Nice fast food with reasonable prices.

Very poor staff, with attitude issues. Leave food to go cold on the side (not under heat source) whilst waiting for food to be cooked. Attitude given by staff when I complained. My food was taken away, microwaved and given back to us. The food was inedible when we got it home. Priority given to delivery orders whilst the customers in the restaurant suffer.

Not happy! My 2 year old son was missing his fires from his happy meal, and our 3 large fries were not even half filled and were cold! I don't know how the staff get away with it tb, most be poor management because this isn't the the first time and will be the last we come here judging from all the negative reviews do yourself a favour and avoid this mc it's not worth your hard earned money!

Absolute disgrace ordered food today through just eat. One of the burgers didn’t turn up. Ordered large meals so was expecting two large chocolate milk shakes. Two little kids carton milkshakes arrived. Contents of the big mac sparse with 1 piece of gherkin food was cold. I wouldn’t have fed this to a dog. Team Bredbury you should be ashamed of yourselves I only gave it a 1 star so I could leave the review. You actually deserve no stars at all. Appalling and not acceptable.

For some reason the que's are ridiculously big all the time in the drive through. It's quicker to park up walk in and get your food. Their organisation is terrible

i went there as an uber eats driver, service was good but could have been better

Some staff and also management of the team Standing chatting nothing related to work.

Not really the definition of fast food. Took almost 30 minutes for a McMuffin and a flat white. Staff claimed the order had been called despite me being stood by the ordering counter paying full attention the whole time. Shamble of a performance from all the staff working on the morning of 11th August 2024.

Literally one job. ONE JOB. So how on earth can you forget to give me my burger in a meal?. Are you inept?. Perhaps you do need a degree just to work in McDonalds. And don’t get me started on the dips you forget.

This McDonald’s is one of the worst the food quality is shocking, how can they serve a complete burnt burger bun and lack of proper ingredients as part of the burger!! I would give 0 review if I could

My large mc flurry was only filled half way. With the large meal I received a carton of banana milk.

It's been a long time since I visited McDonald's by car. Very busy place. I had to queue for a short period of time. When in the queue I noticed the grass has been cut short, and a clean area around the drive thru.

Food always cold, queues always busy

No bacon in my salad mostly lettuce 2 slices of tomato 2 small pieces of chicken not really value for money

I didn't receive my burger I ordered and the coke was flat, and the order originally said it would arrive at 10 past and didn't make it here till 37 mins past.

How can we answer this when you change the time of delivery a number of times?

Considering I live around the corner from here, the food was absolutely freezing especially the chips. Ive had issues with this mcds before next time I’ll order from a different one

The worst McDonald's meal I've ever had. The fries were pale and soggy, and the big mac was flooded with sauce, which made the burger soggy and cold and overpowered the actual taste of the meat patties . The staff looked miserable, and the chap who eventually presented my meal looked like he needed a good wash. Not a good experience.

All chips were under cooked! Rude customer service via phone about the undercooked items, burgers thrown together! Absolutely shocking

My driver was amazing and very attentive, the foood took a while to be sorted and sent out but he was very friendly and apologetic, 5 stars for the delivery driver <3

Friendly delivery Burger&chips were cold though, but nicely presented muffin was still soft and toppings done right but meat was stale so had been in their holders past its time limit & dried out. Raspberry pie was warm but Wherewas the filling??

Delivery driver rang and told me to come and get order from door then rang me and said oh I rang the wrong number this is for another person so he dropped one before mine and it was freezing cold

Not only was the order nearly 2 hours late. It never arrived but stated that it had been delivered. Outrageous

I ordered just some fries. It was after 8pm so not busy. I waited 18 minutes and not provided my food. So I asked for a refund. Was told can't refund to my card so gave me cash despite this being illegal. No apology offered. I had to ask for one. Terrible service and poor customer relations when a problem was raised.

We didn’t get a single item we ordered, got given the total wrong order and it was hardly anything

items were missing but informed just eat and got a refund in a timely manner. food that was there, was hot and tasty, and the order was a big order. would still recommend despite the error, This does seem to happen a lot with this particular macdonalds, might be worth looking into.

I know fillet o fish doesn’t get much love but it arrived and looked like it had been run over, how many people have also ordered chocolate milk thinking it’s milkshake? What a mistake that was. £30 later and I’m still starving and the food was cold….

plain cheese burgers ordered, one came with everything on the ither had sauce. my children are Autistic and have restricted diets. absolute waste. thus mcdonalds is the worst for getting orders wrong/missing items. il order from further a field from now on.

One burger was wrong. Drinks were all missing bar one, which was still incorrect. Looking at the order numbers on the bag, the wrong bag was given to delivery driver. Fault is solely with restaurant.

So many issues with this place, it would take too long to list them. Appalling service, cold food, consistently getting the orders wrong, untidy. The drive through is a complete joke.
