Food tasted nice. Only issue is portion sizes. Smallest portion of rice I've ever seen tbh. Other than that though? Was good

Naan bread was rock solid totally inedible kebab was very very dry onion Bhaji s and chicken pakoras where rock solid , felt like the food was days old

Really good food, only complaint was my burger meal didn’t come with the drink or chips, other than that was solid.

Food came late. Then told it was on its way. Half hour later still no food, I rang and was told on its way was also told it would not be cold. Food eventually arrived and was cold and I had to use my own gas to heat the food. I rang them again they offered to rebook but would be too late. They then offered to give money off on next order but would probably forget. Then they offered £10 refund but agreed £20 refund. I am still waiting. Won’t order again. Pay what you agreed.

said food was delivered at 19.10 but didn't receive it till 20.20 i rang the restaurant at 19.45 as was already later than expected and got told they was waiting for the driver to get back then food would be on way, i understand about the weather conditions so expected it to be later but all the food was freezing when it arrived.

First and last time ordering from here, which is a shame as the food was really tasty, but delivery was over an hour late. Almost two hours from ordering to receiving our order! I appreciate the weather isn't great but if you can't get the food out to people within the time stated, don't accept the order! Tried to call 3 times with no answer until we tried from another number, told driver had set off and would be with us soon, 45 mins and another call to be told again the driver has just left!

Ordered some food to find a bug in both chicken and donner meat. Looks like a cockroach. Called the restaurant and they put the phone down immediately after hearing. Don't spend money here unless you want diarrhoea and syphilis

My order was really cold we had to warm it up in the microwave it’s never been like that from here before. Not impressed

I have always loved greengates balti but lately the orders have been arriving with the peppers or onions missing, it would be great if they could start to add these again as we rarely want a pizza with just meat.

I would recommend the vegetable korma it’s very nice, the vegetables in the curry’s are different each time which is confusing but I like all the vegetables so it doesn’t matter!

I ordered at 19:30 and it arrived as i was going to sleep at 22:30. 3 hours for one curry dont even know if the curry was nice too tired to eat it. Shocking

3 currys.... all went in the bin! tasted of nothing more than mild watery slop! it's usually lovely from here but lately its awful! even my sons donner meat was half cooked and had a puddle of grease!

Amazing service , order and waiting two hrs for delivery, went to work for night shift and ordered again locally, funny enough the delivery in 20 min , Not surprised they have 3 star review, most likely all 5* are reviews from family or friends

Waited nearly 2 hours for our food! Restaurant told us our food was out for delivery then turned up 30 minutes late! Then sat outside for 5 minutes! Food was cold!

If they gave proper portion sizes of the starters they would be able to charge full price without the 40 percent discount. But because the portion sizes are so small nobody going to pay full price for 4 chicken nuggets that are supposed to be chicken

Ordered rice wasn’t sent any, pakoras and bits were over cooked. Wasn’t amazing

The order took 1.5 hours to arrive and all of the food was cold when it did. We had to reheat everything and the naan was stale. It’s a shame because the flavours of the curries were really nice. This is the second time we ordered from here and sadly won’t be returning after having similar issues the first time around.

A meal from our order was missing. I called the restaurant about it they was fully aware they’d not sent it because they’d ran out of that item. Which is fine but a phone call explaining this after accepting my order would have been nice so we could of choose something else. They told me the delivery driver was supposed to give me a cash refund for the item which he didn’t. They was very rude when I was speaking to them about the problem. I never normally have a problem when ordering from here.

Twice in a row missing food items. Call the restaurant and they say will send down straight away - we live a 5 minute walk away. 20’minutes later and still not here. It’s a shame as the food is nice when it’s delivered correctly. Now sat with cold curry and rice as we believed the chips would come on time.

Had chicken tikka wrap and my partner had mixed kebab absolutely delicious, ot was hot and so much meat for the price how this place is only 3* i will never know.

Chips size was a child’s size. Both curries very very greasy. Only 50% edible

Chips were amazing as sent in a bag and not the plastic trays. Pizzas need cooking longer as the base needs to be crispier - the food quality is dropping, the meat feast was not nice. And once again (4th time) the WRONG drinks were sent

Nice food way too expensive though will look around for somewhere more affordable for my next order

the calzone was awful. watery tomato sauce that leaked all over the box. paper thin pizza base that was slapped together and not even sealed... barely any cheese. it was a disaster. i could only eat half of it.. never again...

First and probably last time I’d order from here, food came way to early, didn’t seam fresh and the pizza tasted like it had been reheated, chips was ok but that’s a food you can’t get wrong, we got lemonade sent (wife’s allergic to citrus) should have got Pepsi.

only issue I had was the delivery guy! I paid cash 4 order 23.25!! he was adamant it was 25 n refused me of 1.75 change!! disgraceful or what. I normally pay on line 2!

Have a delivery time of 7pm which then changed to 7:15 it’s now 7:30 and still no sign. This was ordered at 18:10

Being a regular, I'm usually heaping praise on this place, but the past couple of weeks have been horrendous, food has been undercooked and a little bit too spicy, will be looking for a different curry house In future, very disappointed and sorrowful as we used to love these guys.
