Mcdonald's Restaurants in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Another cold meal from Bermuda park. Why do I bother. Utter crap. Quater under meal, big mac meal. And happy meal for the little one. Not as much as a warm chip. I live 2miles from the site.

One of the better McDonald's. Even had some sofas!

Waited 20 mins for food When enquired told it was in the kitchen Tray delivered with cold coffee and cold porridge Half the stuff missing off the tray No cutlery items at all It's a absolute joke as not even busy ... Will definitely not be coming here again !!

Best place. They don't have time to attend to the customers and they are overstaffed and keep the customers waiting for more than half an hour. They didn't even notice the people who came to take the order

Service with a smile, always happy to see us. Highly recommended. We will return again and again and again and again and again and again , need to get the minimum characters lol

It was 5 am and the staff just ignored me, even if I was the only one in the store. I have left without ordering and I won’t be going there again! Worst customer service experience!

Not much to say... It's Mc D's, but the drive-through here has a tight turn for the pay kios when you're in a long salon compared to other sites.

Feels a little odd with the main service being aimed at the drive through but great table service

Cold food, slow to complete order (25 minutes) and no options to swap happy meal toy (female toy for my son).

Always incredibly busy! But worth it :)! Service when you dine in is for some reason 10 x more friendly and enjoyable than the drive thru, foods always fresh and fast!

Got some drinks delivered through Uber Eats, two classic cokes. And they were tasteless! Basically just soda water!

All the food was red hot and the order was 100% correct

It's mac d food let's be honest, never looks like the pictures, always looks sad when the box is opened BUT it tastes as it we've come to know and like. Service is always decent and the atmosphere is OK for a mac d. Pleasant enough drive through but the recent ordering service has saw delivery drivers parking on the main skinny road going in and out which is a pain in the arse to navigate at times especially when busy

Above the usual standard of McDonalds. Great service and the food was decent!! Enjoyed the nice sofa in the restaurant, don't normally see this inside the chains stores.

Stopped at drive thru for convenience as was in a rush and hungry. Service was quick but my food was ( 2 hamburgers and large fries ) was disappointing. Burgers were luke warm at best and fries were old and again barely warm. I should have returned them but as I say was in a rush. Why do McD treat customers this poorly with food that's obviously been stood on the rack for ages. Perhaps they have contempt for their customers?

Always getting order wrong when using the Drive Through. Burger missing one time, wrong size drink another time. Ice-cream half measure. Get your act together.

Had a Chicken burger which was not cooked properly and ended up with food poisoning. Chicken burgers need to be cooked properly.

Had drive throw missing items when got home again

There's always some issue with food, it's either they've missed something, it's cold or something. I've had to park and wait for food to be cooked which is fine but they gave me my Mcflurrys and it took so long they melted and when I asked them to give me another set of Mcflurrys they didn't want to and this has happened on a couple of occasions

I ordered 5 chicken selects and got home to see that they are balls with green thing in them. I forgive them but this shouldn’t happen.

Just ordered a mcdelivery, food was stone cold and some of my order was missing..rang them and they put me on hold for over 5 minutes so I hung up! Disgusted!

24 hour mcdonalds and it was closed before midnight!! Yet I was still able to order on the app and them take the money.. now to fight for a refund.

Placed order via JustEat at 13.55, but by 16.28 still no food - app just said preparing order. After ringing McDonalds and being told my order was still awaiting a driver and that it should arrive soon, within a minute of coming off the phone McDonald’s had cancelled my order. Literally just waited for two and half hours for my food to just have it cancelled. Terrible service.

I think the busiest McDonalds I have visited. Always bustling with people and burgers. The staff are quick on their feet and try their best to serve as quickly as the burgers roll in. And the fries follow suit.

Overall, horrible, the sausage and egg mcmufin, was cold, flat bread was so tiny, value for money now I think is terrible ticket machine wasn't giving receipts, so we didn't know our order number, there was no atmosphere inside, it was depressing, so went outside, I certainly won't be going again anytime soon 😐

All I wanted was a vanilla milkshake on a Sunday evening. 10th September about 10pm-1030pm My local were out, so we drove to this one instead. Milkshake comes - it's banana, go back, get it changed, get banana! This milkshake got changed 4 times, by the second time I said I understand it's probably a problem with the machine, but they assured me there's no way they'd ever be a leak or cross contamination between the vanilla and banana.. (since then I have spoken to a different McDonald's manager who has explained to me how often this cross contamination happened with vanilla and banana). I offered the milkshake for them to try - they couldn't, fair enough, I had them smell it, the first person smelled it and said it did smell of banana, but then the manager came over with a banana milkshake saying "no look this one is yellow!!". The young lady with brown hair was lovely and agreed with me it smelt banana, she was very apologetic, the taller boy and the boy I mention at the end were the opposite of what you want in front of house staff. I fully understand that mistakes like this happen in a fast paced environment, at some point someone has hooked up the wrong flavouring and then has corrected it - but not before that batch is contaminated. And I would have been fine with it, if it wasn't for the experience with the young boy at the end. I was told he was not remaking my milkshake again, me thinking he's going to suggest I get it replaced by something else or get a refund I said "that's okay I'll just have a refund then please" to be met with the rudest look, acting as if it would be even more of a hassle to do so. I was light hearted throughout the whole interaction, I didn't gain anything from the ordeal, yet I was made out as if I was lying by the men serving. I don't even like banana! Ended up going to Tim Hortons and had a lovely drink and lovely service. Got my vanilla milkshake from my local the other day, and guess what! It tasted like vanilla, amazing.

Yet again another messed up order. Had big tasty with bacon- got no bacon- only one slice of cheese on it, no salsa dip as requested,milkshake not up to fill level, chips not full. Very disappointed

Took two young children for lunch and was surprised at how quickly we were served. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were handed balloons, crayons to take home and a printed table cloth to colour in.

Sorry it was not me visiting McDonalds retail outlet...

It was 12 midnight and I had been working since 7.30am this never tasted better.

My son came here for a job didnt last a couple of weeks got spoke to like s .hit by management and store manager john big man speaking down to a 17 year old no wonder no one wants ro work there get spoke to like a T .wat

Fairly good quick service at this location.

I ordered a mcspicy, and mozzarella dippers, and when I asked the lady handling the drive thru ‘how many dippers in a portion?’ She told me 5 so I asked her to add it to my order. However when I got home, I found that there were only 3 dippers. I called them and spoke to the manager, lily, and although she said sorry, she told me she couldn’t help me anymore. Terrible service and they always get our order wrong, and never offer any compensation.

Luke warm coke (no ice?), Hardly fried, soggy, overly salted fries. But staff was very busy cleaning the lamp 🤔 priorities. . .

Would love to give here a higher raging, but the last few times I visited. Everything just seemed chaotic, food took longer than It probably should have. They really need a separate area for the delivery drivers to pick up orders and dedicated staff to deal with delivery orders.

Waited 3 hours for a delivery to turn up, and the food felt like it had just come out of a fridge, completely cold. No answer when called to ask for a remake or refund.

I would love to say I had a good experience being an old McDonald’s worker … Sarah sort the staff out at your stores ! I don’t know what’s wrong with them I know it may be difficult getting good workers but rudeness is unjustifiable.

Edit: sorry, the order was placed at 22:10 and my original review was posted at 00:00! This is bloody ridiculous! Placed an order and have been waiting more than an hour. Finally got through to the restaurant and have been told that drivers aren’t turning up at the restaurant and that I should probably cancel my order and go somewhere else Why couldn’t I have been notified of this sooner!!! I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for this bloody order and it’s never going to turn up!!! I expect a full refund from Just Eat and the McDonald’s Restaurant as not only have I had to go without food tonight but my cousin has as well!!! Why couldn’t I have been notified by the restaurant sooner that this is an ongoing issue? Why did I have to call the restaurant to find this out? Why didn’t the restaurant call and say that they have not had drivers turning up all week? One courtesy call could have saved me so much time and stress One courtesy call would have enabled me to cancel the order in time to actually be able to get some food! But no, I now have to go through Just Eat customer services to get it because the driver has said that they are at the restaurant, when they’re not, and now I don’t have the option to cancel it normally! Thanks for nothing guys!

The overlap between the dumbest people and smartest animals rings true here. No ketchup in the dispenser so asked if it could be refilled. Apparently not a single person on the night shift is capable of putting a bag in the cupboard and plugging it into the tube that feeds down into the compartment. A monkey could work out how to do it...

Typical McDonald's but had a nightmare with the WiFi to use the app although the staff made sure I was OK they couldn't really help

Ordered 3 strawberry milkshakes and we were given 2 banana and 1 so disgusting we didn't know what flavour it was,returned them to a 'couldn't care less' response and to be given 3 even more disgusting shakes that went into their bin.When I emailed Mcds,was totally unhappy with paltry response...

Food was ok a bit cold the lady who brings the food out is very polite and always as if u r OK so great service.

Went through the drive through. Everything was lovely and fresh. I had a double cheeseburger. Normally they are edible but this 1 was beautifully cooked, not hard round the edges like in other Mackkies. Very well done. Just had to wait. But was worth it.

I went in at night time, so it might explain why the crew there was a bit drowsy and taking quite a bit in getting the orders ready! Otherwise, a standard Mcdonald, with good, fat food! ))

Large meal ,chips wernt large at all

The restaurant is always clean food os good and service excellent.

So we went in, place was nice, albeit a bit messy (tables dirty, trash in places etc.). They only had three order machines and one till so we had to queue, can't imagine what carnage there would be if it were busy as there's not much queuing room either. Anyhoo we couldn't pay there so we had to go to the counter where there was no one for at least five minutes. Then we finally payed and the worker didn't give us the receipt, so we nad trouble trying to collect the food when it did come. Phew! Also the mcflurry was almost half empty.

I managed to finish my milk round just in time for the lunch menu before they changed to the breakfast menu!!! 😆😆😆. The food was nice, fresh, and yummy and even managed to get a milkshake, which is a rare occasion in the early hours. Friendly staff, friendly environment, and amazing food quality.... No brainer, get yourself down here!!

They always miss something when they deliver our foods. Last time they didn't bring kids happy meal along with our food. Kids were very disappointed. If I want McDonald's I will go to the restaurant and eat there. No more ordering from app.

Ok service ordered at the drive thru recieved drinks and then asked to park and wait for food. This appeared to be the norm for a large amount of drive thru customer's with vehicles everywhere. This resulted in staff wandering around the carpark looking for people who had ordered.

Not actually a bad mcdonalds cpuld just do with working on putting the burgers together straight and not on the wonk

One of the cleanest and friendliest Maccy D’s I’ve been to. Albeit was early, and I was practically the only one there, can’t comment on how they are during busy periods. Nonetheless, food and service was top notch!

I visited here yesterday with my mum dad and little brother and firstly the guy on the intercom was absolutely useless and secondly the woman at the collection point needs to be retrained we asked for some sauce and she literally threw them at my dad and said can you park at one of the bays which they both had cars on them so she just strugged her shoulders so we parked in the car park We had to go through no entry. We won't be returning. guy who bought the food out was very pleasant

Only one plug point in whole restaurant and thats next to toilet door. Large Coffee 20p more expensive than McDonald's Oldbury, Birmingham.
