McDonald's in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Very long wait to give order tho drive tho ..paid for items ghen asked to wait in waiting bay for food to be prepared 10min wait total time wasted was 22mins ..bloody ridiculous

Ordered food over 2 and half hours ago. Not arrived yet and no doubt will be cold as always when it does. Place is a joke.

The fries are usually terrible at this McDs....cold and undetsalted. Also, they forget your dips 50% of the time, so do check before your drive off.

It's reliable. The food is what it is, the prices are what they are, and the service time is as expected. I visit at least 2x weekly and know what I like.

Every time I order from this place through anywhere I face tons of issues from missing items to getting the order wrong but out of all of them this is the worst. I ordered some mayo chickens and the come drowning in ketchup like they've been left in a pool of it for a week and then served. How can you be proud of the work you do when you serve food in awful quality like this? Train your staff better or just get new employees who actually care about the job even a little bit

I ordered cheese melts that didn’t arrive. I then requested a refund and it was denied. BE WARY WHEN USING JUST EAT MC DONALDS as you may lose money because just-eat refuse to refund you despite showing photographs of missing food etc.

my order was not delivered at all. After waiting 2 hours for its delivery. I had no call or msg to say it was delivered. when clicking on help they said they would get back to me in 2 days!! very unhappy customer 😕

I ordered my food and it said 45-60mins for delivery that's fine it's Saturday no problem. after about 30 mins the app says my driver is at the restaurant and it stays like that until my food is delivered 1.5 hrs later. this is probably the worst McDonald's/Just Eat experience I have had. Me and my family are really unhappy

Shocking, missing my burger from my meal and they won't even send a replacement.

Ordered through drive through. 2 meals plus a chicken share box and cheese bite. Charged for all we ordered. Arrived home, no fries at all, stone cold I mean cold and everything was cold. Considering they parked us while we waited for our food, live less then 4 mins from the place it's a joke. Not the 1st time we have been charged for food we didn't recieve either. Staff don't care about customer service and management are well let's just say to call them useless would insult useless people. Won't be back.

As McDonald's go, this is one that is quite lovely. The staff are friendly and work hard, even in the lunch rush. It's always relatively clean and we very rarely get missing items or wrong orders.

Rarely go inside McDonald's unless there's a problem with payment on the app. It still needs a lot of work to be able to handle the amount of pressure from customers it is taking orders for.

I thought that maybe by getting a delivery from this mcdonalds the quality might be a little better but again choosing the pool mcdonalds was the wrong choice, firstly said it would arrive between 19:00-19:15 and kept changing eventually got here at 19:50 freezing cold so had to be microwaved and the milkshake was wrong and although may not sound bad when you have a fussy child expecting a certain flavour and it's wrongs it causes chaos, thanks mcdonalds another £40 wasted and awful meal 👍👍

Told by delivery driver that our order had been "lost" and that they had to do the order all over again. Not the 1st time this has happened - not good enough.

The food is absolutely disgusting, came cold and squashed, way to much sauce splattered everywhere. Took a couple bites but threw it in the bin straight away. Never having a McDonald's again. How anyone could eat that crap I don't know. Mother's and dad's are only poisening there kids.

Here we are again a bad review for Camborne maccys .. 5.35 pm ordered a happy meal fish fingers with a flat white and the dreaded apple pie ...... Went to pay... Usual problem can you go wait in no 1 please ,apple pie not cooked, they handed me the flat white ... 15 minutes later still no apple pie a little while later at last..... I askedd the lad were the chips fresh and not been sat on the side for 20. Minutes ,,shocked look on his face dear soul yyeeesss .. I should of checked but I was already fed up...... So got home literally 7 minute journey .. chips were actually cold fish fingers as well oh and coffee you've got it nearly cold....... My wife is not healthy and very poorly .. if the fish fingers give her more problems I will be contacting council operatives B nightmare she just fancied them as she thoroughly enjoyed the meal she had at maccys Truro Oh they won't answer phone either

The cleaner started spraying the table in front of us while we were eating with my partner and my daughter. When asked if she can't wait a couple of minutes she said it's done now. Sorry. Really?? All that bleach over our tray. Disgusting

Asked for latte got a hot chocolate got there at 10.45 for breakfast their drive through was playing up ordered got to window to pay and it was a minute past and was told my order was cancelled if you want decent hot food go hayle maccys

I sent a complaint about the food and had no reply. The coffee was wasted into the ice cream was ruined i just put it in the bin. I was asked for a photo which was not possible. There was only half of the coffee in the cup.

This was my first time ordering through the app and found it easy to do .however the time of delivery was changing a lot. upon the delivery my son asked the driver about the drinks as it wasnt obvious to where they were. the driver quickly replied abruptly that they was in the bag; to which I had called back to him exscuse me there was no need to be rude .! my son is autistic and struggles with social interactions and wanted to greet the driver .but the driver wasn't in the mood for niceties..

Visited Trevenson Road on the way to our game at Helston Athletic AFC. Fairly efficenct service as a busy Saturday and a bonus to add this one to the database. Liked the lay out and design. Enjoyable McPlant meal and nice latte.

Terrible quality, they ere serving one side of the drive through multiple times before serving us. Then we had to wait again in the parking bay. It took 20 minutes to go through the drive through. The chips some of which weren’t cooked properly and were cold by the time we got home. The milkshake had a human hair stuck on it! All they could say was sorry. Its about time this company started producing better quality food for the prices they are charging and better trained staff. I wont be going again.

Disappointed with the new faceless look and feel when not using the drive thru. It's not inviting at all but seems to be a new direction in many of its outlets. Maccys doesn't need to be personal obviously. Edit: back in today, same old story. Queue of people inside waiting patiently while the drive-thru customers are prioritized - no apologies from the team either. No funks given.

There was a problem with the food. One of the cheese burgers and the apple pie had a taste of perfume. Could have easily been cleaning product like anti bacterial spray. Not happy want a refund.

Driver was “at the restaurant” forever. When they finally notified they were en route they were at a completely different location to McDonald’s, and the food arrived stone cold. Clearly they were making other deliveries en route and taking my food for a nice drive around the area.

cold food had to heat in the microwave for a minute last time was better it was hot and had staw for the drink.

It's convenient, food often looks thrown together, it appears over handled meaning squashed or burgers not built very well and poorly wrapped, would rather travel to Truro for McDonald's. Often thickshakes not working or no mcflurrys available, always busy but it's the only McDonald's in Camborne!

Shocking service,why give the mcflurry and tell me to park up for a wait of 10 mins for a basic cheeseburger,in this heat would have been inedible,told the lady would like the mcflurry at same time as the burger so handed back to her,only for the same melted mess to be brought to my car along with a cold burger.Never again,for all the terrible reviews,the only way they are going to even try to rectify the awful service and food is to stay away.No customers is the only way this terrible place has any hope of improvement

just collected 2 happy meals for my grandchildren from the drive thru, ordered chicken nugget got cheeseburger. children have had to rush off without eating, yet again useless Mcdonalds

delivery driver had the heat up bag wide open so the food was cold when i got it. the delivery driver couldnt find my house and went to the wrong one. he then called me multiple times asking for directions and me and my grandma both gave him directions to the correct house but couldnt even follow the sat nav or understand directions. he then was rude saying how its my fault for apparently putting the wrong location when the address was correct. it was not my fault and he cant follow simple instructions
