It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore new brews or just relax with a great beer. Definitely a must-visit for beer enthusiasts! We didn't try the food, but it looked really nice.

Have been visiting since it opened not long after we moved to Reddish. The beer is always great, the service friendly, and when we get food we've never been disappointed.

The best place in the area for great beer and unbelievable food cooked by the owner himself. Staff are really friendly and personable. They use local produce, they do collabs with local breweries and other restaurants in Stockport, there’s not a bad thing to say about Reddish Ale. A true gem any area would be lucky to have. What a cracking little place! Somehow I've managed to miss this for the last year and only just discovered it recently. A great addition to the town. It's friendly, a great selection of ale and soft drinks too. The menu is limited to the dish of the day (with a veggie option too) but it's a tasty choice. Definitely worth a visit.

Well what can I say, the beer is fantastic, a really great variety of Keg Cask and large selection of bottled and canned drinks. The food is unrivalled, best quality produce and cooked with love. Brilliant owners and really helpful and attentive staff. This is just what Reddish needs. It’s has a very friendly atmosphere. I knew nobody when I first went in, I’ve met some fantastic people and look forward to going in whenever I can. Thanks Craig and team.

Fantastic little ale bar with a mind-boggling large selection, a fantastic (and always updating) menu, and genuinely lovely staff. Every visit has been a real pleasure, and I’d highly recommend it.

There's nothing wrong with Reddish Ale as a bar, personally I just don't feel a vibe. It might be down to me visiting at the "wrong" time, but the only chat that has been engaging was with Dan the Barman.

A cracking little venue with lots to offer, real ales, real homemade food and a real community atmosphere all nestled in a tiny shop front in Reddish.

Awesome little craft beer bar. Food is epic too. Great selection of beers including the best cask I've had around Manchester. Really cool, neighbourhood vibes. Great and much needed addition to Reddish.

Very good reception and nice food, on the pricy side but that's somewhat offset by the quality and a Safe, scrupulously Clean and relaxing Premises. I will have Sunday Breakfast there again.

Reddish Ale is a great addition to the area. Fine beer selection and amazing food. It is a neighborhood bar and as such a little small so arrive early and in small groups.

Very small, friendly, good quality ale, cider and wine by the glass. Fresh cooked real nibbles and small plates.

Small but perfectly formed. Always a fabulous selection of real ales and I'm told an excellent food offering with home baked goods amongst other things, which I have not tried as I never have enough time, note to self, must try harder. Staff/owners are always very friendly and accommodating 👍🏻

Lovely place! Staff are lovely and friendly, they are really helpful and knowledgeable about the Ales they have etc. They have a lovely food menu which offers freshly made and seasonal dishes. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and relaxed, they even allow well behaved dogs too!

This was a great beer spot! Interesting range on tap and quite a lot in the fridge too so there is a great range of high quality craft beer on offer. Small venue so it can get quite busy but well worth a visit

Lovely addition to the area. Excellent selection of fine beers and an impressive food menu. And some City memorabilia on the wall so the owner is obviously a Blue. Deserves 5 stars just for that.

Nice staff. The beer I had was good, a bit pricey though for Reddish. It was busy, so being small felt a bit cramped, no where to put coats etc. But had a good atmosphere. Would visit again...

This is such a fantastic place. The beer is good and the food is even better. It's got a great atmosphere and the owners and staff are lovely. We're very lucky to have this place near us.

Reddish Ale is a brilliant addition to the pub scene. It adds some much needed competition to the established premises in Reddish. I wish them many happy years in the district.

What a great addition to Reddish this little gem is. Lovely atmosphere with some fab beers. The Distant Hills cask was in immaculate condition and the roast pork boards and chips were delicious. They do what they do really well and that’s perfect.

Lovely pints of Bright Lights by Distant Hills in here, along with a very tasty roast pork and fennel dish. Good service and reasonable prices. I’ll be back!

Loved it here and a very welcome addition to Reddish that isn't just a "typical" pub. Friendly welcome and a fab beer and cider selection, as well carrying wine and spirits. You can also buy bottles and cans to take away. Thank you for choosing Reddish again (they own Bottle Mill in Houldsworth Mill) and can't wait to visit more often. Also they have vegan options for their sharer boards, with food all made fresh in house - including foccacia 😍

Brand new pub serving craft ales. Small food menu. Very welcoming staff, good range of cask and keg ales. The nitro stout was lovely and nutty. Easy to find opposite the reform club with regular bus service passing by. Presently not open Tuesday; I can confirm the opening hours listed are as on the door! Very much look forward to making this a regular haunt.

sent a chicken pizza instead of vegetarian by mistake , rang them up to tell them and they sent a new one straight away! food was nice! and came really quick!

I asked for their special kebab but instead of naan I asked for pizza base, anyway the food was outstanding its the perfect meal to devour and when I ate the rest the day after it was lovely, please add this option to the menu I'm stunned how amazingly perfect Tue combination is with salad and garlic sauce, delivery guy was extremely friendly and made great effort, couldn't have had a better experience, please add it to menu asap I want another tonight cheers

Really not happy. Gave us a 1 hour and 5 minute wait time and when I rang I got told it wasn't even in the oven yet and it would be 20 more minutes which it was. Also got told I would get a free bottle of pepsi which I didn't get. The food wasn't as nice as normal and I don't think I'll order from here again.

Not happy with the 10 something kebab last night usually it is really nice my nan bread came rock hard and the meat was nasty the best thing was the chips very disappointed

Food is always excellent however tonight it’s very late (an hour) understanding that it’s busy but when calling the restaurant got the reply of ‘it’ll be 5 minuets’ or ‘they’ll be at the door in a minute’ but still hasn’t arrived (ordered food at 8.28pm and time is now 10.23pm)

sent no bread with kebab so was just sweaty meat in a tray .not impressed spoilt meal

Pizza was burnt and garlic bread was very thick crust and just wasn't nice.not ordered for a while an now I remember why.sorry won't be ordering again.

I think the people who work here & delivery men are extremely rude! They were late then just left my order so I then had to get in touch through just eat to see where my food was to be told they had already been but left as I never answered? Why would I not answer (they also never rang me about this) Then they came with my order which was pizza and a chocolate fudge cake, the pizza was COLD, the fudge cake smelt like gas for some reason it had a really strange smell to it & was dry so I never ate my order & had to re order else where.

since when was a flatbread a naan bread? Donner meat was awful and the chicken tasted funny and looked as if they'd either been fed steroids. Not for the first time I've had issues with this takeaway, I won't be ordering again!

Upset with the food Peri-peri chicken strips tasted seriously burnt (and not because of the chargrilling) while appearing fine and the Peri-peri sauce was way too hot despite ordering Medium and just tasted like some generico-spicy paste rather than a nice tasting sauce with a watery consistency Chicken zinger burger came with salad cream and not Mayonnaise, my Mum, whom it was for, found it inedible and this upset her The Chicken wings were about the only decent thing aside from the Onion rings, the Chips and the Haagen-Dazs but the Sweet Chilli sauce on the wings was very week and they tasted more Sweet than they did Sweet Chili The Strawberry Cheesecake Haagen-Dazs, while nice, was a rip-off, I was expecting, despite having rushed the thought of what I had bought, that it would be a 500g Tub or certainly at least something more substantial than a mere 100g tub but 100g is what I got The Courier was pleasant, delivery time was excellent, customer service was kind, I asked if I could have 2 7-ups instead of the 2 Pepsis that come with the meals by default A bad experience to be honest, I just wouldn't recommend on a bad day

Really well fed for the price and confident with their consistency, shame they use flat bread for kebab naan when the pizza dough they use would make an amazing kebab bread, so went with pitta. Nice staff, food feels fresh, happy to use regularly

pizza arrived cold and was late. usually really nice but was a let down. wont be ordering again.
