McDonald's in Stockport

THE FOOD WAS SO BAD. I ENDED UP THROWING UP 2 times WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR

ordered the minecraft meal bearing in mind it's just a bigmac meal with a collectable didn't get the collectable and half my order was missing I'm fuming

Your delivery man gave me the wrong order then purposely spilled coke over our drive all whilst on the phone. Really McDonald’s..

not happy, food never arrived however said delivered!

Ordered the Minecraft meal which cost extra to get the toy , and received no toy , very poor

I order the happy meal and Big Mac mindreaft meal for the kids so they get there toys which they was very excited about and it didn’t come with any toys …. 2 upset children FANTASTIC !!!!! Soo poor thanks again for that

I was missing the toy items from the current promotion at McDonald’s.

Not been for a while to this McDonalds. Car park still too small, always full. Walk or drive through works well. Enjoyed the seansonal special menu Philly Cheese Stack.

Just got served the oldest smokehouse chicken burger in town

Coffee was a bit cold but all good apart from that

I had to walk 12 to get my order because the driver didn’t want to come to the adress

the driver delivered to two other addresses before me making my food cold

Placed a takeaway order in store. Went to eat my 5 chicken selects an hour later at home and was disappointed to find 10 mozzarella dippers in my selects box instead. Walked back to the store to ask for an exchange, stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and was ignored. It wasn't particularly busy and not once did anyone come to ask if i needed any help, despite multiple people seeing me standing there. Ended up leaving with the stupid mozzarella sticks as I felt humiliated. Waste of 20 minutes and a waste of £5.70!

ordered at 18:40 and was 2 hours 20 minutes late i when it came it was stone cold so I never ate it

No sauces came and we had paid extra for sweet chilli and food was freezing

fries were dry and they forgot cheese on my girlfriend's burger. When she came up to ask for her cheese, they took the old burger and put cheese on it. Which is against food safety by the way?!! never take food back from the dining area. Workers were nice tho. Also, the toilets were trashed. No toilet paper, no soap, and hand dryers were off. I wanted to take a photo for proof but taking photos in the loo is a bit dodgy.

I dont know whats happening at this Maccies, but this is twice in a row that Ive ordered hash browns and gotten none. Theyre on the ticket, so I didnt miss them off but theyre just nowhere.

Ordered delivery Sunday morning. Half of food missing. Impossible to contact as tel number not recognised. Contacted Uber delivery & they refunded £2. Not 1st this has happened from Stockport. Won’t be using again

Fast service and excellent parking considering it's in the town centre.

everything foodwise was cold or just lukewarm. all previous orders have been delivered well within the timescale advised and the food has always tasted fresh and hot (warm in worst case scenario) so we are really unhappy at this change in service

Delivery driver was sound but the nuggets were pink in the middle, luckily spotted it before I ate managed to eat the half I bit into, fries were more cold than warm and no dips. I get nights are busy, but my days are busy and that’s cost me £12.

Much better than when i have ordered before, good portion size, food was warm and arrived quickly. No items missing etc

gave us the wrong food we got our drinks but no food except the mcflurry. and we have someone else's drinks not our food only drinks, the mcflurry we ordered. but not our two chicken burgers and 5 chicken selects or two larger fries and one medium fries

Odered £53 worth of food didnt wven bring half me order contacted them on phone they put phone down on me then sending me to voicemail

Toilets are not nice smell really bad of urine, as if it's been mopped into the floor or not mopped at all

Milkshake was not chocolate don’t know what it was just white and taste weird

it was almost cold and looked unappealing, had to put in microwave which made fries hard and burgers inedible. I will be pursuing a refund. won't order from the restaurant again. HORRIBLE waste of money. Will be asking for refund tomorrow

Just bought a milkshake at 21:17 that had blob of women's makeup in it. I've put it in fridge so I can file a lawsuit against mcdonalds.

Sitting outside again waiting for missing items from my order. The place is virtually empty, our order relatively small and straightforward, and yet still items are missing. Please get this branch to pull itself together.

A little late but no complaints from me.... Tasted delicious and cooked fresh. 1st time trying philly cheese stack, would recommend. I ordered night before and got no order. Mistnjave bee dodgy delivery guy. Tonight was perfect and polite swift drop off too. Totally different experience to the day before. Must be the staff

It was a rush hour so I understood there would be delays I remained patient and asked every 15 mins for an update as I was on my lunch hour after 45 mins had passed I asked the manager for an update and he said “you ordered this 45mins ago” I went yes I’ve not received it yet he went and checked the cameras and then just slapped the food on the desk looked awkwardly then walked off. Would like to believe this was not me being singled out but his reaction did not help me think otherwise

Ordered an Egg McMuffin without the bacon and what do I get. Egg Muffin with bacon. Poor at taking orders, employees seriously could do further training. Will definitely not be using this branch in the future.

it's come 45 mins late and the food his cold no ice cream I order a stormys box which I haven't got not happy

Was OK and mostly right but no syrup on pancakes which was a shame as everything else was spot on

The chips were barely cooked and were cold. The kids happy meals were missing the toys and the main was missing the water. The delivery driver was smoking a cigarette on my door step. The fact that this was meant as a treat to my children, using a voucher following a previous terrible delivery from McDonalds speaks volumes. We’re a smoke free home. My children asked what the smell of fire was. Revolting experience. Don’t know why we even tried to have McDonald’s again.

the delivery driver dropped off the order before ours across town so ours arrived late and stone cold - terrible service.
