My Subway was cold and undercooked which meant it didn't taste very nice. The customer service was very poor and slow, I didn't feel welcomed at all. I wont be going there again I'm afraid.

Every app order I've placed with Subway has had something missing. Whether it's toppings, sides, or even parts of the sandwich, it's always incomplete. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

Basic nice food whilst on a road trip change from burgers and chips ordered on the app food is ready when I arrive staff were friendly

Every app order I get is wrong. Wrong bread, missing toppings etc. I just ordered a BBQ submelt with no changes, and they gave me garlic mayo instead of BBQ sauce. BBQ is literally in the name? When I’ve already walked home to eat, I don’t have time to be walking back to have my order remade. Please follow instructions.

Awful customer service. So rude and got the order wrong and didn’t care to help us at all. I have had a rude experience here multiple times and wouldn’t want to go back now

It's hard to find a bargain these days but I found one here. A six inch Sub, Cookie and Drink for £3.99. Limited selection for the sub, I had Cajun Chicken, but overall still great Sub was good, and great value.

The man that served me was so grumpy 😠.It made me sad. He didn’t even smile. Went to smugglers instead. 10/10 so nice. Love those guys 🫶🏻

Went to get lunch at 1.30 was told there would be a 15 minute wait while they concentrated on delivery orders 4 others were told the same thing all of us left so they missed out on 10 orders in the 2 minutes I was there absolutely ridiculous, more staff at lunchtimes needed

The food was absolutely delicious, the dead rat I found in it made a lovely taste! When me and pet emu arrived we were greated by the employees, they spat in my face and gave me a right hook, Absolutely splendid service will definitely be coming here again! They even gave my pet emu a finger to chew on!

What is a lovely team is spoilt by a rude, incompetent & egotistical manager. At point of paying, my partner picked up her wrap & the manager snatched it back out of her hand “not until you’ve paid”. My phone was waiting on the card machine & we are there regularly. My points alone were enough to cover the cost of the meal. I told her to keep it & we left. Won’t be going back.

Not bad its just subway, shame they got rid of spinach as an option

Took my 3 kids there Sunday around 6, 3 hours from closing time. Told take away only. Only white bread available and out of meatballs and steak. Took 25 mins until went to pay, and the machine wouldn’t work for Apple Pay. Employee was a complete drip. Had to abandon subs and leave. Apple Pay worked fine after. Just clueless staff.

Place is a joke, won't answer phone, orders on delivery are always wrong, never heated when asked and cheese dippers are always cold, worst sub way I've ever experienced.

Went in to buy cookies for me and my partner and asked if they contained any peanuts, she answered the contains them but the rest may be handled with peanuts, I then replied that’s okay I’ll eat them in a jokingly way and she then replied rudely and said you can’t have them if they are for her and kept on stating that I was going to give them to her. Very rude if you ask me, didn’t know I couldn’t buy peanuts without having a valid reason. Hopefully I don’t see the worker again

never open when they're supposed to be, take uber orders and then suddenly close what a joke hahahah

Ordered a subway melt came with the paper all stuck to it couldn’t get it off, the woman refused to make a new one with out half of it having paper all over it, wouldn’t refund me either

Slow service. Only one member of staff doing anything. People queuing ages. Then a lady came out and told us we had to get out because she wanted to clean the tables and it was takeaway only. It was pouring with rain! A customer refused as he had waited ages to buy drinks and had sat down and she told him not to bother coming back after a heated exchange between them.

I think i was served by a trainee young girl, I don't think she is cut out for that work. Sub was horrible cheap tasting bin food. Only went as had coupon.. Never again..

I went to pick up a sandwich from a sandwich place over an hour before they close just them to tell that they don't have any bread left but i could have a salad. It's like pizza place would tell that they don't have any dough left put I could still have the toppings. I understand that everyone wants to get home as soon as the place is closed but I work in the fast food company also and that is just not the case.. I would understand if it would've been 20min or half an hour before close but over an hour?? You are a sandwich company so customer's should be able to come there and buy a sandwich when you are still open.

The worst customer service ever. Rude woman called Sammy constantly interrupted me when I was trying to place my order or when I was trying to ask about anything. She shouted how much I should pay and if I want anything else while I was still talking to her colleague. He was finishing preparing my sandwich and asked me what salad I wanted. After I told her she should have waited until I finish ordering salad instead of keeping shouting at me and after I paid, she said it will be only take away for us and she didn't let us dine in 😲 I told her that her behaviour is unacceptable and I will raise a complaint. She shook her shoulders and didn't seem bothered. And after we left we found out that black coffee we ordered was white. 🙈Shocking!!! No wonder the place was nearly empty.

I wanted hot sub and the woman gave cold sub. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to heat the bread. Also I wasn’t asked if I want a 6 inch or foot long sub. I wanted to dine in. She didn’t even care asking for dine in or take away. She was so rude she didn’t even let me sit on the table. The entire place was empty and she rudely said I can’t eat inside. The blonde girl who served us was very rude and unpolite. If you don't like your job, it s not customers fault. We asked if the chicken was spicy and she answered she is vegetarian. Ok, we do respect that, but you should know what you are serving and if you don't know, ask to your colleague.

Great service, I can't eat spicy food so I asked if the man could change his gloves when serving me after he had served a friend salad options, thankyou for doing that.

There slow then there's Luke's way (going by his badge) I've never waited so long for fast food... I've waited 20mins to watch him serve 4 customers and seen 3 walk out... Another equally unenthusiastic colleague working with him but is very busy looking busy... Not actually working... Wouldn't be pleased if I was the owner knowing if lost sales over this. Not only that but had to repeat my order to him 3 times before it was actually made... God help you during silly season with staff like this...

don't expect loads from subway, always fast and friendly so nothing negative abt the staff, but I decided to be adventurous today and get the potato crispers, assuming theyd be... crispy potato... but theyre sort of just soggy potato wedges, so that sucked

Not bad if you like bread. Good value for money, and the option of ordering ahead and collecting means you can bust the queues and avoid hanging around with all the sweaty students from the college!

I've just ordered food from Subway via UberEats, at first I made an order but they rejected it as the stuff was out of stock, I tried calling to see what was in stock but they weren't answering, so I kept trying to edit the order but it wouldn't work, so I cancelled it and made a new one and eventually it was accepted. The app allows you to track the driver, he had one stop before us but he was doing a tour of Penzance. I tried calling the store multiple times and they wouldn't pick up the phone. The food arrived late, cold and sloppy but at this point we were that hungry we just had to deal with it. Won't order from here again

Went in to subway today to collect my wife's order the woman behind the counter didn't know how the on-line ordering worked then once i had received my order i couldn't get the drinks machine to work so tried to get the attention of the 2 employees yapping out the back by saying excuse me very loudly 5 times only to be ignored :(

A fairly standard subway franchise, however... The food was so very fresh and tasty it was delicious and the staff ensured the maximum number of people entering the store was adhered to in order to keep us safe, a nice touch.

Good employees there, they are very friendly and the food Is really nice and fresh.

Das Essen war OK, der junge Mann, der uns bediente, war nett und schnell beim Zubereiten. Abzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit, Tische waren schmutzig und Essensreste lagen unter den Tischen, obwohl es leer war.

You get good coffee and food at Subway you have a really good choice

The Asian lad who served me was so rude and very unpleasant if you don’t like the job or who you have to serve then don’t do it . I think it’s because I’m gay he had a problem The other lad that worked there was pleasant he went on his break and went outside to talk to my partner who was holding our dog 22/06/19

Dodgey chairs = Hell up Clearly subway can’t tell there ars3 from there elbow, if they spent more time worrying about there customers safety and not how many slices of tomato’s to put in there mediocre sandwiches they wouldn’t be in this dilemma. They’re making innocent customers pay for an actual law suit waiting to happen. Let’s cut this short and say that subway couldn’t care if they’re fellow regular paying customers are breaking there legs but at least they’re eating a sandwich on a dodgey chair that’s collapsing beneath them and making them pay for it. They didn’t listen to those who had witnessed people sitting on it, making the person pay for the chair that was out of their interest to break. By doing something about it, they are making them pay for something that they didn’t purposely break. Absolutely disgusted by the customer care put in place by subway way.

Well called in Sunday 8 th of July coming back from the Prom at about 7.45 pm, all the chairs & tables were stacked up , even outside. Asked the guy were we could sit only to be told " take away " only, yet they stay open till 9.0 pm. Very disappointed since we did need to rest a bit, so spent our money in the local pub.

Taps in the toilet not working. Loads of people not purchasing anything from the shop but using the facilities.

I went in to get my son his favourite sub, personally I do not like the food so didn't eat.

Popped in for a cup of tea and got a free cookie..Dont get me wrong but there are lots of better places around.Its just a very average chain cafe.Is it ok?? yeah but dont go miles out of your way for it

I have been there a number of times and every time it’s dirty and the sub doesn’t taste good they don’t fill the sub to the right portions and there is never a smile when being served it was good back a year or 2 ago but not worth it now sorry

The young men explained in enuf detail on my choices of subway and was friendly but sincere i love fruit and veg and to have salad in ye subway is cruncy yeah 5 veg n fruit aday be good to experiment with new dips from greece n italy with vegs etc

Visited around 2pm on a Saturday. 4 quid for a premium 6” sub. Not worth it, sparse meat and cheese so when the veggie bits were added it took the any taste of the main ingredients away. Tables and floor very dirty. Not the way subs used to be.

Visited subway for lunch we got thee rolls of choice with ham tomato lettuce etc and three drinks two teas and a coffer all for £9 that was a mega deal.

So I'll begin by stating I am a vegetarian, I get very ill if I consume meat products. As i queued to order a sub the gentleman in front of me was ordering his, as his bread was being filled with ham he changed his mind on his choice of bread - the staff member took the meat out of the bread and placed it back on the rack, selected a different sub and then filled it. My turn came and the staff member grabbed the previously used sub and asked what i wanted, I explained I didn't want that particular sub as it had had a meat product in it and I am a vegetarian with allergies to meat, with visible annoyance the sub was put back and another taken off the rack. At this point I had to explain again that I am a vegetarian and even though the sub was swapped the staff member was still using the same gloves they had been handling the meat with, they swapped the gloves, picked the same sub up and then glaring at me asked what I wanted for a filling. Desperately trying not to be a problem except for the fact that meat products make me ill I then pointed out that the sub he was holding with the fresh gloves had been held with the old gloves so the sub would still need to be changed. They then swapped it for the first sub that had been previously filled with meat products. I know to some people vegetarianism is pointless and deserves to be mocked, some of us get ill some of us have principles - so to fight for a sub like this is tiring. I gave up, walked away, and will not return to a subway. Subway as a business no problems, the staff you choose to employ? Thats another matter all together.

Voordeel bij deze Subway (en dat is overigens altijd wel het geval) is dat je de broodjes helemaal naar eigen smaak kan samenstellen. Zeker met moeilijk etende kinderen ideaal. Personeel vriendelijk.

Friendly staff, fresh salad and always clean... Love it!

On entering the premises we noted one customer and someone on a laptop. We seated ourselves and the member of staff approached our table stating that they were about to close. It was 8.40 pm i had previously checked the website which clearly stated the opening hours were 11.00pm there were no closing times on the shops door. When i questioned the member of staff the person seated on the laptop came over to our table and stated they chose when to close and the website was wrong. When i asked whom he was he rather rudely announced he was the manager. He was dressed in what can only be described as scruffy attire and chewed gum throughout the whole of our visit which i find extremely rude especially when engaging in conversation with customers and when handling food extremely unhygienic We were waiting for my husband to put a ticket on the car in a nearby car park but were told unless we ordered immediately we wouldn't be served. Thankfully my husband arrived and we placed our orders we were unable to have a choice of which sub we wanted we were told we could only have what was left in the cabinet. There was confusion from the member of staff and manager whilst getting the drinks ready. The manager was rude, he showed very little knowledge and presented no manners at all. When i asked for the owners details so i could make a complaint i was refused them, i then stated i was in my rights to be given the name of the owner and was told he was foreign and they couldn't spell his name!! Disgrace all round. When we eventually attempted to eat the food it was tasteless and sloppy. We will not be returning.

Just popped in for a coffee, was good service but ive certainly tasted better coffee.Subway is very hit and miss.

5/2/2017 Where do I start Lack of fillings for what I paid for. Bread was burnt and the short big bloke was useless and was slow. I come here loads and if you don't sort this out you will loose a customer

One of the dirtiest subway I have ever been in! Tables chairs flor everything was a mess. Unpleasant atmosphere. Sandwich not the best.

On the 18th July at 19/15 I called into Subway Causeway eat to have a drink and something to eat.We both wished to use the toilet but it was locked. I asked the young man was it possible to open the toilet, and he told us that the police had told him he had to lock it. I told him we wanted to eat but needed to use the toilet. He replied, "I done care" and as we left under his breath said 'Good riddance" Although I have been a regular customer since they opened I shall not be returning, and I shall pass the word on.

you cannot go wrong with Subway food really if yu have not got a lot of time and need a satisfying snack. - friendly efficient staff in this one - but not enough I think ! The ONE and only LOO was disgusting .Spent paper on the WET floor and the loo itself had not been cleaned for days - or so it looked. Smelt as well. AND it OPENS onto the eating area directly - now that's not privacy

After reading trip advisor, and reading the comments from the new manager I decided to give subway PZ another chance and I must say that I was incredibly impressed. Firstly the young lad behind the counter was nothing but friendly and pleasant and liked and liked to share a joke, not even stressed even though the place was relatively busy. The quantity of the food section was filled up as was the salad and the quality of the sandwich was delicious. The place was clean and tidy, and I have heard that the gentleman who served me on my last visit has been told "Good luck with your future endeavours" so I will definitely be going back. Keep up the good work.

I popped in here late one afternoon , desperate for a quick bite & got just the thing, a six inch veg patty with my choice of salad add ons & sauce served by a very pleasant chap. Fair price & did me for the evening.

I will confess right now, I DO like Subways generally and this one is of the same standard as virtually any other you walk into, ...and I for one don't have a problem with mass produced food as long as its tasty and reasonably priced. THIS is !In fact I think the price of a "Sub" is about the best value food around.At this establishment, the tables are regularly cleaned the place is generally clean, the toilet is clean and for a "drop in" food shop, its good.Long may it continue.

The sandwiches are delicious but a little expensive. Served quite quickly by friendly staff. The meal deals are a good idea if you have children.
