Every app order I get is wrong. Wrong bread, missing toppings etc. I just ordered a BBQ submelt with no changes, and they gave me garlic mayo instead of BBQ sauce. BBQ is literally in the name? When I’ve already walked home to eat, I don’t have time to be walking back to have my order remade. Please follow instructions.

It's hard to find a bargain these days but I found one here. A six inch Sub, Cookie and Drink for £3.99. Limited selection for the sub, I had Cajun Chicken, but overall still great Sub was good, and great value.

When me and pet emu arrived we were greated by the employees, they spat in my face and gave me a right hook, Absolutely splendid service will definitely be coming here again! What is a lovely team is spoilt by a rude, incompetent & egotistical manager. At point of paying, my partner picked up her wrap & the manager snatched it back out of her hand “not until you’ve paid”. My phone was waiting on the card machine & we are there regularly. My points alone were enough to cover the cost of the meal. I told her to keep it & we left. Won’t be going back.

Took my 3 kids there Sunday around 6, 3 hours from closing time. Told take away only. Only white bread available and out of meatballs and steak. Took 25 mins until went to pay, and the machine wouldn’t work for Apple Pay. Employee was a complete drip. Had to abandon subs and leave. Apple Pay worked fine after. Just clueless staff.

Went in to buy cookies for me and my partner and asked if they contained any peanuts, she answered the contains them but the rest may be handled with peanuts, I then replied that’s okay I’ll eat them in a jokingly way and she then replied rudely and said you can’t have them if they are for her and kept on stating that I was going to give them to her. Very rude if you ask me, didn’t know I couldn’t buy peanuts without having a valid reason. Hopefully I don’t see the worker again

Slow service. Only one member of staff doing anything. People queuing ages. Then a lady came out and told us we had to get out because she wanted to clean the tables and it was takeaway only. It was pouring with rain! A customer refused as he had waited ages to buy drinks and had sat down and she told him not to bother coming back after a heated exchange between them.

I went to pick up a sandwich from a sandwich place over an hour before they close just them to tell that they don't have any bread left but i could have a salad. It's like pizza place would tell that they don't have any dough left put I could still have the toppings. I understand that everyone wants to get home as soon as the place is closed but I work in the fast food company also and that is just not the case.. I would understand if it would've been 20min or half an hour before close but over an hour?? You are a sandwich company so customer's should be able to come there and buy a sandwich when you are still open.

The worst customer service ever. Rude woman called Sammy constantly interrupted me when I was trying to place my order or when I was trying to ask about anything. She shouted how much I should pay and if I want anything else while I was still talking to her colleague. He was finishing preparing my sandwich and asked me what salad I wanted. After I told her she should have waited until I finish ordering salad instead of keeping shouting at me and after I paid, she said it will be only take away for us and she didn't let us dine in 😲 I told her that her behaviour is unacceptable and I will raise a complaint. She shook her shoulders and didn't seem bothered. And after we left we found out that black coffee we ordered was white. 🙈Shocking!!! No wonder the place was nearly empty.

I wanted hot sub and the woman gave cold sub. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to heat the bread. Also I wasn’t asked if I want a 6 inch or foot long sub. I wanted to dine in. She didn’t even care asking for dine in or take away. She was so rude she didn’t even let me sit on the table. The entire place was empty and she rudely said I can’t eat inside. There slow then there's Luke's way (going by his badge) I've never waited so long for fast food... I've waited 20mins to watch him serve 4 customers and seen 3 walk out... Another equally unenthusiastic colleague working with him but is very busy looking busy... Not actually working... Wouldn't be pleased if I was the owner knowing if lost sales over this. Not only that but had to repeat my order to him 3 times before it was actually made... God help you during silly season with staff like this...

I've just ordered food from Subway via UberEats, at first I made an order but they rejected it as the stuff was out of stock, I tried calling to see what was in stock but they weren't answering, so I kept trying to edit the order but it wouldn't work, so I cancelled it and made a new one and eventually it was accepted. The app allows you to track the driver, he had one stop before us but he was doing a tour of Penzance. I tried calling the store multiple times and they wouldn't pick up the phone. The food arrived late, cold and sloppy but at this point we were that hungry we just had to deal with it. Won't order from here again

Dodgey chairs = Hell up Clearly subway can’t tell there ars3 from there elbow, if they spent more time worrying about there customers safety and not how many slices of tomato’s to put in there mediocre sandwiches they wouldn’t be in this dilemma. They’re making innocent customers pay for an actual law suit waiting to happen. Let’s cut this short and say that subway couldn’t care if they’re fellow regular paying customers are breaking there legs but at least they’re eating a sandwich on a dodgey chair that’s collapsing beneath them and making them pay for it. They didn’t listen to those who had witnessed people sitting on it, making the person pay for the chair that was out of their interest to break. By doing something about it, they are making them pay for something that they didn’t purposely break. Absolutely disgusted by the customer care put in place by subway way.

Well called in Sunday 8 th of July coming back from the Prom at about 7.45 pm, all the chairs & tables were stacked up , even outside. Asked the guy were we could sit only to be told " take away " only, yet they stay open till 9.0 pm. Very disappointed since we did need to rest a bit, so spent our money in the local pub.

So I'll begin by stating I am a vegetarian, I get very ill if I consume meat products. As i queued to order a sub the gentleman in front of me was ordering his, as his bread was being filled with ham he changed his mind on his choice of bread - the staff member took the meat out of the bread and placed it back on the rack, selected a different sub and then filled it. My turn came and the staff member grabbed the previously used sub and asked what i wanted, I explained I didn't want that particular sub as it had had a meat product in it and I am a vegetarian with allergies to meat, with visible annoyance the sub was put back and another taken off the rack. At this point I had to explain again that I am a vegetarian and even though the sub was swapped the staff member was still using the same gloves they had been handling the meat with, they swapped the gloves, picked the same sub up and then glaring at me asked what I wanted for a filling. Desperately trying not to be a problem except for the fact that meat products make me ill I then pointed out that the sub he was holding with the fresh gloves had been held with the old gloves so the sub would still need to be changed. They then swapped it for the first sub that had been previously filled with meat products. I know to some people vegetarianism is pointless and deserves to be mocked, some of us get ill some of us have principles - so to fight for a sub like this is tiring. I gave up, walked away, and will not return to a subway. Subway as a business no problems, the staff you choose to employ? Thats another matter all together.

On entering the premises we noted one customer and someone on a laptop. We seated ourselves and the member of staff approached our table stating that they were about to close. It was 8.40 pm i had previously checked the website which clearly stated the opening hours were 11.00pm there were no closing times on the shops door. When i questioned the member of staff the person seated on the laptop came over to our table and stated they chose when to close and the website was wrong. When i asked whom he was he rather rudely announced he was the manager. He was dressed in what can only be described as scruffy attire and chewed gum throughout the whole of our visit which i find extremely rude especially when engaging in conversation with customers and when handling food extremely unhygienic We were waiting for my husband to put a ticket on the car in a nearby car park but were told unless we ordered immediately we wouldn't be served. Thankfully my husband arrived and we placed our orders we were unable to have a choice of which sub we wanted we were told we could only have what was left in the cabinet. There was confusion from the member of staff and manager whilst getting the drinks ready. The manager was rude, he showed very little knowledge and presented no manners at all. When i asked for the owners details so i could make a complaint i was refused them, i then stated i was in my rights to be given the name of the owner and was told he was foreign and they couldn't spell his name!! Disgrace all round. When we eventually attempted to eat the food it was tasteless and sloppy. We will not be returning.

On the 18th July at 19/15 I called into Subway Causeway eat to have a drink and something to eat.We both wished to use the toilet but it was locked. I asked the young man was it possible to open the toilet, and he told us that the police had told him he had to lock it. I told him we wanted to eat but needed to use the toilet. He replied, "I done care" and as we left under his breath said 'Good riddance" Although I have been a regular customer since they opened I shall not be returning, and I shall pass the word on.

After reading trip advisor, and reading the comments from the new manager I decided to give subway PZ another chance and I must say that I was incredibly impressed. Firstly the young lad behind the counter was nothing but friendly and pleasant and liked and liked to share a joke, not even stressed even though the place was relatively busy. The quantity of the food section was filled up as was the salad and the quality of the sandwich was delicious. The place was clean and tidy, and I have heard that the gentleman who served me on my last visit has been told "Good luck with your future endeavours" so I will definitely be going back. Keep up the good work.

Over the past month the restaurant has gone downhill massively. October we ordered food via the mymcdonalds app. The order took 70 minutes to be delivered and when the food was delivered the labels on the food stated that the whole order had been cooked the minute we made the order- so had been sat on the side in the restaurant for over an hour. Someone in there made the poor decision to hand the bags of cold stale food to the uber eats driver and thought that was acceptable. The food was inedible on arrival so naturally I rang the restaurant who insisted it was Uber eats to blame as there was no drivers for an hour. Whilst I agree the wait was down to uber eats the standard of the food we received was wholly down to the staff in McDonald’s long rock. Anyone with half a brain and a basic knowledge of customer service would know to recook that food, I’m sure food hygiene wouldn’t be impressed that this behaviour is going on. This ruined a family party and both uber eats and McDonald’s refused to refund me for over £30 worth of food, not to mention melted mcflurries all over the drinks! Despicable. Fast forward to today, we said we’d keep buying McDonald’s so long as we collected it ourselves so we know it’s cooked to order and it’s not cold. It’s cheap and our children all eat it being the reasoning. We order on the mcdonalds app as my husband is the driver and is disabled, struggles to read the list out over the intercom so by reading out a 4 digit number this keeps it accessible for him. We turn up to the intercom at the drive thru and are sat there for ages waiting to be served, whilst the cars on the second intercom are flowing through one after the other, so they are literally only serving one side which kept us waiting way longer than necessary. When we finally got to read out the 4 digit code and proceeded to collect the food we were then told the online ordering system wasn’t working and we would have to go around again. I explained that we’d already had to wait nearly 10 minutes to be served at the intercom whilst others were put before us and this is completely unacceptable to be told this now, but we went back around as we didn’t know what else to do. Kids are seriously hungry now and the baby is screaming. Back to the intercom where we’re told the code still doesn’t work and to order manually and request a refund on the app. My husband isn’t able to do this and the order has disappeared off my app so god knows what to do now. We then have to wait, stuck in the drive thru for another 10 minutes behind all the people actually getting their food because we can’t leave. Our family and many others have had bad experiences here recently and will no longer pay our custom here until something is sorted out and some competent staff are hired. Customer service is utterly shambolic.

I fancied a subway the other day and passed a number of establishments prior to getting here with a view to tucking into a hot BMT, but when I arrived, despite the ‘open’ sign, the place looked deserted. That feeling was solidified by the fact that even though I shouted “Hello???” A staff member didn’t appear for a good 3 minutes, only to be told the oven doesn’t work… who buys a cold subway??

I ordered cheese melts that didn’t arrive. I then requested a refund and it was denied. BE WARY WHEN USING JUST EAT MC DONALDS as you may lose money because just-eat refuse to refund you despite showing photographs of missing food etc.

Bit shocked that they didn’t offer lamb shish as that’s my fav! Me and partner ordered burger and large doner kebab meal. Very nice and generous portions. Arrived 2 miles away, in less than 20 mins from ordering. Highly recommend. Ooh the chilli sauce tasted minty too which was a really nice touch with the lamb doner.
