2 hours for food to come then it’s absolutely cold and nasty

Missing half the order, mainly my child’s dinners. No straws for any of the drinks so could have milkshakes. Delivery driver was too busy on his phone he just drop the delivery and left without checking or speaking…horrendous service!

Missing a double quarter pounder. It's very frustrating to not be able to feed all your kids at once.

Ordered the Minecraft 9 McNuggets meal and did not receive my figure not happy as this was part of the meal deal

Ordered Minecraft meal and daughters limited edition figurine did not come with the meal. Tried to flag it on the app but won't let me so just had to put that the big Mac was missing. There's always something missing when ordering from here.

You forgot the dip, sent apple and not carrots and sent a toy not the book

Absolutely fuming, Daughter ordered at drive thru, got home & 2 main orders are missing, tried phoning the store for over an hour with no answer!!!! What food we got was cold as well!!!

I ordered my food waited for it and the delivery driver never turned up my kids were waiting for there tea and My food said delivered it never turnd up ,ive never been so frustrated especially so late at night they hadn't even tried to deliver it ,having to order food for the second time is a joke ..

App doesn’t update to tell you that the food is on the way. Delivery drivers allowed to pick up hot food (without a thermal delivery bag) and as a result my order had done a back flip and my food is soaked with Coke Zero.

No problem with the staff or restaurant. The main issue was the amount of delivery drivers hanging around in the carpark. Their cars were clogging up the spaces including the disabled spaces.

Having made an order for nearly £50, I was really disappointed that none of the sauces I ordered arrived in the order. It only takes a minute to check the order is complete before sending it out for delivery.

expected delivery time was 15mins changed to 30mins upon ordering then arrived a further hour after this time. daughter left waiting for her dinner. awful service, wont be using again

Worst delivery ever! Original time said 18 mins, half hour later it said 44 mins.. it kept changing varying from 18 mins to 46.. Over 2 hours later the delivery came but it was not my order. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!

Dreadful! My 8 year old always has a McCrispy and they sent a McSpicy in the wrong box! Also...no dips! Again! With sharing box.

When they fail to deliver half the order and can’t refund the delivery and service charge but expect you to either come to the branch or reorder and pay the delivery and service charge again for their error, really fails on service. Massively!

Clean and great atmosphere. Toilets were clean however the soap dispenser in men’s room was damaged and no alternative was provided, besides that everything was good but sadly no milkshakes and smoothies available as per usual, would have been handy though as driving for about 2 hours in the middle of the night and it’s the best to help you stay awake

Worse MCDONALD'S in Stockport. It takes forever to get coffee, not mentioning food. What is the point of preordering if you have to wait forever for your order.
