Burger King in Wakefield

Called in here for a quick snack after shopping locally. The service was quick and all the staff were friendly and courteous. The food eaten very good and the whole place (toilets included) clean and tidy.

Nos metimos en un rápido almuerzo por la tarde y no estaba demasiado mal. Era delicioso y cálido. El personal era lo suficientemente amable y nuestro pedido fue justo aunque adaptados bastante. En general una comida rápida bien, desde luego no es una mala experiencia para un restaurante de comida rápida

Went in, Ok it was busy. Stood at till for 10 minutes without even an acknowledgement. Asked if this till was open for service politely and her colleague and herself looked at me as if to say why are you bother us look. How rude. Disgraceful. Walked out with massive cue behind me not going anywhere fast. If you expect a fast food meal, it is not fast in the slightest. In fact don't talk to them because they may just give you an evil stare.

Attended one Saturday afternoon about 2.00pm. Ran out of what we asked for and NO ketchup available. Staff just could not be bothered and did not care.

the staff here are so rude and don't no what there doing most of the time they get the orders wrong the food is either over cooked or under cooked,they need more training,its very untidy.

called with my daughter after a bit of shopping, the staff were very slow and when the meal came, the fries were tepid and the burger not much warmer, won`t be going back
