Mcdonald's Restaurant in Bradford

The order is cold are the fries are not fresh not happy with it i want my money back

Missing all my burgers was only brought fries.

The atmosphere is not good. The service was very slow this is because your in Bradford and it is a dump. The food was ok the place is depressing you just what get out.

mc Donald's was only round the corner id have gone myself but I run a pub and was on my own the driver went to sunbridge road and past my st do they not look at there maps?

The food was absolutely flat cold and stale 1hour and 20 mins late

Food never arrived despite needing a code and the app saying 'delivered' this isn't the first error made by just eat lately or ever come to think of it. I hope someone enjoyed their 40 quids worth of food for free! Getting a refund is a stressful process too. Totally unacceptable to have to pay out twice while waiting 5-7 days for a refund. Shoddy, very shoddy. Not happy with the service provided. Avoid JustEat!!!!

Went there today and ordered food for take out after ordering and getting the food I get home to find the fillet of fish missing from the order fish fingers in happy meal not cooked propley and fries disgusting this store is getting worse every time think the staff need looking at also the management the same this brach was never like this even when I worked there years ago

My just eat location pin is incorrect and has been for some time, it's showing as the end of my street and not my property. My address is correct it needs sorting as it's caused me to loose orders of people taking in my order or the driver not been able to find my property

order was correct, all warm, delivery person read directions

They left the delivery at the door without knocking ringing or anything. i have been waiting a while for food which was already outside on the floor. I'm sure the delivery charge they receive is to deliver the food

OK I walked In the restaurant in Bradford on kirkgate I was waiting for the machines to turn to 11, so where a few other customers when they came on the manage was stood near the kiosk and tried to scan my qr code which did not work, I asked the manager to help as I tried to show him the problem he walked off. So I went to the counter and a very nice lady was taking my order, all was fine. Suddenly the manager came up and said I'll take this one so I had to go through it again with him I asked what offers where on and he said to leave so I got my phone out. Because I genuinely felt threatened another customer I have never seen said what have you don't I seen it all you haven't don't nothing, so I got my phone out for my protection and the manager ran round the counter trying to push me out and grab my phone. Then he pretended to call the police told everyone not to serve me. And asked me to leave the other customer asked what have I done and said you can tell he is shook up and he's done nothing wrong I seen it from start to finish. What I dont get why did he deliberately take the order to start an argument I am literally on my knees for money at the moment and though I'd treat my self that's why I asked the deals he took it as though I was trying to rip him off. I asked the dealers because at the counter you can not see the deals like on the kiosk. To top it off he rang the alarm when all I was doing is trying to order I ended by walking out my self and saying thank you. He as also said I have been thrown out now I know it's kirkgate but I have never been thrown out of any shop in Bradford and am a very friendly loving person as whole. I get on with every shop as family and as a community. I literally got my phone out as he was getting aggressive I have built up over 10,000 points here with no issues. The other girl scanned my points no problem then he took over and kicked me out. Was the strangest mcdonalds experience ever literally assaulted by the manager.

Tables were filthy, so we had to wipe them down ourselves. Waited 15 minutes for our food for it, then to be incorrect. I'm only given a 2 star review because the chips were warm. Otherwise, it would have been a 1 star.

This is one of the best McDonalds I have been too. The male supervisor is always cleaning, talks to customers and ask if everything is okay. The reason I do not go to McDonalds anymore is because the United States of America have made Forza Motorsport 2023 online save and no offline play and no offline save. UBISOFT have turned off The Crew 1 servers and with no offline save The Crew just like all USA made video games are reliant on always online requirement and therefore I no longer give my money to any USA company. I will return to McDonalds when XBOX Game Studios give Forza Motorsport 2023 offline play, offline career mode, offline save and offline time attack challenges and all UBISOFT and EA games go back to offline play and offline save and back to video games on disk without the need for updates and online save. That therefore gives refugees and Palestine a lot of more support for their freedom because everyone has the right to live in their own country without been forced to flee and take risk in boats and face treacherous journeys for their freedom.

Call in often for a coffee in the morning and the occasional breakfast. It’s always clean service is great. Staff are friendly. Toilets are clean. Large seating area both upstairs and down. Food and drinks are what you pay for taste fine would go back. Never had any issues in here

Absolutely appalling....main items missing...£16 and received three chicken selects and a box of manky fries..refund £2.50....after many calls and was told it's not the staffs fault...hang on...they prepare the order...came in a sealed bag but yet it's NOT their fault and I have to take it up with Uber who apparently according to Paul and Adam who are managers at the store....it's not their fault!!! I'm reporting to trading standards....absolutely appalling

Went too mcdonald’s today and was approached by this kind women with red curly hair, she honestly was such a sweetie. We then saw her help and assist a elderly women too a bench outside and stay and talk to her for a few minutes! She deserves some recognition for the amazing work she’s doing.

Juice spilled all over bag and pretty much empty. Chips almost that cold majority were thrown in bin. Burger looked like it had been on a rollercoaster when I opened it. Won’t order from here ever again.

The food was stone cold and the wrap was a soggy mess. It didnt look freshly cooked and the chicken and bacon was disgusting in taste. This resulted in the order being put in the bin. And now they are refusing a refund.

We ordered a group meal for work. Waited nearly 2 hours for food! When the food arrived, the chips were half cooked and cold. The chicken from chicken select meals were hard and cold. The burgers were rubbery. Disappointed isn't the word. No apology from the uber driver or anything.

The good was disgusting and stone cold. Big Mac was freezing and the fries I had to microwave. My milkshake and my sons were flat not even thick and frothy as they should be. This store needs to be shut down. Absolutely disgraceful service
