Double Quarter Pounder™ with Cheese usually comes with cheese, no?? I said no pickle, no mustard.. got double quarter pounder with no cheese for some reason

the food came really cold and we got no straws

The milkshake don’t taste of anything and a straw would have been nice to drink it with.

Didn’t deliver sauces which is common and expected for Macdonald deliveries. Star deducted for that, the selects and nuggets would have been better with the sauce. Other than that the food was warm, cooked and packaged well and very tasty. Happy with the quality of the food. Thanks

Our drinks were spilt when the order arrived the chips were thrown in the bag

Called here through the drive thru and was impressed how quickly we went through normally have to wait. I didn't go inside as it was busy and didn't have time to stop, The food was served hot and fresh for a change and didn't wait long.

I ordered and paid for dips. No dips were delivered! I ordered a plain cheeseburger, no plain cheeseburger was delivered and I ordered one crispy one grilled katsu wrap only one was delivered, this is the fourth time my order has come incomplete and not what I’ve asked for. I honestly don’t know why I keep ordering! I’ll have to pick up if I ever decide to order again 🙄

The restaurant forgot to pack the dips. This is a regular occurrence that needs improving

I am very concerned, when my food arrived everything was fine except the fact the bag holding the drinks i ordered was already opened, and the seal had been ripped. Not only this but half of the drinks was spilled in the bottom of the bag and they didnt taste as they usually do. This concerns me as one of these drinks was given to my 8 year old daughter who is now complaining of a stomache ache and feeling light headed. If anyone could get back to me that would be great. Rude delivery driver who proceeded to raise his voice at me as the external buzzer was not working. This has not worked in over 3 years and I have never experienced a response like this. I explained that he could have called my number, he was vile!

The expected delivery time changed 4 times. I expect the outlet was busy but not that I had to wait nearly 40 mins for a McDonalds breakfast !! Also for the second time, the order was wrong for the same chosen menu items. When you try and call the outlet guess what? Yep no one answers !! What a surprise !
