Ordered at around about quarter to 3 in the morning bearing in mind it's open until 4 my delivery was set to 3am changed to 3:20am now it's all of a sudden changed to 4:40am they aren't answering the phones how am I supposed to get my order when the place closes at 4am

Alway fries are cold. Never try them after 12 midnight because you will get the worst service.

Staff were very polite and friendly and was a really quick service. They even brought it over to my table

I came here for a coffee, and I ended up with a £60 parking fine. I'm now in legal battle with the parking cowboys.

This place has very bad staff and dishonest workers more then one. They always make mistakes even though you have helped them to remember and then never admit to there mistakes until they finally get caught I blame the staff especially evening's staff. Always forgetting stuff and always lying and making fake promises. I would not order from here ever again so if you plan to order mcdelivery from this branch think twice please seriously staff always forget stuff and lie not all but still more then one

Item missing from each meal, stopping going to this mcdonalds and probably not going to mcdonalds in general now.

Andrew the customer service lead was working on Thursday January 4th and he was extremely pleasant Kind and helpful. What was nice was he was the same with all customers he enen gave my baby nephew attention and was kind enough tp give him a sonic flag and helped a fellow colleague who was struggling. Thankyou Andrew I hope you see this post.🙂

Food was dry and crappie got wrong drinks given to us

Been a while but really enjoyed my big mac meal good service and not to full

Chips always cold 🥶 most of time they put cheese on my big mac when I day no cheese

Got rid of the retailer discount without notice, the only mcdonalds in the whole country to do so

They never put a straw in the drinks neither milk with my coffee. Also they charge for ketchup

Gave me four chicken nuggets instead of four cheese melt dippers, not impressed

Friendly staff and helpful and good value for money would recommend that food was hotter and they did not keep running out of milkshakes.

I placed an an order wanting to take part in Monopoly promo and only received 2 stickers instead of 6 so next time I went I asked if I could get the stickers that were missing previously. I was told they can't just hand out stickers which I was ok with. I opened my new meal at home and what happens? 2 stickers are missing this time

Not only did they take forever with doing mine and my partners order but ive also ended up with food poisoning from this mcdonalds safe to say i wont trust this maccys again

Today they tried to feed me with rotten beef. Meat smelled bad and they said no its fresh. Staff member Mina was rude and she tried to send me back with them burgers and i should eat them . People before you eat there smell and check burgers.

Rude staff with an attitude problem. Asked the lady to pop something in the bin for me and she eye rolled like I'd asked her to clean my car out! Asked got extra sauce only to be barked at and told its 10p for sauce now and that she had already given me 2 free! Won't be going back there in a hurry!

Was extremely busy and a bit pricey compared to most places in Istanbul. Food was served fairly quickly and it was delicious. Wasnt the cleanest place to eat in due to how busy it was and short staffed. Enjoyed my meal though on the plus side!

Food was ok. Restaurant was very untidy. Considering it was very quiet in there i cant understand why it was so unclean. The drinks were flat and had to be exchanged but not much better after. The toilets are vile! Absolutely disgusting. Both mens and womens were unusable, we had to ask for the disabled toilet key as we could not let our children use the usual toilets. Theres plenty of staff here not doing alot, theres no excuse. Makes you wonder what the hygiene is like in the kitchen. Wont be visiting here again and advise others to avoid.

Food was ok however the drinks were totally flat. Even asked them to replace them and leave out the ice but what came out was still flat. Men’s and ladies toilets were disgusting. Asked to use the disabled toilet was ok but we had to ask to get in. Wouldn’t use again I’m afraid!

Popped in for mcflurries for my grandkids. What a filfy restaurant , the toilets had tissue paper all over the floor. The icecreams were watery. Service was poor we got called that our order was done 20mins later still waiting. The staff had mucky aprons on, not one smiled, even when the lady in front said thank you to them. The tables well I wouldn't eat in doors. Collect and run is the best option

Every time I come to this McDonald’s they always mess my order up. It’s got that bad that I would rather go to Burger King. I won’t get started about the chips. They are either burnt or they are as soggy as a puddle. Not good at all. Fix your mistakes McDonald’s

I've seen cleaner maccys, filthy tables outside, floor was dirty as were some of the tables. Cleaner was in the men's so doing something. App did not work, said restaurant closed, supposedly 24 hr ! Went hungry.

Some of the staff need help to learn English . It's appalling how they can't speak English

Grabbed a strawberry milkshake on my way past, and it was one of the best I've had. They should all be the same with the perfect thickness and ratio. The only downside is that the drive thru was really busy, so I ordered on the app to pick up. When I went in, I waited around 10 minutes! Come on surely, if people just order a drink, get these done straight away and out the way it takes 10 seconds!

Worst/most run down Maccies I’ve been to. And my food was all burnt. Staff didn’t care, too busy chatting to each other.

Waited in long drive thruque for 15 mins and then got told there’s no ice cream or McFlurry. Maybe put a sign up at the beginning to stop people wasting their time in drive thru que. Once your in you can’t get out !!

I have the worst customer service by 2 young asian girls on driv-thru and i was shown disrespect from her Line Manager too which wasn't ready to listen to me and she didn't even acknowledge me where is customer first. Then on window 2 i was againg not acknowledged by the staff and i think the staff need to be educated to respect their cutomers. VERY VERY BAD i am an asian pakistani if any doubt. The girls are very you and really tarted up and the mananger is a guffys sister.

Every McDonald’s is doing peel sticker to win , went through drive through in the evening on 22nd April and ordered 4 drinks, none of them had the peeling sticker which staff replied-they don’t have them at the moment, however we were parked up for next 10-15 mins and people who went in were all having drinks with peel stickers. What kind of unfair being was that or discrimination as they didn’t like extra questions🤨

Charge money for sauce which is free in greater Manchester.rubbish service.

Total rip off these lot charge u for sauces and dnt tell u after u paid so u have to drive round again for them

Second time I’ve been served cold chips and no serviettes through the drive-through at Bradford FSQ. Wish they’d shape up.

From my experience, the staff is absolutely lovely. The two times I ate here, a customer threw a tantrum and the staff dealt with it with the patience of a saint. The fries were crispy and hot, and I was served swiftly. I just found the limited edition burger I got to be not flavourful enough.

This Mcdonalds is well staffed and the food is usually hot. It is a clean place and much better the other Mcdonalds near by. Girlington is a shocker. Steer clear of that one.

Manager at this branch is a disgrace. I went to pick up an Uber delivery and they told me their Uber machine was off. When asked to speak to the manager, the jobsworth told me that they were busy and can't attend me. Such illiterate, lazy and disgraceful people the bunch of them. Avoid the scammers

An absolute joke. None of the order terminals were working. Several minutes of fruitless tapping to confirm that. Got to the desk to order to be asked cash or card. To be told cash only, then that there were no fries... Several people before and after followed this frustrating process. MANAGER Post a member of staff at the door to inform patrons upon arrival that your franchise has fallen over. This is called customer service. Look it up.

Standards have dropped drastically, too many points to list! Mixing meals with meat in them with non-meat food, placing them in the same bag after emphasising separate bags be used! Accusing me of taking two drinks when none were given, constantly having to repeat my order at the drive-thru because the staff dont hear it, because they're too busy chatting in the background & not paying attention to you ordering! Some staff are not properly, the list goes on..

Nice ambience for a cuppa before or after shopping!

The only McDonald's on the planet where two different members of staff will say they can't put the tablets the right way. One of them literally said : "Aah - we'll just leave it like that . " So children have to play games with the screen upside down. 12:50 17th of December 2022.

What's with this fast food chain going downhill? There's no help with refunds for missing items and items that don't even arrive. You spend £25 worth of food and you lose out on it as the drivers shrug their shoulders and don't even help you to sort out your orders, you ring up and they don't sort your order and it says it's delivered when it's not even arrived. Shame on you, ripping off people. What are we suppose to do when we spend our last bit of money on a treat and now you have to starve over it and what about us with autistic siblings / kids who have preferences over foods and only prefer McDonald's etc.

Awful. Asked for double egg. Got sausage and egg, staff completely not bothered, went into the store and witnessed the prep guy cross contaminating everything. Not washing his hands after touching meat products and then preparing veg food. Not vegetarian friendly.

For a McDonald’s, the service is really quick. Order always correct and hot too

The staff there is lovely and cant do enough for you! Excellent food as well as delivery time to table/drive thru. Nice and clean there are always staff cleaning and making sure that the tables are clean and hygienic.

£20 order and no monopoly stickers, apparently you don’t get any on a big tastey, despite referring them to the menu behind them that clearly shows 6 “no that’s 6 game pieces not stickers”. This place just fails across the board lately, only get hot food on request .. not kidding! Won’t be coming back

I was waiting in the drive through for my order to be taken when the lady said one second she’ll be with me. I waited ten minutes and no one spoke when the drive thru was empty!!! Once they took my order I had to wait another 20 mins for my food THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY! APALLING IM NEVER COMING BACK

Good customer service. Cleaner Julie cleaning the tables untidy appearance, had the cloth scrunched up in her hands for over 30 mins, no disinfectant or cleansing spray. walking around picking her nose and using the same cloth to clean the tables, and then wiping her hands on the same cloth, repulsive. Couldn’t even swallow my food. This needs sorting. If environmental health entered the building and seen this, it would be a serious issue.

So came here after work ordered two bigmac meals, one chicken mayo, and a cheese burger, got in my taxi to eat at home, my big Mac meals did not have any cheese in, I didn't even get a cheese burger I just got two chicken Mayo's, and both boxes of fries were more than half empty, honestly just wish I checked my meals before I left because this is ridiculous, felt like such a Rip off, any time I come here I'm going to check my Meal, honestly could have got a refund to how much effort was put into this, not happy at all, wish I saved my money because this was a disgrace.

It's OK when your hungry for a quick snack.
