It’s same as every other just had breakfast as cafe nearby was closed

The food is expected for McDonald's and I expect that on a busy day but it didn't make up for the rudeness by staff rushing me on and saying stuff like hello can I take your order after I just took a second to think o understand it can be stressful and busy but I would like just a bit of respect

Can get very busy here, lots of seating inside and outside

I felt like puking when I entered this Mc Donalds. So much nasty smell and uncleanliness!!!! Guys please keep clean the restaurant and atmosphere!!

Visited today and was looked after by a lady called linda she was a manager scottish lady really great service and she made sure my sister who is elderly got to her seat and even came back over to check we had everything we needed fantastic experience

McDonald's whats going on with your burgers? Why you cutting them in half to make them thin?me and my son feel robbed of a big mc, sort it out!!! And for the price you charge as well, just wrong.

Milkshakes were warm and no flavouring. Chicken selects undercooked. Upstairs shut off.

First time since lock down I've enjoyed a mcdonalds, the chips were crispy, salty and red hot, just how they used to be. Waited a short while to order but only as the staff member was changing the filter in one of the machines. Staff were friendly and recieved my food promptly

Took grandchildren for a treat they always love a trip to macdonalds and I get a bit of peace for half an hour

Waited 25 minutes for my order. Was on a 30 minute lunch break. Missing half of my items and couldn’t get a receipt

Realy good food was piping hot fries were fresh staff actually smiled and yhe store eas very clean the overall impression was very good

Wasn't to crowded today got order quite quickly and was able to find a good seat

Regularly visit this McDonald's, however this is the first time I've been disappointed. The restaurant with a complete mass and it wasn't even at peak time.

Do not use McDonald's so can't comment.

Very safe and clean. Fast food. Calm atmosphere. Polite friendly staff.

Quite quiet. Food arrived fairly quickly, and there were no issues.

I think macdonalds sets the bar pretty low when it comes to food, but they are usually very consistent, however, today was really poor, cold and chewy fries, burger was cold and looked like it'd been through a tumble dryer before they have it me! On a positive note, the staff are always helpful and I have no doubt they'd have replaced the fries had I have taken them back, so the service scored better.

The place is tackey dirty in places needs better cleaning standard I didn't want to touch the handrails or tables. Toilets were at least clean enough shame the rest was unfit

First of all I did not get a receipt from the machine you order from, had to ask a member of staff to dort this out.Not much room for mothers with pushchairs.The burger I had fell apart when I started to eat and the banana milkshake I had did not taste much of banana ?

If you expect anything more than cheap, nasty food then go elsewhere

Had food needed the toilet no toilet paper in any of the dispensers even though as I was walking into the toilet a female attendant was coming out. I'm assuming she was checking the toilet but clearly didn't do a very good job. Stevie wonder could have done a better job

Just popped in for a coffee. Full of screaming kids, glad I was taking out.

Shocking service. Staff argument in front of everyone. All our food apart from chips cold . Didn't go back to the counter, just made my mind up not to eat here ever again.

Not clean. One of the staff members forgot I was waiting for a meal when she said they would take the meal to my seat.

Marvellous place. Sells Burgers coke and other fast food. Saw Ronald Mcdonald, what a character he was in clown 🤡 get up and large flat shoes. Completely mad I tell you. Worth the visit.

It's a late shop. Good stock considering its small size. Very reasonable.

Yea it was ok,a few dirty tables moved 3 times,I don't mind cleaning it myself but there wasn't anything to clean it with,apart from that it was good used the table service and the girl who bought it over was lovely I forgot sauce and she went to get me some,good was good 😊

Big sized McDonald's in stockport town centre seating on ground floor and first floor, service is quick

Went last weekend always loved McDonalds worst meal ever. Stone cold ‘Go Large’ and chips burger and salad was horrible!! Service was fast but food disgusting l won’t be visiting there again!!

THE FOOD WAS OK, NO ATMOSPHERE, RELATIVELY CLEAN ALTHOUGH TABLES NEED TO BE CLEARED MORE QUICKLY THANKYOU.

Called on speck. Just fancied a burger. Gave my order in and before I knew it my number was called. Enjoyed it very much.

Been here twice, once when it was mad busy and today when it was a little quieter, both times service was relatively quick and my orders were accurate, food was warm and tasty, the fries were especially nice today, best I've had in a while from many McDonald's trips. Was a bit disappointed there were no hot drinks available given it was -4 degrees outside, needed something to warm me up.

Everything was brilliant. Helpfull staff and good food. Nice and warm.

The floors are filthy, the tables are dirty, the self service machines work about half of the time, fries come cold, options on your order are ignored and most of the staff seem to really resent the presence of customers, which given the number of screeching teenagers swearing their little heads off for attention is probably not surprising really Some of the staff are really nice and don't deserve to be stuck in what is a really bad example of a McDonald's

Absolutely disgusting!! Had to wait half an hour just to get served and then another half an hour to get 2 small chips and three drinks! The staff were just standing there messing around when there were loads of customers to serve. They were very unprofessional as they were shouting and arguing with the paying customers! Also very unhygienic as there were food all over the floor and tables. Not coming here again!!

Young girl bleeding her leg asked staff for help all they said do not bleed on my floor lack of first aid training and respect for customers miss this as if you have a trouble certain people on the night shift don’t care about customer service

Always busy due to the staffs lack of urgency , makes the word fast in fast food non existent

My family consisting of 7 people came here Sunday night. The cheese balls tasted like lard that's been sat there for a week, the burgers were dry , to top it off we all fell down with a sick bug the day after the shop floor didn't like clean and hygienic. Needs shutting down or the staff sacked.

Great place to eat, but one downside side on friday is no mcfurry's as the machine was broken, but a good place to have a bit to eat. Staff are great and very helpful and kind 👍

Wouldnt usually review a mcdonalds but had a lovely experience the other day watching the staff help a young boy with a disability they couldnt have wanted to help more , were enthusiastic smiling and very understanding

I found a piece of wood in my mcmuffin this morning, found it while chewing and I felt a sharp pain when it got stuck in my teeth between my gums and cut my gum while pulling it out, I thought it was an eggshell at first, I wish it was now, not great for quality control is it? I still have it if you want me to bring it in and show the manager what injured a customer

This is a very busy Macdonald's right in the main shopping precinct in Stockport, it's a typical McDonald's when it comes to the food so expect the same standard as with all the locations. During the weekends this location is packed out so find a seat can be challenging, my advice is to find a table and then use the McDonald's app to order and get it sent to your table, other than that there is not much else to say about this location.

Did drive thru, this mcdonalds rarely forgets anything.

It's not perfect. I am disabled and there's always a problem with the one disabled toilet.

Mcdonalds is always great if you are hungry and need to grab a quick meal. Food is always the same where ever you are which is good.

Staff are all fine, no problems there. Issues though are that deliveries appear to be prioritized which leaves customers in store waiting longer for their food. The desk is also flooded/surrounded by the drivers. As with many places in Stockport town centre they have problems with chavy kids. Though measures are in place to help cope with this its not 100% effective. Although not specific to this store McDonalds in general has become pricy.

Nice food did take a long time for it to arrive at my table but it was well worth it and the staff was very respectful

Queuing up for food ...upstairs closed...clearly stated I needed the toilet..answer only downstairs disabled available...locked...After a while and as I'm polite knowing the score I asked please again need the toilet...then the Holywood experience came out from the staff. Knock know..knowing ot was locked ..then surprisingly key open ...there you go..opened..I've experienced this lots at mac d...s..unacceptable..and what a mess ..disgusting...

Cosy place, nice food, good service. Haven't had chance to experience the extensive beer garden in the summer yet, but will certainly try it out later in the year.

I ordered sources which was allowed on the ordering machines but they refused to give me my sauces I am horrified by this action and will never be coming back

This was one of the better McDonalds! But not anymore! A large percentage of the staff are useless! Waiting time has become a joke!!!! Yet another McDonald's that cant cope with deliverys or cleaning the place apparently!

Quality of the food is as you'd expect and very tasty milkshakes, clean tables, service is okay but gets very busy with delivery drivers and people shopping however with 2 floors there is plenty of places to sit, just queuing for food may take some time and the staff don't shout very loud when you've ordered so you must listen carefully! Overall a nice McDonald's one of the best in Stockport.

Ordered a food to sit inside with my partner and daughter , waited 10 minutes when it came my burger was cold . I asked a young girl if I could have a hot one she stomped off with it then returned and said what was cold about it ? I replied the whole thing !!!! 5 minutes later she brought a fresh one and threw it across the table to me . Very rude
