Absolutely disgusting service, our food had over 2 and a half hours late (I called 17 times for an updated but the called wasn’t answered over that period of time, expected delivery time was 15 minutes) food arrived cold and greasy. Unable to contact the complain as the phone isn’t answered. The food was ordered by a food delivery app. Total waste of money

Very nice people but not sure a lemon and mint sauce belongs on the salad of a kebab. Also the pizza garlic bread was as hard as a rock. Sorry!

I just wanted a good Donner Kebab, I received dry donner meat also the kebab was burnt and crispy, I could not enjoy it at all. Secondly I got barely any sauce on it so that did not help which made me upset I will not order from here again.

Ordered donner kebab and it was cold and extremely greasy . There was also a very long wait time despite me living 15 mins away the wait time was 54 mins 2 secs to be exact will never order from here for the rest of my life disgusting..............

Ordered the chefs special box. Didn't come with any salad and coleslaw as promised. Only allowed one small sauce. Chicken was inedibly dry and was just small bit of breast not kebab. Feel completely ripped off, won't go back

their sizes are good, the food is really good too, also the price is not very high too, they are good people trying to run a business and they are doing it really well.

We buy from here often and the food is always incredible. However, delivery can be incredibly slow. Sometimes it’s here within an hour, sometimes we wait nearly two hours. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone when we call to see where the food is.

Placed an order online to be notified that it was 65 mins for delivery, after 2 hours were still waiting for our food, after calling the takeaway numerous times with no answer. 2 and half hours later driver turns up with our food which was then cold so we declined and asked for a refund this is no kind of service. Won't be ordering again.

Placed an order and was expecting an hour later. Delivery driver called as he couldn't find me, explained where I was and told him I would wait outside. Proceeded to call him 3 times and still he couldn't listen to where I am. Cancelled order! 😡😡😡😡

This place is actually really nice. Contrary to many other reviews the sizes are good and for the quality and portion size I think the prices are reasonable. Lots of choice and you can really make it your own. Just because it may look like somewhere you may not want to step foot in, after many times of being there that feeling has long gone. The staff are polite and they really aren't slow, I waited longer in McDonalds, and SAK have online orders too. That in itself has had its own fair share of bad reviews, but the prices on there other than other restaurants online are price matched to in-store, I checked. For reference a large wrap and donner kebab, chips and cheesy chips is the same price as a can, a litre bottle, and the above food minus the chips plus delivery. I think this is a good restaurant keeping non chain takeaways in a moderate market area reputable.

First time I’ve visited and will certainly be the last! Rude and painfully slow service, I was the only person at the counter and had to wait 20mins for the order to be prepared. Food was below average at best and I was unwell the following morning. Very disappointed, such a shame!

Revised my review Used to order from here all the time and loved the chicken strips. One day we found little dead bugs inside a pizza box and it put us off. I’ve been to the place in person and it doesn’t look clean.

Really confused about this place as it was not as pictured! Service was good but food was average, wouldn't go there again unfortuantly!

This food is absolutely hands down the most disgusting kebab we have ever had stone cold tasteless leather pure gross, when you phone to complain you get hurled abuse down the phone at and actually vile racist comments thrown at you. These people need shutting down disgusting

Ordered pizza from here tonight and it was stone cold by time it got here and phoned up to make a complaint and the person that answered was very rude .. won't be buying from them. Again

We use this kebab when its too late to cook. Normally we get their pizzas delivered which are always good. A large does me for 2 days. The choose your own has lots of options. Recently we called in on the way home. My partner had a kebab which he enjoyed albeit difficult to eat as the pitta split. I had the chicken burger which i was dissapointed with. It was a very thin breaded chicken piece with a small amount of salad. Very small and franky tasted of nothing. I wouldnt get another.

Small portions, over priced, tastes good. I suppose great for drunken people coming up from the pub I suppose. I will not be eating there again, the same size large portion in London would fill me up @ £2 less. Cleanliness seems a lot to be desired

Do not go to this place. Tried to charge me £69 for 3 pizzas and chips with 2 dips. Then realises I was sober and then tried to charge me £59. I then started calculating the price by myself via the menu, then they said sorry its £39! Once I had my food, they didn’t give me the correct order skimping out on extra toppings I asked for. Really terrible quality too. Please avoid, obviously a business model to profit from the people on nights out. Don’t let these people take advantage.

Really wasn't happy with the quality of the food even though the reviews said otherwise, the kebab was so greasy it made the chips soggy and couldn't eat it, the garlic mayo didn't taste like garlic mayo, however the kids food was good

Quality food and a friendly team

Order a kebab could not believe how expensive it is. I ordered a large mixed kebab and 6 sauces and got charged £17.50. In comparison could get the same for £10 at King's as they don't rip you off.

Good food but used to be 15 minimum order for delivery and now is 20, making us spend a total of 25 including delivery!!

Order from here regularly and it is fantastic every time. Would definitely recommend

Didn't receive cheese on my chips, and when I rang up to sort it the person on the phone insisted that I was wrong and that he made it himself, when the chips with NO cheese are sat right in front of me

Beautiful kebabs , best in St Austell . Salad is always very fresh and very good portions sizes for the price . Chicken doner is always consistently nice . Chilli sauce is a decent chilli sauce with some real kick too .

I was a regular customer here for quite a while with no bad experiences which made me question the bad reviews I had read. The food was ok and delivery was on time or early. However the last time I ordered the food hadn't arrived over an hour after it should have, so I phoned just to check that they actually had my order and it hadn't been missed, and I got hung up on by the owner/manager! Several other reviews all say the same. I will never go back and have since been ordering delivery from Hart's chippy in Gover, who now do kebabs, burgers etc.

Tasty, decent food. Delivery can take a while as they are very popular, so worth ordering earlier.

Late delivery, gone off coleslaw, asked for something to be removed from pizza and it was still there. Just save your breath and go somewhere else.

If i could give zero stars then I would. I was so happy with the fast delivery and hot food but I noticed the pizza was missing the baby spinach, first they hung up on me and so I rang back and they started shouting and pretty much called me a liar. Won't be ever going back!!!

My go to place in st. Austell to get a kabab, the staff are friendly and the food is always great. They also have a 5 star food hygiene rating and have a massive selection of food to choose from. The counter and seating area is quite small but food is prepared quickly so it's not the worst thing if you can't get a seat for waiting. Their website does add a sercharge (40p) wether you are collecting or getting delivered, so if your close enough, you might as well call and collect your self. I have noticed that extras on the website you get for free if you order it at the takeaway. Still love this place though and can definitely recommend.

food arrived 1.5hours after ordering as was described, pizza and kebabs were fine but the 4 lots of cheesy chips were extremely cold and clearly had been sat in the premises getting colder and colder before finally being delivered. delivery was literally 5 minutes from the premises. spoke to the company on the phone and was told there is nothing they can do and to call the manager back tomorrow. my friend orders from there all the time but this was my first time and if this is the service I can expect then it will be my last.

Food turnt up after a hour and 20 mins chips were cold and hard and had an item missing for them to tell me I would have to wait half and hour then put phone down then I rang back for them to tell me they are busy they won't be sending nothing out!!! The food that did turn up was greasy cold and horrible I won't ever be ordering from them again the attitude of the worker is disgusting like their food!!!!

Just too expensive, can get cheaper elsewhere for same quality food. Prices have been going up, shame really.

Not the most pleasant meal we've had. Large lamb donner, half pound cheeseburger and chips ordered. Chips were only just warm and had a dry, rubbery texture to them. The burger bun was actually wet. Kebab was cold. We won't be ordering from them again. Arrived in good time though and drinks were fine as they were in cans.

Rude staff. Don’t even try to call them to see why they are late! Then after it arrives it’s cold and they’ve forgotten half your order. Definitely don’t call them back to complain about half your order missing You’ll get abused down the phone and told they’ll come to your house and f**k you up!! Them hang up on you, so you call them back.. yet again foul language and abuse! Obviously they have great people skills and the best customer service!! Definitely save your money somewhere else to sell paying for abuse and Disgusting food.

Was a regular customer, the comments that I had left on my order didnt get read correctly. Phoned them to try resolve this, which was an epic fail due to the manager taking no responsibility of fault, and being fairly rude. I didnt even want a refund just my order rectified but he point blank refused, which effectively led to one person in the house unable to eat with us!! Foods actually alright but the service can be shocking!

Had a home delivery today of lamb donner and chicken shish with a portion of chips. The delivery arrived super fast and we were very pleased with the food. No complaints at all and we will certainly use again.

My sin loves their pizzas. Beware of parking in the car park opposite. I was there 5 minutes and got a £100 ticket!

Turned up nearly 2 hours later with food this eve, told the delivery driver I'd pay him 15 quid instead of the 17.74 due to the fact they were due in 60 minutes not 2 hours, and I'd call the boss there and then to sort it first (I'd already explained this to chat agent at foodhub too online), delivery driver didn't even let me get as far as finishing talking or making call to boss far, he just picked up the bag of food with my order in that was on my doorstep he'd placed there and stormed off. Every single order is late and has to be chased up for myself and others I know in area that use them, and you get nothing but attitude and a utter mouthful when chasing up. Won't be using again.

Order for myself and other half. Both had burger and chips and shared mozzarella dippers. Food was so tasty, warm and the service was super fast. Much better than when we last visited!! Would recommend 😁

Absolutely lovely food and very polite delivery driver

We were looking for a kebab place in st austell as not really a fan of YGs. There was mixed reviews for this place and I was almost put off but we gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised ! Delivery was quick and the food was amazing!! It's been a matter of days and we have just placed another order!! Don't let the old comments put you off as this is now under new management and the food is great! Not greasy, not cold and full of flavour !! Trying is a must!!

Very disappointed! Donnor meat tiny chunks of fatty bits of meat from last nights left overs is the only way to describe it not even edible so stright in the bin, son said the pizza wasnt as nice as it used to be either however the chips were nice tonight, I used to be a regular here and enjoy the food but the quailty, quantity is no longer here so havent used for awhile and wont be again now just throwing money in the bin litrally! Pointless ringing to complain as it doesnt get aknowlaged and can be rude from previous experiences!, think its pot luck on who is working to get the best quality! Such a shame!

Without a doubt the best burger I have ever eaten...... Kebabs a bit garlicky for me, but I always order with no sauce, just the meat is a bit garlicky, and I only care as I have a slight intorelance to garlic, but I'm never ill off them, so I love them.. My boyfriend gets them all the time, and I get a burger.. Delish...... Lovely kind staff too xxx always polite x

Had a large shish kabab was good size lots of salad n garlic mayo , clean chicken nice chuncks all in all well worth the money !!! wasn't greasy n dripping in fat like others around the area (Not kings) but a few others will defo be going back !!!!!

Food here always arrives very fast and hot, tastes great and i always loved eating here, but recently the previous two times ive ate from here ive had a bad gut from it. not sure why as it never happened before. taste of food 4 star. delivery driver customer service 4 star as always friendly but only putting 3 star due to getting a bad gut after.

Best kebab I have had . Not greasy at all salad and sauce was good I had garlic husband had chilli and said it was the best sauce he had ever had . Had it delivered and it arrived before scheduled time reasonably price and good will definitely order again

Whole order was soggy and tepid. Ordered a large cheese hey chips and a medium chips... medium was a bigger portion than the large. Burger was sweaty and soggy. Onion rings were chewy. Vile. You used to be so good. What went wrong

had mixed Donner and chips and cheese - i dont understand why every kebab shop in Cornwall thinks coleslaw is a part of salad it isn't!!!!!!! I think the south west needs to spend some time looking at kebab houses in the north east as they dont do anywhere near as many options as they do - even veal!

Unsatisfied with the kebab. The Kebab rotisseries were not turning or cooking but the meat was not covered up from flies. My kebab meat was prepared around a corner out of sight. I was promised salad with the kebab but didn't recieve any. I asked for a little chilli sauce but it was drowned in sauce that was mouth scalding and I couldn't eat it. The shop was not very clean and scuffed chipped paint.
