Items weren’t packaged properly and chips were cold

I've genuinely never felt inclined to review a maccies before because my expectations are always low. But this maccies is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Every single order I've ever ordered (around 15+ orders) has been wrong. The staff have always been so rude and abrupt. It's only because of the reputation of the McDonald's brand that I have believed each time it might be better but it never has been. I've given up on the optimism now. This McDonald's is a write off. It needs closing down and starting over.

I asked for a non spicy mccrispy i got a mcspicy and with no salad and mayo, it was a dry spicy chicken burger with a bread bun. It Was horrible

I previously visited this McDonalds through the drive thru, they gave us the wrong order. I decided give benefit of the doubt visited today, food was cold "large fries" was literally the same as a small. It's like they dont have any work ethic whats so ever, would not recommend.

I expect the food quality was absolutely fine when it left, but the driver didn't follow the sat nav and got lost..only after a frustrating phone call did he input the postcode in again and arrived shortly after..however the food wasn't hot..it was luke warm at best.

Don’t bother ordering from this McDonald’s everytime I order there is something wrong. All the food was burnt they missed off a whole meal and because I asked for no pickles they put nothing on my burger. Don’t waste your money

Called in for lunch, the mood was the standard fare, but it was quiet inside and the floor manager ensured that my order was correct and delivered to where I was sat.

The staff really need to check the orders when places them in bags for delivery

it was empty when i went in st 530 am, staff member sleeping on a table as i walk in, made my order for takeaway, there was nobody ordering food yet i stil had to wait ten mins i did not mind this but when i got home i realised they gave me the wrong drink, then when i opened my mc muffin it looked like the meat had been stuck to something or used in another burger and recycled it wasnt even cooked right and was white patty, discusting i had enough of this place they take the mic and always mess your ordder up in the night or early morning they will not be getting my custom anymore and i shall continue to leave them negative reviews, what is the manager playing at are they not teaching the staff how to do the job, ive seen loads of similar complaints about this certain mcds its shocking its like they dont even have a manager and are happy to rip you off with old food that been sat all morning they probably wwipe the sides with the burger buns its so poor in here its unreal, mcdonalds need to investigate this

Imagine waiting over an hour longer than you should for freezing cold food and they will refund me a whole £1.70 of the £13 it cost me,.

Went in this morning and got breakfast for takeaway the drink was wrong. I gave the mcmuffin to my dog as it was that bad it looked like it was shredded and had been stuck to something and peeled off ?? Looked shocking like not cooked and white on the patty. Not good whem i went in was empty and also drive thru was quiet i dont think this is acceptable guys come on! There was literally nobody there i woulsnt mind but i waited for this and it took a while even though nobody was there, a member of staff as literally sleeping on a table ?? mcdonalds need to invvestigate dont know what the manager in there is doing but they neeed to wake up and train the staff for god sake its so bad its unreal just actual lazy

My food was cold, I was missing majority of my order like it’s not even been checked what’s been put in the bag! The delivery kept changing but and putting set orders times when hadn’t even left to deliver! I don’t know what’s going on recently but everytime I’ve ordered something has been wrong with my order and no doubt I won’t even receive a refund as I put in complaints that many times! The service has been terrible recently!!!

Every thing was cold not warm very cold

The chips were very warm not hot but so much better than normal andd the burger was actually hot. Nicely suprised.

this is the 2nd time we have ordered pancakes and sausage you only send pancakes. how can you get it wrong so many times. now I have to put up with the attitude of a 14 year old because of your mistake!

Terrible service tonight. Ordered for delivery. Can't even get a simple order right. Chicken sandwich missing. Didn't want a refund, just wanted my Chicken sandwich. Why do the staff not check the order before it goes out. It's not the first time it's happened. If I try ordering it again, I get charged extra for a small order. Not happy.

The hamburger came with onions on which I am allergic too so couldn’t eat and the chicken share box didn’t come.

Food was the worst I've ever had from mcds the chips were stale and brown. Chicken nuggets were over cooked and dry!

Mike, Delmin, Jess and Micheal was amazing, my daughter has disability’s and they couldn’t do enough to help to help ease her whilst we visited. Mike especially was more than helpful and so thoughtfully with my little, thank you to everyone.

Order was over an hour late to the initial predicted delivery time. Tried ringing the restaurant after the time shifted 6 times but no answer. Ended up driving to restaurant who had no reference of order. Fresh order made in store but no apology from manager. Manager didn’t know how we could contact JustEat for help to cancel undelivered order.

Food is great 9/10 times fries can be cold and anemic which is not good! Everything else is normally spot on, I always do delivery so can not comment on branch staff but delivery service is really good with just eat.

Do not order from this McDonald's. Unless you like waisting your money. The food was received cold and not fresh. Items from the order were missing. Very small portions received, regardless of being advertised as medium. Wrong items given in the order, thus compromising my medical dietary requirements, do not recommend at all, the worst branch I have ate at.

Pancakes were covered in burnt bits from the grill

Made my order to stand there listening to the staff make inappropriate noises and when addressed they stated your not my manager like wow then 2 members of staff came out while one young female was lay in car park making snow angles a young lad was videotaping it on her phone where on earth was the babysitter
