McDonald's Hazel Grove in Stockport

First off if you go through the drive thru and you get to the window it isn't even ready and you have to park up. They ask you to park up an then there isn't any spaces so I had to circle round the car park until my food came. My food came and they missed something off my order and it was quite cold. I think they should invest in a bigger car park.

over the last few orders there has been something incorrect with our order or something is missing. It is always cold and the fries always seem like they could be cooked a bit longer. I won't be ordering again as it's happened far too many times

took 1 hour 20 mins to be delivered, pineapple slices rather than fruit bag, all food and drinks were cold, fillet-o-fish had been thrown into the box and all ingredients stuck to packaging. Milkshake was spilled over everything else.

burger and bun barely warm. coffee barely warm , chicken in salad barely warm and black old lettuce in amongst the fresh. Vile food experience around 30yrs since ordered a Mc Donald's as don't rate them. Forced to use today as nothing nearer delivering when needed lunch as forgot mine. Obviously this proves my view held before , Absolute waste of hard earned money .

I ordered my food at 17.35 and it arrived after 8pm. It was cold and the kids meals wasn’t there, along with chicken nuggets. Very very disappointed.

About the 4th time in a row that the breakfast order has been missing items and ‘no breakfast muffin’ ignored, meaning my gluten intolerant wife misses out once more. They attention to detail is literally pathetic and I give up ordering with them again. Additionally, once again, the order was 20 mins later than promised and the (incorrect) food was also cold. Avoid!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Myself and my partner each ordered a large meal through the app to be delivered to our house. Upon arrival of the food we were annoyed to see that my partners burger had not been included. We understand mistakes can happen but putting two burgers and two chips in a bag isn’t hard. However after speaking to the restaurant hoping that we could get his burger delivered which wasn’t an option, they offered a full refund if we called the number she gave us due to the inconvenience which we thought was nice and due to him only having fries to eat we thought was a nice gesture. When we called the support number the gentleman in fact informed us that he could not give us a full refund and that the woman had given us false information so I said okay no problem can we at least be refunded the missing items and the delivery fee as you have provided an inadequate service to which he refused. This is not the first time we have had issues with this branch and I genuinely cannot believe the unhelpful nature of the help line for the company. I think maybe retraining the staff on how to pack orders and maybe hiring people that are good at customer service would be a good start to improving the business.

The delivery driver had an awful attitude. Asked me for wifi password and wouldn’t give me the food because he couldn’t put the code in the app. Shouldn’t accept the delivery if you don’t have web access. Unacceptable

Ordered a burger and 5 chicken selects on drive through. Had to return to the restaurant because I was missing a chicken select. I must have gotten the last 4 because they needed to cook 5 fresh to fill my order.

Ordered over £40 worth of food for the wrong order to be delivered and told that I would need to wait 10 days for a refund but could re order my food for it to be delivered Totally incompetent staff, drivers and policies

Everything was cold! My chips dip and straw were missing, my drink was flat and everything was dry cold and had gone hard by the time it got to me. Shocking

the new delivery code is a pain and then the driver states I put a timer on. I wait 5 minutes only to receive the order and it be wrong. how hard can it be for a meal with a milkshake get a McFlurry and a Coke with the happy meal. meant to be water not the first time getting fed up of it now

Delivery time was okay but I had to place 2 orders as the first never came. When I did eventually get my food they forgot my strawberry lemonades

Delivery arrived and the Fanta had spilt all over our food when I asked the delivery driver what to do he told me to call Macdonnalds, he didn’t seem to care and passed us the food anyway! Terrible experience as the food was not edible!

Originally placed order via UberEats and on delivery 2 happy meals were missing, drink lids were off the cups which then spilt on the floor and remaining food was cold (not first time orders have been incorrect from this restaurant). Called the delivery driver who advised to get refund through UberEats. Subsequently had to drive to the restaurant to order 2 new happy meals and asked for complaints procedure. The person who took order via drive thru didn't know what I was talking about so I asked again at the next window. Was not asked why I was complaining and was given an email address for site to put complaint in. Really bad experience.

I accidentally put in the wrong address, my deliverer drove all the way over to where I meant to order even though he didn’t have to. Great service, whoever that deliverer was, I wish him a good life in whatever he decides to do.

Ordered from here twice in two weeks. Both times not received the correct order and both times they've left out the same time each time. Ordered 2 large meals and only received 1.

Food arrived cold. £36 spent but over £18 worth of food was missing!! Kids didn’t have their meals. McDonald’s couldn’t do anything about it. Incorrect drinks. No sauces. Wait on just eat to issue a refund but it’s a refund to just eat account not bank!?

I ordered on the app and went in to collect. I waited a good 15 minutes for the food and left to go home. Upon arriving home and unpacking our food I got ready to tuck in to my McChicken sandwich, only to find that there was a quarter pounder with cheese in the McChicken sandwich box. Nevermind I thought, I’m not going back I’ll just eat it. On to the fries…. Well they were cold, but not only cold, it was like they were cooked yesterday, cold and just awful. My partners vanilla milkshake was just milk and no flavour. Considering it was a busy night, I would’ve expected the food to be fresh and hot but unfortunately this was not our experience. We will not be returning to any McDonald’s in the Stockport and Manchester area as we have had awful food and service from several different branches over the past 12 months. Unfortunately there is a clear lack of organisation in many branches, the food is inconsistent and there is NO customer service whatsoever. Sad time McDonald’s… sort it out!

All the food was wrong despite the receipt listing the correct order. Delivery took far too long and kept getting delayed with no explanation. The only thing correct about the order was the drinks. So a full refund is expected.
