About three chips which isn’t a lot for large portions.

Wait over an hour and food cold

company kept delaying slot for preparing meal even though restaurant was not busy

first time having a delivery right

1 apple pie missing but a cake bar i didn't order for like was in the bag

Delivery driver was very nice and polite

Order was wrong as always and item missing and all cold

half an hour wait for cold food

chips were cols & hard & no salt on them. The cheeseburger looked as though it had been thrown together. Not the best meal.

2 large fries ordered, both less than half full, smaller than a small portion each, none in the bottom of the bag so unable to blame driver. Big mac thrown together and cold had to bin it. Terrible

forgot the sauces and straw, selects wirh sauce is almost pointless. not happy

How do you forgot to bring the food just the drinks

Chips cold and the portion small, half the box was empty! Wraps were nice but that’s it.

the food was rubbish it was cold the egg wasn’t cooked properly the mcmuffins were rock hard

Everytime I order from this McDonald’s. They forget part of my order. Often the burger. It’s really annoying and I can’t get a refund

if I could leave no stars i would. The driver delivered the complete wrong order!

The burgers wos cold that wos delivered

Orders always having missing sauces or wrong items - it’s as if the stuff never double check the order before sending it. Terrible experience and not much options with the main mcdonalds in the area. You would think that the poor rating would get them to address these issues but they couldn’t care less.

Unfortunately the McCrispy was overcooked, and the cheeseburger was not the best, but a whole let better than the McCrispy

Order arrived on time however it was missing the large fries that I ordered.

Arrived late, was cold and squashed. Two large fries were basically just two small fries in large boxes.

While i was driving home last night i went to McDonald's to get some food, however just as i was about to pick up my food from the drive thru window a very disheveled man who i suspect is homeless came out of nowhere and started shouting at me through my open window demanding change. So definitely be careful when going to the drive thru at night

Me and my boyfriend came back in the store because they forgot our burger all the staff were rude and turned their backs on us everytime we came back. I asked this blonde girl for extra fries for compensation she gave me medium when I asked for a large one. I am a regular customer as well and I will never return its giving racist vibes

This was an additional order to replace the items they missed. They missed the sauces out again, the frozen lemonade was not frozen and the Mcflurry was melted. The lemonade and mcflurry were probably from the items that were missed.

I am really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered happy meal and it had fish bites in it they were really dry and clearly not fresh. it felt like it had been sitting out for too long. When I had the my fish bites it tastes sour This is not what we expect from a brand like McDonald’s we spend our money expecting a decent meal but it was a waste of food.

Do sauces no longer exist, they never arrive with my meal even when I pay for them. I'm not even allowed a refund for them when I've paid extra for them! Got no straws on this delivery either!

Order arrived on time, however they completely messed up my order and mixed it up with somebody elses, not happy about this.

Order over 20 minutes before breakfast starts and because my order had items ordered plain and they'd have to make it up and don't have the items just ready, they decided to just cancel my order, which has left me out of my 5000 points through the McDonalds app as now they can only be redeemed for double cheeseburgers and they're refusing orders until menu changes for breakfast Pathetic and lazy, the app said it was going to arrive by 5 and you're telling me you can't make up a Philly cheeseburger in over 20 mins? Too short of a time for you? You're awful at your job and your attitude to what is essentially a meal choice for a lot of people is disgusting.

I work for McDonald’s myself. I came in and ordered food. The food was great and was hot however the 2 young managers that were working were not friendly at all especially the young blonde manager. She wasn’t wearing the correct shoes and no one was wearing hairnets in the kitchen

Half of my order was missing… the bag was already open and didn’t have the normal seal that all of the bags have. I am completely appalled.

supposed to get an extra big mac , never came, and for value very poor 28 pound and only one drink with the happy meal .
