty. It’s a good chilly sauce, so be warned. We always give the delivery driver a little extra as we understand we are a little way out.

Asked and paid for extra chips and only got a small portion and the burger bun on the burger meal was completely stale and chewy

By far the best, had lamb shish and chicken shish, it was beautifully cooked so tender and lightly spliced, I highly recommend thankyou so much Truro Kebab

Had a takeaway many times from he here, but last 2 times they accept the order and then say you have to wait 2 hours for delivery. Rude on the phone and hung up, sadly think that will be the last try for this place.

Dropped in here late as came out of hospital and lots of places closed. Mixed kebab, meat was good. Lots of it, salad seemed fresh. Enjoyed.

Received a text almost 2 hours ago to say food on the way. Contacted the business a hour ago and advised that they would contact the driver . Now almost another full hour and no food received. Ticket has been changed to say food has been delivered.

Please don’t order from here. Waiting time 2 hours and pizza arrived cold, burnt to a crisp, completely black. Chicken very dry and taste like charcoal. Save your money!! They should be ashamed of themselves.

An hour for delivery is really too long. Also, ordered Chips, got Cheesy Chips. Still ate them, but not as good.
