McDonald's - Reddish in Stockport

Do not order from this McDonald's. Unless you like waisting your money. The food was received cold and not fresh. Items from the order were missing. Very small portions received, regardless of being advertised as medium. Wrong items given in the order, thus compromising my medical dietary requirements, do not recommend at all, the worst branch I have ate at.

Made my order to stand there listening to the staff make inappropriate noises and when addressed they stated your not my manager like wow then 2 members of staff came out while one young female was lay in car park making snow angles a young lad was videotaping it on her phone where on earth was the babysitter

Very dirty and rubbish everywhere

Went to get a couple of burgers at 4 40 am to be told they were changing over to breakfast correct me if I anm wrong but breakfast starts at 5am the manager of this store puts up paintings at pride week showing gay couples nothing wrong with him supporting pride but they were where children were having parties anyway Bredbury served me a burger at 4 53 am

Worse brand ever.Redish McDonald Drive through , they gave us old fish o fillet burger and dried re heated chips which were chewy. And also burger was like rock. This is 2nd time my experience from this branch. Last time I ignored as I don’t like complaining . But this time I decided to leave a review about staff who was on the duty tonight around 10.30 Sunday the 15th of December. As they are ruining McDonald reputation down. We had to throw that food in the bin 👎

Can’t get a simple order correct alway things missing terrible service

Hours shows 24, arrived at 11:58 pm and manager said its closed in a very rude way. Asked for a cup of hot water and he refused. Wasn’t expecting this type of behaviour from the staff.

The staff were great and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant. It was clean and they were very friendly. Shame more McDonalds aren’t like this one.

Don't go as much now as it has got more expensive to eat there

the driver brought us the entire wrong meal, then proceeded to say it wasn’t his problem and walked away, we rang the sandy lane store and asked them about it and they’ve confirmed the food should’ve been correct, this was a £40 order and we only got less than £20 worth off, terrible customer service from the delivery driver and a very long wait

Food wrong again, staff obviously unfit to do the job, sack them all as it’s been multiple times orders have been wrong, in fact just close the franchise, awful service

food arrived by someone on a bike, all food cold, hot chocolate had spilt everywhere melting the mcflurries and making them inedible

Food was cold , ordered 2 meals plus 2 drinks and cheese melts, ended up with 2 meals 1 drink and a McFlurry, only 4 cheese melts instead of 5 … disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed to receive cold sausage & egg muffins with burnt hash browns 👎& not suitable to eat , we have never had any issues with breakfast before & quite disappointed to receive meals with items delivered cold & very overcooked 😟 I’d appreciate if you would refund for for my purchase of what should have been 3 fresh sausage & egg meals served warm please- we was really looking forward to this treat as we have enjoyed orders prior..we are in a cost of living crisis & unhappy

Didn’t receive my coke and McFlurry

Don't really eat at Maccy D's any more (especially since they "improved" the burgers, ie they added more sugar to the buns and the cheese is now beyond really greasy), but was in a rush and hadn't had time to eat lunch before heading out for the afternoon. Got a double cheeseburger, thought all was fine but then 8 hours later, things got problematic in the old gut and I had somewhat of a torrid time. This was definitely to blame so I think I'll seek out something else next time I need a quick snack; Gregg's is just round the corner, so go there instead! This was on Tuesday 19th Nov at around midday, btw.

McDonald's was only round the corner from mine, took an hour to come and food was cold because the driver decided to go back to McDonalds when he had already left and was near my house

So bad they’re actually laughable here. How do you manage to run a restaurant this poorly? Longest wait in the world and they can’t even prep the food properly. Dips missing, cheese missing, frankly any semblance of training or care missing. Shocking.

fries ere cold... really cold 🥶 ordered a share box of cheese dippers and 3 sauce.... got no sauce. a medium smoothie in a largw cup.... ordered large. a £30 order ruined disgusted

the driver that came to deliver my food. split my drink everywhere and then tried to drive off with my food. after questioning him and phoning the store. he suddenly rembremembered having it. the reason I have the store number is I work at this store. very ununhappy with this delivery

Waited 20minutes to be served 3 members of staff saw me waiting and ignored me I could hear them in the back messing around and laughing and joking with each other

Burger was slapped together haphazard, asked for a plain burger and they had scraped off the onion and ketchup ,so my son wouldn't eat it, couldn't take it back as got it to take home ,we don't get McDonald's often and it was suppose to be a treat for my son but I shouldn't have bothered

Absolutely disgusting !!!!! so i thought I’ll go for a quick meal I used 1of my vouchers in the app 6 nuggets for 1.39 get to the window a lad with a blue hoodie had disgusting Customer service asked what do I want I said nothing I’ve just put in my app order I’m just waiting he said yeah you’ve not paid enough. I said I did it on the app. I said why did’nt I pay enough? The chicken nuggets were on offer He said he don’t know, so I said I’ll just have a refund then another lad came with black hair and blue eyes Which I recorded from the start !! Said do you want your refund or not and what’s your f**king problem swearing which is out of order I just queried why they thought I never paid enough a colleague next to him with spots on his face and around his mouth was laughing I asked what do you find funny and he said f**king you absolutely disgusted that McDonald’s have got young staff like this and then he was threatening me saying do you want your refund or not or then flipping it saying that I’ve got attitude because he works at McDonald’s all I said was what didn’t go through because it was on the app and it should’ve been done correctly. Disgusting awful customer service. It was upsetting to see a young lad so upset with his life and reflecting it to customers because he is soo upset and obviously unhappy in his life and taking it out on customers I hope he gets the help he obviously needs
