Thank you for your fast service! I can understand working until early mornings is tiring but I respect that and the food you delivered was amazing and tasty! There’s no faults I can pick on at all! I’d recommend the chicken korma 110% Unfortunately the chicken masala wasn’t very pleasant

Beware of this restaurant food was a hour late and stone cold and the delivery driver started touching my food with his bare hands trying to prove to me that the food was still warm so I can't rate how the food tastes because I did not accept the order and sent it back and tried phoning the restaurant but they wouldn't answer the phone so I have sent my concerns over the handling off my food to just eat and they are investigating my case.

Really nice kebabs, mixed reviews as my partner thought it was dry but I thought it was lovely because it wasn't greasy. I would prefer cabbage rather than lettuce with the salad (is there actually anyone that likes warm iceberg lettuce???) Apart from that, excellent service and pretty good food. Thanks

My curry tasted like fish when I asked for chicken there was so much onion in the curry that I couldn’t even taste the spices I’m disappointed with the how late the take away was

By far the mankiest food I have every tasted! Full meal in the bin. I dishes my chicken tikka masala and rice up by the time I went to sit down with my meal the plate was swimming. I literally had to drain the dish. Ordered chicken tikka starter and there was 3 strips of chicken in with crispy chips.. I actually have never been so disappointed.. never again would I order from here again! I seen the one star reviews but thought I would give the place the benefit of the doubt. Fool on me!!

Nearly 3hours late we ordered at 20.30pm and came around 23.30. i had to go work so food was wasted. If your too busy then go offline on just-eat till you can catch up.

Ordered at 7.30, was told it would arrive at 8.45. Was then told it would be around 9.05. It then changes to 9.25. The food finally arrived around 9.45. Although I appreciate the current situation, I would have preferred them to be honest and stop taking orders than give me such a mis leading time. I had already called Star of India and they had been refusing to take orders due to staffing and demand. Much better to set expectations properly. Very poor. And very average food. Won’t use again.

Yes the food was late but when it did arrive it was piping hot and it was amazing Best onion bhajis and mixed started we have had in a long time naan breads also spot on 🤩

Had a wonderful meal last time. This time the Shahi Korma tasted like it had plastic melted into it - it is inedible and the naans and chapati had been baked until dry. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Ordered food after midnight which took over 3 hours to be delivered. Was asleep when I got a knock on the door at 4:15am. Dont know why they bothered in end. Would suggest not opening late if you cant provide a suitable service. Curry quality poor, but was passed wanting it at that time

Late and cold food with burnt and missing parts of a burger. Phoned restaurant and was offered a fresh meal if I waited an extra hour or a free meal on next order.

Love this takeaway, always great quality, our order wasn't quite ready to collect but was only waiting a few extra mins so didn't mind at all and worth the wait as the food was great as always, ordered a dave special for the first time (not for the faint hearted, because its quite spicy) wasn't as spicy as I'd of liked it to be but I was no where near disappointed, my new favourite pizza an will deffo order again!

Ordered from here for the first time and will definitely be the last. Pizza tasted horrible I am pretty sure the meat was out of date along with the mega munch burger the chicken nuggets were dry and tasteless. The chips were grey, rubbery and looked uncooked. Completely inedible food delivered extremely late. Burgers were cold and tasted uncooked. In the end all of the food was thrown out. Waste of money and not worth it

I’ve ordered from here many times but tonight was extremely disappointing. Chicken makhani and it had that little chicken in the sauce I had to get a strainer spoon to get it out. My husbands lamb saag looked like a children’s purées with lumps meal. Albeit he did say it tasted good. The chicken meal was spicy and not as described zz very disappointed

Don't bother. Ordered, restaurant accepted order. Went over 45 minute delivery time. Got a text to say it was delayed. 25 mins later still no meal. Couldn't get through to restaurant- permanently engaged. Got an app message to say it was on the way. 20 minutes later still no food. Called restaurant again. They answered and said driver was on his way. 20 minutes later still no food and now not answering phone. Taken my money and not delivered.

Cant give a rating as it doesn't deserve one, paid 5 pound for a tiny donner kebab that consisted of donner meat slapped on top of an uncut pitta, no salad even though I asked for it and waited an hr even though we were the only ones in there, last time I'll ever go as it's not the first time I've had this discusting service from them...

Just ordered a pizza, 4 pieces of chicken, chips, and a cheese garlic bread from this restaurant, the only thing edible was the pizza. The chicken was dripping in grease there was a puddle of it at the bottom of the box, the box was burnt through and had several holes in it, the cheesy garlic bread was had far too much garlic on it and after a mouthful that was impossible to eat. The chips were soggy and cold. After waiting an extra 40 minutes for the food and calling the restaurant to express my disappointment I was spoke to unprofessionally, laughed at and not offered anything to resolve the situation and the fact I had just spent around £20.00 and only been able to eat a bit of margherita pizza. Will not be ordering from here again

Complained the curry was disgusting. Meat floating in water. They argued against my complaint offered money but never came back with it wont order again. And we was a regular customer

I wouldn't order from these again as the food was late took and hour and half for them to deliver then when they did it was the wrong order when phone about this the restaurant put the phone down on me and was very rude. Once new order came it was cold and soggy. Would never order again.

Ordered an extra onion bhaji that never came but the rest of the food was nice. May have to wait longer than expected for delivery or pickup as they seem a bit slow even though I was the only one there at the time.

Definitely our favourite takeaway in the area! We always get curries from here we have tried a few different ones now and they are always spot on! Reasonable prices too!

We have ordered lots of times over the years and never really had any problem. Two of our kebabs this evening were so small. Hardly any meat in them at all or chilli sauce. The option for salad was just lettuce and that was it. Very disappointed this time

The dish I ordered (biryani with prawns) was very low quality, no seasoning or flavour at all. Literally looked like a Plain microwave rice bag thrown in a tub. As well as this it said you get curry sauce with the dish, whereas I didn’t. This has happened twice now. AS WELL the Poppadoms was extremely chewy, as if they’d been left out or something. Thought I’d give this place another go but sadly I’ve just waisted my money. wouldn’t recommend at all. especially when your paying nearly £15 for this service and quality.

anemic rogan josh tomato based 😂😂😂 looked like an anemic korma ordered it hot,felt more heat form an ice cream ! burnt yet cold chips one portion missing 😤 and late beyond belief 👌🏻 absolutely vile hubby ordered keema same sauce as mine 🤔 rang to say was late told was on way yet another 30 mins not worth the wait or money 😤
