Scammers. Missed the main meal in delivery and remaining food was completely cold and stale and when called, manager was rude and refused to take any responsibility, completely pathetic and shameless manager and customer services. Dont bother ordering.

Tiny burgers, cheap chips with no taste and the wings were dry and hard. They also added 10 percent on the price for eating in and for us collecting our own food! The toilets were dirty and the toilet seats were falling apart. When we went to complain, they didn't even have the decency to listen. We never usual complain but this place was so bad and wouldn't want others to waste their money here. Just hope we don't get ill now 😔

Food is fresh and decent taste like a halal version of McDonald’s, it’s a little over priced but the portion sizes are decent and the overall experience is ok somewhere I do visit often more because of convenience but my kids really enjoy the double cheeseburgers and pizzas

Bad experience. We ordered extra large pizza in the deal but got a large one. Also, what the price was mentioned they charge above, and when I asked, they said estinn charges you need to pay. Taste was good but pathetic service and customer dealing.

Food is delicious no complaints come here all the time with family but came here with my partner and 11 month old twins asked for 2 highchairs staff member bought 1 which was totally broken and moving side to side we told him and he told us it was fine and you can still use it (which wasnt very nice) a moving child would have easily fallen out there and hurt themselves. Then asked for another one and he bought a broken one again! He took that back and told us there were no more highchairs. There was also a big family there at the same who had 2 young children who also needed high chairs but again didn't get one. As this is a fast food place targeting family and young children I would expect there to be more highchairs so I kindly suggest for them to buy more highchairs to avoid any inconvenience to other families with young children.

A year since I was last here, definitely an improvement. Efficient service, friendly staff most importantly the food was great. Ready to collect within minutes of ordering. The pizza was well cooked and the burger was a good size, fresh and full of flavour with a very generous serving of fries which were also amazing. Would visit again.

The quality of the food is subpar and does not meet expectations. The prices charged are excessively high and do not reflect the poor quality of the food. On the positive side, the service is prompt. However, overall, the experience is likely to be disappointing one.

What a great place for pizza and burgers. We love their large beef burgers. The tandoori chicken pizza is out of this world, loaded with chicken and cheese 😋😋

Mediocre food with extortion prices

Delicious! You definitely need to try the burgers. this place is clean large upstairs seating with a massive bradistan window view.

Heard alot of hype about Mahmoods, the halal Mc D's... and honestly everything about the place was just like being served, dining and experiencing Mc D's aside from the actual food. So I'll give a breakdown. The service was sub-par at best and the seating area was stroon with discarded food, rubbish and was just a general tip. Considering you pay a 10% surcharge to eat in is laughable. Yes, you read that right, a 10% surcharge to eat in a dirty, rubbish stroon tip. Staff looked like they where being kept against their will, I've actually seen happier people in a hospital A&E ward. The food was piping hot, which was pretty much the only thing I could write home about. Other than that, it was just food. Nothing special but not terrible... Just okay. Considering the amount of eateries a stones throw away from Mahmoods, my return is very unlikely.

Great place to grab some food and the chips are better than mcdonalds. The only down point is one staff member was a bit rude and had no people skills which in theory will be the down fall of the chain perhaps a reshape of front of staff more inviting face

Eating a burger here is like eating the first burger you ever ate

I paid extra for priority delivery for 20 minutes and the food took a whole 40-45 minutes. I was also given the wrong burger, just an inconvenience because I didn’t get what I paid for.

We came seeing the raiting! Horrible experience. They took the order yet they told it would take 20 mins for food. Fold was horrible. OILY. NO TASTE. completely bland! Neither wrap nor fried chicken was up to the mark! 10% extra for dine in!

It's pretty average food in my opinion, nothing special but where it excels is it is open till really late at night every day so you can pick something up at times where you can't get anything from anywhere! It's also not bad food at all, nothing to complain about and the prices are good too.

Best garlic bread money can buy and pizza and burgers were good too. Felt hungry with lads late night drove down to get a decent munch. The place was clean and good quality of food.

The store has wide range of products and usually you find items you are looking for. The only downside is the staff, who is not very friendly when it comes to help you to find an item. Some of them are even rude, mostly females staff

Went to mahmoods had chicken filet burger was very hard to and fries was cold ok never go there again with.

Went to Bradford for a day out and has recommended by friends we went to Mahmoods and ordered burger meals, when the food came it was cold, fries were cold and had hair and when we took a bite into our burgers they were hard not juicy at all as stated, not fully cooked, one of the burgers was red, we took it to the counter and the customer service from was really poor, did not apologise at all, all they were saying we took 20 mins cook etc, They could see it was raw and come out with you eat half the burger and we can't do anything, they could see it was not half eaten, and they could see the burgers were not fully cooked, they replaced the one that was red but the other hardly cooked burgers were not replaced at all, instead they were rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone, food is nasty waste of money and customer service from staff is disgusting If I had a option of zero star I would rate it all zero

Pizza was too chewy and chips were undercooked. Don’t recommend for anyone. Wanted to try something new but wasted our money. £20 for 2 medium pizzas and a small portion of chips. Never eating there again.

I’ve been here a few times and never been disappointed. Only just got round to adding a review. The food is really good value for money. Most recently visited in September 2023. Ordered chicken burger, burger stack, garlic bread and wings. Nice clean place, lots of off road parking. Suitable for kids. Great service every time.

This place is very expensive now, portion of food is very small. We ordered happy meal for kids and they never gave us any baby toys which is a part of the kiddies meal. Just a chicken fillet burger, countable chips and drink cost you over £7 which is expensive considering the quality and portion size. Been going there since this place was opened. Won’t try them anymore.

Really disappointed! Can't be happy with food portion size. Taste wise, the 1/4 pounder cheese burger is nice. But, needs little kick on it. My main issue is even though I spent £6.49 on a burger I didn't get full. What's the point of spending that much money on a burger and not getting full? The burger size is too small. Every time i have Mahmood I never be full. Never going back again!

Their burgers are really good and very soft fries but their burger sauce is quite unique

I went in for an asian style pizza. It wasn't the beat quality so I will try a burger next time. Atmosphere was too noisy too I like to eat where it is nice and quiet too.

I am the one of fussy person but love the chicken wrap from Mahmoods. The service is excellent and the gay who served me I forgot to ask he's name but he's so good. Last min I order pizza and he gave me quick as possible. Thanks you and I hope we will come again soon....

Call them and literally 3 minutes later your food will be ready - very nice fries, would recommend the quarter pounder. Staff were NOT stingy with the sauces and didn't charge which is nice! :)

Placed an order for around £30, would not give extra sauces, asking for extra when it's a big order to begin with, appalling customer service for a regular customer who comes a few times a week, will no be ordering here again, Manager was very rude too, big bald guy at the back, no value for customers!

If you're looking for a burger joint around Bradford, you probably have hundreds of choices; but if its quality you seek, then look no further than mahmoods. The BIG dripper meal was delicious. I also decided to try the donner kebab wrap and it was the best of its kind I've ever had. Their wide variety of sauces were impressive and added uniqueness to the overall taste. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. I rate this place very highly and would recommend it to anyone who hasn't yet tried it. Hope my review is helpful. Take care and enjoy...

Im from London and im here in Bradford for few days. Certain food places I've heard lot about that are good in Bradford. This was one of them. I went to buy some food for myself and my wife, we were enjoying it until we found a hair in our burgers and that put us off completely. Very disappointed.

Very bad Customer Service! Very rude staff! I ordered very specifically and they added an extra meal On My Order. Straight away I went to cancel the extra meal but the guy on the counter was extremely rude and making excuses that the meal is ready but the meal wasn’t ready. We then waited 25 minutes until it arrived. Never recommend to anybody.

Ordered 4 big dripper meals and a portion of 5 garlic breads. The food was just about edible. What triggered me is the fact that they gave us 2 less garlic breads. When I had q’d it at the counter, the man denied it & persisted to argue a case. The only thing decent about the food was the Harrisons’ curry sauce (excuse my sarcasm). That should tell you enough, avoid this place if you’re wanting a late night munch. Go else where!
