Mcdonald's Restaurants in Stockport

Ordered from uber eats and as per items missing which I can't claim back for and a full drink poured in the bag. Fries not even cooked either.

This place is the absolute pits. It should win an award for being the worst McDonald’s in the world. Unable to follow basic instructions like no cheese. It’s really not that difficult.

Food is always cold, and they never get the order right. Always something missing from the order. Never able to get through on the phone.

I’ve had issues with this McDonald’s quite a few times now, the service is awful. Every time i’ve gone they manage to forget an item. I’ve just got home and realised there’s £10 worth of missing items! I’ll be sticking to Stockport and Hazel grove Mcdonald’s from now on.

The food wasn't warm, I ordered a Happy Meal with burger, received a cold cheese burger instead which wasn't wanted as the child hates cheese , it was that cold the cheese was well and truly stuck, fries were all cold, very unhappy children as well as disappointed, total waste of money

Double cheese Burgers with sweet chilli sauce on that wasn’t ordered. Just threw in the bin.

As always, one person's food was missing. Sweet chilli sauce was missing. I confronted the staff about the sweet chilli sauce in the past - they said they only prioritise putting it in the bag if you're in the restaurant because they run short.

My order was never delivered. App said said delivered at 19:15 at 18:30? Order placed at 16:20.

I was given no straw again it's everytime I order. Lack of care putting together the burger it was squashed, but really nice. Had to warm the food on the microwave again it is everytime I order. Delivery time spot on which is good for quick food.

Driver gave us someone else’s order. We are now down £50 and have to wait 48hrs for just eat to maybe refund us. Fuming. The order we received looked like a single parent treating their kid, either they’ve received ours or they’ve received nothing. Fed up of food either being missing or not getting it at all. And when we are potentially refunded it won’t be back to the payment card, it will be back to just eat. So if we want to re order our food before the refund we have to fork out another £50

First time ever ordering on this app from McDonald's. The driver never even showed up. Said he was a few minutes away and my order's status changed to delivered - yet, absolutely NOTHING has arrived at my front door. Scandalous how JustEat is even allowed to exist.

Slow food, cold chips. When I asked for fresh chips they gave me another portion of even colder chips which had started to dry out. I didn’t enjoy the meal and left it half eaten.

The food bag was open on arrival. Chips were cold and one burger was over-cooked and the other burnt... A few months ago I used the drive through early hours and the chips had been served hard as a rock. They mustn't have bothered cooking fresh and must have been sat there for quite a while.

Not only did it take almost an hour but Only half the order was in the bag

We were asked to find somewhere to park & wait for our food to be brought out to us.. Which Took them over 20mins😠 The Staff had to search for us on the surrounding parking areas - where they usually place you to wait on food was completely Grid locked - Drive Thru & Restaurant was extremely busy also....when food did arrive They had to go back to get the food they had forgotten - Resulting In Cold Food.... There Customer Service Skills Need Alot of Work... No Apologies 😕😠🤨

Had to wait apparently we’re cooking the fish for the fillet burger so waited well it was very dark overcooked and very dry inside. The worse fillet I’ve ever had at McDonald’s also the chips were hard and cold and my friends cheeseburger was cold. So sent it all back and won’t be going back. Told the manager who had a very mucky looking white shirt on. I wouldn’t own it never mind wear it. Never again.

Food was far below standard. No syrup in the pancake meal. Mcmuffin looked like it had been torn apart by someones bare hands, the egg was cold and hard and the sausage and hash brown were tasteless. Mostly inedible. Delivery took approx 40mins.

Ordered a bacon chicken mayo and got one slither of bacon and all the food came freezing cold. Driver was 10 minutes late aswell
