Order number C70E3 ordered at 16:17 delivered 16:55. Uber is given the order as soon as it comes through. The order should be cooked when the driver arrives. Arrived stone cold. And I mean cold. Tracking showed Uber driver spent 20 minutes in supermarket before picking up my order. No answer from restaurant when called. Poor service, won't use it again.

Slowest drive through I've ever used. Far below the usual McDonald's standards. average 15 min wait to go through when empty.

The place n some mole white coffee I order is 75% wrong most times, ie half empty or very little milk and as it's drive through by the time you notice your down the motorway on your commute to work.. disappointing really..

Called in for my favourite Philly Cheese Stack. Service was quick although some of the order was missing. And again NO MILK for tea, either put it on trays with the order or out where the salt etc are. I couldn't find a disabled spot when I arrived, but this van was there with no blue badge during our visit. It seems that some delivery drivers (just eat etc) seem to think it's acceptable to park in disabled spots.

Took over 30 minutes for my food to arrive while people who ordered after me got their food first When I got my food it was cold and items was missed in my order only ordered 4 items and only 1 was correct

Too many of these delivery people round the tills also did not bring items to the table had to wait to collect them making it a lot longer before you got your meal which for the last few times has not been warm need to sort delivery people out taking too much room and adding more time used to go in and within minutes your order was at the table

Ordered Philly stack got a chicken burger phoned up to say it’s wrong just a come down and get a refund this mc ds is the worst avoid at all costs

The food could be hotter. The staff are great. Atmosphere not very cosy but reasonably clean

Been today for first time in a long time, found the big mac has shrunk,😂 It's about 3 of the size used to be, was same size as the missis cheese burger , 😂

First time I’ve visited since renovation ….Absolutely disgraceful ….service was ooor lad practically threw it at us ..cold literally thrown together with half of someone’s hair…vile won’t be returning to that branch again!!!!!

A member of staff would rather walk around chatting than wipe the many dirty tables. As I sit here it is not busy at all and many tables are empty but dirty

Service can be slow but staff are excellent and doing their best.

It was colder in the restaurant than it was outside so it didn't take long for our food to go cold. I mentioned this to a worker there and he just said I am pleased someone else thinks it is cold as he was. Other visitors were all sat snuggled on coats. Not acceptable in my opinion

Food took ages to make despite an empty drive thru and in store with no uber drivers in sight. Porridge not available yet staff getting it on their breaks and my order was wrong but there were no staff members in sight to fix it. Many came out for breaks about five minutes after I had finished so it just looked as if they were avoiding being on the front counter. Very disappointing. One of the poor girls on her break even had to go and get our order for us whilst she wasn't even working since no one on the shop floor seemed inclined to. Not the best mcdonalds service I have had nor the minimum I have come to expect

In my experience with the chain, this one seems to be the only one that gets the food out quickly and correctly.

Not happy run by kids, mc Donald’s completely got my just eat order wrong. Disgusting not happy 😡 get quality staff stop been cheap u pay for service which u espect to get right not the hardest job in the world….

I keep hoping this place will get better as it’s local. No milk sachets, no sugar sachet, no napkins, and nobody staffing the desk to resolve.

Don't go inside for the food, over 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting whilst people in the drive through and in their cars get their food. Edit: and just to note, of course the order wasn't even correct when I finally received it.

Ordered over 1hour ago and delivery time keeps increasing, and each time food arrives cold anyway. That's outrageous for a McDonald's, you don't cook from scratch...awful service, surprised you're still open. Update: after 2h wait I drive to the restaurant. Manager blames the driver, doesnt even offer to refund the delivery considering I drove there to get it myself. Driver however marked the order as delivered whilst I was driving to restaurant. Got home, surprise..that's a lie anyway...not that I would eat food left outside like I am a dog. The most ridiculous service ,,from driver to manager

Foos is usually pretty good, unfortunately you usually end up waiting at least 15/20 minutes for your food.as priority is given to drive through and food delivery partners. Usually this place is pretty clean and the floor staff are very friendly. The only let down with this restaurant is the teenagers that come in causing trouble and disrupting everyone. This has been going on for years and was previously managed pretty well by the staff, however now nothing is done and these kids are just destroying the place.

Always use this restaurant for delivery and to eat in, always cold food and always food missing, customer service is a disgrace either way

Incredibly slow service.. we waited for over 15 mins for our order.. simply for the staff member to say.. “there you go” in a grumpy voice. not a single ‘sorry for your wait or enjoy your food’. Despite waiting for 15 mins the good was barely warm and the chips hadn’t been salted. Really poor.

Ordered the hedgehog through Uner Eats. Order came in without 1 item. Also one item was not completely done, missing the top bun. 1 cucumber was lying around in a bag. I would not recommend ordering food through Uber Eats. The service is just horrible.

Went on a busy Saturday dinner time it was busy and they had staff picking leaves up outside when it was windy and customers were waiting for food more than 10 mins . Surely, customers are more important than picking leaves up on a blustery day . The idea is to get fast food 😋

Absolute chaos with absolutely below average service & food. People who have hearing difficulties wouldnt know the food was ready to collect, 7 orders left on the counter because staff aren't calling numbers out loud enough. Asked for sauce and was tutted at and staff member rolled her eyes.

Half of my order was not in the bag and not in first time. Always need to cross check.

Worse McDonald there possibly is in Wakefield, send cold stale chips and blame drivers even though you can track and no way they’d be that cold in the timing, go in to see what can be and staff just don’t take responsibility. Paying for absolutely shambles Wouldn’t recommend AVOID GO ANYWERE ELSE BUT THIS MCDONALDS

Piss poor quality via online app. Always arrives cold. Double cheese and bacon a rip of. Two burgers sliced on half to make it look like you get 4 burgers. What a con. Second and last time I will order again. 5 star for delivery guy only.

Almost always food missing from deliveries or drive-through, and quality is terrible compared to a few years ago.

My husband and I arrived at the restaurant at around 7:00 p.m. and were seated inside. We were disappointed to overhear a young girl, approximately 13 years old, engaged in a phone conversation using inappropriate language. It is concerning when young individuals display such behavior, especially in a public setting where families with young children may be present. Regrettably, this experience has led us to reconsider our patronage of this establishment.

Probably the best McDonald's in the UK. Use it quiet a bit during the year. Mainly for coffee but also for a bite to eat as it's close to the motorway. Food is always piping hot and freshly made. It gets unbelievably busy and the staff work really hard.

The Manager was very friendly and helpful, he helped me with the app that was playing up. Very nice chap, thank you!

Another McDonald's restaurant where staff are polite and friendly, food is great, freshly prepared when you place your order, the food was hot, as it should be, fast service too, well done to the team in this restaurant, keep up the good work.

Proppermessed order up had a 20mile rou d trip to2 try again. Then left .e waiting outside for 15 mins

I was the only person here and they messed my order up. Twice.

Placed my order on the app around 05:15, entered the drive-thru around 05:25, and waited around 3 minutes, but nobody answered. I went inside and was greeted with music that made me feel I was on a night out. I stood around for 5 minutes and didn't see a soul in sight. I even popped my head around the corner to look in the back several times, shouting, "Hello, anyone here?" Eventually, someone came out and took my code. I finally got my order and left at 05:58, and I had only ordered a sausage McMuffin and a coffee.

We ordered chicken burger,chicken pieces and French fries it was totally made in hurry it was raw inside we wasted £22 we will not go again

Over half a hour waiting to receive food and food was flat cold kitchen looked a right state staff stood around laughing and joking about having 12 pending orders of over 20 minutes

What is a reasonable time to wait for “fast food”, and who is actually in charge? Who is responsible for the p!ss poor, sloppy, and above all ridiculously SLOW service? I’m 15 minutes into my wait, but people are coming in complaining that they have been waiting 45 minutes in the drive through? Seriously if you can’t get a grip and offer the same level of service as elsewhere, they you really should close the doors. It’s shocking.

Ordered items worth £13.49 (Philly Cheese Stack, Mozzarella Bites) through the app, didn’t receive either. Phoned the store and was passed to the Floor Manager who said “the last manager put the online menu up too early”. Better off ordering a mystery grab bag since you never know if you’re going to get what you asked for or not!

This was the worst experience i’ve ever had in a mcdonald's, i was served by jodie who had an awful attitude towards me. the machine i had initially gone to wouldn’t accept card payments so i asked her if i could pay at the counter to which she said “no the tills are down”. She then proceeded to walk away. no help or anything. When i finally managed to get my order the chips were cold, and there was no sauce. i tried to get some out of the dispenser but it wasn’t filled up so after waiting 5 minutes at the counter she finally came up. i asked for some ketchup and sweet and sour. she gave me one of each but i was with a group of 2 other people so i asked for 2 more ketchups. she responded with “what for 1 bag of dippers?!”. Even if she is having a bad day this is not an excuse to treat customers like this. she is supposed to be representing mcdonald’s as a franchise but id be embarrassed to have her representing mine.

Service sooooooooooooooooo slow!!! 15 minutes to get 2 coffees at the drive through. Apparently no staff. It’s midday so surely knew before now that there would be no staff at lunch time. Could other staff not cover? Could some notice making customers aware there was a delay have been put up?

Bit slow for fast food, but is the the last weekend of school holidays

The night shift staff only made food for delivery and ignored the customers in the store. The waiting time was very long. Many customers were angry after waiting for more than 20 minutes to get their food.

Tl:Dr dont go, a better one 5 mins further on. Slow service by over stretched staff, a priority on delivery orders. Never managed to get a ice cream/milkshake from here dew to it's consistently broken, so often small parts of orders are missing and wrong and the waits are only getting longer. The refurbishment has left it darker and less welcoming. A minority of staff trying to help but clearly need more help to improve the service and products being put out. Either just make it a drive through only or get 2-3 extra staff

Dewsbury road since done out is absolutely shocking. Do not waste your money or your time. People in the dining area are put to the back whilst just eat etc have their own doorway to gp pick up and they are served first. Never come here again....

Bought 2 large big mcmeals last night and can honestly say it was disgusting chips were hard and looked like they had been in fryers twice over. the burger bun was dry stale even in edible tang to complain they said I need a receipt even though it shows on my bank card account date and how much. I won’t be using again.

Has to be the worst McDonalds in the North of England! Waited over 20 minutes for my order, when asked at the counter it took a further 5 minutes for them to address the issue. All the while, 3 people were also at the counter with complaints! My food was rock hard and completely cold! Personally think this is the best mcdonalds around this area, foods always bang on, never had any issues and always easy to park! Can't complain about anything even the toilets are always pretty clean.

As I awoke this morning delighted for a McMuffin , my dreams were just as quickly crushed as I ordered my food and sat down waiting an impressive 15-20 minutes for a singular meal with the addition of a brownie. As well as this all of the staff appeared as if they would rather attend the Leeds riot than work a shift. Then as I thought it couldn’t get any worse , our very simple order was incorrect , however my disappointment was not solitary, but a shared emotion with several other customers either waiting far too long or recieving incorrect orders . Too expensive if you took a family. Keep your receipt and do a survey and get big mac and fryes for £2.99 used to be £1.99 but there you go cost of living. That's all I do takes 5 mins and am happy paying that price for scraps and a tiny so called big mac .

The fries were luke warm and under cooked. But, for a shortage of time I would have returned then. Very disappointing.

Staff were brilliant, they took time to help me set up my app and talked me through how to use it. The service and food was excellent.

Crap service - ordered meal at drive thru. ‘No hot chocolate’ - no apology. Paid ok got to next window ‘there you go’. No thanks. No dip or sugar/stirrer for my coffee. Appears you have to ask if you want a dip even though chicken strips comes with one they entered no dip rather than just ask me. Fries not cooked property. Thought they stuck them in a basket, popped them in the oil, a timer goes off and they take them out, drain and salt them - should be foolproof but clearly not I remember when McDs had standards now they can’t be even bothered to give you what comes with your meal never mind enquire if you would like sugar with your drink. Thing is they are mostly the same - run by kids who have no service skills and seemingly can’t follow a list to pack the right food or think about condiments. Because they don’t care and clearly no consequences for getting it wrong all the time (literally wrong or something missing or a customised order is wrong every time I order for more than myself via the drive through) Never hot chocolate or McFlurry either - sometimes it’s a no on drive thru but available on the app and in the restaurant…..service much better inside - why is that????

Came to this McDonald’s for a McFlurry… again. They weren’t serving McFlurries… again. Going to start asking them to reimburse my fuel.

Quite frankly the worst McDs I have ever been to. Three separate occasions using the drive through they've got the order wrong. On the third time I went I waited and checked the order at the window. The girl said there's no need to check it, it's right, it was wrong, I pointed out what was missing and all she did was go and get the missing food, no apology just attitude, then she said 'move now'. NEVER AGAIN

Much smaller than before inside and the service is sooo slow even with it being quiet, less than a quarter full! Seems a lot more understaffed. Even just ordering two drinks takes ages to receive. Used to be better.

Unfortunately, McDonald's is dirty, with trash scattered all over the floor, and the tables are dirty and sticky. The owners are skimping on the cleaning service. In short, it's a complete mess, chaos, and disaster. Could it be that the owners are reluctant to hire cleaning staff? Shame!

had a few orders from here, but I just cannot do it anymore because the tide of incompetency is never going to stop. Staff here just do not care about what they are doing. Orders are always wrong, it can be simple things like missing sauce or straws for milkshakes or it could be missing menu items like burgers. I mean when you order a meal and get the drink and the fries but not the burger, what is all that about? Then you ring the restaurant and nobody cares, so you ring Uber and they don't care either. When you don't deliver what has been ordered it is tantamount to stealing from your customers. THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS TO DO BETTER - BUT IT WONT!, why? because nobody there cares, or gives a damn about their customers, or making sure that they do their job properly. EDIT June - 24, Surprise Fries? The surprise is there aren't any in the bag!!
