McDonald's - Reddish in Stockport

Driver took the long way round and food was freezing when he got here. Also didn’t get the 9 nuggets

Food was stone cold and didn’t taste nice l, milkshake was melted so was just like sticky milk, shocking considering how much it cost me

Driver broke down over 1 hour 30 mins late to get freezing cold food and breakfast not an option now as past 11:30am

it was great really hot food lemonade didn't have cherry ucjk on it then reached for the dip unfortunately it was sweet chilli instead of garlic mayo. So close but maybe next time. Still the best option for getting it right.

I’ve spend £50 just to get 2 meals I’ve got 4 kids and not even 1 happy meal came with the order 4 happy meals missing plus’s a steakhouse stack come on poor service always do something wrong

Ordered three happy meals, a couple of cheese burgers, milkshake and some ice cream on a friday tea time basic standard fast food stuff, Mcflurry machine not working AGAIN, then had to wait in a bay for 10 minutes in the baking heat with 3 kids, when the food came it didn't taste nice or look decent and was missing a burger which they sorted no probs but I had to go inside to resolve. wouldn't normally moan but it cost over £20 an none of us enjoyed it, they didn't have everything we wanted and the order was wrong.

3 hash browns ordered, received none, 2 cheesy bacon flatbread thrown into a bag with a cold drink and pancakes ordered with syrup and sausage but I get plain pancakes, 1 of which not properly prepared, what an absolute joke

yet again the order has missing items. no fries delivered.

Delivery driver was very polite - no complaints about him. The food however, my drink was warmer than the food I ordered. I will never understand how you can work in a kitchen, and be so bad at making food. Complete joke. Hope this place gets shut down.

Excellent customer service and delivery time, this restaurant is black listed and I should’ve known from every other time always something wrong, burger was half together had absolutely no toppings when I only asked for no onions on it, no dips sraws or napkins chips are greasy and I don’t know and don’t want to know what it is but a black oily liquid in my strawberry milkshake

This is a really good site .Never had a bad burger yet . Staff are really nice , could do with a bigger car park but there is a car park next door on the retail est which is free .

I've genuinely never felt inclined to review a maccies before because my expectations are always low. But this maccies is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Every single order I've ever ordered (around 15+ orders) has been wrong. The staff have always been so rude and abrupt. It's only because of the reputation of the McDonald's brand that I have believed each time it might be better but it never has been. I've given up on the optimism now. This McDonald's is a write off. It needs closing down and starting over.

I previously visited this McDonalds through the drive thru, they gave us the wrong order. I decided give benefit of the doubt visited today, food was cold "large fries" was literally the same as a small. It's like they dont have any work ethic whats so ever, would not recommend.

Went in this morning and got breakfast for takeaway the drink was wrong. I gave the mcmuffin to my dog as it was that bad it looked like it was shredded and had been stuck to something and peeled off ?? Looked shocking like not cooked and white on the patty. Not good whem i went in was empty and also drive thru was quiet i dont think this is acceptable guys come on! There was literally nobody there i woulsnt mind but i waited for this and it took a while even though nobody was there, a member of staff as literally sleeping on a table ?? mcdonalds need to invvestigate dont know what the manager in there is doing but they neeed to wake up and train the staff for god sake its so bad its unreal just actual lazy

it was empty when i went in st 530 am, staff member sleeping on a table as i walk in, made my order for takeaway, there was nobody ordering food yet i stil had to wait ten mins i did not mind this but when i got home i realised they gave me the wrong drink, then when i opened my mc muffin it looked like the meat had been stuck to something or used in another burger and recycled it wasnt even cooked right and was white patty, discusting i had enough of this place they take the mic and always mess your ordder up in the night or early morning they will not be getting my custom anymore and i shall continue to leave them negative reviews, what is the manager playing at are they not teaching the staff how to do the job, ive seen loads of similar complaints about this certain mcds its shocking its like they dont even have a manager and are happy to rip you off with old food that been sat all morning they probably wwipe the sides with the burger buns its so poor in here its unreal, mcdonalds need to investigate this

My food was cold, I was missing majority of my order like it’s not even been checked what’s been put in the bag! The delivery kept changing but and putting set orders times when hadn’t even left to deliver! I don’t know what’s going on recently but everytime I’ve ordered something has been wrong with my order and no doubt I won’t even receive a refund as I put in complaints that many times! The service has been terrible recently!!!

The chips were very warm not hot but so much better than normal andd the burger was actually hot. Nicely suprised.
