Mcdonald's Restaurant in Bradford

Need to sort out staffing- waiting 5 mins at drive through speaker to order and never a time you’re not asked to park up however small your order!

It wasn't busy, we'd ordered to take out which took a good 15 minutes, but on arriving home there were no sauces with the 20 nugget box, they were ordered and on the receipt. Morale seems really low.

Food went cold quick had to wait ages in car park for food and it didn't taste good . I have had better big macs at other outlets.

Not for the first time missed items off of order. For the fact it took nearly three quarters of hour missing items I feel is just not good enough. This is the third time in a month that items were missed on an order

Very poor standards kept here. Queue times at the drive thru are longer than any other in the area. The drive thru attendant is abrupt and sometimes incomprehensible. Orders are often wrong (McNuggets instead of Chicken selects, quarter pounder instead of double cheeseburger are just two examples of orders I received). No offer of sauces and napkins non-existent with order, have to be specifically asked for. Most times your order is not ready so you have to park up, IF you can find a space, and wait for your order. Parking, and entrance and exit, are badly designed. Avoid if you want a quick meal.

Food was cold when it arrived, some items were missing. Phoned mcdonalds to let them know to be told there is nothing they can do and I have to contact Uber to arrange a driver to collect the missing food. This is not the 1st time this has happened at keighley mcdonald's and won't be using this service again

Been to a fair few McDonald’s but this one has to be the worst mcdonalds in the country. Rude ignorant staff, slowest service ever seen for “fast food” and orders are never right. Needs to be sold to someone who actually gives a toss….

Went throught drive through & ordered just 2 items. Was told to wait in the carpark. Took them 10 mins to bring the food out. It was raining , the bag was wet through and the food cold. No serviettes at usual. They don’t answer the phone.

Never say hello to you, always forget something you’ve ordered, never put the sauces in the bag , the drive through may as well not be there since you’ve got to park up every single time anyway, the staff look like they’d rather be shovelling shit then working there.

It's a typical McDonald's but ever so slightly worse. Nothing that you can really put your finger on, but it all felt a bit slapdash. At least two other customers had to return their orders because things weren't right with them.

So basically I have came here quite a few often and most times there has been incidents like when I ordered six nuggets I got 2! And they get the ingredients wrong even they put cheese in a plain hamburger which is absolutely absurd for the amount you pay but i also am infuriated when they can’t even remember to but ketchup or sauce in the bag every time i have to check before i leave it is that bad.

Consistently get orders wrong or miss items, called them up after yet another bad order and the guy on the phone was absolutely useless, didn’t help one bit and the items I did receive were cold and squashed

Previously ordered from here & only received the drinks for a £45 food order. Thought we would give it another try. The food was over an hour late than the initial projected delivery time. When it arrived everything was clap cold & the milkshakes had completely melted. Don’t waste your money here.

Driver called me and was extremely rude down the phone because he’d gone to the wrong address and then never dropped my food off.

Ordered cheeseburger with extra onions. Recieved cheeseburger with no sauce and no onions. Also ordered pineapple and received carrots

half the order was missing and the bits that did get delivered wasn't wrapped properly and was lose in the bottom of the bag, and was cold.

Miraj are always the best, always on time, always beautiful. Honestly cannot express how nice a hot shot pizza is, 100% recommend. You will not be disappointed. Everything Miraj serve is always 10/10. Ordered from them for years and years and never fail to impress, drivers are always lovely too !

Missing happy meal , got the drink only

Ordered the food at 4pm & the food has arrived at 18.50. The food itself is freezing cold so isn’t edible. I think it’s only fair to fully refund this order

The people cannot count. I can’t even remember the last time they managed to pack all the items for an order. Update: Now we’ve given up ordering delivery they now refuse to check you in for collection despite the app clearly stating this. On top of that we have the DGAF attitude. Left empty handed. Never ever again.

All sauces put in, food was hot and everything was of order. Courier was kind but it was missing something, something a little special. It needed something to touch the heart of the recipient. A note, of wonderful words and warmth nothing much just encouragement it makes people feel all tingly

Food is good and delivery time was fine, but felt really uncomfortable with the driver who when giving me my food came up to me and stroked my face which was really quite scary. I felt really vulnerable. He should not be delivering on your service!

Please please please use the post code when delivering! Iv even been it IN SILSDEN in delivery notes to stop confusion and still food getting delivered to someone else.

We got food today, the burgers are so small and not worth what we paid. Chicken Nuggets like rubber. Only when we got home we found some of our order was missing. Need to prioritise in store orders over on line orders as feel this takes away from the service and food you receive.

I had missing items and cold fries so had to go to the restaurant and rectify this, they dealt with it brilliantly and sorted out the error but it has put me off ordering from McDonald’s on just-eat again!

Don’t order here!!!! It’s taking my food 3 hours to be delivered awful costumer service saying that there’s nothing they can do about my order that there isn’t any drivers well it’s not my fault I payed and I’m expecting my delivery to come! Keighley McDonald's getting orders wrong as per usual!

Nothing wrong with food really, it's same old mac's, having said that our chicken was over cooked and pretty tough. Usually ok though. If you go on a weekend it's just want too busy inside and out. It isn't the biggest of stores so finding a table can take time, but the drive through is a nightmare! Way too busy, access in and particularly out is horrible, way too many cars with little or no empty parking. Right next to a petrol station with a really confusing exit through and behind petrol station which simply does flow properly. Lots of frustration finding a parking space and total confusion leaving the place. It's a very busy exit road too, so drive carefully and if you have a large vehicle be careful in the tight drive through. Shame really, as its certainly put me off going again and the food this time wasn't that good.

Dry burger, forgot straws, just wasn’t up to par. Cheese bites were nice. Also ordered a double cheeseburger and got sent a single.

I was a bit disappointed with my large Big Mac I know I didn't want lettuce and onions but I hardly had a sauce or cheese and when I opened the box it looked like it had just been chuck into the box. The other burger look really nice, it had lots of sauce and cheese. sorry it wasn't as good as normal, better luck next time I hope.
