Terrible service food missing I already called restaurant to ask them to check order and still items missing once again kids been let down horrible service

I waited too long, the courier passed my address and probably went to deliver another order, although it was further from my address, and I waited all this time on the street. in the end, when he decided to deliver my order, he came on foot, because of this, all the food got cold and was not tasty

How is it possible when we only ordered 6 items and 2 are missing on way back home to Keighley and chips missing no one answering phone I know it’s not a huge deal but nearly £30 you expect it to be right

Terrible visit from couple of weeks back. Waited about 20 minutes for order. Fries werent even cooked through, dont know how that was achieved with timers used, burger not great. Atmosphere in store feels focused on drive through and collections, but small dining area so can see why but whole experience very poor.

A little cold but hey the guy was on a bike but we got the usual perfect specimens and thoroughly enjoyed ...and please maybe add a tip for the driver...and extra 2 or 3 quid on the total and we'd have ordered anyway without a second thought and got the feel good of making someone's day. Forster square every time of day is consistently the best. 7am or 2am always made right.

Used dine in and drive through multiple times it's hit and miss it either very good and get hot food or it's terrible and get cold food missing order multiple times in same trip. For here id advise eat in over drive through

Just ordered, lady at front turned around realised there is nobody asked where they was - reply there all In Office, proceeds to start grabbing bread ect making burgers ungloved unwashed , you've literally just been on the counter handling everything but well done you put on 1 glove to handle the raw meat 👍🏽touching cheese slices salad and cooked meat .. zero allergen awareness clearly ..

Decent quarter pounder, the oldest dryest blackest filet I’ve ever seen and I’m an ex employee. Just cook em to order at this time man, also the burger and bun is all spilling out, like how hard is it to put a patty centre and the bun centre?

i added a note asking for sweetners for the coffee and some dips for the fries for the big mac meal i didn't get any of it, there were no napkins or a stirring stick, the coffee lid was very difficult to take off and the coffee was almost cold as was the fries, unfortunately I am very disappointed. The delivery driver was very polite and pleasant so he saved you a bit of grace with the delivery ...

Items missing AGAIN, all three included fries missing

If I could I'd give minus. Chips were vile and cover and I mean covered in salt. They forgot our happy then when we received this underneath the burger was half missing. Only the nuggets was a 10/10 the rest of the meals were vile no one ate them and went elsewhere what a waste of money and food that could of been made properly. Food inspection needs to be in here ASAP as what we received today is unacceptable! Will be taking this further including the photos to follow.

Never have I ever had to pay for sauces in McDonald's. Must be the only one I've ever been asked to pay - what in the Rishi Sunak is happening. Also there was 2" of my tea missing, why bother having a large cup. Fries, dead - burger was mid. Won't be coming to this one again.
