McDonald's Hazel Grove in Stockport - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Once again we found ourselves in Hazel Grove and decided to visit McDonalds. We are in our late seventies and have never been able to understand the order boards. I spotted a member of staff and asked for her help. This lovely person guided me through the menu and we sat down near the window to wait for our order, In no time at all our food arrived, Very nicely cooked and presented. Much enjoyed. We are always a little nervous about visiting McDonalds as it is usually full of young people. I cannot understand people sitting in their cars waiting for food. It seems lazy to me but I am 75. Keep up the good work, we will be back in April.

Every time I order takeaway from here there is no onions on my burger needs sorting out everything else is fine except the fact I have to order extra onions every time and there is no onions

Sucks when they mess up. McDonalds missed items off my order. I called them and they said they couldn't get items out for my 8 year old so she can have her evening meal properly. spoke to manager of Hazel Grove branch who hung up on me. Phoned back and spoke to another manager who said not insured to send out another Just Eat driver. So basically the staff at Hazel Grove messed up the order but unable to deliver on grounds that nothing they can do cause it is Just Eat..... WOW!

freebie was great but the service charge was at max. bit off putting for future orders

ordered 3 large chips get 0! ordered 20nuggets get 0 ordered dips get 0 tried to ring 5 times get 0 answers! ridiculous service

Food was late and I presume that’s why the food was cold. Soggy, limp fries and burgers. The McFlurry was more like a milkshake.

This place is the reason I’ve sworn off McDonald’s delivery. Everything comes ruined, missing items and sauces every time. So much better places to order from.

2 Big Mac meals, both cold, fries cold and barely cooked. Asked to park up and wait so should have been fresh. Free birthday donut added to order but not in the bag

The courier was at the takeaway whilst the food was supposedly being prepared, all the warm food came cold and the cold stuff came melted, I would like this sorting ASAP as this is ridiculous and unnecessary

3 times out of 5... drive through ends up sat in a bay waiting...& waiting again... how could they have possibly known they would have needed to have bacon ready at a fast food outlet during breakfast!!!!! Ordered from here for a delivery. Never turned up, not answering their phones, Just Eat are apparently starting a refund but I’ll believe that when I see it as they’re just as useless.

No Mcflurries AGAIN!!! Plus a small coke and a medium oasis when ordered a large coke it’s not on when you have a child with autism and the order is wrong

My large chocolate milkshake was replaced by a tiny chocolate milk carton. Which is kinda funny, but still not cool since I payed for a large drink and got less than that..

sent me a carton of strawberry milkshake in stead off the large strawberry milkshake in the meal deal

the food was cold! also I contacted them to ask if they would put ketchup in the bag for me,a man said yes no problem and guess what no ketchup and the food was cold! I won't be ordering from the hazel grove one again as there's always an issue unlike the Stockport A6 one

7 chicken selects even though I ordered 9 with no sauces with it, a small carton of milk instead of a banana milk shake and Coke Zero was flat and taste off!!! Not happy!!!!

The delivery time went from 22:50 at the earliest with the driver apparently there at that time it then went to 23:30

I had to call the restaurant as the driver was there for a while waiting. To be told the road had been blocked due to a carnival. When my food came, it was all cold. If they knew there was a delay they should of prepared the food after the road reopened to ensure it was hot

Sadly one of the Big Macs had completely fallen apart and contents were all over the bag. Chips were completely cold too.

Delivery great. Packaging of food awful. Two open happy meal boxes plonked on top of one another completely squashing food of bottom meal. Completely unacceptable and a hygiene risk. Double cheeseburger also completely squashed in bag. Staff don’t care about delivery orders as they think customers won’t complain.

The order was missing any sauces including the sauces for the mozzarella bites which were dry without it. No sauce for the chicken nuggets either so very disappointing!

Appalling. Waited 1.5 hours for half an order via McDonalds app. Had to chase via Helpine. Food was cold. Never experienced anything quite this terrible in 20 years of ordering food deliveries.

Unless you've got all night to sit in the drive thru or car park waiting for your "FAST FOOD" don't bother. Quicker to drive to Stockport
