Mcdonald's Restaurants in Nuneaton and Bedworth

After treating myself to a hamburger and fries for lunch I pulled out my hamburger and this is what I got! Slapped together and scrunched into the rapper, flung onto the pass to be served! This is not a burger! There was no mustard and what ketchup was on it had made the bread all soggy and horrible. It’s fair to say I put it back in the bag. Wouldn’t give that to me dog. Not everyone has time to go back to the restaurant and get fresh food, though I wouldn’t even want another one after this.

ordered through Justeat.co.uk and it got cancelled an hour after placing order. saying i cancelled it and wont be receiving a refund . Do not order from this place. use coventrys one. you have a higher chance they know how a production line works effectively

Delivery was quick, however the two burger meal deals I ordered came without any fries, defeating the object of ordering a meal deal and making them just expensive burgers.

The food was good but the iced drink spilt in the bag. The courier was pleasant

shocking, 3 hungry kids at home, waited 1 hour and 30 mins before we had to go and collect it ourselves. all the while, the app stating the driver was at the restaurant, after ringing the restaurant, no driver there! Paid for a service and didn't get it! dreadful! won't be using again!

I love McDonald's breakfast so when I can I go to the McDonald's just outside bedworth it is clean, quick and great service with a smile 😁which is what I like

Ordered through just eats again appalling, delivery changed 4 times, food was cold when delivered, just got back a refund, read the reviews on just eat so many have had the same experience today,

i didn’t like my delivery man because he was rude, he asked me about a code in a very rude manner and i did not appreciate it.

Well your driver picked my food up, went somewhere else and then put as being delivered and he was not even at mc Donald’s. No wonder it took ages

Ordered at around 6.45pm- driver got to the restaurant around 25 mins later, food still hadn’t left the restaurant by 7.45pm so we called the restaurant and they didn’t have the order anywhere so said it must have left. Order said it was on its way at 8pm to arrive literally 2 mins later. So I’m guessing the driver had multiple drops and we must have been at the end of the drop! Food arrived cold!

Absolutely disgusting two hours late food was ice cold the drive took the job but didn't get there till a hour n half they had to re cook it all then the driver phone me and i told tell him the right place then h went back to McDonald's with the food

Terrible customer service from Just Eat!! Introducing a new code system but the code never appeared and I had no awareness that the system changed and the delivery driver had no clue how it worked either (not his fault). Now all of my food is freezing cold and inedible. Starving household, and tired kids who now have to wait for me to cook. Absolutely disgusting. Ridiculously bad communication from Just Eat.

I paid £10.09 for a chicken select meal that i didn’t receive and got a refund of £6.79 jokes and with that got sent a balsamic sauce for a salad i didn’t receive which cost me £4.49 its a joke McDonalds is a joke they cant even get an order right its nothing to do with the delivery drivers they are great

Ordered 3 meals and received portion of fries drink and free portion of nuggets. Shockingly bad and had to wait an hour to get the order.

driver had to call me as he was lost had to direct him to property he was on on foot at the top of my street and decided to walk 5 to 10 mins to my address will not be ordering any more as always having problems with food getting here warm there's been so many occasions where I never complained but from no on every time food is late or cold I'm asking for a full refund its way to expensive to keep throwing in bin with thanks
