My order took ages and I was only delivered 1 chicken mayo instead of 2

Food was over 30 mins late and stone cold not even edible unless warmed up which is was still not right waste of money

Food was fine, but, and I am allowed to moan here because I’ve been charged. When the app asks you to add sauces, and then you’re charged for it, and they don’t come. It’s annoying and frustrating. Worst part of it, is they’re even down on the receipt that the order came with. This has happened multiple times. Stop being lazy.

Never arrived! There is no option on here for never received it.Just kept saying waiting for delivery driver and then all of a sudden said it had been delivered when it had not!

Unfortunately, I was working so I ordered some food for me and my stuff and everyone turned around and said the food is cold that point I was closing up the pub to go home so I was too tired to do this last night

Got the order completely wrong . No BigMac in a Bigmac meal !! Phoned to tell them and just told to re-order. Said no but they refused to send the food and gave us a discontinued telephone number. Absolutely shocking service.

My complain is not with the order but the driver. The driver left my delivery on the doorstep then got back in his car where he proceeded to shout at me from his car because he needed a PIN number. He also was complaining that there is no parking on my street (but there was a large gap opposite my house and he managed to park his car in order to leave my order on my doorstep)?

I’m writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the continued poor service I’ve experienced from your Hazel Grove branch. I ordered via Uber Eats, which I now realise was my first mistake, and unfortunately made a second mistake by ordering again from the same store — a store that consistently gets my order completely wrong. This isn’t a case of minor errors; I’m talking about entirely incorrect items being packed, despite what is clearly printed on the receipt. I struggle to understand how someone can read the order slip and still place the wrong items in the bag. That goes beyond a training issue — it shows a lack of care or attention. To add to the frustration, my order took 45 minutes to arrive. While I recognise that delivery delays fall under Uber’s responsibility, the food still arrived cold and, worse, incorrect. When I called the store to raise my concerns, I admit I was frustrated and didn’t express myself as calmly as I should have, but I was incredibly disappointed to be told nothing could be done and that I needed to go back through Uber Eats. While photographing the items to support my claim, I discovered a long black hair in the chips — which is absolutely unacceptable. The meal was not only wrong and cold but also unhygienic. Despite trying to escalate this with Uber for over an hour, I got nowhere. They claimed the order was correct because the receipt matched the order number — completely ignoring the fact that the actual items received were wrong. Where is the common sense? I spend a significant amount of money with McDonald’s, particularly with this branch, and I feel completely let down. If someone can’t follow a basic instruction of matching an item to a receipt, then I seriously question the recruitment process. This isn’t a matter of training — even my five-year-old daughter could match a bag of food to a receipt properly. I would like this issue escalated to the franchise owner or a senior McDonald’s representative. I am not happy, and I want this taken seriously.

Food delivery drivers and customers parking wherever they want to. Drive through queue always slow. Strawberry milkshakes are rubbish and food presentation below standard.

as usual we don't get what you order I have gave up using this and go and pick it up as fedup of paying for thing and never getting things and no one getting back to you and the 1 time I do we don't get the water I order so never Agen

I believe the new charge for ketchups is ridiculous. the amount of times you forget them anyways is terrible. so now the charge are people really going to request refund for 20p /30p ect. u will make mo ey this way. food and delivery was fine, but we always have something missing or wrong order. occasionally we get the right order if we order for 1 person where it isn't that difficult, but say 2 people or more you're guaranteed it's wrong!

Ordered a bacon chicken burger and paid for cheese on it but they didn’t put any on it even says on the wrapper add cheese but they haven’t! Be warned you pay for things but you don’t get them!!

Every single time they get it wrong. I wont be ordering again. How can you forget the dips and charge extra for additional sauce and lettuce but then forget to put it onto the burger! Useless

I ordered at 06.19 only customer in, my order came to me at 06.31 coffee was lukewarm at best, the assistant told me that it had just been made, opened the lid took a sip and it was cold, gave her the coffee back as I was not prepared to wait and my food then gets cold, got home rang store for a refund for my coffee, same assistant said if I had stayed in store she could have done it, I said i didn’t want another as good would go cold, same thing if I had to wait for a refund, I was told that a refund is no longer available but I can call in and get a free coffee, I will not be going back to this shambles of a Mc Donald’s, I will also be taking my complaint further, it might only be a coffee but I have paid for it, and it is the principle.

Always a gamble as to whether you get the correct order, at least 8 in 10 times something is wrong, be it at least one wrong or missing item. The last time I visited I got 2 breakfast meals and found a missing hash brown. Going in to the store to politely ask for it saw that I was met with total rudeness - no apology, not even a single word spoken, just a hash brown dropped from height into my bag followed by the staff member turning their back on me and walking away. Check your order before you leave the drive thru. If you order delivery though - good luck.

Family of 5 ordered 5 burgers and they didn’t send one of the burgers so 4 got to eat and one didn’t eat. Just ridiculous!

Food wasn’t hot and has put me off ordering again especially as my order was over £14.50 deliveries & fees and tip total £19 ( wasn’t happy ) with £2.50 refund dissatisfied and disappointed with refund needs attention as I would’ve had rejected the only £2.50 option I simply will not use this service again.

The meal was very nice and so was the milkshake even though the straw disintegrated into my drink so then i had to grab one from home . What lets this down though I didnt recieve my toy in the ‘Flint and Meal’ which upsetted me deeply to my core this is why I rated this so low.

Missing items…. Again! This is a continuous issue with McDonalds. Zero dips were sent with my order, if you don’t want to send them then don’t ask me to select them as part of the ordering process. Really poor service, if the issue is you’re too busy then pause deliveries? Honestly I expect better but at the same time I’m not surprised. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but there’s no option to mention you not sending dips with the meal in the missing items option. Do better, please 🙏

Probably the worst McDonalds in Greater Manchester. Whether you order in store, via the app, drive through or uber eats this McDonalds will normally mess up your order. My latest experience was ordering from the app, with two missing Big Macs. Amazingly I got a refund less than half the cost of the item, and no burger…

extremely poor quality presentation and cold food

Missing half the order, mainly my child’s dinners. No straws for any of the drinks so could have milkshakes. Delivery driver was too busy on his phone he just drop the delivery and left without checking or speaking…horrendous service!
