Just done drive through and the person speaking to me sounded so unenthusiastic, bored, miserable almost asleep then finally got my food ! Checking it had hair in milkshake so too it back…handed to girl and told her she did t even reply just got another and have to me ! No apology another lack of interest miserable face ! I know it’s not the bees knees Job but come on you are still being paid

3am full of idiots. Food cold. Tables all dirty. Staff just chatting

I don't think I have ever had hot fries from here. They are always just warm. I've never ever had a complete order, correct YET. The people, sorry kids that serve you from here always seem and sound so bloody miserable. I never walk in here as the drive-through is depressing enough. One good thing is that it looks clean inside !

U can not order drive thru without being told 2 park no spaces because ever order parked

App time changed every time I logged on,I ordered 2 burgers and live within 10mins,kept saying driver was collecting but then time changed 4 times

everytime I order no one confirms any addresses and leaves me and another person with the wrong food. this needs sorting now its getting ridiculous. I demand a refund

Not fast food. Ordered on the greasy self service screen and paid. Stood watching for 10 minutes whilst delivery drivers orders were processed. Mine wasn't even close when I left to get my train. Sort it out, customers should not have to stand and wait for overpriced food whilst you prioritise deliveries and your staff could do with learning a bit of customer service, shrugs and grunts aren't communication.

It was all delivered faster than expected but completely stone cold with no sauces. absolute joke for the price!

I only received the drinks and dips, we did not receive the food. I tried to talk to the manager at McDonald and she was very rude. I call around 20:27. The driver said he was only given one bag and it’s the drinks.

food was crushed. nuggets and chips tasted like they have been re heated several times over (chewy). mcflurry and shake was melted. mcflurry had no bits. sauces were missing. everything was Luke warm.

Missed two double cheese burgers of my order, but can’t get refund, don’t do their job correctly! Fully fed up of just eats and Mc Donald’s in Stockport.

We had drinks missing from our order.

They’ve not turned up at all. Saw on the tracker that they were at the end of my road, came out of my flat and sat at the main door outside and he’s still not turned up. Half an hour later. Absolutely shocking.

Don't live in Stockport but been to this McDonald's a few times when we visit and I'll admit I'm not a McDonald's fan but this place is well kept and never seems over busy so I don't mind coming to this place. Staff seem to be very efficient and polite so as Arnie says, I'll be back.👍

Seriously note I ask for strawberry milk shake proper one and you giving me small carton milkshake for 0.70 charge this is absolutely joke… and ice cream melted by the time it got here it like a drink liquid 🙄, need to do better than this guys

missing veggie dipper happy meal so please refund. this isn't the one 1st time my order has been wrong. should have a manager checking all orders instead of leaving young kids to do this.

I've had loads issues of missing items in past but as I've not ordered for a while I thought it might be ok but the big mac meal and quarter pounder meal including chips and drinks was both missing so 2 people had no food

Absolute shambles of a supposed quick meal, food arrived warm at best, had to re-heat... maybe should've binned it from here thinking about it?! So firstly, I took a sip of my drink, it was vanilla/banana milkshake, made me gag, had ordered Sprite, hate milkshakes... on to the food, the fries, AGAIN looked like they needed a week in Turkey!! They were undercooked (which I've complained about previously, not that long ago) and so pale & floppy, literally picked out a few to try & force down, the burger looked promising... it was ok apart from the bun was pretty firm, ended up eating the top part of the bun & 1 beef patty, so all in all really not good, oh also received the wrong condiment, but that was just the icing on the cake to be honest, I had completely lost interest & also my appetite at this point!! I really hope McDonald's gets to see this comment, this meal was garbage & will 100% be giving McDonald's a wide birth from now on, it was a totally simple order & how wrong did they get it!! Gotta do better McDonald's... Must do better!! An extremely unhappy ex customer

So frustrating half order missing I expect full refund not just individual items

Everything was perfect, nothing missing not even the sauces, food was hot and arrived quick, keep it up.
