Great place to grab some food and the chips are better than mcdonalds. The only down point is one staff member was a bit rude and had no people skills which in theory will be the down fall of the chain perhaps a reshape of front of staff more inviting face

Eating a burger here is like eating the first burger you ever ate

I paid extra for priority delivery for 20 minutes and the food took a whole 40-45 minutes. I was also given the wrong burger, just an inconvenience because I didn’t get what I paid for.

We came seeing the raiting! Horrible experience. They took the order yet they told it would take 20 mins for food. Fold was horrible. OILY. NO TASTE. completely bland! Neither wrap nor fried chicken was up to the mark! 10% extra for dine in!

It's pretty average food in my opinion, nothing special but where it excels is it is open till really late at night every day so you can pick something up at times where you can't get anything from anywhere! It's also not bad food at all, nothing to complain about and the prices are good too.

The store has wide range of products and usually you find items you are looking for. The only downside is the staff, who is not very friendly when it comes to help you to find an item. Some of them are even rude, mostly females staff

Went to mahmoods had chicken filet burger was very hard to and fries was cold ok never go there again with.

Went to Bradford for a day out and has recommended by friends we went to Mahmoods and ordered burger meals, when the food came it was cold, fries were cold and had hair and when we took a bite into our burgers they were hard not juicy at all as stated, not fully cooked, one of the burgers was red, we took it to the counter and the customer service from was really poor, did not apologise at all, all they were saying we took 20 mins cook etc, They could see it was raw and come out with you eat half the burger and we can't do anything, they could see it was not half eaten, and they could see the burgers were not fully cooked, they replaced the one that was red but the other hardly cooked burgers were not replaced at all, instead they were rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone, food is nasty waste of money and customer service from staff is disgusting If I had a option of zero star I would rate it all zero

Worst food ive ever tasted - chicken burger tasted like rubbish , fries half burnt and pizza had no flavour whatsoever. Not to mention the seating area was covered in ductape !!! Most expensive place and food doesnt even taste nice ! never again

I’ve been here a few times and never been disappointed. Only just got round to adding a review. The food is really good value for money. Most recently visited in September 2023. Ordered chicken burger, burger stack, garlic bread and wings. Nice clean place, lots of off road parking. Suitable for kids. Great service every time.

Tried king Kong burger. Felt like doing sick. Delivered in 5 mins.

Really disappointed! Can't be happy with food portion size. Taste wise, the 1/4 pounder cheese burger is nice. But, needs little kick on it. My main issue is even though I spent £6.49 on a burger I didn't get full. What's the point of spending that much money on a burger and not getting full? The burger size is too small. Every time i have Mahmood I never be full. Never going back again!

Their burgers are really good and very soft fries but their burger sauce is quite unique

I went in for an asian style pizza. It wasn't the beat quality so I will try a burger next time. Atmosphere was too noisy too I like to eat where it is nice and quiet too.

I am the one of fussy person but love the chicken wrap from Mahmoods. The service is excellent and the gay who served me I forgot to ask he's name but he's so good. Last min I order pizza and he gave me quick as possible. Thanks you and I hope we will come again soon....

Call them and literally 3 minutes later your food will be ready - very nice fries, would recommend the quarter pounder. Staff were NOT stingy with the sauces and didn't charge which is nice! :)

Placed an order for around £30, would not give extra sauces, asking for extra when it's a big order to begin with, appalling customer service for a regular customer who comes a few times a week, will no be ordering here again, Manager was very rude too, big bald guy at the back, no value for customers!

If you're looking for a burger joint around Bradford, you probably have hundreds of choices; but if its quality you seek, then look no further than mahmoods. The BIG dripper meal was delicious. I also decided to try the donner kebab wrap and it was the best of its kind I've ever had. Their wide variety of sauces were impressive and added uniqueness to the overall taste. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. I rate this place very highly and would recommend it to anyone who hasn't yet tried it. Hope my review is helpful. Take care and enjoy...

Im from London and im here in Bradford for few days. Certain food places I've heard lot about that are good in Bradford. This was one of them. I went to buy some food for myself and my wife, we were enjoying it until we found a hair in our burgers and that put us off completely. Very disappointed.

Very bad Customer Service! Very rude staff! I ordered very specifically and they added an extra meal On My Order. Straight away I went to cancel the extra meal but the guy on the counter was extremely rude and making excuses that the meal is ready but the meal wasn’t ready. We then waited 25 minutes until it arrived. Never recommend to anybody.

Ordered 4 big dripper meals and a portion of 5 garlic breads. The food was just about edible. What triggered me is the fact that they gave us 2 less garlic breads. When I had q’d it at the counter, the man denied it & persisted to argue a case. The only thing decent about the food was the Harrisons’ curry sauce (excuse my sarcasm). That should tell you enough, avoid this place if you’re wanting a late night munch. Go else where!

Nice, clean, free car park and always a good selection of sauces like curry sauce, burger sauce, chilli sauce and mayo for free. The big dripper is a good choice but the pizzas are good as well. It might not be the cheapest but they make up for it in good quality clean food.

Does what it says on the tin... A fast food joint covering all the basics.. Good place to sit upstairs... Needs to innovate a little like maybe some butter milk marinated chicken etc

The food was mid at best. I heard a lot about this place so I decided to try it while I was in Bradford. I have nothing to criticise about the food. It tasted average. Not too bad but nothing amazing. I ordered a burger meal deal and a the fried chicken. It was like a halal mcdonald's. Their home made burger sauce was the highlight of my time there as it added taste and also texture to my chicken burger. The staff service was decent and the food was decent. I am not from Bradford, but I am sure there are many better take aways in the Curry City.

Food tastes great, but their portion sizes are abysmal! So turns out quite expensive overall. That's a shame, otherwise would have rated them higher. Would I recommend them? Tough question, especially in current financial climate.

The staff were absolutely disgraceful and rude, they have no manners especially one of the staff in particular that I do have pictures of and will be posting it all over social media. They are so disrespectful when I was ordering food and were constantly pestering us and approaching us when we were eating. This was paedophillic behaviour and will be contacting certain authorities for this to get dealt with!!!!!

Taste less ,raw big pieces of onion in there . Exactly taste less & uncooked . The shop manager said this is the way we make the pizza .you can Complain to whoever you want . . It’s not worth the money I have paid . . This complain will be copy to food health & safety department , training standards and borough council. I will share these bad experience with all my other families member and highly not recommended to buy anything from them .

Ordered chicken fillet burgers. First of all the shop is over priced. For the price you pay you get a small burger and the taste was very average. I have had much better chicken burgers from other places. Was my first and last time having from this shop.

Atmosphere was good but need to improve the taste like try more spices. I had tested their burger but am not satisfied with the taste.

I'm an uber and I came in 6th November 2022 to pick up a delivery. One of the staff spoke very rudely to me, saying "get out!" Repeatedly In a rude manner. This is not acceptable and also it was my first time going there. Staff should be educated that they should always Speak nicely regardless of whether a customer is new or old.

This was the first time we tried the food and extremely disappointed, I specifically asked if the beef in the burgers was fresh , we were told it was, however the beef was the frozen processed patties, it was disgusting!! Also found a strand of hair in the chips! Overly priced frozen and processed food, unacceptable! Will not be going back !

One of the few places on this road that offers seating inside. Order at the counter and collect a buzzer to notify you when your food ks ready. Then go find a seat. Stools downstairs and booths upstairs. I found it very warm but i was wearing a thick jumper. Food is kinda like a Halal version of Macdonalds. Nice branding. Food is standard. Pay Mcdonalds prices pretty much.
