Nice food staff can be rude but overall nice

Ordered on the app and didnt recieve an item i had paid for. No way to contact mcdonalds or the restaurant i had ordered from so i am just out of pocket. Customer support didn't answer my call so was also a waste of time. Will not be ordering again

Waited 20minutes to be served 3 members of staff saw me waiting and ignored me I could hear them in the back messing around and laughing and joking with each other

Food was cold . Burger was slapped together haphazard, asked for a plain burger and they had scraped off the onion and ketchup ,so my son wouldn't eat it, couldn't take it back as got it to take home ,we don't get McDonald's often and it was suppose to be a treat for my son but I shouldn't have bothered

Last time im getting food from here. Every single time i order food from here either something is missing or its wrong. Literally just got mcspicy and instead i received plain patty burger. Not only wrong order but took more money for it too,pass,no more

The staff are friendly and helpful the store is always clean

Double check when you receive your order as they are missing things from your order.

I don't recommend the hot chocolate...to much sugar... also the milkshake and ice cream machine out of order..

Going down hill. Food cold, burgers made incorrectly, drinks flat. Used to be our favourite McDonald's in the area.

Absolutely disgusting !!!!! so i thought I’ll go for a quick meal I used 1of my vouchers in the app 6 nuggets for 1.39 get to the window a lad with a blue hoodie had disgusting Customer service asked what do I want I said nothing I’ve just put in my app order I’m just waiting he said yeah you’ve not paid enough. I said I did it on the app. I said why did’nt I pay enough? The chicken nuggets were on offer He said he don’t know, so I said I’ll just have a refund then another lad came with black hair and blue eyes Which I recorded from the start !! Said do you want your refund or not and what’s your f**king problem swearing which is out of order I just queried why they thought I never paid enough a colleague next to him with spots on his face and around his mouth was laughing I asked what do you find funny and he said f**king you absolutely disgusted that McDonald’s have got young staff like this and then he was threatening me saying do you want your refund or not or then flipping it saying that I’ve got attitude because he works at McDonald’s all I said was what didn’t go through because it was on the app and it should’ve been done correctly. Disgusting awful customer service. It was upsetting to see a young lad so upset with his life and reflecting it to customers because he is soo upset and obviously unhappy in his life and taking it out on customers I hope he gets the help he obviously needs

My fave macdonalds. Fries here are always cooked correctly.

Literally 5 chips came in happy meal, all food was freezing cold, shambles

Went sandy lane mcdonalds and placed my family order got home to which 2 fries was missing my child order a plain chargrilled wrap which was crispy and had chilli sauce on when ask for no sauce and 2nd wrap should ov been chargrilled absolute joke

Placed my order at half 5, wasn't delivered until half 6. The food was cold, hard, and tasted awful, the milkshakes were too overpowering with flavour that you couldn't even drink them. Utterly disgusting.

Fella went to the wrong house and when we realized and went to the neighbors they wouldn’t allow us to have the food. Driver clearly didn’t ask them for the code and just handed it to them. Disgraceful

Absolutely shocking if you order after 12am! (What’s the point in being open if you can’t even deliver the food) they will accept your order and won’t deliver it and just leave you waiting for nothing.

We never get sauce with our meals when we specially order it and the coke we order is always wrong (diet) or the syrup is running out in the machine!! Straws missing! This is always the case! Very annoying

look at the tracking data and tell me what you think. if there's accidents near the restraunt maybe cancel deliveries out of respect I only found out after I ordered that someone had lost there life on the road near this place

Ok, so i chose a budget meal, but look at this photo of my "food"! This is a chicken mayo burger that looks completely different to the one on the menu! It looks like it's been run over by a car! The quality was poor and even the fries were cold. I've never had such a disgusting lunch! 😡

I was soooo looking forward to my Big Mac. I got Fries & a Coke! Yes, I got a credit but it doesn’t quite hit the spot like a Big mac would have done, does it?!? My lad ordered the Chicken select meal & there’s no sauces!

Very disappointed. One bag I got was from a different order, and in the bag that I think was for my order, the fries were only half cooked, and the burgers had mistakes. I got the missing items refunded, but what was left was still poor quality.

Very slow tonight 15/20min wait after ordering at the drive through. Some of the food was cold obviously something in my order took a while and the rest was sat waiting going cold.

So stingy with their food - didn’t even give me any sauces. MY MAYO CHICKEN HAD SO MUCH GREASE AND IT WAS STICKING OUT OF THE WRAPPER (Wasn’t wrapped properly AT ALL). They didn’t even add any lettuce to my burger when I asked for EXTRA?? These workers can’t do their job properly. I would NOT recommend going here at all.

After waiting for more than 2 hours my food it never turned up but funnily it says it's been delivered. It Absolutely has not , poor customer service .
