Got served by someone called Mikey, he was honestly such a sweetheart and an incredible service delievered by him, give this man a raise

Useless mcdonalds, the milkshake machine is always "broken" and food takes forever

It's convenient, food often looks thrown together, it appears over handled meaning squashed or burgers not built very well and poorly wrapped, would rather travel to Truro for McDonald's. Often thickshakes not working or no mcflurrys available, always busy but it's the only McDonald's in Camborne!

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited. Long wait for food when it was quiet and food came out lukewarm.

All you would expect from the big M. Breakfast was hot as was the coffee!

Shocking service,why give the mcflurry and tell me to park up for a wait of 10 mins for a basic cheeseburger,in this heat would have been inedible,told the lady would like the mcflurry at same time as the burger so handed back to her,only for the same melted mess to be brought to my car along with a cold burger.Never again,for all the terrible reviews,the only way they are going to even try to rectify the awful service and food is to stay away.No customers is the only way this terrible place has any hope of improvement

Nothing much, it's a McDonald's as usual. Service was a bit slower than most McDonald's and the food is alright. Honestly, nothing much from this McDonald's

Pathetic. 2 hours for cold food. It’s so bad it’s almost impressive. Uber won’t refund because I bought through McDonald’s app. McDonald’s won’t talk to me because they paid Uber to deliver it.

just collected 2 happy meals for my grandchildren from the drive thru, ordered chicken nugget got cheeseburger. children have had to rush off without eating, yet again useless Mcdonalds

delivery driver had the heat up bag wide open so the food was cold when i got it. the delivery driver couldnt find my house and went to the wrong one. he then called me multiple times asking for directions and me and my grandma both gave him directions to the correct house but couldnt even follow the sat nav or understand directions. he then was rude saying how its my fault for apparently putting the wrong location when the address was correct. it was not my fault and he cant follow simple instructions

Seemed to take alot longer than others in our party to get food. Some had finished by time we got ours. Tables were dirty when arrived, lobby host was helpful when summoned.

Half a McFlurry and wrong order twice. Member of staff very rude, when complained the shift manager obviously didn’t care. I asked for main manager and was told he wasn’t there. Staff (younger ones) have such bad attitudes. Terrible place, and I will be taking my complaint upwards until I receive an appropriate response.

ordered for 20:02 estimated Delivery for 20:25-20:35. Got changed to 20:50-21:00, then 21:10-21:20 Finally delivered 21:30

I am not impressed with the app. . . . there should be a dialogue box for 'issues with your order' - I got the wrong flavour milkshake; I can't stand chocolate milkshake & it looked like vanilla initially, but was chocolate part way down. There were no dips with nuggets & the only check box was for no nuggets. Not every issue is suitable for a check box!

If I could rate 0 I would! Arrived to a quiet restaurant! The app was down so couldn’t use it. Ordered on the machine that as normal doesn’t print receipts After 12 mins I asked where my food was and was told they didn’t know!!! The entrance where the food is brought out had staff members off shift stood in the way waiting for their food, which was coming out very quick. After 18 minutes my order appeared cold and missing one meal. When I questioned where it was they said they didn’t know. Eventually it came and to be honest it was all crap. No apologies. I was with 3 groups of people and they all had to wait the person who order 1st got theirs last! Oh and of course No McFlurrys as per!! I won’t be back

Ordered at 5:10, was meant to be delivered with in the hour, didn’t go out for delivery until 6:50 and didn’t turn up until 7:10! Rang for a refund but told me to cancel online to do this which I then couldn’t do!!!

the delivery driver did not follow my instructions on delivery to back door, he either didn't read instructions or you didn't put them on the order.

Possibly the worst Mc Donald's in the county of not country, had to wait 30mim for a very simple order and they still got it wrong. Don't think I have ever got the correct order from there first time.

food delivered cold, its supposed to be mcdonalds which takes 10 minutes max wait time, he was waiting outside waiting for other orders before he delivered mine which then came 1 hour late and cold food.

I just like going here, as I have the McDonald's App. Also, since it's improved the car park entrance, exit, and overall site, including Restaurant, it's so much easier to get what you want, aswell as driving in/out of the place. I only put 4* for food, as sometimes Fries aren't Hot enough, and they've made mistakes, occasionally with my Order. But on the whole it's a good place to dine in or out.

this is the third time that i have complained about the quality of food lack of it and very poor service the last delivery today was over an hour late once again no straws or tissues.there was no bottle of orange and the coke was leaking out of the container so once again i am extremely unhappy with the service. SO CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINTS SOONEST.

Absolute shambles no dips the chips are not large what so ever I wouldn’t even say a medium also the burger looks like it’s been put together with a sling shot :( it’s not difficult to get a small order correct

You customise an order and they put a sticker on the box saying it's customised but when you open the box and it's not what you ordered 🤬🤬🤬

all the food was very cold there were no straws to drink the drinks no tissues to wipe our hands so altogether i was very unhappy with this order this was not your usual high standard as i have had a few orders over the last two or three weeks so i am not a happy bunny

Really picked up their game recently, fries always hot and service usually under 10 minutes! Friendly and accommodating staff, now one of the nicer maccies in Cornwall.

Got a call informing us that the order had been messed up by the delivery driver then instead of rectifying the situation McDonald's cancelled the order so we had to reorder the food which took way too long to get to us. Very Very poor service

Absolute shocking service at one of the worst Macdonald's in the country. Was told to wait in the car park, 20 mins later food was brought to the car stone cold. This was not the first time the food was terrible. Do yourself a favour and drive a few miles to Hayle for a far better experience.

I cannot emphasise enough how badly managed this place is. It took over half an hour to receive my order, which was the most basic of orders being the wrap of the day, fries and a drink. They weren’t even busy & when I got my order my car I realised it was stone cold. I then go back into the restaurant to complain and ask for the chips to be replaced with hot ones. They take my meal away & after 10min waiting I ask the lad behind the counter where my meal is to which he told me I don’t know I don’t work in the kitchen. I wait a little while longer & ask for the manager only to be told there is no manager because they are on their break. I then get handed back my original cold wrap & no fries. I complain and eventually get a new veggie wrap & fries. I request that the cctv be watched by senior managers and used as a training video of how a restaurant shouldn’t be run. Staff & managers need to serous training in catering services. If any managers are reading this please please watch the cctv of inside the restaurant between about 8.30 & 9.15 & use it to improve service.

Worst Mcdonalds in Cornwall. Food is always missing and cold. You never get the food you pay for and when you order on uber eats you can't even get your money back. 4 times in 1 month we haven't received meals as it was missing. Its not hard to check the receipt to make sure everything is in the bag.

Orders constantly get cancelled as no drivers available. No idea why JustEat take the orders if they haven’t got the drivers to deliver them.

Absolutely fed up of this branch, EVERYTIME I go they don't do this they don't do that. Went for a breakfast meal today, after queuing and waiting 10 mins at a silent screen, we were then told NO HOT DRINKS, so we cancelled and had to then que another 15 to get out thr drive thru empty handed. Message to the MANAGER, PUT A SIGN BEFORE YOU ENTER YOUR SLOW SERVICE DRIVE THRU WHEN YOU DONT DO HOT DRINKS, OR MCFLURRIES OR ANYTHING ELSE!!! THAT WAY YOUR CUSTOMERS DONT WASTE THEIR TIME!!!!! Also why are you employing kids that don't speak ENGLISH....OH COZ YOU PAY THEM BELOW ADULT MINIMUM WAGE

i ordered my food for 6:10pm and I got it 8:30pm. tried to cancel my order but wouldn't let me, meaning I had to order from another location. that order arrived before this one!!! no disrespect to the delivery person or kitchen staff, it's not their fault but if they can't take an order as it's too busy, management should cancel it when asked to instead >:(

food was made at 16.36, food was delivered at 17.57 and was all stone cold and not ebiable or enjoyable, we will not be using just eat again. one and a half hour waiting time abysmal is an undersatemt

Rubbish, got order wrong as ordered toffee lattes but got plain ones.. Paid for 2 larger dips but only got one.. Not overly impressed Probably the slowest MDs around!!!

Very unhappy!! Half of my order was missing.

Well, obviously it's a fast food cafe, so expectations accordingly. I was there mainly because it was the only place within about 30 miles that I could get something to eat so late at night. I went twice, first occasion the fries were lovely and hot, second time they were just tepid. I considered flagging it for the staff, but didn't have the energy. The chicken was more consistenly ok. I liked that. Order in MaccyDs has been through a large touchscreen for some time now, so there's no human interaction. That probably saves them from nasty antisocial customer behaviour.

Ordered at 16.45. Eventually arrived cold with melted McFlurries at 19.05. Looked like it had been rolling around in the delivery driver’s car for the last hour. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered 6:35. ETA 6:55. Food arrived 7:50 - stone cold and missing half the items. App said courier was at the restaurant for most of that time so assuming it was restaurants issue. Have received credit on account for the missing items but the whole order was a shambles.

Food delivered on time but missing my sons meal. Every time we order there's always items missing. Tried just eat for delivery and still items missing. Son very unhappy

This is without doubt the worst place I've ever eaten in my life!! Chicken Big Mac with to burgers and a bit of cheese no salad . 25 minutes wait for that rubbish!! Not happy.

Ordered for delivery at 5:10pm, and food arrived at 7pm, cold. This was also for my daughter who was obviously in bed by the time this arrived! I understand things can run late sometimes but nearly 2 hours is ridiculous and we wouldn’t have ordered!

It's better to go to the shop and buy whatever you want.Its just hectic to wait an order to be delivered to the address.
