Food is freezing and was meant to be here at 7:30 arrived at 7:50

Order was damaged even though I asked persifically for it not to be every time I’ve ordered it has had some damaage plus no straws

courier was polite n friendly x.

the order was 2 and a half hours , was gotten out of bed when it arrived at 11.30pm with cold and missing items. i was unable to contact anyone to cancel my order.

Wrong drinks delivered. Food cold

between 2-3 hours to arrive, I know they are busy but that's good enough

When my order was delivered and about to eat it I found it was not what I ordered so a refund has been requested, I don’t find this acceptable because you only get refund the cost of the meal and not delivery charge, which was the drivers fault as he picked wrong meal up, when contacting McDonald’s they was not helpful either

freezing cold delivery driver was rood

the food was flat cold no heat to it at all and i ordered a large chicken select meal and it only came with 3 chicken selects and chips

Why are ALL of my drinks missing from my meals and the sauces you now have to PAY for!!! So you couldn’t be bothered with drinks and sauce thanks a lot

All the drinks i ordered were spilled and in a puddle at the bottom of the bag and all of the happy meals were missing items.

Don’t bother ordering, they don’t even accept them and delay the order until way after closing! In the space of 20 mins my order went from 28 mins then 48.

The food I received was very cold. When I asked about it, they agreed to provide me with freshly made food. However, approximately 20 minutes later, I received two cold chicken wraps again.

Went through the drive through, ordered after a couple minutes. Friendly staff, paid for my food then had to wait a few minutes, at the second collection window for the food to arrive

Didn't accept the order or give the delivery driver the code. Food left outside unopened, still there. Contacted and arranged a refund via X/twitter an hour before the delivery was made. Driver said previous driver must have accepted the order then cancelled, it's not his fault and I can understand his confusion in the situation but after speaking to your representative called Beth who arranged for a refund I placed an order with a local takeaway who turned up at the same time as your driver.

Order took an hour and half to arrive but delivery time on page said 30mins max, when questioning delivery driver he stated he was waiting in restaurant 40mins. Missing items (burger from meal and “free item”) called restaurant told us to call back 15 minutes and then they hung up on us

McDonald’s at the Racecourse in Pontefract just delivered me 9 cold nuggets with neither of the dips I ordered, and half a melted mini McFlurry. There was no ice or straw for my drink - unsurprisingly no ice since the delivery bloke had been at the restaurant for 30 mins. Well done to this particular Maccies, continuing its usual incompetence. 100% record of messing up simple orders. It’s not the fault of the driver - this place gives you the wrong order in person.

I Ordered A Takeaway Today From The Pontefract McDonald’s & When It Came The Order Was Wrong I Asked For A Large Strawberry Milkshake & Got A Large Chocolate Milkshake Instead. Everything Else I Ordered Was Correct

Ordered 20 nuggets and received 16, asked for plain cheese burger received red sauce with no cheese, Big Mac burger plain but to add onions , receiced plain burger, asked for ketchups for nuggets received none. Complete order wrong.

Food was cold, spotted the driver sat in his car on his phone outside my house. Fries were cold and tasted like cardboard, burgers cold and clearly smushed together by someone who didn’t care. When i say cold, i mean literally colder than my hands!

we have made two orders this afternoon has the first one was missing the two big macs. we then made another order to get the big macs to which the drinks we ordered were wrong. not bad 2 for 2 incorrect orders. do not recommend

I don't understanding how they can miss items out the order so often, it's a constant occurrence. It never happens when we order inside the resturant either just online. All orders should be treated with the same importance.

I’m not very often at mc however today I’ve decided to order food from them. The food came very quickly. However arrived and I had feeling it’s something wrong, after a bite of chicken mayo I felt that’s not right, couldn’t eat wrap as tasted as very old product used, couldn’t taste tomato more like wine taste, chips been mega cold and looked very old. My little one had fish finger and pineapple, it’s seemed ok, but he vomited a lot after couple of hours. I’ve ended with nausea on beginning but unfortunately ended on toilet as well. That’s not right that you meee to be worry about food even if it’s fast food, not for child’s. I’m hoping will received an email quickly back from you, as I want to report that further.

They forget my food all the time. I never get the sauces I ask for or none at all. Also my chips are never warm, always cold and never salty. They also mess up my burgers and hen they cannot be bothered to melt the cheese.

Ordered at 6pm, advised 25 minutes, 2 hours later and 7 changes to delivery time it arrived and it was wrong. I went down to the store and it wasn’t even busy. 2 very hungry and unhappy children
