Young gypsy boys in there when I visited with my grand children,swearing ,talking dirty to 2 young girls that were no older than 15 and spitting on tables staff did nothing about it

Ordered 3 chicken select meal, chicken selects missing from order 🤷🏼‍♂️, rest of food was cold, Just eat need to invest in some sort of heated bags to keep food warm from restaurant to customer not a insulated bag which normally never even gets zipped up to keep food warm. So much more expensive through Just eat than ordering direct, don’t think I will be using Just eat anymore, just go collect myself.

Genuinely awful, I should've read the reviews. Got maybe 60% of what I ordered. the rest was covered in the drinks ordered. Took Uber 3 days to respond and asked for photos. Don't bother with this McDonald's or Uber ever again

It was only a little late but the food was barely warm and the coffee was unpleasantly cold. The driver was very polite, I don't think it was his fault - it's just a prob with these food deliveries. I prob won't order again from a service like this.

guy arrived at my door and tried to hand me my three drinks all of which had spilt on the journey to me and also loads infringement of my front door. I told him I didn't accept them and wanted what I paid for. he told after trying to persuade me to have half or the little bit left he would go and get me new ones. he did not! My drive ended up with more coffee then me.

It took 1hr for the restaurant to do 3 mcflurrys and get them out.. to then send a galaxy caramel mcflurry and a Terrys Chocolate orange mcflurry with a tiny drop of sauce in them!!

Had to wait a while, strange as it's 'fast food'. All good though. Everything came hot and I was also able to charge my phone which was a bonus. 😀

Absolutely shocking large and small fries had hardly any in and the burger on double big mac only half was there, really disappointed!

Has had it's ups and downs depending on staff but tonight is the last time. ... Ordered 4 items for delivery with a decent tip....only 3 delivered (not rocket science) all stone cold. If the staff are not bothered about having a job ... Don't order and give them their wish .. Total crap

Me and my partner ordered of the deliveroo app at 8:48 It is now 9:45 and we are still waiting for our order… driver yet to be assigned…we were meant to be somewhere 20mins ago and we can’t even cancel without losing our money. Poor service.

I would give no stars if the option was available. Literally just picked up my order after ordering through the app. My partner was left stood in the restaurant for 15 minutes to collect an order that consisted of 1 portion of nuggets!! 3 different people asked him what his order was. Then they tried to say it was collected ages before. And to top it off when I opened the order that was for my 3 year old there were only 4 nuggets in the box!!! Absolutely fuming. How can you get an order of 6 nuggets so wrong. Absolute joke. Then you phone the restaurant to complain and noone can be bothered to answer lol. Obviously still trying to count out 6 nuggets!!!

My order was placed at 5.40pm, informed delivery would be 6.15/6.35 & saying courier was at resturant....delivery time kept changing until eventually said 6.55/7.10pm When food arrived stone cold. It is not cheap order & I expected a hot meal.
