Ordered at 9:50 came about 11:20 expected delivery at 10:30 -10 :40 came freezing cold

It takes a very special talent to prepare a burger this bad!

Order never arrived. Received a full refund. This has never happened to us before, sort your drivers out.

Time got delayed from 00:20 to 00:50 , food cold on arrival and during delivery the driver was parked up in one spot near Nuneaton train station for over 10mins

Time on receipt and food showed 18:48. Food arrived at 20:15. Driver at restaurant for over an hour, tracking unavailable on delivery, and then immediately at front door. Food stone cold throughout, drink spilled in bag and items missing from meal (side & sauce).

Not Good The Driver Grabbed My Phone Out Of My Hand

App delayed delivery time multiple hours, eventually stated delivered with not even the faintest sign of a delivery driver or food outside. £30 to dispute with the bank due to a terrible app and complete lack of customer service.

Driver decided to stop at KFC to collect another order after collecting mine. I had to wait over half an hour delay and not to mention my food was stone cold because of this.

Fast Food - correct title for this review as the food must have been rushed or forgotten and this resulted in the muffin being burnt. Customer service was seen but once things got busy it disappeared. My tea was okay considering it’s made from a teabag and I left not feeling hungry.

I visited and was disappointed with the level of service I received. My order arrived cold, and when I raised my concerns, Bethany, the staff member who served me, was really rude and unhelpful. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, I felt dismissed and not valued as a customer. I expect better standards, both in food quality and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as good service is key to a positive experience. I would appreciate better treatment in the future.
