Mcdonald's Restaurants in Stockport

The meal was cold even though we live 5 mins away

Took payment but didn't deliver the order, phone line to restaurant isn't operational for some reason leaving me now way to receive my order.

isnt it mad how expensive this is now, its a like a luxury buying yourself a meal now, crazy times we live in, its just too expensive now for me, but the meal was nice, not 8 quid nice

driver unprofessional - went to wrong address - I gave him the delivery code after meeting him at the door - I said it twice - he didnt understand me then followed me to my flat. i told him to go away as I gave him the code - wouldn't leave. i had to be assertive with him as he would not leave.

3rd time my order has been wrong from Mcdonalds App. This time I decided to go in and complain. Big mistake as the manger didn't care and said it wasn't her problem and she couldn't sort it and give us the food we had ordered. She said that I had to complain via Uber as Mcdonald weigh the orders before sending out. Why they don't check them with their eyes is beyond me but be warned trying to get your food or a refund isn't easy.

Food was cold and waited far too long. Had to remind staff of my order number. Wasn't even particularly busy. Everyone looked burned out with no leadership to take control. Shame as can usually rely on a quick pick me up from Maccies...

ordered 2 double cheese burgers, 2 single cheese burgers, 2 hot apple pies, 2 white choc and black only received 12 double cheese burgers and 2 single urgers

Food is good, but staff always try to avoid eye contact when I'm trying to get my sauce that they didn't put in the bag.

I have put alright as the burgers are thrown together with no care. The foods barely warm. Once again I was missing a straw I have had to buy my own as keeps happening and a dip was missing which I paid for. Real bad presentation for 20 odd quid.

Shockingly poor. Received only 12 bites in a family box of 20 cheese bites.... and my son had 5 cremated chicken selects, looked like a reheat. 'Had to' call about 10 times to complain... after automated answering service cuts you off after telling you... You cannot leave a message, try again!!! So verrry very poor. Am complaining here as I lost the will to live trying to speak to the outlet/human.

Impossible to get in contact with ordered food multiple times everytime has come soggy box waited well over 45 minutes for food and it’s still not here disgusting food won’t be ordering again would rather wait longer and got a proper meal

Called here on Friday 25th April 2025 just before 6 AM ordering was fine but the horrible girl at the serving window is an absolute disgrace , absolutely no manners or customer service skills. As she handed me my drink I said "morning, thank you" no reply , as she handed my breakfast I said " thank you, have a good day" again ignored that's when I noticed she was wearing headphones so probably didn't even hear me . And also was was covered in makeup like Gemma from coronation street. The standards here are low..

At 17:13 I got a notification that our food was delivered at 17:25. We have not received our food. I cannot rate the food because we got no food to rate

Very busy so sat outside for table service. 20 mins later still no food. Food at the counter with table service on the food. Apparently someone went round the room looking and forget there's tables outside. Also when food was at counter customer talking over it. I didn't like that. Chips were cold so got them replaced.

Worst mcdonalds in the entire north west of England and i am a fatty who has been to thousands of maccies none get it wrong as much as this place foods always cold shame because some of the staff are so apologetic and nice.

No sauces or straws in bag. App kept going down to 5 mins then back to 11 mins, had to wait just under an hour after placing order. On placing order app stated 15-20 mins!

Service is terrible takes ages to come and it always cold given up with this McDonald's in Bradbury

They need to watch who is pulling in to the drive through they served 2 others before us on our way to work. Wouldn't mind usually but they were not there when we pulled in. Coffee lids the new ones are rubbish and leak like crap no good when you are driving.

Arrived early ordered 3 meals waited 40 mins and I have thrown better food away. Excuse for the wait was they were waiting for the cappuccino. If this is the state of macdonals service will go to burger king

Called in at the drive thru at 3pm today and only wanted a small mc flurry. Only a small order i know but it was what was wanted. Unfourtunatly not paying full attention as i had just left hospital but on receiveing change from £5 note as leaving realised i had been charged £4.29 for this. Ive tried to contact the restaurant in question but there virtual chat will not recognise my complaint and there phone will not accept any calls. A small amount in reallity but still cant help feeling that this was a total rip off and wanted to know why please as they are not listed at this price and im sure you wouldnt sell any at this price. I would like to know how you are going to rectify this as its obviously a mistake by the young man sat in the box. I would like to receive my correct change or something to the value. Jst goes to show you must stay vigillant even with big corporations. My registration is available on request for you to see this transaction. I am currently going through treatment for cancer and although its fround upon when i just order a small ice cream or milkshake on its own the size of the order shouldnt matter, Thank you

Full meal missing and a share box

I want my money back, almost everything was cold, then only got £2 credit in return. Not good enough, just a waste of my money, i want a full refund as soon as possible

I just witnessed an interesting situation at McDonald’s: a girl who had been mopping the dirty floor was using the same unwashed hands to serve food. She was adding a few extra potatoes into take-away boxes for customers, without washing her hands in between.

7pm Monday evening, restaurant was filthy! All staff looked like they hated every second of being there. Needs help!

The service was great food was fresh

Food was stale and stone cold, i ordered 3 raspberry pies and got 2 and 1 apple, i am allergic to the apple pie

The last 5 times, food is always missing.My husband doesn't realise until he gets home, so no point going back for it, they make sure the charge me for it though

Unfortunately I always forget to NOT order from here because the occasional meal turns up on time and is acceptabley warm. In the day, walk ins are fine but there is a clear disconnect between Uber and the 'restaurant' resulting in nauseatingly cold food more often than not. These are my personal opinions from multiple orders over the last few months.

Probably the slowest McDonald's in the world.

Very poor staff service took too much time to prepare the food and they were not busy and they were chit chatting. We tried to talk to them but they won’t listen as well the delivery drivers were waiting for a very long time and at the end they went without picking the orders. Very disappointing

So slow 🦥 this place is the absolute pits their excuse we don't have enough staff was waiting nearly half an hour at 10pm manager gave attitude all staff were working on drive through and Uber people inside they weren't bothered about.

I’m unhappy with my entire order no one could eat it with it being so cold and I’ve just spend £50 and all you’ve credited to my account is £9 and I don’t believe that’s enough.
