delivery driver saying he had a bad leg and can't make he stairs. Iv had this driver many of times and makes any excuse to not bring my goods to the door. if he has a bad leg he shouldn't be driving

Food was cold there was stuff missing and no straws for the drinks

20 piece chicken nuggets that should have four dips there were no dips no straw for the milkshake

I ordered a big mac meal and a mcchicken sandwich. The mcchicken sandwich was missing

Food was on time but stone cold and drink was split all over

Ordered two McFlurrys but only received one

Absolutely disgraceful that my delivery was one hour and my burgers were dry, my burger buns were cracked and dissembled. Fried chicken burnt. What a joke

Chips abit cold but all rest ok

Charged extra for 2 x Minecraft meal compared to normal Big Mac meal however no Minecraft toys sent

Everything that we ordered waa cold once it had arrived and they yet again did not deliver all the items. There was no double quarter pounder with cheese and no garlic bread cheese bites. They did the same on Tuesday just gone

Gave the completely wrong order even if it was the right one it turned up flat cold

Actually fuming i order a happy meal with apple slice, veggie dippers and water i received two veggie dippers. Also ordered a large adult happy meal nugget meal with a coffee payed an extra flipping 0.40 for that didn’t mcflipping meal didn’t receive it. Give me a mcflurry that taste like perfume and a small coke that looks like someone has drank half it. Actually joke that ruined me night. Also didn’t receive that little purple egg guy £22.74 this cost me.

Delivery was ok. But McDonald's give u not to hot meals. I had to reheat. It's not Ur fault but McDonald's. But food was good in taste so I'm happy

1 1/2 hours for freezing cold food and I get a £3 refund. this place should be shut down

Hi i ordered 2 oreo mcflurrys and they didnt arrive instead i was sent to small oasis drinks !! & i also ordered a medium coke classic and i have been sent diet coke, food was basically cold, could i have a refund please ? I didnt get half the order that i had placed.

Ordered at 5:45. Expected food to arrive at most 6:45. Food arrived at 7:20. Stone cold. Driver turned map/track off so we had no idea where our food was until it was here.

My hot chocolate was delivered lay down in a bag so it was dribbling everywhere as I had it passed too me. The cup had opened inside the paper bag. Other than that it was brilliant.

Great food and service was quick but the kids touchscreens were slow loading and one was broken.

We have ordered a few times in the past but this time everything was stone cold. I know things aren’t going to arrive “hot hot”, but considering there was no delay, I don’t know how food was as cold as it was. Big shame and waste of money, not everything can be thrown in a microwave. Hoping it’s not as bad as this again, I love a little breakfast treat from time to time and I can’t just go and get it myself.

Cold food and missing items. Called the restaurant and was told nothing can be done as they don't have contact with the delivery driver. Was asked if I could go to the restaurant in person to collect the missing items after paying for it delivering!

Literally everytime you order you get told to park up. Even when it’s just two items I don’t get it. Then they don’t come out for like 20 mins after. We waited 35 minutes went in to ask and they had forgotten us.. last 5 times we have had to park up for over 20 mins it’s a joke. Worth driving to skipton to get your food quicker by the time they bring it out

This is unfortunately my local mcdonald's. Ive experienced poor service and poor food quality multiple times and their drive through system doesn't run properly. On 3 occasions I've been waiting and being served in incorrect order, unfair system if employees cant run it. Staff have no polite or professional etiquette. It's a shame that maccys think they can get away with it 😕 yes the price may be cheap and 'cheerful' , but the inability to get the basics right is concerning, and its definitely not cheerful in my experience.
