We never get sauce with our meals when we specially order it and the coke we order is always wrong (diet) or the syrup is running out in the machine!! Straws missing! This is always the case! Very annoying

Ok, so i chose a budget meal, but look at this photo of my "food"! This is a chicken mayo burger that looks completely different to the one on the menu! It looks like it's been run over by a car! The quality was poor and even the fries were cold. I've never had such a disgusting lunch! 😡

Ordered 5 selects, gave me 10 cheese dippers in a selects box. Honestly a joke and waste of money. Don’t waste your time. Just go into Stockport.

Very slow tonight 15/20min wait after ordering at the drive through. Some of the food was cold obviously something in my order took a while and the rest was sat waiting going cold.

So stingy with their food - didn’t even give me any sauces. MY MAYO CHICKEN HAD SO MUCH GREASE AND IT WAS STICKING OUT OF THE WRAPPER (Wasn’t wrapped properly AT ALL). They didn’t even add any lettuce to my burger when I asked for EXTRA?? These workers can’t do their job properly. I would NOT recommend going here at all.

I had to wait 2 hours for my food to arrive, when it originally said 35minutes. Everything was cold when it had arrived and my ice-cream had been replaced with 2 mango ice things, which won't get eaten as I'm allergic to mango. half my order was thrown in the bin as I don't like cold food. I was very disappointed, have ordered a few times from here and I think this will be my last, as they havent had a successful order yet.

Don't bother going there staff thick can't get order right and rats running about the bins sausages and pancakes are harder than the knife and fork u get with them

This McDonalds is one of the better ones. The staff here are always friendly and approachable. We have been to other McDonalds in Stockport but will always travel further to come to the Reddish Branch. The managers here care about customer service and standards.

The Gentleman that works front of house was so friendly & well mannered, a credit to the business. Certainly makes a big difference.

Why is it the picture of the dbl quarter pounder with cheese has cheese in between the patties, but doesnt when it turns up? Burgers just slide off each other.. disappointed

Apparently they skip dip training at this place. Can't recall last time I ordered the 20 chicken nuggets and actually provided the dips ordered. Not that they forgot one or two or did the wrong ones, apparently we just love plain nuggets. Absolute shambles of a place. Refurb your location all you want but your staff remain a joke

Absolutely rotten, food cold chips hard and cold, items missing for the 3rd time in a row most certainly won’t be ordering from this McDonalds again

unprofessional driver. condescending. told him the drink was leaking - he said it was not a problem. half the drink is missing. only 15 nuggets in a 20 box - no wrap or triple burger and both of the seals on bags were broken. the food and drink is not safe for consumption. i need a full refund.

Biggest majority of my order was missing. Its not a one off either, it's nearly everytime we go.

The ordering screens never dispense a receipt so there is no record of your purchase nor can you get your survey discount code . Many of their lazy customers just eat then drop their litter on nearby street . EDIT 12 April 24 This branch is currently close for refurbishment EDIT Now reopened . Why has the kitchen area now been hidden away ? I think the layout is not as good as before . Also you customers are so soft . You get poor food and service but you don’t complain . Take it right back to the counter and tell them !! Also email McD UK to tell them

Cold food .. wrong order for in happy meal And extras not put in what I paid for ever since the refurbishment it’s gone down hill Won’t be going back will drive to bredbury or Fallowfield as the service there is much better !! And the staff are more friendly aswell

Got a drive through and not only was the bag ripped so my food went everywhere the food was also cold. 30 odd quid down the drain. Avoid.

Courier dropped both the bags as he stated was on phone and accidentally dropped them, all drinks and icecreams are destroyed

Food was freezing and missed an entire share box and all the dips. Stuns me that your only job is to look at a screen and put dips in a bag and you can’t even get that right.

When I received what thought was going to be my full order oh no it was only our drinks, delivery driver was not helpful when asking how I go about this so I rang sandy lane mcdoanlds and he said it was there fault they hadn’t gave the driver our food but were unable to get it to us and we would have to request a refund which can take 7 days and re order our food manager on the phone was also VERY RUDE and kept saying there ‘nothing I can do’

I ordered caramel galaxy McGlury, next time, should serve with caramel at least, and Biscoff icecoffe was like water. Finally, customer services are unfriendly

I ordered on the app, which went through the app, and will not let me order in my local restaurant. When I asked the staff at my local 1 nobody could give the answer. All they said was delete the app and try again I did it and lost all my points.

DONT BOTHER!!! The Service is shocking since they've reopened, 3 times now we've been through the drive thru, all 3 times items missing, all 3 times tried to call and nobody is bothered about answering, if you're staff a to incompetent to do their job they should be employed. Is it really that difficult to read an order and get it correct.

Majority of my order was missing! Prefer the 3 for 4, chicken wrap meal and 2 McFlurrys - all that came was the 2 chips, nuggets and water. No wrap, no cheeseburger, no McFlurrys… and what did arrive was stone cold. Really disappointed. On the app I said what was missing and they haven’t even said they’ll compensate me - they’ve said they’re looking into it… what is there to look into? I ordered my food and majority of it wasn’t there and what was there was cold. Very bad.

The delivery driver gave me One bag which was strange because my order was £23.92 I then asked the driver if he has got another bag for me in his car? The driver then said "No, That is all McDonald gave me" with a smile on his face..... I can tell straight away he has my food in his car with that attitude... I want a full refund for my rest of my order. All i got was "One Skittles® McFlurry® & Galaxy® Caramel McFlurry®" If you get a job as a delivery man then don't steal your customers food it not funny. Now, I am left here with two mcflurry which are nice! but i prefer to have actual food.

Ordered pancakes with syrup came with no syrup ordered a sausage McMuffin meal with a hash brown no hash brown and paid for a extra which didn’t come either this seems to always happen when you order a McDonald’s I definitely will never be ordering again as they can’t do a simple task and read what’s on a order and double check it is correct!!!!!!

Absolute disgusting delivery service, made me and other uber eats delivery drivers wait over an hour for the food to be picked up. Staff were ignorant and were just wasting time talking to eachother, all of them needs proper training, no professionalism. I’m going to report to head office.
