Excellent very nice food and friendly staff

I ordered fish and chips fish was over fried and extremely oily hot wings were average food was not fresh wasted money

Spoke to a guy named Alex over the phone, so helpful with helping me make an order, he cleared some things up and made it a whole lot easier, service is excellent and foods amazing too never had a bad experience with this place.

My partner who is a regular ordered flames tonight. It was a very expensive order for one for something he didn't order. He ordered a chip and cheese wrap and they sent out a chicken and cheese wrap instead. I heard him say it and then they had the cheek to say that's what he ordered no you misheard him.

Sometimes pop in after work for a takeaway and this place never disappoints. I've even found in recent times the speed of service has improved, just 10mintues waite and I recieve my order of large dona kebab and large chips salad and spicy ribs. They even put the salad in a pot for me with no fuss or extra charge and you can pick what salad you want too. The large kebab and large chips serves two people easily. The ribs are lamb and used to be quite salty but recently there flavour has improved, although they have a spicey tomato based flavour rather than the advertised bbq. Highly recommend

fancied a burger this evening, not been here before, ordered ½ pounder with cheese and at the age of 52 and a huge lover of burgers it was one of the nicest I've ever eaten. #QualifiedChef

Had 3 pink slimy burgers and the person who was on the phone kept on arguing with me being so rude saying I was wrong I told them to come and see for themselves as when I collected it there was 4 people sitting around doing nothing absolute joke of a place will never be eating from here again and will be telling everyone not to as it is vile food and people!

Excellent service and food i could see that people have been leaving bad reviews i assume its the people that are after free food. Keep it up guys let the haters keep hating.

Such a waste of money, please save your money and do not order from here! I ordered fish and chips and salad. The chips we're stale, the fish was soggy (it had obviously been microwaved!🤮)and the salad wasn't fresh. Also the order came up on the app as delivered, however took an extra 20 minutes to get there. Next time I'll eat cardboard, absolutely awful!

This place sells a one of a kind pizza I have not seen anywhere else in the town and its delicious hot and cold . We use this place regular

Best chicken tikka wrap in Nuneaton!

Me and my partner had ordered some pizza and chips for lunch. We had bought the chicken tex mex and the garlic pizza with a side of chips. I am shocked. I am eating my pizza to find a gross amount of MOLD and it was obvious. As well as this, there was mold on the chips after looking closer at a few. Please do not order here, I am waiting for a refund in which is highly necessary.

food is great, fried chicken especially. could do with upgrading their packaging as sometimes the boxes fall apart. Pizza prices are on the more expensive side, although the quality of the pizza is nice, another point is their naan bread, they charge far too much for it and overheat it so it is crispy and snaps like a crisp, which is just awful. fixing these issues would make this place the best in the town.

Why would you go anywhere else? After trying all the local kebab shops around Nuneaton, this place wins by miles, top meat, homemade chilli sauce, the option for naan rather than pitta, it's a no brainer, don't sample the rest, sample the best, and the best is Flames!

We ordered food tonight and have found a hair in the pizza also on the chicken, This is very disappointing as we have been told its a good takeout with quick service.

Food good, however missing items so I phoned them up kept on the phone with the receiver just left on the side and asked me 5 times what was missing and the missing items was delivered half hour later which isn't ideal , they need to get some manners when answering the phone because there attitude is shocking.

Food is very tasty , authentic turkish cuisine . The only problem I have is when I ordered online the description in the menu was that all kebabs are served with chips and one can of drink which is not true . I only received the actual kebab which is fine with me but please don't deceive your customers , doesn't do you any favours and it's a shame really cause the food is actually good quality.

So we waited 1hour 10 mins for food when it arrived we were missing a child’s meal after 5 mins someone decided to answer the phone at this point we started opening food to find different things were warm or cold the man on the phone was rude and refused to do anything only refund said meal then asked me to drive there and return all food no refund repaid

I order from here all the time the food is lovely but the girl on the phone was very rude after I ordered a fried chicken burger and it came grilled I rang back and was slagged off to the cook by her and could hear what she said quite clearly then was hung up on twice they sorted out my food for me tho as the rest of the staff are very good

ordered from them a lot now the driver and the person on the phone are rude and don't accept criticism, refuses to refund for the chicken wings and states that he cooks over 300 chicken wings and not one person has complained. Ordered takeout in lockdown. Delivery quoted about 1 hour and came in just under. All the food was well received (kebab, wings and veggie wrap) and of good temperature. The 1/4 beefburger was the only thing reported as mediocre. Generous portions. Fresh salad. Would have scored higher if burger review was better, the pizza prices on the menu reflected the website prices (almost double for a 9” margarita!) and alternative method of payment was possible other than cash on delivery when we are trying to minimise this type of contact.

Didn't even want to give 1 start but I have to reason being Is I order a chicken filit burger only for it to arrive uncooked then I Ring up and tell them to start with they tell me the won't do anything about it so after some kind words from my self and the manager telling me and I qoat "the last time we killed someone was 2002" they send me another one for it to only be uncooked too so I won't ever be ordering from them again

If I could give 0 stars you bet I would. Reason being myself and partner was turned away after saying it is now law not to serve food at the store any more but they can deliver. And the manner they spoke to us was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. They have lost 2 good customers because of this.

Best kebab I’ve had, even when sober.. Chicken Kebab is my thing, real breast which is novel.. Honestly though great food once in a while, best ordering via the phone or their website as it will save you fortune over just eat.

First time ordering from this restaurant. Ordered via just eat no issues. 40 minutes for delivery was fine. Food was all good, included chicken and lamb shish and lifted, salads etc. Only criticism would be it wasn't very hot when it arrived.

You can eat iskender kebab there. Fully sure that meats are halal as they are from T.U.NA food and under control of an imam in all processes. Not just rules are right according to Islam, but also following all steps if the process is according to Islam or not. The only place that you can eat Tuna kebab(not from fish, from meat) in the country

Been a customer for years. Flames repeatedly got order wrong and missed out parts of the order (chips, salad, drinks, dips etc) every single time we ordered there would be something missing. One night I’d had enough, I demanded the salads I had ordered. The guy refused to send them. After half an hour he said.. I’ll send them but you’ll need to pay the driver. I refused and said if he did not send the salad I’d never order again. That’s how the call ended. He couldn’t have cared less. One customer lost! 👍🏼

I ordered a 14 pound pizza last night at work a for 01.50 it arrived on time but the pizza was all smashed up the side so the slices had nothing on case was all stuck all ove the box

I finished work at 2am and was the only thing open. Delivery time was not too bad and the delivery guy seemed friendly enough. The food itself was not great.. my chips had obviously been sat waiting to be taken for hours (have worked in very similar shops) and i know a stale chip when i eat one, I could literally bang the chips on my table they were that hard! A Whole box of chips and have probably eaten 5. The pizza was ok, ate a majority of it but still wasnt amazing. I hate to write bad reviews but it almost felt rude not to😕

We go to flames regularly and are always welcomed by the staff. The large chicken kebab is stuff of legend.

Despite friendly staff this was a great takeaway but food quality has dropped so fast the meat is probably not suitable for pet dogs, you'll get burger's which some how are worse than the typical car boot sale slop chicken is either over left to long under the heating lamps or is undercooked to the point it's best to take home and put it in the oven beforehand just to be safe. Oh and avoid last night's because it resembles a zoo with the drunk locals.

Absolutely discussing way of speaking to a paying customer and did not receive my food, told me they called my phone 14 times yet not one misscall they said they knocked my door yet I live in a block of flat with a buzzer so I know they didn’t even come when ringing to check an confirm my order he started shouting saying we have knocked the door and rang numerous times wich was a lie so I decided to ask him for he’s name an information as I felt extremely offended then he refuse to give me any details and hung up the phone every time I called I am shamed and absolutely disgusted how they treat there paying customers if I have one bit of advice it’s dont buy from here order from somewhere else with better food better manner and better prices!

I only ever collect, so I can't comment on their delivery service, I love going into the shop. The staff are always so friendly, Yunus, in particular, is a great guy. I have only ever ordered a handful of dishes: +lamb shish kebab +bacon cheese burger +flames special burger +doner kebab +chicken kebab these are all amazing. We particularly love the salads and I he homemade chilli sauce. Thank you flames

We ordered our food at 11pm and it arrived at a ridiculous time of 4:12am. At this point, we were outraged in how they were so late and asked for a refund, but the man became aggressive and refused it. He started shouting and banging loudly on my glass door... i’m surprised it didn’t smash! Then, we had complaints from the neighbours confused by the noise and intrusive behaviour.Additionally, the total bill was like £9 something however with all these “charges” and what not the bill turned out to be £15.47. And once we gave the payment he walked off laughing!! And said “idiots” under his breath. Completely outraged by the so what called “service charge” that was unfairly added, because as far as i’m concerned there was no service involved. At that rate I would’ve expected us to be paid that charge due to such trash customer service! Once the man had left, we opened our bag of food, we ordered three boxes of chicken and chips. They were completely drenched in god knows what. The chips tasted like cardboard and the chicken nuggets tasted like they had been found under a bin, 5 years out of date. After trying to eat the meal, the family has felt sick and ill. We do NOT recommend and will not be returning.

Have had quite a few takeaways from here this year and every one seems a little bit worse and more expensive,tonight's the final time,ordered a lamb shish kebab meal with chips,cost nearly £13.00 only to find no chips and the worse mutton I have ever tasted,actually gave me jaw ache,to top it off had no change so gave the guy who delivered £15,£15 for a mutton kebab and jaw ache,never happening again 😡

A consistently excellent Chicken kebab.

Don't use this place. Food arrived cold and the chicken kebab meal was without a pitta bread! When we called they were less than helpful and refused to deliver the pitta bread. We will never use them again. Awful service and food at a premium price

I ordered a takeaway for my family tonight,i was told it would take half an hour to 45 mins,after 51 minutes I phoned and I was told its on the way but after an hour I cancelled my order.won't order from flames again 😣

Will not be eating here again. Used just eat which gives you the option of salad and sauce on kebabs and burger, when it arrived nothing. Chips are cold and like cardboard. Sons kids meal was vile. Not even sending out fresh order just sending out salad and sauce! Quailty of food is disgusting!
