I've been to MacDonalds all over, and this is the worst MacDonalds I've ever been to. The staff here don't give a single f about you, your food, or the environment. Its bonkers. It was like they fished my food from the bin and placed it directly into the bag.

Says online and on the door open til midnight, gets there at 11pm and they said they was closed but online orders are fine. This needs changing as I've gone out of my way to come to the store after work for it to be closed.

I ordered 6 caramel frappe, all of them are is ice. Not even mixed. Disgusting

Loud kids shouting insult to each other and staff don't stop it food was cold to eat as I had fries and big mac both where cold and drink tasted suboptimal as more water then drink and ice so could barely taste it at all won't be coming back again but still have cravings for it once in awhile

Clean environment and staff are quick to deal with spillages. Food was hot but took ages to prepare even though it was simply no hay on the burgers. Female staff member in the shirt version of uniform had distasteful tattoo which should have been covered really.

i Ordered through Uber and it was a disaster ..incomplete order. ,no dips for what we did get and the drink was split ..not happy at all .I’ll probably get a refund bit I wanted food ..

Service was quick despite having a heavily customised order, the food was barely warm, which was disappointing. We happened to arrive at peak student time, which meant it was packed.

I got some nuggets and it had hair and mold on it never come here

Burgers, selects and fries.. as always best. Kid loved her happy meal 😍 but our coca-cola tasted too bad that we need to throw them in the bin.

Ordered through McDonald’s app to be served on table and every time in all McDonald’s branches in uk they deliver it to the table but they didn’t did it and I have to collect it from the counter after long time pathetic and rude behaviour from the staff too

The service was horrible i called and a worker answered and im not good in english but i am calling and lady is thinking im prank calling but english no good so im told shut up and i is not getting my food

I normally go to McDonald's after I have been out for a drink and it goes down really well, but we had the grandkids and decided to treat them to McDonald's during the day, I'm sorry the self service tills had no paper in so you could order but got no receipt so had to remember your order number, the service was very slow people bringing food back and when we finally got our food it was luke warm, I'm guessing I will stick to going to McDonald's when I've had a drink it tastes much better.

I am so disgusted with the service , I ordered food my pharmacy team , the food had items missing , Uber rep our phone down on me , McDonald a referred them to Uber and spoiled our Xmas lunch for £8.00 refund in. £85.00 order that ruins our work Xmas eve This is disgraceful Uber and McDonald you may want to reconsider your liaison with this non uk based call centre

It's a McDonalds in the town centre. If you don't know what this entails then you must of been under a rock of living off grid for the last 30 years or more.

Not the best place to eat, dirty tables and hygiene seems a bit lapse.

Very busy during lunch hour... packed with the younger generation and mainly students. The cashiers are competent and courteous and ample and flexible seating...I always choose the stools by the window. Compared to some McDonald's, High St is a 'Maraviliso' asset to the Town Centre.

Disorganised dump , takeaway drivers dragging dirty delivery bags in, ( the just eat one was disgusting) leaning on the counter in outside clothes.& one driver plonked his bag on the serving counter to be filled, it wasn't wiped down afterwards. My burger wasn't wrapped properly, was hanging out of the paper in the bag , fries were a bit hard/ cold in places so old mixed in with fresh. Surprised they haven't given anyone food poisoning !

Ordered from just eat the delivery man was late and we only received our drinks and not our food. We had to reorder from a different place not happy when it costed me £46

Despite its ubiquitous worldwide popularity, McDonald's has a bad reputation, at least here in the United States. It is the frequent butt of jokes about its low quality food, questionable ingredients and shady business

Came here on a Sunday tea time with my 8 year old daughter, and I can honestly say it scared me. I won't be going back there again. I realise there will always be issues with town centre restaurants, but the place was over run with loud, rude teenagers and drunken, loud, verbally-abusive men. I felt sorry for the staff who are supposed to 'police'the store. Most of them were trying their best. However, when my little girl asked if we could finish off her meal in the car instead, it took a long time, stood at the counter waiting for a bag, whilst one of the female managers had a rant about the argument she had just had with a customer. This was very unprofessional for a manager.

Went there with my granduater..it was dirty all over the food was cold the tables was full of rubbish..I had to wipe my feet on the way out I'll never go there again it was disgusting.

Absolute disgusting place This was the McDonald's I've been to since I was a child, and year after year, it gets worse and worse. There is not enough seating, and it's totally beat up. But todsy it hit a new low. I went in with my 12 year old son today and and we had to leave before we ordered. They staff just let a big group of school kids sit around shouting, throwing thing's and half of them were vaping. Smoke everywhere. Everyone was disgusted. The staff just walked past and said nothing. Safe to say I'd never go here again.

I recently sat in at this mcdonalds, and there was at least 5 flies hovering around my table for entire time. SORT IT! PRONTO.

No seating area is available downstairs. The shop is open till 23:00 l but the upside seating area gets closed before 18:00. The 3 or 4 tables available are dirty and the floor is full of leftovers and used packaging. Disgusting place, not sure who manages the 6 that person needs to drop by and inspect the shop as it's deplorable!

JUST EAT order missing several items again, its absouloutly shocking this place I am sick to death of not getting my full order and when you ring them theres nothing can be done yet there the ones doing the order!

There's not a lot of seating downstairs so it's no good if you go with toddlers because there is 3 flights of stairs to climb and I found it hard just with my grandson carrying the food also wouldn't recommend on that

Its run like a chimps tea party. Food just dumped in a box went up stairs to eat and food all over the floor on tables and kids just running around making more mess. The problem is it's too small for a town center .

It is what it is, slow service, held up by just eat and other delivery people, not good atmosphere really.

A standard fair placement staff appeared in quite good. Overall, nothing too much to comment. Other than this is the similar kind of situation for many of the restaurants. Ratings on the fries which appear to be quite important were probably medium- they could do with being slightly more crispier of will stop. Otherwise, toilets were fine and other areas of the restaurant were clean. Q's will not too long but ordering was preferable either being done online or via the screens.

Pleasant happy family atmosphere, I'm veggie so food is good for me but my family live it as a treat.

They never seem to get an order right. I've had £40 in vouchers, because I've had to complain to head office about the poor quality control here. It's only a matter of time till someone gets something they're allergic to, and they sue.

Visited last night during the Illuminate event. We stood for several minutes as we needed to ask a question regarding allergies before ordering. The staff were all so focused on bagging up delivery orders that they didn't even acknowledge our presence. No "I'll just be a minute", no "sorry for the delay", nothing at all. We left and went to a neighbouring coffee shop where were greeted as soon as we walked in by friendly, polite staff. Our allergy questions were answered and we were served straight away. I appreciate that McDonald's staff were busy but we would have happily waited had they bothered to acknowledge us.

I hate going McDonald's anyway but every now and then with my kids is ok the food is cheap and rubbish so I dont expect much but I try and stay away more nowadays due to the delivery drivers and this one is the worse as the drivers just park anywhere they want and don't care about the people who are walking and shopping I seen 1 nearly hit a little kid. Ok their mum should have been watching but the way they drive and so fast next to the walkway in a shopping centre it needs to be banned

Visited Ashton town centre McDonald's last Sunday Morning for a coffee while waiting for shops to open . Decided to pay at the till thinking it would be quicker than using touch screen order points. Well I can tell you it's not ! I stood at the till for five minutes , four members of staff completely ignored me. I walked out and walked over to Greggs and got a coffee within seconds .... So much for McDonald's whose original concept was to offer speed and service to customers . NOT ANYMORE !.......

Usually large queue's and the customer service is a bit cold - (that's if they can spare enough time to look up and notice you). They need to be re-trained in the 'Hospitality', department. I've never left with a smile on my face 🤔

Filthy disgusting place. Should have taken photos but didn't. Only came in for a drink. Sauce stations ect all covered in sauce and the toilets have dirty floors, half of them locked and rubbish all over floors and in the sinks

Came in with a lady with cerebral palsy who is in a wheelchair, asked the counter clerk where we could sit as the two tables available were taken up and he said there was nothing he could do. The manager heard me asking and made sure we had a place to sit. The chips were a bit cold but otherwise good service and food.

They need a separate McDonald's for walk in customers..This place is like a just eat waiting room..

Cheap and cheerful, staff were very helpful and peovided my son with a hat, flag and crayons to keep him entertained.

I've to give a bad rating about this place because it went downhill when I went there recently after so many years. When I was a student at Oldham College (2003-2007), I used to go there quite regularly during break time - the place was clean and many of the staff were friendly. Recently, I went there for the first time in 15 years, and the hygienic condition of this place is terrible. Many staff have yet to provide better customer service.

Not the worst McDonald's by far but mired with issues none the less. My dining experience was a pleasent one but it would be wrong for me to give more than 1 star. My reason I thought it was a KFC until I sat down and ate my food.

I’ve ordered on Deliveroo over a hour ago saying I will get my food by 19.47 it’s not 20.21 and they keep updating adding time assigning a driver then saying the driver is there then assigning a driver.. ridiculous service especially if you have kids who are very impatiently waiting.

Tend to come across more trouble then needed due to the teenagers hanging around out side for hours with attitude problems. Food can be decent sometimes. Better to have it delivered tho.

Ordered through Uber eats 1 large big mac meal 20 nuggets 2 fries and drinks and a double cheeseburger, sent me four fillet of fish's, order on the bag was correct inside the bag whatever they wanted, told to complain to Uber eats as I ordered through them.........exactly ordered through them but YOU cook the food bag it and give it to the delivery driver, don't order from here ever order will be wrong as usual and you will get fobbed off ( read the reviews on here ) honestly spend your money elsewhere and get what you pay for !

The cold arrived cold and items missing.

Never order from here on just eat constantly gets orders wrong always missing items doesnt mark on receipt what they dont include or refund for missing items just dont put them in rubbish service phone line always busy or probably doesn't work the staff need sacking an starting again terrible

There is always an issue everything we visit. On more than one occasion we have been left waiting while other cars after us are served, orders are wrong and the staff seem fed up .

Very busy when I went in as 6th form were on lunch-break, big queues to use the order screens. No receipts from the machines with order numbers but the food was ready pretty quickly considering.

It wasn't as packed as it can get on a Saturday evening which was good for me. Quick service and order was as it should be. A bit overpriced though in my opinion.

Absolutely shocking filthy downstairs didn't go up so can't comment apart from toilet as tried to use downstairs with my children and the floor was swimming in who knows what. Ordered from the app put number on window seat as there was no other seats and food didn't come that said they couldn't find us in such a small restaurant SHOCKING food and rubbish all over floor and dirty touch screens.

Crappdonalds what more can you say but there cold drinks are alright at McDonald's same place
