McDonald's Hazel Grove in Stockport

Ordered over £40 worth of food for the wrong order to be delivered and told that I would need to wait 10 days for a refund but could re order my food for it to be delivered Totally incompetent staff, drivers and policies

Ordered a burger and 5 chicken selects on drive through. Had to return to the restaurant because I was missing a chicken select. I must have gotten the last 4 because they needed to cook 5 fresh to fill my order.

What a joke! I went to the drive thru to get a latte. There is no collection window. I waited for 25 minutes for a coffee. It'd have been quicker if I'd have parked up and gone inside to order it.

Originally placed order via UberEats and on delivery 2 happy meals were missing, drink lids were off the cups which then spilt on the floor and remaining food was cold (not first time orders have been incorrect from this restaurant). Called the delivery driver who advised to get refund through UberEats. Subsequently had to drive to the restaurant to order 2 new happy meals and asked for complaints procedure. The person who took order via drive thru didn't know what I was talking about so I asked again at the next window. Was not asked why I was complaining and was given an email address for site to put complaint in. Really bad experience.

Ordered from here twice in two weeks. Both times not received the correct order and both times they've left out the same time each time. Ordered 2 large meals and only received 1.

I was disappointed in the McRib, these used to be bigger, hardly any sauce on it too.

Noticeably slower and poorer quality than other location.

I ordered on the app and went in to collect. I waited a good 15 minutes for the food and left to go home. Upon arriving home and unpacking our food I got ready to tuck in to my McChicken sandwich, only to find that there was a quarter pounder with cheese in the McChicken sandwich box. Nevermind I thought, I’m not going back I’ll just eat it. On to the fries…. Well they were cold, but not only cold, it was like they were cooked yesterday, cold and just awful. My partners vanilla milkshake was just milk and no flavour. Considering it was a busy night, I would’ve expected the food to be fresh and hot but unfortunately this was not our experience. We will not be returning to any McDonald’s in the Stockport and Manchester area as we have had awful food and service from several different branches over the past 12 months. Unfortunately there is a clear lack of organisation in many branches, the food is inconsistent and there is NO customer service whatsoever. Sad time McDonald’s… sort it out!

SHOCKING This McDonalds can never get a delivery right sending a meal without fries. You can never get them on the phone I wouldn’t bother ordering from this place they rip you off.

Drive-thru was closed, no staff on front of house, eventually got the food for my daughter and the chips were luke warm certainty not hot. It was that chaotic I couldn't be bothered to request to change them, that and there was no staff.

Food delivered to wrong address. Just eat requested a picture. So sent them a photo of my empty doorstep. Idiots.

I ride my cycle to Hazel Grove MaccieD a couple of times per week & usually arrive about 6.10am. The staff are always helpful, very friendly & the breakfast meal is always fresh. Some mornings I even have a decent hello & chat with the contract window cleaner doing his bit to keep the place spic n span. I really like this MaccieD, much better then the bigger one further down the A6. Like most Maccie Ds now it's order on the screen and be given a number for collection or table service... Also has a drive through.

,my partner and I have ordered a couple of times. First time, we gave them the benefit of the doubt as a mistake on some missing items…. Ordered again. None of the sauces delivered with nuggets. You literally can’t pass the that option without choosing a sauce. 🤷‍♂️ chips stone cold. Didn’t even get napkin or straws just cold food and no sauce seriously wouldn’t risk it

Grim. Like most of these outlets, everything is chaos. I think they've screened off the uber eats etc drivers who used to clutter up the place but this has made it uncomfortably small. Too long a wait for a small order of "fast" food. Car park also inadequate. I remember fondly when McDonalds were bright, colourful, clean places. Now they're grey. It's all grey.

There was No Tomato Ketchup Dips!

Stone Cold food delivery kept being put back happy meal had 8 chips yep we counted. No straws or spoons for ice creams it’s really not that difficult to get 2 meals and 2 icecream orders correct

Driver left food outside building as I'm in stepping Hill hospital. After leaving instructions a nurse found it soaking wet from rain. £22 and they won't refund. They need drivers who can actually speak English

This mcds is a franchise and the fries are different every time I go, sometimes burnt or Soggy. I'm sure the owner buys cheaper fries from elsewhere. The service is soooo slow. If you want a quick meal you're not getting it here

The app said 10 to 20 mins delivery time , nothing but fraudulent advertising to get you book with yourself, well over an hour waiting , to get food that was cold and non of the drinks with the order.

We have just received our order and are totally dissatisfied! We have num1, 20 nuggets missing! 2, a double cheeseburger that should have everything on with extra pickles come plain! Chicken mayo that was ordered as plain came with lettuce and mayo. There’s no sauces that was ordered and no stressor napkins!! Absolutely disgusting!l this was for my family now we have very upset children! I want a full refund now

Missing items is like a given when ordering from here, yes it’s fairly priced etc but I’m tired of not receiving what I order. The delivery driver was polite and punctual, said he didn’t need the delivery code (why give it if it isn’t required?). The food that was received was good and still at a reasonable temperature. A pet hate of mine is when you ask for dips, that come for free with certain items, you actually are required to select them, they don’t send you any of them. Like seriously 😒

I ordered a smartie mcflurry got a caramel one instead i ordered a pkain mcflurry no pieces it came with pieces in ordered a chocolate milkshake they delivered a strawberry milkshake instead i hate strawberry milkshake and the chips were horrible

Once again we found ourselves in Hazel Grove and decided to visit McDonalds. We are in our late seventies and have never been able to understand the order boards. I spotted a member of staff and asked for her help. This lovely person guided me through the menu and we sat down near the window to wait for our order, In no time at all our food arrived, Very nicely cooked and presented. Much enjoyed. We are always a little nervous about visiting McDonalds as it is usually full of young people. I cannot understand people sitting in their cars waiting for food. It seems lazy to me but I am 75. Keep up the good work, we will be back in April.

my daughters happy meal cheese burger was absolutely covered in ketchup she couldn't eat it, I asked for no onions and got onions. chips were freezing and my coffee was freezing too.

when it arrived. My food was ok . My husbands was supposed to be a cheeseburger without ketchup mustard and pickle and with bacon. it came as a normal cheeseburger with all sauces on and no bacon. My husband had to scrape it off and try to eat it as he was so hungry. Last week both our orders from a fish shop was totally wrong not good enough we will delete the app.

i only got refunded £1.00 when i had several missing items and one of my missing items being over 6 pounds??
