Mcdonald's Restaurants in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Has anyone ever had this happen to me? I had a sudden stomach ache that took me more than two hours. I couldn't drive. 😪 I was shaking with pain

Why there is always something missing from the order ! How you can forget to ad chips to the burgers! Concentrate you everyone cause we all paying for this and you are robbing us !

You can't go wrong with a maccys . Fillo of fish with salad and cheese. YUMMY !

I have just waited a ridiculous amount of time for a single big Mac and chips at the drive thru. Both were stone cold when they eventually came. How?

What incredible service I have just received, the tills are down in the drive through & to order you had to go instore, I explained to a member of staff my 4 year old autistic son was in the car & is unable to cope with bright lights & noise, so the wonderful Joe Hawkins took my order & delivered it to the car, this was such a huge help as once my son sees the big yellow M he knows he gets fries, I wouldn't have been able to go in & order, so Joe saved a huge autistic melt down! Thank you for going above & beyond!

I mean it's McDonald's but this place is always very busy when we have been at wknds. It has a car parking time of 90 mins so be careful! There didn't appear to be any front of till staff when I was there. We used the machines to order as did everyone else. However if anything wrong with meal difficult to let someone know as staff disappear once food has been given.

driver was asked where the drinks was as they come in a separate bag and she ran off to the car I have it all on CCTV

Always very a very busy restaurant. Fries were luke warm, while the rest was hot. Table service

Lovely food and very helpful staff I've had some recent dental work so they chopped the burger up for me to make it easier, it was really busy during lunch rush also so I really appreciated the extra time they took, Lovely service and I wanted to highlight that, thankyou 😀

Meal was delivered to wrong table and taken back when brought to my table 10 mins later was cold .no tea bags at to wait at bar same again for a second cup ,complained to bar staff told if you don't like don't come in so I won't be rubbish unprofessional service

Delivery times from this McDonald’s is getting worse and worse! Too many drivers collecting several orders at once! I used to have my food in 20mins - now I wait over 45mins every time !

Disgusted! Ordered at 19:26! Turned up at 9pm!! Freezing cold! All binned as no way to reheat! I expect full refund! Not the first time this has happened become more and more often!! Rubbish service

Receipt was printed at 22:39 and food didn’t arrive until 23:35. Driver said he wasn’t busy, but our food was delivered cold. So I guess it wasn’t the fault of the restaurant but that of the delivery driver.

Didn't even turn up even rang mcdonald's they were good to speak to and the driver didn't even bring it so they driver is at fault

My cheese burger in my happy meal was not what I ordered there was nearly any ketchup and mustard and I asked for extra pickles but I got a cucumber instead not impressed

I have NEVER been so angry. I have NO coffee. He’s dropped my bags and now my coffee is all over my carpet. My food bag was literally destroyed. My muffins was all split into the bag in a mess with paper and hash browns. My wrap box is somehow all soggy with the wrap messed up a bit inside too.

Initially indicated with a delivery time of 11.10,it eventually arrived (and bearly even tepid), at 11.45 (lucky me - yay)

Ridiculous, such a bad experience today, collected food ordered via app. I opened the bag and straight away noticed one burger out of 2 was missing so I walked in and let them know staff, she apologised and gave me missing item. I went to the car and my child says there’s no chips in her happy meal I was fuming because i had to go back again to ask for chips so went to drive through window. Bermuda McDonald’s - How could you miss 2 items with small orders of 2 meals and 2 burgers.

Delivered with drink spilt over in bag with half of my drink gone from it spilling and soaking through the bag. My drink is now all over my floor!

Mcdonalds ain't what it used to be, long waits for food, order is hardly ever right and employed young kids who clearly can't handle the pressure. They prioritise uber eats and just eat orders over orders in the restaurant, making them too busy, getting orders wrong and long waits for people stood there in the restaurant

The drinks in the bag had been tipped over and mostly empty when they arrived, the drinks had poured over and ripped through the bag and soaked the floor and table when they arrived, the mcflurries were always full of Coke Zero. When told about this the driver explained it’s not their fault so we can’t do anything about this issue.

Ordered the family feeder and they were missing one of the burgers

I ordered at 11:40 for it to turn up at 12:20. The app stated the courier was there for 12:20 however delivery time was pushed back by 5 minutes multiple times. Called the place and they said that there was no history of the order and that all drivers had left. Then miraculously the food was on its way at 1:15, over hour and half after ordering and an hour after requested time. Came cold and damaged. Not happy at all. Wouldn't mind but driver was there at 12:20

If i could give zero stars i would. My order has not been delivered after over 2 hours of waiting. So i went to Mcdonalds and asked where it was. They confirmed that my order was collected by a driver and not delivered. Its now cost me the best part of £60 as when i went to complain i re ordered it in person as i cannot trust that your online way will do it, aswell as promising my children a Mcdonalds treat. Im not angry im just extremely disappointed 😤😤

waited over two hours for food. an hour until a courier arrived and as it was an early hours order shouldn't have been busy to warrant that delay? delivery time changed repeatedly. However driver was prompt once food was confirm with them. They were here in good time, polite and pleasant.

Not only did the delivery time keep changing and it took well over a hour but the bag of food was open the delivery driver said that McDonald’s had not sealed it properly and it ripped open as they handed it to him which I do not believe it was also freezing cold

I placed my order and there was 4 Uber drivers that cancelled on me so I called the store and the woman who answered wasn’t helpful at all she just said the food was here so I left it and another driver cancelled so I tried calling again a few times and no answer and now have to go through hassle with Uber which isn’t a 1 step thing either
