food was hot and we get 2 large chocolate chocolate milkshakes but was half full not happy with the milkshakes when we ordered large ones

salad all spilled in bag not packed correctly burger missing..

As always, no straws or requested dips. on this occasion no Minecraft accessory.

Food was cold and stale,not nice at all

The driver delivered one mile away from my address and got stuck in traffic trying to deliver my order. Hence cold food again .I have used this McDonald’s for a while now but am not anymore. I might as well go to the local pub with the kids for a warm meal for not much more money.

Initially said 25 minutes for delivery. The time kept extending. It eventually arrived an hour after ordering. Fast food! Funny! Food was clap cold when it arrived.

We ordered 2 Minecraft meals which you pay more for the toy which is in the description was not delivered for either meal. The burger and promotional mcflurry were both also missing.

My child was in floods of tears because it's not clear at all which meals come with which Minecraft toys but I was not allowed to buy the toy separately and they had already had a happy meal with a different toy but they wouldn't let me even exchange it.

delivery driver was rude and on the phone while dropping off not listening to the delivery code. Wish there was a better way to report such drivers.

Delivery was great. I've just ordered a large big mac meal with chocolate milkshake. The milkshake tastes like cheap toothpaste, looked like chocolate but defo not see any chocolate flavour. I really really hope it wasn't mixed with mint because I have a bad reaction to anything that is fake mint chocolate based. Also no straw or serviettes do these come on request now not as a necessity. Oooo the milkshake is defo mixed my insides are churning which end first. Thanks for making me poorly I order through your App and I want my money back.

I've had problems with this store before but this time everything was spot on!

Missing Minecraft figures despite paying for more expensive meals to get them. No sauces. Delivery drivers can't read house numbers and the map pin they always rely on is wrong so constant delays/issues.

All the cheese dippers where cold and inedible I want a full refund for them not a partial one!!!

It's a McDonald's, so you know what you are getting, you just don't know when you're going to get it. Maybe it's a victim of it's own success, but the time to get your food given to you is certainly not fast. Whenever I go, which isn't that often, be it quiet Sunday or busy evening, you have a loooong wait. So don't expect to walk in and walk straight out again like you used to be able to do before they had staff serving, not the order machines.

The fries were cold on arrival

I placed an order in my lunch break due to the order time being 15-20 mins. This time increased for over 30mins, meaning I only had 5 mins left to eat the food. Fries were freezing cold and the ice cream was spilt and melted.
