Excellent customer service today. Food was hot and freshly made to order. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic. I call here often as I have an autistic son who is a very fussy eater. The staff are brilliant, very welcoming. Never had a problem with the food, my son love's the chip's! Also, not a coffee expert but it's far and away the best I have had from any fast food establishment. Keep up the good work guy's!

Food was OK if a little cold price was mad £26 for two meals said large my granddaughter would have eaten both so a little disappointing service was just what you expected from a spotty teenager chips were clap cold burgers just warm won't go again

For in Burger King, under the watchful eye of the Goddess Queenth, the people of Flavoria found their heaven on earth, one bite at a time.

Got the order wrong. was nice when it arrived. Place was clean and tidy

Burgers were a bit dry compared to the past. Not crowded on Saturday night.

Love a whopper I do... always tasty and hot... if your in a rush and need food, bugerking is the place to go..

Clean and tidy with ample parking

No straw with the milkshake, chips hardly cooked and the burger was bloody raw inside and a lil burned outside. How hard is it to make a burger go through a hot conveyor belt and be cooked properly after, turn the heat down and make it slower. Wont have this problem

Came to Burger King with my partner I ordered a large and they ordered a regular still ended up getting the same sized meals which is ridiculous given the prices also didn’t like the fact that with the meal deal I had to pay extra for my side and pay even more just for a drink to be with the meal. Don’t understand why they have you pay for dips after you’ve already spent around £40 for two little burger and a small portion of fries, it honestly would have been easier to go to maccies and actually get my moneys worth and the correct portions that I pay for

Apparently "no onion no ketchup no tomato" and the other burger "no salad no sauce" plus 2 loaded bacon cheese fries and 2 sprite "all that fufing about" according to shift manager who served us. Filthy floor my soles we sticking to it and it was hard to pick a table in an empty restaurant just now or shoud I say a clean table rather. Disgrace for a burger king- five guys it is from now on

Always nice food here. The staff didn't say whether or not that your drink was refillable. They just handed thr cups over to fill yourself. Nice and clean, can't comment on the toilet as I didn't use them. Warmer than most Burger Kings I've been to, which is a bonus too.

Delicious and fresh food made to order. All staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. My favourite is chilli cheese bites! 😋 Best burger king around!! 👑 Much better than McDonald's!!

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Szymon at Burger King for his incredible kindness. After enjoying a meal at the restaurant, I discovered that my van's battery had died. Even though it was his dinner break, Szymon didn't hesitate to help me jump-start my vehicle. His generosity and willingness to assist, even during his personal time, made all the difference. It's not every day you encounter someone so genuinely helpful. Thank you, Szymon, for your amazing service and for going out of your way to help – you're a true asset to Burger King!

Ordered XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger Meal Large size with an extra patty. Wait time not too long drink ok, burger fantastic but the fries were not as hot as they should be when you’re paying a lot of money. Ensure that the fries served are a good temperature.

The Server Karen with red/ginger hair was extremely rude upon entry. when another part of the team asked Karen to go to the tills she replied “will you just give me a break”. When serving us she was extremely rude, blunt and didn’t even crack a smile. When asked if we could have water instead of pop she was rude again and was huffing and puffing. Karen lived up to her name and made our burger king experience horrible. Even customers behind us were commenting on how rude she was and not smiling. Also the restaurant stunk of BO and nobody was in it, the floor was also wet through. Overall I would avoid this branch!!!!

Be good idea if asked you regarding sauces when ordering food as they charge for BBQ sauce 30p!

Really quick response and really nice

Every now and then I can really enjoy a burger. This time a visit to a new outlet. Enjoyed my visit staff were good and efficient. Clean tidy, the only thing I feel I need to mention is regarding the toilet, a little more care needed as there was no toilet paper and the usual bad smell which can be addressed with a little more care. Overall a good visit but could do better.

Disgusting never got my order nearly 2 hrs later and when I called the restaurant they hung up on me!!!

Last four orders completely wrong

Food was quick and perfect. The only problem with this site is it's getting grubby and falling apart. Toilets absolutely stunk. Hand basins in both male and female bathrooms had faulty taps which did not stop running.

Best burgerking we've been to so i come here nearly every saturday with my kid, never had any issues, and the staff always nice. The only downside is that the kids meals don't have a toy.

I generally eat here often, yesterday thought about 4:30pm I ordered an Angus Steakhouse meal, it took over 20mins to come to the delivery window, ate absolutely nothing yesterday besides that and from this morning and still now the food poisoning I've received from that food is absolutely awful, I feel terrible and it usually takes alot for something to knock me off my feet, i may have to go on the Drip at pinderfielfs. This will be made public throughout all my connections and social media,

Everyone goes to McDonald's and doesn't notice this place exists, so you always get fresh food and a quick service. Plus the place isn't rammed with Uber eats drivers blocking the place up.

Great management and staff! The best of the best

I purchased a burger and fries for my husband. Honestly the burger was so small and I kid you not about 12 chips on his plate. More like a child's meal only it cost 10 pound. Also added on 13 pence as I got him coke which is in a meal deal or so I thought. Last time I went their was 10 or more years ago and I nearly broke my teeth as a 1 pence was in my burger!!!! I don't think I will be going back. Very dissatisfied.

Someone needs to sack the night staff, got there at just after 10pm all lights on and staff behind counter but the place was locked up and lights for drive through turned off, I drive each night as far as Morpeth and Nottingham, I have never seen a more unpredictable place to eat. Avoid this place and just use the Burger king at J39 on the m1. Again night staff need to be sacked it's not the first time and I doubt I am the only one considering I saw 2 cars pull in after me.

Dead quiet, clean and well presented and tasty food. Impressed by a fast food place. Prices have gone up quite a bit!

Prices are a bit high chips are great but not enough each so it put me off .

Pretty average place with a the same tiny burgers that aren't worth buying unless you've got an offer. Place is a lot cleaner than it used to be but that's because it's never busy. Food is always average.

Brilliant store. Food was fresh and hot. Hot drinks were perfect temperature. Staff was extremely nice and understanding when explaining what I want on my burger, one of the best burger kings around here will definitely revisit with family next time.

They've only gone & done it....! The Herriot Way branch have had the hot drinks machine replaced. 😍. It makes such a big difference being able to have a hot drink with your meal. I was so overcome with emotion that I can't comment on the food as I was concentrating on the drink. Well done on updating the machine & RIP to the old machine.

Nice out the way friendly staff

The food was good but the service and atmosphere matched the temperature outside. The staff can't possibly know what a smile or greeting is, if they did then at least one of the miserable lot would have acted like a human for any one of the 9 customers. And it took 6 of us to tell them that the Fanta was off on the machine before they believed us. So we were called liars 5 times.

says it closes at 2300, arrived at 2203 and closed. went to speaker got no response went to doors which were locked and two staff just ignored me at door asking what’s going on. shocking service.

Rubbish service and the toilet have no hand soap in smell. The price of a meal is so over priced £29:06 and the taste is not all that!! Tables are not even cleaned even tho the shop is dead not happy and wouldn’t recommend or return!

Appalling vile Service from a Staff Member. I asked for a Coffee. "We don't have any" was the response. You don't serve coffee? "The machines broken" was the response. Can I have a bottle of water then please. After ignoring me initially to speak to the delivery guy who came in after me, I was then presented with my bottle of water. He then besmirched me to a Colleague smirking at me. I left dismayed as to why this Staff Member made me feel so uncomfortable in front of his Colleagues. Your Restaurant was nigh on empty and I wonder why! Filthy tables with ignorant Staff who don't have a clue on how to provide good Customer Service!

Service was quick and friendly, deeps was hot and looked like the posters (rarity for a fast food chain these days), and busy for what I thought would be a quiet location. Would be five stars, but have to question the cleanliness. Couldn’t find one clean table, floors not been swept in a while and toilets need to be cleaned more frequently!

I normally go to McDonalds for the McPlant but thought I'd try Burger Kings Plant Based Whooper. First thing i noticed when i walked in is that the place was totally empty, The patty was bland and had no seasoning, I ended up binning half the burger, the chips were raw in the middle, the chilli cheese bites felt like they had been cooked ages ago and been sat for a while, they were full off oil and the cheese was tough. Only decent thing was the diet coke. I wouldn't recommend this place. It was empty for a reason and I should have also walked out. Disappointed especially when it cost over £12. 😕
