Waited ages and food wasn't that good

What you would imagine in a franchise like this. Staff not overly talkative but not unfriendly and food not bad to be honest. OK for an emergency pick me up

Very nice place for eating plus kids friendly as well. Their beef burgers are so nice.

Have visited numerous times mainly for takeaways. The prices have increased and the quantity and quality decreased. For instance peri rice which was once 1.99 £, has now become 2.79£ and the box is only half filled with hardly any flavour.

The food is very tasty and a great variety. The only downside is the range of drinks - would like the option of a hot drink.

Got the whammy burger with 12 wings for takeout, got home in 7mins the wings were cold, considering they were wrapped in foil bag too. Tried calling few times, no ones picking up!!!

Visited Frankie's a few times, food was generally good. However, the loaded fries with chicken were disappointing as it was hard to find the chicken. Despite this, overall experience was decent and prices were reasonable. Not a bad option if you're looking for tasty food that won't break the bank. It's definitely worth a try if you're in the area."

I only give this a four star because it’s a fast food restaurant and the prices have just gone up a bit more so it’s a little bit pricey but the food is fresh and tasty.

Thanks for nothing, took so long to cook our food we almost missed the start of our show and had to leave the food untouched because we couldn't take it in with us. Nearly 20 minutes to cook a burger and it didn't help that the counter staff allowed another customer to push in the queue in front of us. Worst service we've ever received in a supposed "fast food" restaurant. Never again!

They do some really good burgers don't get me wrong but they always forget atleast something from your order when you order thru Uber Eats.. had it happen to me twice now, to the staff there please double check the order and what you have in the bag, thank you.

5* well worth the price and food is always hot and fresh never had any faults. Hot Philly is my fave off the menu. 100% recommend

Food is 10/10 Staff are a bit miserable sometimes

Does not offer gluten free options, staff also did not bother to tell me what contains wheat or gluten on the menu, asked for lemon chicken and herb in my chicken and rice did not get not even a hint of lemon and the rice was bland. Rip off for £9 tiny box of rice with a few chicken pieces scattered over with a small portion of rice. Would not recommend Not accommodating for people with Celiacs disease

The food is pretty decent, however we ordered 4 of the new nashville chicken burgers, all in difference spice levels. It would have been helpful if each burger had their different spice level written on the box. It also mentioned it would come in a potato bun however it came in a seeded brioche bun. Slightly disappointed.

Order via Uber eats The order was 20 pounds for 6 hotwing meal and popcorn chicken. The wings tasted bland and they forgot the fries. Rang and was answered by a lady who refused to give her name and was very rude who has no clue about customer service. Her response was you know you can refund though Uber. Yes I do but it’s annoying it happened in the first place. First time ordering from here and now will be my last. Awful food and disgusting customer service.

Ordered a Franksters burger, 6 wings and onion rings, everything came in 10 mins as they cook it from fresh. Definitely will be back!

Staff got order wrong Look miserable and like they don’t wanna be here

Went in to try , we'll horrible dirty table , staff mediocre, the food was terrible , and overpriced chicken stringy with cheese slice slapped on top , was up most of the night with severe pains n coldness in chest and partner had severe indigestion for 2 days .avoid !

Burger was nice and moist garlic mayo was delicious.. unfortunately too many screaming kids. Their toilets are always out order

This is my second visit to this branch. I ordered for collection on the app and food was ready to collect in 8 minutes and piping hot. I was a little disappointed in the fries being soft rather than crispy but in fairness, I could have asked for the chips to be done crispy in the order notes. The BBQ chicken burger was succulent and fresh, piping hot and the right level of great tasting sauces. This has been my best quality order so far and I believe they're improving. I would choose them over KFC any day.

Food is delicious, but they need to get rid of the unprofessional, impolite, no smiles, bad attitude 2 Rottweilers at the tills! Sorry! You will instantly know who it is when you go in! Been many times now and when they are working it’s a huge OH NO, got to deal with these 2 again!

Got take out, burgers very small for the price, five guys probably the same price and burgers much bigger

Food was nice, the burger has good flavour however I think they’ve got the spice level on the Tennessee burger wrong as it’s very hot. It’s very expensive though for what it is, and charging almost £6 for a milkshake is ludicrous!

Came in with my partner to a empty restaurant which is fine but the place was silent no music no atmosphere walked to the till was met by the most miserable and unwelcoming staff ever it almost felt like we was a inconvenience been there to them because they had to get off their phones he taken our order with such unintrest it was almost uncomfortable we then sat in a silent restaurant with every staff member just sat on their phones or looking miserable and almost angry they have to work the food was OK not as good as the leeds branches will likely just go there in future as this place just made us wanna rush our meals and go!

Absolutely appalling. I ordered food on Uber eats; food never arrived. I called Frankies to speak to the manager. The girl who picked up the phone was very rude and unhelpful. All she kept saying is ‘get in touch with Ubereats’. When I asked to speak to a manager, she then passed it to a colleague not a manager; and I could hear her speaking very rudely about myself. Horrible customer service! The Uber driver name was Naveed for future purposes if anyone comes across when ordering on Ubereats.

I always order the spicy chicken fillet burger meal. It's really good and they are consistent. They have good fries and sauces. I did try the wings but they were a let down as they were badly burnt. I had them at the leeds frankster's, it was really good there.

I ordered food in store, only to find out that a meal was missing. Called back the shop and only told they could not deliver the food. Then called back again 1 minute after to ask for refund instead of the food and told it was not possible. Food was missing and couldn’t get refund for food that I didn’t get. Got hang up by “supervisor” No response from fb page admin. Overall bad experience and pretty getting rob at this point.

Ordered food to pick up, only to find out missing meal at home. Call back to shop and only to be told I need to collect the meal again as delivery was not possible. Call back 1 minute after to ask for a refund instead of the food and told it was not possible and was cut off by “supervisor” I paid for a meal that I didn’t get. Tried to contact franksters but no response. I got rob. 😅

Went past this place 100s of times Never been in I don't know why Me and my son finally went as we were shopping at Broadway Got the double Angus burger It was amazing Hot, tasty, juicy and just the right amount of sauce. My son had the spicy chicken burger It was very good I personally preferred the beef burger. Chips were good Sauces were very nice The vibe was good aswell Definitely going back again

Such a very bac takeaway thought il order chicken and rice oh I'm pregnsnt and currently in hospital with food poisoning this place needs shutting down never recommended unless you want to get ill never will use again its put me of all takeaways now .

Consistent high quality, good burgers, no vegetarian or vegan options

I'm not going to lie... This place was amazing. The portion sizes were perfect. I got the 6 chicken wings ,(I got 7 which made my day) and I asked for the spiciest flavor and it was spicy up to my standards and I loved it! The price was decent (there were 5 of us and all together it costs £39 which was good. They gave the food really quickly which I was surprised about (it was around 4pm/5pm) I would definitely recommend this place to someone.

Tried these for the first time... 4x portions of chips were overcooked to the point of being akin to cardboard... But... 2x wings were beyond edible... did the guy prepping the order really think it was a good idea sending these (see picture) out in the order?? Did he really think it wouldn't be noticed?? I spent over £30 and for the sake of no more than £0.60 (2 wings) he ensured I won't ever be back... Come on lads; if it's not something you'd eat yourself what makes you think it's fit for paying customers???? (answer: it's NOT). Bitterly disappointing 😞

Ordered food through just eat my order never turned up after saying delivered rung the restaurant was greeted by the rudest staff member apparently called kaye or Kay so she said she then told me it’s not her problem and they are closed avoid this restaurant by all costs

Got Angus beef burger and spicy chicken fillet burger which is nice and tasty but the Angus beef burger is too small for the price you pay if you really hungry then don't go for beef burger instead chicken burger is tasty and worth a price

Terrible beef burgers....dry and just thrown together with bit of lettuce and sauce....not the juicy, crunchy beef burger I was expecting

Brilliant burgers, sometimes (rarely), the wings are a bit undercooked.

Can only describe food as filth .Frozen chips and burger's with Frost in Don't seem to care how serving food again don't care how they serve. Make sure you check temperature before you leave shop or before delivery driver leaves. For us as visitor to Bradford never again

Brought Frankie’s yesterday, was a waste of money, the chicken was off and smelt really bad, you could tell it was an old piece that was grilled. I was sick and have suffered food poisoning from this. Absolutely vile! We brought two other burgers that were absolutely fine but this one was so bad. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all and for the price that was paid for that burger.

First time I have been there, won't be the last. Moody Angus Burger meal with fried onions. Tasty, fresh to order and beef cooked to perfection.

I am honestly so disappointed and still shocked how a big franchise like frankies can do such a thing. I ordered a hot mama burger meal not long ago and I believe i may have potentially been the last orderat the time. I did a takeout at the time and and went to another takeway after. I opened the chips and was shocked . The chips was so over cooked they weren't even chips but like hard crispy oil. No potatoes in any of them including one. I threw it in bin straight away. Its like when u go kfc and they but bags of chips on grate and some pieces fall off, its like they gathered all leftovers at end of day to make they life easier to clean up and gave me that. To say i been charged £8 for a full meal its disappointed as i started becoming a regular customer. I called them 10mins before closing time as i was far from it and they couldnt be asked answering. I belive they just wanted to go home on time and didnt care and the customer and food. Loads of ppl do go there but maybe if u go just before closing time then it may be the case. To top things off i showed the chips to another takeaway and told them what frankie did and straight away he said that dont look right. I hope that person gets fired for the lack of incompetence . And you hire new staff . Im ashamed. Never again. That could be bad for health. I was noted by the name of hassan. Well u got my name wrong...

Ordered the jerk chicken and hot chicken 6 wing pieces. Along with the sweet potatoes fries. It was delicious. The hot chicken was really hot. I really enjoyed those.

Overall a very fine place to dine in. First thing I would like to comment on is the lack of seating space. But then again I suppose the space is what it is. Secondly, customer service is very good. After taking the order and having received the food. My 4 year old wanted a straw. The lady behind the counter was more than receptive and supported in providing one. Finally, the food was good. The only downside was that the sauce in the peri peri burger and I think the other one was called the big mamma was very runny. So you had sauce all over your hands. This is the only reason I give 4 stars. Other than this overall it is a very fine dining establishment.

Amazing and delicious burgers quick fast food

A lad working in Broadway who has used frankies sometimes as a daily lunch break. This isn't my first time having a bad day here, tbh I've had bad days in the past but I've also had good days here which in a way has made it up for me. I won't go into detail about every single day I've been here but over the past few years I've been here I've had problems such as employees are rude/unprofessional, food has come out wrong or cold but they've always tried to make the effort into changing it etc. Today first of all I did a phone order and as I walked in, I spoke to the lady on the tills who got my order wrong and also on phone I said eat in but she put it as a take out, she didn't apologise or gave any effort into helping another staff member into taking my food out etc. Secondly she was serving 'eat in' food there which meant the food came on plates and not boxes as takeout, while waiting for customers to approch the tills or her helping out else where she was stood there touch her phone, hair, nose and then didn't here wash her hands. I spoke to her manager or so called guy in charge, he acknowledged me and spoke to her and 10mins later she's doing the same thing. When it gets quiet I understand phones can come out and you might touch your hair if your a lady and sort things out but please wash your hands after 🤮, it's common sense especially while working in a restaurant/takeaway. A few months back this is the same employee I made a complaint about and on this day she cleaned the tables using some cleaning equipment and then she went back into the office to put the cleaning equipment away and straight on tills started customers and at the space of all that I was sat eating and felt sick 🤮.

I have attached my order receipt, they gave the parcel and I did not bother to check my order in the parcel, trusting that they must have checked it. but later at home realized that the drink was missing. Also service is slow.
