McDonald's in Stockport

It was a rush hour so I understood there would be delays I remained patient and asked every 15 mins for an update as I was on my lunch hour after 45 mins had passed I asked the manager for an update and he said “you ordered this 45mins ago” I went yes I’ve not received it yet he went and checked the cameras and then just slapped the food on the desk looked awkwardly then walked off. Would like to believe this was not me being singled out but his reaction did not help me think otherwise

Ordered an Egg McMuffin without the bacon and what do I get. Egg Muffin with bacon. Poor at taking orders, employees seriously could do further training. Will definitely not be using this branch in the future.

Paid for 2 breakfast and 2 ice creams. Only got my ice cream delivered!! Yet again..no phone number as it says not reckonised

they are seemingly incapable of providing any sauce, even when it's a part of a meal. they forget every time

Half of my food didn’t come I spent 21 great British sterling on this food and it came with food that I didn’t order. My drinks weren’t there and here is the list of the food that didn’t come. A burger, two cokes and a McFlurry I paid £21 for this food. The driver was rude and inconsiderate and treated me like a road man “what you saying? Are you good? “ The driver did say that he would go back and get my food if I called up. I have called the McDonald’s no reply five times. This is absolutely disgraceful and I will not be ordering from here again and I want to full refund of my food.

The delivery time kept changing so at least 20 to 30 mins late, Kept saying delivery driver waiting on order! So obviously when food arrived it was stone cold and fries were like cardboard! The McFlurrys were melted more like milkshakes,not happy

Waited 90mins for a McDonald’s and it finally arrived after the kids bedtime and stone cold, just eat offering £5 refund on a £25 order that was completely inedible

Food came really cold and so did the hot drink that was half empty because it spilled in the bag.

all the food was cold at to warm up in microeave and no free nuets

Still need to make sure your sending your sauce out when ordering chicken selects

Food late and missing most items

The only good thing about this delivery is the early arrival of it from there it went down hill. Burgers tasted different than normal and one person ordered Diet Coke and one normal and two diet cokes turned up . Seems like the store messed this up . Substandard food. Get your acts together McDonald’s your taking the proverbial out of customers.

No ketchup arrived. No milk with the tea. No napkins

My food wasn’t when delivered but got charged for it. It’s a disgrace I with fur the nhs startin Erin soon and not had any food .

They always always forget to give all orders to people in full. Today I ordered a Big Mag with extra salad and cheese but what I received was just a burger with bread. This is really ridiculous. If you can't manage the restaurant, change the manager. This is the sixth time they have sent me the wrong food. I will not buy from this rubbish restaurant again.

No condiments with order again! Why are McDonald’s not fulfilling their orders! Do they just ignore the requests for condiments?

Food is fine and the 24 hours is a massive plus! However the hordes of homeless that swarm this place like a fly to a flame is insane. The fact that the security only really talks to each other in Hindi and watch Indian Tiktok rather than kick them out frags the place down massively.

Had to go collect from store as 2 hours 30 minutes passed with no delivery. Delivery driver rang to ask for a code with no explanation of why it was so late. Terrible service all round.

Order was completely wrong. Has to travel myself to get the correct order as I didn’t trust them to get it right for a second time.

Missing items of drinks & ice-cream. Questioned delivery driver as obviously these items were missing as only a tiny bag which was not big enough for drinks that was on the receipt on front of bag. Annoying because now I can’t get replacement items as would then be another delivery charge

Ordered £30 of breakfast food and not delivered. Phone constantly off the hook. Just eat said it was delivered but not to my address.

Food always as you'd expect but service in the drive thru is always horrendously slow. Machines not working. Bins being emptied. Lanes closed. Or slow orders ahead. Last time I was told to park up and wait (only interesting food choice i picked was a wrap with no amends) i was waiting 8 minutes. Could just be my bad luck but it's never gone smoothly there.
