The food was hot, but service took a very long time! The restaurant wasn't super busy, but the food still took a long time. The service was okay.

Absolutely brutal for a mcdonalds, sanitary pads and tampons over flowing in the bins and on the floor! No way had that been that way for just a few hours, it was a few days worth! Urine all over the floor, no toilet roll in the cubicals. People's food boxes just left on the floor and tables. Outside was just as bad, rubbish all over the floor and the bins over flowing. Let a staff member know and it seemed like she didn't care at all.

The service was efficient and quicker than what I expected and the atmosphere was okay which was also good. Fran was a great help and ensured the food order was correct before handing it out.

WORST MEAL EVER!! CHICKWN MAYO HARD, BROWN LETTUCE, HARDLY ANY MAYO...FRIES COLD....WASTE OF GOOD MONEY I HARDLY HAVE! SOMETHING NEEDS DOING BECAUSE THIS HAPPENS ALOT!!

The store was virtually empty. No receipt from the order machine. Gave my oder got home chips dry and cold chicken burger mccrispy dried up. Called store and asked for manger and it was a female on the other end who refused to provide her name and I asked for the manager, told me to complain by email online. I did tell hr she was very rude

Ordered a couple of meals to go plus drinks. When I got home about 3 minutes away I was amazed that my fish burger was as hard as nails and all dried up fish inside. It must have been sitting there for hours. I telephoned MacDonald's and asked to speak to the manager and explained my problem with the fish burger. She said there was nothing she could do unless I returned the burger to the store. I asked for her name and she said she didn't have to give it to me!! Obviously hiding behind anonymity. I suggested she take a note of my name and do something in the future, I wasn't going to ruin the rest of the food running back with a burger. I asked again if I could speak to another manager and she said there was only her and she wasn't obliged to give her name. Outrageous. Last time I use this macdonalds!!

Receipts not printing of, extremely slow service. Cold food, melted ice creams and cold coffee. Was down for weekend and it was disgusting, poo in the toilets, bloody paper. No thank you

Walked in this restaurant today it was full of gangs of illiterate racist thugs. What a truly awful experience for anyone to have to suffer. It gives Blackpool a bad name.

Service behind the till ok, they desperately need a cleaner I'm guessing they don't have one expes on a Sunday as the toilets are worse than the ones in the arcades and that's saying something pee over the floor no toilet roll absolutely stinking this mcdonalds is in a great location too but clearly desperately needs staff

Worst Macdonalds in the world!!! No service, people waiting everywhere, rubbish falling out of the bins. Just awful, staff avoiding eye contact and manager talking to them in a group....while everyone is waiting on food. I tried to order but that didn't happen after 20mins of standing, waiting for some kind of service. I walked out.

We frequented the restaurant on a Saturday evening and despite it being busy, the service was excellent and it was evident how hard the staff were working. Couldn’t fault the food and there was a member of the team constantly clearing away tables to keep the place in order. The staff and managers went above and beyond by allowing me to charge my phone and getting me onto the free WIFI so that I could order an Uber to get home.

Absolutely disgusting hive of a place.. rubbish in bins outside not emptied all day so flying down the road and all over the floor. Same inside full of rubbish everywhere . Nobody cleaned up clearly for hours and ppl supposed eat here.. manager needs ssckong as I asked speak to her and said what a mess the place is and still nothing done.. and this isn't even a busy day 🤷 sort it out maccies ur a disgrace to my town !!!! The best thing about this place is the free toilets. They forgot my dips and when I notified the supervisor he said “sorry we are busy” yet him and his female supervisor were stood there doing nothing while all the workers were doing nothing on a busy Saturday afternoon. They should be spot checking a few of the orders at least, offering some sort apology when people raise issues, terrible management team at this franchise.

Awful from beginning to end,parents letting young kids stand on the tables and run allover 6 at one time running round people in queue,staff should have told them not to,people were getting angry at the wait,uncleaned tables inside and outside ,we cdnt find one that hadnt spills allover it,i cleaned a one but even seats had food on them,bins overflowing outside..mcspicy chicken so dry obviously cooked earlier chips stone cold..plenty staff so sorry but no excuse..

staff is very ignorant. kept staring at me while i was eating and every time we started to laugh. because that’s what teenagers do. 2 male staff members carried in staring at us and said ‘who does she think she is’ i find this quite rude ad it’s very prejudiced toward teenagers. kept talking about us under their breaths to eachother

HEALTH HAZZARD I thought all Mac Donald’s needed to be of a certain standard Omg this is NOT the case ! My sister and I went in for lunch Ordered Mac plant and Mc tasty Firstly the table was filthy we cleaned ourselves and whilst at the bin , the bin was overflowing Food arrived Fries were cold and starchy ( they kindly changed them for some fresh ones ) lettuce was brown on the edges We asked for the key to the disabled toilet and the member of staff replied ( Half heartedly ) I can get it if you want ??? Remember NOT all disabilities are visible Once the key was obtained The findings in the disabled loo was HORRIFIC human waste on the floor on the walls around the baby changing area all over the toilet and someone had trodden this into the restaurant I know this could have just happened but the nappy bin was full and no one had checked this room in hours All this ! And I counted at LEAST 15 members of staff It made me feel Sick Just awful !!

The most disgusting mcdonalds I have ever been to in my life. Cometely filthy, rubbish on the floors, tables and walls. Made me feel sick just being there. Avoid at all cost.

Called for two meals today and the burgers were cold not even hot enough to melt the cheese slice in the burgers. This is the second time (last one was in Skegness) I doubt very much this is coincidence. Disgusting food will think twice about visiting any McDonald’s in the future

You can always rely on McDonalds anywhere in the country. Blackpool one has fast service but it was very quiet. I imagine it is probably a nightmare in the height of the season. Worth a visit for a snack.

I ordered from this particular mcdonalds on just eat, before they closed. After waiting an hour with the same message showing on my order screen, I decided to contact the restaurant for a possible update on my order. My calls were ignored. So now I am out of pocket and without food because this restaurant decided to completely ignore my order even though the driver was supposedly at the restaurant. You may be able to ignore my phone calls but you can't ignore my review... I will be contacting head office in the morning.

Food was cold, kitchen floor was filthy, staff weren’t exactly the friendliest and the order wasn’t all there, I don’t expect a 5 star experience from McDonald’s but a clean restaurant and hot food isn’t much more than a basic requirement?

This was beyond grim, couldn’t sit down as tables were filthy, food all on the floor, woman mopping got told she was using the wrong one, hope it wasn’t toilet one as the toilet was covered in excrement.Chips just swept to the corner by disabled toilet and left there, so moved to the window high stools where the seat came off and friend came off with it. I visit here now and then due to working nearby, however it is consistently the worst organised McDonalds I have visited. Service is slow, staff seem to spend a great deal of time standing around talking rather than fulfilling orders, even during very busy periods. Invariably problems with the self-service terminals. Orders are frequently wrong or cold by the time you get them. Many staff don't appear to know how to carry out basic tasks such as printing a receipt when the self-service inevitably fails to do so.

Walked from Coral Island to the south promenade in the rain. By the time we reached here we just needed a seat, we had food and drinks. Sat downstairs but there is seating available upstairs as well. Fast food for fast people as it was constantly mobbed. Great wee place though.

Went in tonight lad who served us was rude. We wanted to eat in but wasn’t asked and when we finally got our food after 15 mins was just shoved with a take out bag. Funny noises coming from the back and all the staff just stood around talking!!! No manager in sight. When we finally left with our food 2 double bacon cheese burgers cold. I wanted to go back and get them changed but my partner just wanted to get back to the hotel.Not professionally run at all compared to most we visit in Manchester!!!Really need to sort staff out and make sure your food is warm because legally that food HAS to be served at a certain temperature!!! Called here for a McFlurry and went upstairs to eat in. What has happened to this place it was dirty and untidy. The toilets were a disgrace so unkempt and also dirty. Never ever visit again. Outside were beggars who kept coming to look for any drinks which had something in or cigarette ends. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Visited this establishment after a day at the Pleasure Beach. We ordered using the self service machine and requested table service before taking our seat upstairs to wait. The place looked like a war zone with litter, chairs and discarded Happy Meal toys all over the place. A woman in her late teens brought us our food and when we asked for some ketchup she got two out of her apron and one looked like it had leaked as it was covered in sticky sauce. We asked if she had any more and her response was, “There’s nothing wrong with that one if you want anymore you will have to go downstairs!” What’s the point in table service when I have to go down for sauce?!? When I did go down, this making my food go cold, the same member of staff who knew what I was there for, blatantly ignored my very presence. The food was fresh though and the view looking out over the sea was a bonus.

I went in to order for my children and 2 female staff members started to whisper about me and stare at me then had a laugh. I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable and upset. I stared at them so they knew I was paying attention and they stopped after a while. The 2 females were serving on the tills and had a LOT of make up on. One dark hair and one light. My friend ordered a bagel and butter and was told 'we dont hand out butter' and they didnt give it to her....I went up and asked and you'd think I had asked for his kidney. My son wasn't allowed to have butter for his pancakes but was allowed jam. Joke of a place!The Scottish lady who was cleaning up the restaurant was very kind and helpful. Shes a credit to you. The 2 little girls should take note

What can you say it’s a mc Donald’s but need to change the cooking oil more regularly as we had nuggets and they were not nice or fresh as oil was old and they tasted dry and burnt not nice

This McDonald's is like what this country is fast becoming: dirty, noisy, impersonal and just like a conveyor belt. I felt like one of the cattle that had been herded to the McDonald's slaughterhouse to make their burgers. However I'm sure the conditions the cows were kept in were much better than this. This country is going to the dogs, and this McDonald's at South Shore is a prime example of why. By the way, my food was stone cold.

Whenever I've been to Blackpool Pleasure Beach I pop out to come here for lunch, because of location it's always busy, gets a little bit untidy at times but other than that it's the usual McDonald's offering; food was average, ok value, cheaper than food in the Pleasure Beach. There's outside seating at the front of the restaurant which is good for a sunny day.

It was about 7.45pm on a Sunday night and we were looking for somewhere to eat near to our accommodation in Blackpool. Initially we had called at Wetherspoons but were disappointed to discover that they no longer have the Sunday Roast with a drink deal.Having visited another McDonalds previously and completing the on-line customer survey we were both in possession of a code to obtain a Big Mac and chips for £1.99 which I think is good value. So spotting a McDonalds nearby we headed their for a meal.Due to the time the restaurant was quiet and we quickly placed our orders. The staff member serving us was courteous. We had a short wait for our food to be prepared and when supplied it was hot. Whilst waiting I had looked for a pump for self serving sauces. There wasn't one so we requested sauces and were handed a single pre-packed sauce.The quantity of chips was just about acceptable. Any fewer and I would have returned to the counter to request the carton be fully filled. The taste of the burger and chips was as I would expect and we were highly satisfied at the quality.Whilst the tables appeared clean there were some chips on the floor which could have presented a trip hazard.There were outdoor tables but due to the time we did not consider using them. Due to the seaside location I would naturally expect Seagulls to present a problem if eating outdoors, something beyond the control of McDonalds.Overall we enjoyed our meal and would return if visiting Blackpool again.

I came in here for my lunch and when i was ordering i think the cashier could have been a bit more excited and happy to be there. I didnt feel like i was getting a good service. When i collected my food i had a nice greeting and offered me sauces.

Returned a Coca Cola as it tasted like soda water and when they gave new drink they had used the same cup, other people had tasted the drink so disgusted they couldn’t give a complete fresh drink, I threw my drink away. disgusting !!!

Can’t really go wrong with a McDonald’s wherever you are and this was no exception. No complaints at all.

Always clean and you never feel rushed to eat up and move out! Coffee is always good and the apple pie or any of the other sweet treats go well with it. The price beats all the other coffee houses as well.

Very early,very quiet Saturday morning,served straight away, staff very helpful, very clean, lovely view from the 1st floor window of the sea. Would definitely go back again.

We were out for a stroll on a lovely sunny day so called for a McFlurry so pleased to see I could have a small one and knew how many calories were in it as I am on a calorie controlled diet. My husband had the regular McFlurry and total cost £1.48. The lady serving was so friendly and helpful which made our visit memorable.

Popped in here at 10.30pm for a drive no to let the traffic ease up.Service ok, the only downside is the layout. The waiting area and self service screens get in the way when you want to enter or exit the place.Plenty of seating upstairs

Very busy today due to the Air show but we wanted a quick lunch so we didn’t miss the action. We were on the self service order board and our collection number was in the 90’s. They were only still serving out the 70’s when walked up to the counter with our receipt ( hopefully you get how busy this place was) Now we had pasted the 90’s without our number being called and it was back around to the 20’s again. I questioned weather or not they had forgot us.... sadly they did and a quick lunch turned into a 35 minute wait for the food. Sorry guys but you must try harder !!!!

Our grandchildren love McDonald’s and we called here for lunch, surprisingly not very busy, kids had happy meals, I had the chicken legend which was delicious, my husband had a wrap which he enjoyed

They ran out of ketchup items and ice was not available for drinks. Most U.K. McDonalds are not run to standards and you become accustomed to this but this location is just terrible. The seating is sparse as well.

This McDonald's is the best one in Blackpool. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Food was good and cheaper because the staff gave out vouchers. Service was fast.

Proved to be a welcome stop off, walking from the town centre to the Pleasure Beach. Very hot day, the place was packed. Fast screen ordering, the staff were very quick in turning orders around. Only had a couple of Mcflurrys, but was disappointed that the volume of ice cream was lower than others I've had in the past. Have portion sizes reduced? Or maybe it was just the staff working too fast.

We took our two granddaughters here in September. We had just arrived so decided to have a McDonald's. We enjoyed the food. The manager was going around selling two apple pies for £1.00 because their was a firework display on, so we had 2. On the seats beside the window were a family of 4 adults and 5 children the children were like monkeys standing on the branch part and touching the light fixtures. Adults didn't even tell them to behave. When the manager come around asking anyone if they would like a apple pie one of the males said "yes if they are free" My two granddaughters even comment on the kids . Our granddaughters are 13 and 9 yrs.

Don't normally write reviews however felt must mention Wayne, he made us feel very welcome and made sure that our daughter enjoyed her visit today. He brought our food to us and cracked some jokes with our daughter which she really enjoyed! (if any managers are reading this a bonus is definitely in order as he makes your restaurant.)

Visited during the air show weekend. It was absolutely packed solid but we didn't have to wait long for our food. We managed to find a table upstairs, and ate big macs while looking at the ocean. It really is an amazing view.

You know what you are going to get for your money. Breakfast freshly cooked which means service is a little slow, but the view is fantastic for a bit of people watching.
