the place was very dirty there was dirt everywhere... you can't keep a place like that open. someone do their duty..I strongly advise against eating.

Great food, wonderful range, hot fries great staff, especially the manager Kevin. He goes out of his way to make your visit extra special. I’ve had to ask a staff member member for the managers name so I can take time to mention on here very friendly. We had a small mistake and he put it Right straight away, and with a smile and apology

Food was nice but listening to the lady up front talking down to the staff in front of customers wasn't very professional (dark hair ponytail and tattoos on arms)

I’m not sure how this place hasn’t been shut down yet. It’s absolutely filthy everywhere you can see how dirty the kitchen is from the shop. I feel sorry for some of the staff the way they get spoken to by managers infront of customers. Food portions are awful My partner had about 5 chips in his meal 😂 if I could give 0 stars I would.

Uncaring, angry staff who takes ages to actually get anything done. Very slow and poor service. Visibly upset customers. Things missing from order. Saw a customer have to actually call into the kitchen from the counter to try to get service but still didn’t get an answer.

Like sumat from trainspotting, half expected Renton to pop his head out lol Food is thrown together with half a bottle of ketchup squirted in there. Still better than mcds I suppose.

Staff on shift 18th July. 2 young ladys Elowen and Mariah served me and both were so polite full of smiles and so understanding with the client I was with too. They both are absolutely a true asset to the company. I really wish this it's back to them to know how good at they job they are. Thank you. Guilio 🍔🍟🥤

Went Sunday afternoon - no fries, no cheeseburgers, no hamburgers, no Whopper Jr, no frozen fanta, the screen showing which orders were being worked on was black, the receipt that came out of the machine was blank. The cashier publicly scolded her co-worker, the only option at the drinks dispenser was Coca Cola, which didn't taste right, the Dorito Chicken Fries were luke warm, so I binned them, as I'm not keen on food poisoning but didn't want to go back there as the place was heaving and staff had their hands full so didn't want to complain. The restaurant is understaffed and under-resourced and the quality of the food is not great.

Have it your way! Rubbish. I came in to get 4 takeaway meals but not allowed bottles of drinks, they are for deliveries only! How am I supposed to get 4 meals with 4 cups home on my own? Staff have no interest at all. If you don't want me in here carry on doing what your doing.

Tables are always full of rubbish. The place is seriously understaffed. Most of the time there are people roughing it around on the main entrance doors begging. Took 25 minutes to serve a burger and chips. Avoid if you have short lunch breaks… no sense of urgency. I complained about waiting over 20 minutes for a (fast food) burger and was just handed a bag and a cup without any words exchanged or even ‘sorry for the wait’ Complained via the app and received a ‘thank you for your feedback’ email.

Nice food, but not so nicely put together. Seems like they just chucked everything together and called it a day. Be prepared for a decent wait time (I waited around an hour once, although it's usually 5-15 minutes). Friendly enough staff though, and good for a quick bite.

Had a great meal here. Food was put together with just the right amount of salad and sauce, all done with care. A special thank you to Kieran for sorting our special requirements

Store was dirty on floor and all tables. Woman serving was rude and pretty much throws food at you and walks off. Ordered a side of cheese and bacon fries that had about 4 drops of cheese on the entire thing

I love burger King for a treat. Unfortunately on this occasion the service was slow. Food was luke warm.

I was drunk and hungry. Stumbling through the streets alone. Unaware of my surroundings or where I was going, even where I had been was a distant blur on the horizon. Then I saw it, a beacon in the night, a lighthouse beckoning me to safe harbour. Unfortunately hub box was closed so I came here instead, was alright to be fair.

Burger King is one of the most iconic global provider of fast food. The snacks, chips and additives are very nice. It is suitable for those who are too busy to make their own meals or who fancy something different from their daily home made foods. I especially love and enjoy the flame grilled flavoured beef burgers and chips. They've also got a wide range of prices that can suit the pockets of s student or a working class person. There are also drinks that you can buy to take with your snacks. If you desire to seat in and eat, then that's also available.

Waited 25 minutes in total just for a large chicken royale meal, as the staff was in the kitchen chatting and messing around. I worked in fast food myself and this is appalling. Thankfully got my royale remade as it had sat under the heater for 20 minutes.

Wow I really don't know what to say.... chicken royal me an my partner had it was just warm... drinks is help yourself but so many people just taking advantage and holding up the queue, kids just walking in helping themselves, had one kid playing football inside just banging the ball against the wall.... and as for the level of cleaning there was none.... Food all over the floor, chips just squashed on the floor and tables covered in rubbish. It was the worst place I have ever eaten. I would not recommend anyone eating here. Made me feel sick. DONT GO THERE AND I WOULD NEVER GO BACK!

first and last time going here worst burger king or even takeaway place ive ever been to super slow serving time 2/3 of the self service systems had no paper and the one that did work didn't print anything on the receipt. while waiting for my order 4 other people complained about wrong orders or missing items... then we got our order and we were missing a burger too most regretful £30 ive spent should have gone to domino's at least i know that will be disappointing when i order it

i usually don’t swear but what the f### was this , cold food wrong order. food all over the floor and ended up with a meal worth 6 pound then i spent a tenner on. Surprised this place still runs

Staff very friendly however that’s where it ends. Burger was cold. Chips were over salted which is fine I can deal with that. The toilets however were something else. The smell of urine was over baring, the sanitary bin over flowing to the point of sanitary products spilling out. False nail sat on the toilet seat when I entered the cubicle.Pubic hair all over the floor and stains that I can’t explain down the walls, door and floor. No toilet roll and to be honest I would never go again. Because if the staff that are preparing the food are using those same facilities - it’s a no from me. Honestly after working in hospitality for 25 years……..unacceptable. Waiting for my many visits to my clean toilet tomorrow

I come here at least once a week with my family and it never seems to disappoint. absolutely incredible service with lovely staff who are always polite and friendly. The service was quick, food was amazing, restaurant was clean (thanks to staff members going round cleaning tables) Overall, I would recommend this restaurant as it is a great experience

We come here a few times now, as we prefer the bugers here to mc Donald's, so not faulting the food at all. But just wanted to say that the toilets are absolutely disgusting the smell leads out to the restaurant,it's very off putting, also I see alot of school kids just loitering and not buying anything and alot of them are vaping inside the premises this is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Over the years, the service in this outlet has gone further and further downhill. The restaurant, despite a recent refit, still looks tired. As you enter, there is a near to always now abundance of people waiting for their order to make its way over the counter and a trays waiting to be filled to complete orders. 20+ minutes wait from point of order and still haven't received my order. It really takes the fast out of fast food. I've seen faster delivery at a table service restaurant which has been much busier. I thought today, some time since the above earlier post, I'd give BK another chance. Wish I hadn't bothered. I gave up after a while. Theself-servicee didn't work. The single front of house staff member was overwhelmed, fending off orders and complaints. It's not fast food. it's not even slow food its No Food. Don't even bother. I've forwarded my comment to the BK customer service team, I expect no response or a response in the same manner of my dining experience.

Burger King in Truro is my normal place to visit on a Friday evening after work. Still quite a slow ish service (03/11/2023), and some of the bins did need emptying. Also noticed some rubbish, where the Drinks machine's were.

Can’t ever correct their mistakes!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible!!!!!! Wrong order again! Can’t send out any other drivers so refund which takes days!!! Thats if I even get one! Gone down hill!!

Without doubt the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Dirty floors, dirty tables and left over food lying around. Took 25mins to get my order and they forgot to give me my drinks cup. Staff attitude was appalling.

Food: the food was the best and the chips were better than McDonald’s Service: it took a couple minutes for the food to arrive but they are very friendly Atmosphere: I saw a bug attached to a piece of cheese. Edit: don’t worry I loved the colors of the walls and the lighting felt nostalgic

One of the last Burger King’s in Cornwall… I don’t know what the complaints are about - every time I have eaten here, busy or not, food has always been good (for Burger King), staff are friendly, orders are correct, restaurant is clean, etc.

Food was cold, service was rubbish,because you order by machine and a person just shouts your number and shoves your food at you...even had to get your own drink from a machine.Restuarant was filthy

Atmosphere was disgusting. Sat with an autistic child whilst the pretentious manager started screaming and shouting at other staff. Disgusting behaviour. Total control freak. Comments like get back and stand over there! What a control freak. Huffing and puffing behaviour. Terrible experience. No thanks won't be back

Wir wollten als Familie im Burger King Truro Essen gehen. Als wir zum Fenster hereinschauten wussten wir dass wir uns ein anderes Restaurant suchen müssen. Auf allen Tischen waren gebrauchte Verpackungen und die Tische waren schmutzig. Die Mitarbeiter standen nur herum und haben miteinander geredet. Niemand hat die Tische abgeräumt und sauber gemacht. Dieses Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Genuinely the filthiest restaurant I've been in to, bins overflowing, floor looks like it's never been mopped and most tables had old food and trays left on them. One person was left on FOH to serve loads of people while others were stood in the middle talking, no wonder the restaurant looks like a tip if you're leaving one person out front.

Service was terrible surly staff place was filthy even the rats were leaving Quality of food was poor coffee tasted burn. Had cheese Burger cheese was thicker then the burger Not many chips someone must have eaten them.

The place in Truro was a mess as were the cold burgers..its really gone down hill.

Terrible place. The staff locked the door 35 minutes before closing time with only a couple of people already seated and eating. I could understand placing a restriction on seated eating time but not food to take-away. I would not try to return.

Food Is Always Good And Enjoyable Atmosphere. But seeing its obviously had a recent update and refit you would think the place would be kept tidy on a day to day basis.. The place looks like a bomb has gone off , food and packaging all over the place (floors and tables), bins over flowing ? It's such a let down and not the first time. (Someone needs to be deligating a cleaning duties) !

The staff are very rude and got our order completely wrong and this really got on my nerves and didn’t care of what anything you said to them, the place was very untidy with left over meals still all on the table and the food wasn’t cheap either.

Ordered food tonight and we only recieved quarter a box of large chips x3, burgers were squashed so contacted the store and not once got an apology, not got told about getting replacements. I went here and placed a small order that took about 15 to 20 minutes the whole place was really dirty the guy Behind the Counter was chewing gum and the young girl was not wearing a hair net the manager of this place should be incredibly embarrassed and sought this place out

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Got all the home and was giving out the meals my chicken nugget meal was missing I went back and asked them to replace all the food as it was now cold, he took it behind where got serve the food and said all the food was there and 3 workers witnessed it. This was from a manger, I left with freezing cold cold that went to the bin and hungry children !

It is what it is. Fast (ish) food, better than macdonalds, worse than hub box. Priced in between both so it's still pretty good value.

Burger king in Truro right in the city centre. Touch screens work well and plenty of them. Food quickly prepared. Nice friendly staff. Always looks nice and clean. Plenty of indoor seating or if having a take out, plenty of seating across the road. Food good but still tepid warm as with any Burger King. Never seems hot food for some reason. Would definitely recommend not that many in Cornwall, but probably the best of the bunch 👍

Last time I came in was very dirty in restaurant, chips on floor dirty tables. Today no different, pretty bloody grim, won't be back
