Ordered on uber eats, sent entirely wrong order, twice in a row. No call to say they don’t have what we wanted, just entirely different items twice in a row. To make it worse I’m allergic to their bread so ordered a salad and they sent a sandwich so I couldn’t even have even eaten it if I wanted to :(

We entered the store to be met with a rude and distracted server, that decided a little stupid dance was more important than the customers in front of him but fair enough I didn’t pay for a live event but I’ll take one, we then proceed to order like usual just to get met with a head shake refusing our order in respond to our request when he is clearly verbal, he then proceeded to mess up the BLT order with a bacon and cheese which no one ordered then proceeded to complain to us after we calmly responded, after we sadly accepted our poor quality sandwich for 4 quid he then proceeded to giggle after messing up my order, we get our order and I have to reorder my sandwich just to get more head shakes. Anyways walked in wanting a BLT left with a terrible chicken and cheese.

Place needs a deep clean as do some of the staff. Dirty nails poor hygiene. Sticky tables. They struggle to even acknowledge the customer!! Sandwich wrong, oddly tastes of other ingredients. Not focused enough even to do a sandwich properly. Last year a friend was mugged here, late at night. For £5 by a local. This subway seems to attract unsavory types. I should have known better. Especially at night!!! Visitors on a budget are forced to eat here I suppose as they don’t get the special locals rates. If you have a locals card as much as 50% off. So everyone that buys a meal or a pint in Newquay, you’re paying for you and the locals, NICE!!!!

Firstly, she did not have a name badge on, probably wasn’t wearing it on purpose given the way she speak to customers. She was extremely rude to the 2 separate customers in front of us, and I’d noticed her picking up bits of meat so clumsily that they were dropping into other containers i.e. I could clearly see bits of chicken and peppers mixed in with the steak. Unacceptable as this could cause someone with a serious allergy to be violently ill or something more serious. She needs sacking or a serious talking to about her attitude or retraining as she cannot interact with people in a normal manner.

There was 2 people working, one was doing the sandwiches, the other doing the till. The man doing the till was annoying the other one and was an awkward dynamic to be in. It felt like one was bullying the other and that they were being very unserious and did not have their attention on the customer. extremely disappointed.

Absolute rubbish. I ordered delivery from there today. They sent the wrong size sub, which was missing the hash browns I paid extra for. I ordered Tropicana orange juice and they sent Oasis instead which is a sugary drink. The sub was sloppy and messy with most of the fillings outside of the bread just in a mess. I've been to 2 other Subway locations and this is by FAR the worst. Whoever made up my order can't read, can't follow instructions and can't even make a sandwich!

Terrible, food arrive stone cold

Part of the order (hash browns & pigs in blankets) wasn’t available but staff were happy to substitute these for a sub on the menu. Delivery was quite long, took almost an hour and a half after ordering. Once arrived, the subs were not cheese & toasted as requested which was disappointing. The food was lovely, but the highlight was the lovely American gentleman who served us. We didn't catch his name but my word he is a credit to the subway brand. The man deserves all the happiness he gets & a massive pay rise / promotion to CEO of subway at the minimum.

The sandwich didnt come with double cheese which I added and the nachos didnt come with jalapeños

rubbish. hair in sandwich. overpriced for a basic tuna salad roll with drink for near 7 pounds when ad in window states 3.99 for sub crisps and drink...yet of course its only on 1 sandwich nobody wants. asked where the toilet was and oh we havent got one.. really no facilities for paying customers.

Very bad experience from subway in newquay specially staff steven very rude Two staff they took other order before completing our order we were waiting for a long time with kids but they were very rude and when they have not give our ordered we ask them about or order the staff. Steven told us need to queue again We said we already ordered But they were insulted in front of others even we paid our bill for all orders we have done

Saturday 30th March, 1:30am the sandwich they/them man was a legend. Potentially the greatest sandwich I’ve ever eaten and I had front row seats to watch this genius at work, me and my friends were truly privileged, stay safe Mr Sandwich x (Atmosphere was a four because the other customers in there were boring)

Absolutely disgusting. Myself and my sister ordered a sub each. My subway was meat and my sister is a vegetarian. No gloves changed and the lady making our food was rubbing her face with the gloves on and proceeding to make our sandwiches. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Cornwall services subway is much better !!!!

The delivery driver was lovely and on time but my garlic slice was dry, had hardly any chew and practically no garlic and it was cold and so was my sandwich, which also wasn’t cut properly or packed well as when I opened it everything had fallen out.

A lot of the order didn’t turn up but was only able to claim back 2 items, I was also down a bottle of coke and an ice cream. Wasn’t a big order and no excuses for me not being able to recoup my loss- food was also cold
