Lewis the shift manager was fantastic, always come here on my break and they always cater to my needs. They always add extra cheese sauce on the loaded fries could not fault the service ever. Always an enjoyable experience here.

15 minutes to spare between trains so plenty of time for a quick B/K takeaway yes? No! I paid £12 for a meal and was still waiting 10 minutes later as my train pulled into adjacent platform. No other customers and no sense of urgency from the staff so I'm £12.00 lighter and still hungry. Call me Mr. Cynical but I reckon it seems an easy scam to take our money and they take their time.

Was there today with my brother for dinner and the service received by the two staff members (one was probably the manager) was helpful, polite and humorous. The food was very quick and piping hot too! Couldn’t fault this place and leaving a review due to the excellent customer service received by the two guys. Definitely coming back next time!

Fantastic experience. We came on our way back home with our 2 young children. We were served very quickly and the service was most pleasant. Very smiley friendly staff. And wonderfully hot fast food. We will definitely stop by again if we come to York. Thank you. :)

Burger King is a cheat day favourite and I always call when passing through York if time allows it, today I had 25 mins between trains and was looking forward to a burger, the usual lady who is amazing wasn’t there and the 2 male staff just stood and looked at me I waited 5 mins and no one came to take my order, this is a train station and people have limited time you ether need more staff or better organised/trained staff just an acknowledgment would of been nice and would of given me a bit more confidence I would get my food in the time I had, I walked away without my burger.

No words....tried to order a burger. Server overshouted by grill guy to say, "WE'RE OUT OF THAT, ARE WE STILL OPEN?!?! TELL HIM HES ONE MINUTE TO ORDER". Website suggests open till 11pm, turns out this means 930pm. Suggested he could phrase that differently. Shutter slammed. Awful. Note this is 52nd 1 star review.... (5 years later they replied....)

I just ran at these guys demanding food within 5 minutes else ill miss my train. I didnt even tell them what i wanted just asked for food and fast. The lads sorted me out sharpish, boss burgers, boss service, boss timing.

My train from Liverpool to York had been delayed & missed my connection to Huntingdon. Grabbed a double cheese burger quickly but couldn’t wait for fries to be cooked. The chap at the till sorted out a few fries to keep me going. What a star 🤩

The Whopper was tasty with good veg. Staff were really polite. If you are stuck at York and want something to eat, this is a great choice.

Dismal. I don't expect much from a station but this was awful. No menu other than ads for £12 specials. I eventually managed to order a bacon double cheeseburger on its own. £6.10. Dry and cold. I wish I'd gone to Sainsbury's. Brings the brand into disrepute. Avoid.

"Hello, I'd like a double whopper cheese meal please" She looks at me as though I am insane and nobody has had the temerity to order such an exotic piece of cuisine before. I briefly explain what a double whopper cheese meal is. "What drink would you like ?" "Coffee" I reply. She rattles off the names of about 4 coffees. I say "basic coffee" and she looks at me as though I am a savage. I select Americano from her list and she gives me a death stare. For this ordeal I am charged £11.09. It was relatively decent for what it was.

Usually buy from a major competitor but for convenience called at B. King drive in. We were pleasantly surprised by the quickness of service, efficiency and politeness of the young man that served us.
