Disappointed another company has gone card only for payments. Refused to take cash and never will again according to staff members.

Third time in a row it arrived cold, late and much less tasty than usual. Three strikes and deleted app. Keighley branch.

Horrendous service. Ordered and wasn’t delivered after 80 mins. When ordered I was advised it would be 20-25 mins. I called for an update after 45 mins to be lied to. I cancelled the order. They delivered 30 later. I refused the order as I had eaten lunch. I can now not get a refund. Totally ridiculous

Domino's App incorrectly charged me twice- staff member rung straight away to query this and offer me a refund for one order. Pizzas were delivered in good time and super tasty! Our cookies were forgotten with our order but they we delivered for us after we had finished the pizzas. Great customer service and good quality food.

Got pizza wrong, rang up and accused me of lying. Refused to bring another and then I rang a second time asking again. They said they would bring another - guess what, they brought the wrong Pizza again!! Bad management!!

Went in and ordered a pizza in this store which should have been 20 minutes. 40 minutes later we were given it like warm. The shop wouldn't entertain the complaint which was made as I didn't order it online!!!!

Ordered in-Store at 6.09pm and food didn't get handed to us until 6.50pm or thereabouts (Photo proof attached to this Review). Staff were too busy chatting and socialising to remember we were sat waiting. Pizza was stone cold and inedible. Customer Service from the Business itself was almost as bad. Use one of the many other Pizza places in the area rather than this bunch.

Dominos let down by staff that can't follow simple customisation instructions that their systems even go to the trouble of printing in CAPITAL LETTERS. Thanks for ruining pizza night.

The pizzas are nice just seem very expensive I'd never pay full price if promotion wasn't on. It's card only in-store as well.

My pizza came soggy and the delivery driver handed me the pizza on its side so all the toppings were all over the box then gave me attitude do not order from this place you will regret it

The pizza was white it was that undercooked. Horrible representation of the dominos brand. The app showed the order going from baking to collect and i joked i need a QC on my pizza, the pizza clearly needed a QC. Sort it out.

Good get two pound fifty small pizzas card only though

Placed a family meal, 1st of all large bottle of coke missing 2nd ordered a plain pepperoni pizza (just cheese and pepperoni) to find mushrooms in it! My partner is allergic to mushrooms! Go on to ring them, gets hung up on three times, Azan/Azam if that’s his name proceeding to be rude, says no worries… ok so you put someone in hospital from server allergic reaction and it’s NO WORRIES! Refuse to refund, refuse to send another pizza and refuse to get a manager on the phone, every time rung back a different person answered and instead of trying to resolve the problem in a reasonable manner we get hung up on again, very disappointed will NOT be returning and have reported to head office. Please check all your orders guys specially if you have an allergy!!!

Had to give these guys a five star ⭐️ I ordered the wrong pizza; and they were so polite and sent me a free pizza that was the right one, all because I don’t like beef. The meal was fantastic, tasty; and presented how it should be cooked. They let us keep the pizza too, even though I offered to let them take it away! Pizzas were piping hot. Steam coming off the pizzas when they arrived. Great tasting food and always better if you ring to get the best deal! Driver was friendly would definitely use again

This has to be the worst Dominos on the planet. If you select delivery the pizza is in quality check for 30 minutes arrives late and is often cold. Avoid.

Late to deliver, was probably due to the May day holiday. Food was cool and looked well waiting for delivery. Dog liked it.

Rang literally a minute after ordering because I forgot the toppings and they couldn’t do nothing about it because it was already in the oven what a waste of money

Domino's is expensive, but definitely worth the money. The staff here is nice and you're rarely waiting for very long before your food is done and ready to go. If you click and collect the food is always kept warm. I've never ended up with cold food. I just wish they'd deliver a bit further away than they are at the moment.

Paid for 4 pizza's, received 3, was told I'd have to pay again to receive the missing pizza.

Would rather drive all the way to Skipton or Ilkley than go to this one, the pizzas are never cooked properly and the deals are not as good as other Dominos

Pizzas used to be nice from here, but last 2 orders were very poor. Lack of cheese, not cooked fully, not cut fully. The bases look different and look smaller. Driver always friendly and called to complain, person on phone polite and offered to make it up in some way on next order. I think 2 bad orders doesn’t sound good so will try elsewhere next time.

Hit and miss. Sometimes good, sometimes not. Last time the pizza was butchered into eight distinctly uneven parts too.

This place is disgusting, pizza is never cooked. Every time I’ve eaten there I’ve thrown up or had a bad stomach. The staff are the most useless staff on this planet they do not care about their jobs. Do not eat here, you would be better off eating out of the bins in town. Ordered a couple of small pizzas while I waited. Forgot I was there! Made up for the mistake with free cookies Pizzas were spot on.

Can be good here but too inconsistent with amount of toppings, sometimes feel like I have ordered a margarita there is so little toppings on my pizza.

I've been a loyal customer for years across the country at Domino's and have ordered from Domino's as far afield as Japan and never once had such a disgusting pizza, not even close! A mixture of burnt and completely undercooked, no cheese, no toppings on large sections of the pizza - see the photo. When I went to complain and sent this photo I was told that I couldn't receive any compensation because I did not phone in at the time. On the day I ordered the pizza I had travelled 400 miles moving house, shifted 15 boxes with a serious medical condition single handedly and cleaned two properties. I'm sorry I was so tired I went to bed and didn't immediately phone the store, instead choosing to wait until I recovered the next day to make contact to complain. Ridiculous. Rest assured Domino's Keighley this info is also going to be shared on my very popular social media accounts.

Updated my original review as service went downhill rapidly. Stopped using after 3 orders in a row were not what I asked for.

Pizza was ready super quick and the double decadence crust was amazing. Really recommend it.

Horrendous experience. Placed an order at 9.45 pm . Was told 20 min . Called back at 10.30 assured it’s left keighley to the hospital. 11.15 called again , keighley store had closed and so called went directly to bingley store . They would not acknowledge the order so asked to pay again to get word Dear colleagues and friends in NHS , please reconsider ordering from keighley dominos as you may end up paying , then waiting snd starving , hopefully will Atleast get a refund back

Incorrect order delivered and when I contacted them I was told that I would have to wait till the morning to speak to a manager. Would replace or refund at the time. Finally after arguing they agreed to cancel the order so I got a refund. Attitude was terrible so contacted customer service who then arranged a replacement order for another day. Rang to place this order over a week later and was told they couldn't do it as no manager in. When I said this was getting ridiculous now the manager miraculously walked through the door at that exact moment! 10mins later and still couldn't sort my order as couldn't find this on my account. Went to the store and the 'manager' somehow managed to find the order on my account straight away and organised the order, whilst telling me he had loads of complaints to deal with! Whilst waiting, saw most staff with masks under their chins, and some of the comments between colleagues were disgraceful and almost bullying! Even then they managed to give me some of the wrong order! Long post but basically avoid! More trouble than it's worth, loads of excuses and rude staff.

Absolute incompetent staff on the phone and when escalated to a manager I as the customer was told I had a bad attitude. Disgrace of an establishment. Highly unrecommended. Will never use again even if starving.

Waited well over one hour for the delivery. By the time the food came it was inedible & cold :( . The manager needs to take a course on customer service, couldn't of given a monkeys.

I’ll never buy another pizza from this store. They allow staff to clean their FEET in the food preparation sink. Astounding and discussing practice. UPDATE: I received the below response from Dominos customer service department. Dear Richard Thank you for contacting our customer services team with your concerns. We want to reassure you we take food hygiene extremely seriously and our Keighley store is rated [five] stars by the Food Standards Agency. Our strict standards do not allow the use of a hand wash basin for the preparation of religious practices. Under current GDPR regulations we cannot disclose or discuss any matters relating to the employment of our employees, however we can confirm when this incident was raised in May this year, we immediately spoke to the driver who assured us this wouldn’t happen again. We apologise for any concerns this raised and I hope this goes some way towards reassuring you, as there have been no further incidents at this store. Kind Regards

Washing feet in sink what else goes on in this establishment that people don't see

Disgusting response from the management in the local paper over hygiene concerns from delivery drivers washing their feet in a sink over pot and pans... the response..... “ When the Telegraph & Argus questioned Domino’s over the images, a spokesperson said it supports its employees to carry out religious practices during operating hours.” All this slap in the middle of A pandemic too, what other safety issues are they skipping here! Avoid this place if you value your life!

Ordered from keighley tonight, the worst pizza ever. I wont be order from them again, the dough wasn't cooked through and the pizza was bland. Such a shame as I used to love domino's

First time we went we had to wait 30 minutes for our pizza after it said it was ready on the app and most recently we arrived and they had given our pizza to another customer, said the customer was bringing it back, obviously we weren't going to eat a pizza somebody else had taken, so was told we had to wait a further 15 minutes for another! Absolutely shocking service!!!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered via the app, received email confirmation from dominos and PayPal to be told from Keighley branch that despite money being taken they hadn't got the order. Once confirmation is received the contract is with franchisee but they were incredibly unhelpful and I was told to contact head office on Monday to discuss. This left me with a group of hungry boys and out of pocket. Absolutely appalling.

The pizzas weren't put in the oven long enough as you can tell the cheese and sauce hasn't cooked overall! They've gone in the grill! The best excuse over the phone is understaffed which to me isnt an excuse when you run a chain and not producing the quality you should youcustomers for a high price

Bought 2 personal pizzas takeaway, 2 toppings on each pizza. But one pizza is with out any toppings. Moreover cashier charged me extra £1.35 which did not noticed until I get on motorway m62. Customers please carefull with your card payments. I don't like to leave negative reviews but safe of other customers I did my first one now.

Ordered pizzas Friday night paid with cash however the delivery driver did not have 5 pound in change so said he would go to the garage and get some but did not return... not impressed.

Took 90 min when said would be 30 min. Then ignored phone calls until I withheld. This was midweek to an easy to find property. Cold and bland pizza. Won't use again.

Ordered 2 pizzas Veg hot and a simple Margherita both of them as you can see there was a drought of cheese on them and tasted dried up like a biscuit. I forgot to take pictures of the nachos that were burnt and tadted like smoke. Rang back in store and told them so and they put the phone down, kept ringing for over 20 mins and they would not answer. Rang off a different number answered straight away, they finally decided to replace my order only to arrive 2 hours later. Absolutely disgracefull and dreadfull service and food. Would never use this dominoes again and definitely would not reccomend to anyone !

Gone really downhill lately. Food came after an hour and 20 minutes tonight and it was cold. Pizzas inedible, all dried up with hardly any toppings on. Absolute waste of money.

Had an awful experience 6 months ago, but heard it was under new management so decided to try again. Can't fault the service, absolutely spot on. Super fast delivery and great communication.

My experience was actually pretty good. We were served by Nasir who was very friendly and helpful talking us through the options. We sat in the waiting area for our pizzas - they said it would be about 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes we went up to ask how much longer and we discoved the pizzas had been sat there waiting a while. When we have been to a Domino's before they always shout out your name when it's ready, but they didn't here. Anyway, we had a 10 mins drive home and bunged them in the oven to heat back up a few minutes and they were absolutely delicious. Plus great value too.

Absolutely discusting! I bit into my pizza and found a b medium length black hair under the cheese. My husband then picked his up to find a long light coloured hair on the base of his. Phoned the store but no one answered so husband went to the store to return the pizzas. Staff were not bothered and just said refund will take upto 5 days to clear.discusting food, hygiene and customer service.

I absolutely adore dominos pizza. Great service,my only complaint is the price list. The prices are constantly changing from £1.99 to £5.99.

Paid £34. Waited more then 2 hours for a delivery, Tried to call the store 10 times and I was repeatedly ignored. The online tracker said out for delivery for more then an hour. I eventually had to drive to the store to find out what was going on and it took 15 minutes for someone to speak to me.I explained we had been waiting so long with no contact and the Supervisor in a confused manor looked around the boxes.. she checks a storage shelf where they keep the boxes and replies ' oh there still here do you want it ' Well... it wasnt even under a hot plate so I asked if it was cold so I open the box and it was freezing. The supervisor or manager hannah said they are unable to make fresh due to how busy they were and at this stage I was not willing to wait 3 hours for a dominos... Avoid at all costs. So I took the cold delivery so we could microwave it and on my vegetarian pizza I found meat. I intend to go to the food standards agency as I noticed whilst in the store te prep area was chaos, and deliverys to be sent to customers were not being stored under the hot plate. The situation was chaos, maybe this is due to lack of training or staff but regardless its completley unmacceptable to treat customers this way.

Order took 1 hour 20 mins when quoted 35 mins, arrived cold and order was wrong, tried to call and no-one answered! Food is currently in the oven warming up!

Ordered 2 pizzas and some cookies online, which was easy enough, the pizzas arrived 40 mins late as the driver couldn’t find the street even though on the special instructions we specified which cars are on the drive and outside the front. Then they hadn’t bought the cookies. I mean what sort of people run this place. It’s not a difficult order. They then said they would return with the cookies and they didn’t return. Absolutely useless.

Bad experience a few times, the most recent been the worst experience of ANY takeaway. Placed an order online which i got a message sayong the driver had set off (live 5 min away). Tried to call them for an update after 1 hour - no answer at all. After 2 hours the driver came and i said iv waited two hours it betta still be hot. He said of course it is. Opened said pizza at the door and it was freezing. Gave it back to him and told him why lie? To which he laughed, told him to leave! Rang dominos at least 10-15 more times that night to complain but as usual they dodge the phone calls.

Ordered pizzas for 9pm, order was down as delivered, no pizza, so we rang them 4 times no answer, 40 minutes later we drove down, lady asked us to wait for the delivery driver to return. No apology, no nothing. Obviously they do this all the time. They will not be getting my custom anymore. Cold pizza, below average for dominos. Completely appalled

Pizza was great as always. 20 min late on collection. Lady that served us was very polite and apologetic. Seemed short staffed and the man was sooooooo slow!

Dominoe’s PLC should be ashamed to have this within their franchise network. 1 - My order took 1 1/2 hours, despite their app saying it was 9 minutes away. 2 - When I called before the food arrived and twice afterwards, no one answered the phone. 3 - The chicken was not cooked and the pizza was stone cold. 4 - When I asked the delivery driver he couldn’t speak any English and simply said No Staff - No Staff ... 5 - I have sick as a dog today!

Staff in this place need to crack a smile. I have seen happier funerals. Pizzas are the very average.

I have given 1 star because it will not allow me to unclassify the rating. The pizzas were poor and cold. The tracker showed the driver had dropped off near skipton when we are 5 minutes up the road resulting in a wait of 1 and a half hours. It was cold, tasteless with very little sauce and cheese. Upset beyond belief. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT IS AWFUL!!!

Late delivery twice, had to return pixmzzas and collect fresh ones

This is the second time I've ordered....an hour late and food cold both times. They also don't answer the phone when calling to find out where your order is.

Delivered to incorrect address despite calling ahead to advise precise address. Called 14 times back to back between 18.10 and 18.45 no answer. Appalling

Placed order at 8:09 pm, checked the tracker online around 8:40 that said it was on its way and then around 9 pm said it had been delivered which it clearly hadent. We then rang the store multiple times for 30 minutes with no answer until the last call a lady finally answered nearly 2 hours after we placed the order and said it’s been dispatched and will be 5 mins, 15 mins later it finally turned up, barely warm!!! The driver was nice though and rung up the shop and got it half price for us and apologised. Will not be ordering from here again EVER! And advise no one else to also. For no one to answer the phone to us for 30 minutes is disgusting.
