Food was okay but the stir fry portion was just too poor. I have ordered burger meals and a portion of str fry meat only which was £5.50 and separate chips to get some more meat but it was really unexpected too less for £5.50 doner.

Ordered on just eat. Family was fasting ordered 45 mins before fast opening, just eat said food ready. Came to shop and had to wait 30 minutes more. So had to open the fast outside

I visited out of town for some eid shopping and thought let's try this place! Firstly you look for the environment/seating and i can say the cleanliness was 10/10 second for me if the customer service and everyone here was friendly & fast! The Pizza was 100/10 the spicy dip burger was slightly different to the rest out there but a 8.5/10 on it's own taste and the rest of the food was also a solid 9/10 nice & piping hot. The only downside is cash only but give this place a try!!

Collected some food from here, had really bad experience. Firstly, the chips with the meal was stone cold and hard. Ordered a separate coleslaw, as I opened the tub a really bad whiff followed through. It has gone off and smelt so bad , my kids felt sick. Waste of money. When speaking to the manager, he was not bothered. Won't be going back due to there poor food hygiene.

Ordered a pizza with sweetcorn and onion as I’m a vegetarian and the pizza that arrived was a pepperoni, we called the takeaway and they said it’s on its way, but never actually turned up, luckily Uber eats gave me a refund but won’t be ordering from here again, mistakes happen it’s fine but the fact I was lied to shows how bad the service is. Wouldn’t recommend

My first time coming here after many years, i enjoyed the food (peri burger) but the upstairs was somewhat left dirty, other people's food left on tables and crumbs on seats. Would be more welcoming if was cleaned straight after if we cleaned it ourselves after eating. And food takes around 20 mins to arrive.

Staff is very rude ,and not perfectly cooked

This is absolutely an atrocious atrocity i called the place at around 4:20pm today and asked them to deliver it at 7:30pm but they decided to show up a hour late this was extremely rude and embarrassing for my guests and i feel absolutely horrible that my guests had to go through this. The fact that driver decided to call me and started swearing at me over the phone and screaming at me and threatening me to never order from Raja’s again. I will never ever be ordering from Rajas in my lifetime ever again. Horrible and horrific customer service and experience made. The driver needs to get fired from my opinion i still don’t understand how rude they decided to be with me and the fact that my guests were fasting and the order decided to show up an hour later is so annoying and i am extremely disappointed in Rajas.

Just want to say thank you to Rajas for delivering the food only 45 minutes late. We just missed iftar that's all. And don't worry you don't have to apologise when you are late. So thoughtful and considerate of Rajas.

I ordered one chicken popcorn meal today at 3:30, the guy who answered the phone told me it would be half an hour till I can come and collect it. I asked the worker why it would be so long and he didn’t reply. I told him normally it takes 10-15 mins for me to come and collect and I was 10 mins away driving to raja’s. I told him to pass the phone to somebody else as he wasn’t replying and he said he would then just carried on talking himself. He told me it would be ready in 5-10 minutes and was laughing on the phone. I arrived after 10 minutes and the store was closed. Please teach your staff that this behaviour isn’t funny and they should be more respectful to not waste peoples time! If the store is closed he should have said so instead of taking my order he also told me it was cash only and would be £6 so I went and cashed out wasting my time.

Had delivery, it took a long time to come, the food was just warm and the taste was meh, didn’t have much flavour, chicken tasted weird, very expensive for two pizzas as well. Just wasn’t it. Don’t recommend this place at all which is so sad because I heard good things about it. The slices were not it either for the price I paid. Should have been more slices.

I would give 0 star rating if it let me. I have been to many takeaways with bad experience but this one beat them all. Ordered a pizza and burger, pizza topping was falling off like you would fall when you go skating for the first time. Secondly they don’t let you put sauces if you eat inside and you have to keep getting up whilst eating to get food and was uncomfortable for me to keep getting up as I had my full family with me. Lastly toilet has a sign on the door that if you don’t eat from here you will be prosecuted for trespassing for using their toilets and there’s CCTV and the police will be called. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve got cctv in toilets so please avoid this place, and also like police have got time to come for someone using your toilets, they take a hour to get to a domestic 😂😂😂 AVOID!

Raja’s pizzas and chicken on the pizza were really undercooked and also the staff were really rude and service was really bad. The chips were undercooked and there was hair in the chips.

I have not been in a very long time. I met up with the boss, and I had a good conversation since the last time I saw him when it was 99p 2pc chicken n chips, I'd say a decade ago, good value. Also very happy that they, too, have Boycotted the PepsiCo brand drinks, due to Israeli war genocide, they do have alternative drinks.

The staff are very rude when you try to confirm how long its going to take on an order whichalready took 1.30 hrs and on top of that it takes them 30 mins extra to deliver a cold food. this is a genuine review, say what you like, ask the staff how many times i called and what was the time interval, and after that how long did the driver took, please then come back to be, i am not here to suck up to this establishment or neither i am trying to get free stuff out of this establishment.

Best spicy chicken burger currently in Union Street. However it's a bit grim sometimes in terms of general tidiness and anti social behaviour, but that's just Oldham init. I do like it when they play cricket and football on the TV though they need to do that more.

I came in looking forward for a nice meal but left scarred and disgusted. When going to order I got a glance of one of the chefs clipping their toe nails in the kitchen. So FINALLY my food arrived and I was about to eat and I found one of his toe nails inside my chicken wrap. This obviously put me off so I threw my wrap at the dirty chef and went home.

Disgusting service took two hours to deliver the food, and the food arrived cold and not edible. The money spent was completely wasted.

Tried there NEW flammin MunchBox thats comes with spicy chicken fillet burger , 3 spicy wings , 2 spicy chicken strips ,1pc chicken , chips, gravy and a can for £10.99 Here my thoughts spicy chicken burger BANGIN it was fresh , big and succulent and I love there spicy flavour. Its similar to shakebee and miami but a little less spicer 9.5/10 3 spicy wings Tasty however they were tiny, not crunchy and luke warm 6/10 2 spicy strips similar to the wings but normal size, tasty , not crunchy and luke warm 7/10 1pc spicy chicken Similar to wings & strips but normal size , tasty ,not crunchy and luke warm 7/10 Chips Perfectly fried and nice 9/10 Gravy Terrible , was expecting it to be similar to all fried chicken shop gravy but was just plain English gravy and didn't go well with the food 0/10 Overall I would give the munchbox a respectable 7.5/10 it's a bit expensive considering your competing with the likes of shakebee munch box thats £11.99 or BRD munchbox in chorlton for £7.50 and both of there's is a 10/10 Me personally if I had the opportunity to create a munch box I would scrap the 1pc chicken and gravy and add peri donner on the chips ,spicy popcorn chicken and a mini 7" pizza too, reason why is i want to show off the best food that you have to offer , raja makes great pizzas ,peri donner and spicy popcorn chicken, why hide it when you can include it in this box and invite people to the best you have to offer... We ordered a pizza, chips and burger today but I am so disappointed to get these because before this pizza was good but this time the pizza's topping is so bad with lots of salt and chips is so oily. Delivery time is so late. Next time we will not order here.

After watching some promotions of this place by vloggers, travelled a bit to try it out. 1st thing, filthy place.every table was not cleared and cleaned. Lacked basic customer service. With Mediocre food. My food was so salty couldn't taste anything wlse. Donner quality was very cheap.

Disgusting service called the 4 times queued on the phone lines and cut off soon as I was 1st on the line. They forgot one of my order and and got another order wrong. Chips is stale and cold. The rest of food was below average and that’s me being nice about it. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. will take your money for food they didn’t provide and never answer you calls. I ordered 2 chicken burgers meal chicken wings meal and extra chicken cheese burger meal 2 pieces of chicken and chips They got my food wrong the extra chicken wings where missing The chicken burgers was spicy when I asked for normal and the cheese was missing to when I asked for cheese The chips was cold and old and when I tried to call them to sort the order out they cut my line because the number comes up on there phone. We couldnt eat the food and went in the bin. They used to be really good but now they have gone to the dumps

Absolutely shocking ordered at work 70 minutes before my dinner break was told 30 mins for delivery. Arrived over an hour and half later when we had gone back to work. Phoned 3 times each time told 5 to 10 mins longer 3rd call wasn't even answered. Food was freezing and soggy. Delivery driver didnt have right change tried making me pay extra as he didn't have 8 pound change only £10 note. Avoid!!

chicken burger was actually orite but the chips 🤮 these guys always do this leave them soft and oily like they was in a rush making them. like come on if you cant handle the pressure get more workers i went to go and collect the food thinking chips will be fresher than delivery.

Been coming here for years. Their chicken burger is my go to thing along with their chilli sauce and mayo. Nice seating.

Called up to be put in queue, waited 15 mins to get to the front then got cut off. I called again and same issue ! Wasted 30-40 mins just trying to get a hold of you!

Nice pizza, nice wings. The rest of the food is average, used to be a cheap place to eat but with the pricing now, you can go to the other fried chicken places that are now about the same price but they give you a bigger portion. Chips are nice here and taste different to other places.

Best Raja’s I’ve ever had. The Flaming munchbox is amazing, the spicy dip burger is beautiful, a nice flavour and not too spicy where it’s unbearable. The tenders and chicken wings are really nice. The popcorn chicken are tasty! Must try! 😍

We need to get together and report them. I can see more bad reviews than good and this just proves my point. Raja’s pizza bar is a takeaway in the UK that don’t follow consumer law. I have had 3 orders that have gone wrong and every time I rang they always end up saying I’m lying or end up shouting at me rather than being professional and solving the problem. If you run a business in the UK you must also follow UK Laws. Remember karma is real and it will eventually come back to you if you carry on providing rubbish food to customers and keeping their money rather than solving the problem. Manager is utterly rude and disrespectful, I genuinely loved raja’s a few years back but since these 3 year service has gone really bad.

This place had been recommended by family and friends in oldham and we thought we gave it a try and we went and it was absolutely busy yesterday at prime time 8pm we had to wait 15 mins just to order because of how busy it was ,however it was worth the wait as the food came out freshly made and very hot I was very happy with service we got at rajas as they were very polite and excellent customer service and made us felt welcome in the establishment,I would highly recommend this place if you you are in union street area of oldham

Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, whenever something goes wrong they just lie to you😡🙄. I ordered thru uber eats at 9.30pm the food did not arrive till 11.45pm 3 hours waiting just to get rubbish food. When called the first time asking where is it they said with driver then called after 15min they didn't get the order and reprinted saying making fresh was not fresh at all. Very appalling service and big liars when something goes wrong.

There is a hair in the food so don’t go to this takeaway and save yourself going to the hospital .

One star as communication is awful, they got my order wrong for delivery, furthermore pizza was average/bland and not like how rajas used to be known for their pizzas. Chicken burger was stringy. Wings are just a copy version of spicy wings from other takeaways. Donner had fat stones in- I felt like my teeth was grinding. Peri chicken was ok and chips were nice but only worth 1*

So much rude staff and such a big business. Selling hard cold fries, order is never complete always something or the other short. When ask for ketchup they said already gave you in small container so can’t give more. Don’t even take responsibility of vending machine of jelly's, put a £1 coin and got nothing when ask staff they said it’s not there machine so call the machine guy. Perfect for lunch, my little favourite is the Donna delight meal which is also good value. Has been refurbished during lockdown always very clean. Excellent value for money and excellent food and a great selection to choose from.

I ordered at 7:15 but got my order at 9pm. I called at 8:20 and was told my food is on the way now and had no sign of the food! If you dont mind waiting a few decades for your food then this is the place to order from, FOOD CAME COLD SO WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN...
