Dear McDonald’s Customer Service, I recently visited your branch foster square and I was disappointed by the behavior of one of your staff members.her name is Agtaa or agni..etc When I asked to use the toilet, I was rudely told it was for customers only, while I’m uber eats driver despite my intention to make a purchase. The tone and attitude were unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I expect better customer service from McDonald’s and hope this matter will be addressed to ensure a more respectful environment for all customers.

Quick and pleasant service. Never a long wait for take out and always fabulous food. Lovely burger and ice cold coke🥲

Even though it was busy I think McDonald's is going down hill. Prices are getting expensive, quality is less appealing but okay for a quick bite with a short wait.

Never send full order. Quick to take payments but don't send it. It's the second time that it's happened it's disgusting

Like most McDonald's anywhere you visit the toilets are always the same, disgusting. Rarely cleaned and stink. Dinning areas the same, tables cleaned with dirty clothes or not washed at all. Food isn't the sane either, always luke warm.

Been coming here for a while it's definitely gone down hill overtime. The chips taste nothing like McDonald's chips it's like they use a different oil here and the chips are a golden colour and you can sometimes still see the oil on them. I feel this place needs a check up and also not to rush the orders as a lot of the time the burgers aren't made right we ask them to take ingredients out and are more than often kept in or ingredients are missing.

drivers don't read the note and park at the very other end of the street meaning I have to walk all the way down for my food happens every time specifically leave a note explaining we are at the top of the street and they just choose to ignore it

I stated my allergies and you still persisted with gherkins!

Food was absolutely cold and driver was saying it was roadworks

spent 50p for 5 sweet chilly sauces, they didn’t come! if i order something i expect it in the bag! my happy meal burger was cold along with chips! absolutely appalling! never again will i be ordering

They closed other toilet all the time some time busy people waiting for going toilet only one toilet use everyone so smell open both toilet

Regularly shut for no apparent reason on a night time, and doesn't update its system to notify delivery drivers it is shut. The food is often very sloppily put together and takes a long time, even when quiet.

missed half the order out, only half of the meals come. Ruined evening tea as half order missing . it’s every time you order from McDonald’s, never get the order right

All the drinks were spilled because of the driver. They were all mixed up and we couldn’t drink them.

Preparing time and delivery time always was moving forward. And from where i ordered it was less then 10min ride. On map showing 5min. But food was delivered almost cold. More 5 min and i would say it was delivered from fridge not from restaurant.

Sent the drinks but didn't send any of the food we ordered.

Please just STOP forgetting items! Double check the orders!

According to your tracking map the driver didn’t move from the restaurant for 30 extra minutes after the notification it’s on its way clearly took 2 deliveries and our whole order came freezing cold. Granted the weather is really bad here hens the 3* rating if not for that it would be 1* then only get refunded £3 of my money back after spending £20+? Joke.

My order took over an hour to arrive from the time I originally placed my order. Everything was cold. Very unsatisfied.

The delivery is abysmal. Food cold ,late snd wrong. The place is ok. Staff underpaid , kids ipads to rope them in early. I joke. It's maccys. You get what you pay for. Parking. Which for a multi million dollar company, is expected. Toilets. Charity boxes. Awesome.

abysmal driveer sat outside my property for nearly half hour before delivering only after I messaged that he said he was outside this is crazy everything stonencold and milkshake liquid

Drinks spilt everywhere. Food was cold chips were so frozen you could say I had fries and ice. There was more coke in the bag than there was in the cup. It was a mess

We called tonight (Monday) for Hot Drinks while Shopping, we ordered the drinks through the app Machine waited 15 minutes and had to go ask for them, guy said oh they here. My Coffee was ok but just warm the other two drinks Cappachinos looked week and had chocolate bits on even that we said NO Chocolate. The guy after getting annoyed reordered two more again after 20 minutes they where served. Again the Drinks where discusting so we asked for a refund he said not sure we can. A lady then spoke to us the Manager and gave us a refund. Discusting service, Nasty Staff and very slow service and it wasn't even busy 🤬🤬 never ever have we had such crap service. The place had rubbish on tables, floors etc no one cleaning up. We definitely NOT Recommend this dump to anyone. 🤬🤬

Service is quick enough considering much of the food is prepared fresh. Ordering is convenient through the kiosks, but the app can be hit or miss. Lots of offers and promotions, and the £2 is still the best value wrap on the market.

No bacon on the double big Mac with bacon.

best mcdonalds service ive ever had everything was great rang up because i couldnt make a burger only cheese and they sorted it out for me.

Today 1.45am by Friday morning I had fletto fish meal the girl given me cold 🍟 fries and a bottle of water but it was warm bottle of water even the fletto fish was cold aswell I'm not happy at all with this food night shift pplz giving us cold food

Don't take cash, although cash is legal tender they can't recieve other than a card payment. How is this legal???????

So I went to foster square placed my order on app got my order number when I got to the counter I was told I had not paid for it I spoke to a manager who was very rude and not listening to me at all I showed him my banking app which showed I'd paid £11.98 he was having none of it as it said pending on my bank along with other purchases on that day which is normal for my bank I tried to explain he became rude and made me feel I was lying in front of other customers it was embarrassing int he end I paid again then got in touch with customer service who checked and I was right I'd been charged twice they refunded me tbh I'm still fuming what an ignorant prat if this is how your management act they need retraining customers need to be heard not humiliated so thanks the lesson I won't be back and will be telling my friends n family to stay clear what a horrible ignorant man.

I waited too long, the courier passed my address and probably went to deliver another order, although it was further from my address, and I waited all this time on the street. in the end, when he decided to deliver my order, he came on foot, because of this, all the food got cold and was not tasty

How is it possible when we only ordered 6 items and 2 are missing on way back home to Keighley and chips missing no one answering phone I know it’s not a huge deal but nearly £30 you expect it to be right

Terrible visit from couple of weeks back. Waited about 20 minutes for order. Fries werent even cooked through, dont know how that was achieved with timers used, burger not great. Atmosphere in store feels focused on drive through and collections, but small dining area so can see why but whole experience very poor.

A little cold but hey the guy was on a bike but we got the usual perfect specimens and thoroughly enjoyed ...and please maybe add a tip for the driver...and extra 2 or 3 quid on the total and we'd have ordered anyway without a second thought and got the feel good of making someone's day. Forster square every time of day is consistently the best. 7am or 2am always made right.

Used dine in and drive through multiple times it's hit and miss it either very good and get hot food or it's terrible and get cold food missing order multiple times in same trip. For here id advise eat in over drive through

Just ordered, lady at front turned around realised there is nobody asked where they was - reply there all In Office, proceeds to start grabbing bread ect making burgers ungloved unwashed , you've literally just been on the counter handling everything but well done you put on 1 glove to handle the raw meat 👍🏽touching cheese slices salad and cooked meat .. zero allergen awareness clearly ..
