Mcdonald's Restaurants in Stockport

Ordered a bacon chicken mayo and got one slither of bacon and all the food came freezing cold. Driver was 10 minutes late aswell

Really poor service Just half a cup of coffee, food was really greasy.

30 min wait for breakfast. Didnt even get chance to ask for sugar gave me food and walked off. Can hear them arguing in kitchen. Awful wont be going again

Can get quite busy but the staff are always polite and get your order right most of the time...

The food took a good 10 minutes to arrive and it was cold when it finally did. One of the burgers was missing from the order so I had to go back into the restaurant to get it. There was then no one at the kiosk inside so I had to try and get the attention of the staff in the kitchen while my food was getting even colder in the car. Overall, one of the worst fast food experiences I've had.

More than 5 min...I'm waiting at the till to place an order, everyone from the staff sees me but no one bothers to ask me what I want....

They deliver to such late riders ...The rider stands for an 1 hour or so....And there are some people who are working inside it who behave rudely with the rider..They have very poor service ...Don't give them even one star ...

The worst example of a McDonalds restaurant you will ever find. Service is slow, food is cold, thrown together so badly that it never resembles the picture. Items are often missing, but they really don’t care. Doesn’t matter what you order or if it’s via the app or the drive thru, they will park you up and make you wait while they sort out the Uber eats drivers, then it’s subject to any of the defects above (wrong/cold/missing etc.). Even ordering for delivery won’t save you, see above! McDonald’s use to be cheap, tasty and convenient. It’s now expensive, tasteless, cold and time consuming. It’s crap. Avoid.

So completely wrong order turned up yet again, so went to Mcdonalds in Bredbury to rectify, even though it was supposed to be delivery (I'm on a push bike) 50 quids worth off food aswell. Not the first time this has happened

It took 2 hours to get our delivery. Not happy at all. Food and coffee was stone cold. I ordered my children breakfast for before school. It arrived an hour after school started

The delivery driver was walking around outside the house for ten minutes without delivering. The food was freezing. The order was incomplete - no chips with the meals. It was disgusting and for £33 I am absolutely disgusted!

I order on Thursday, Bredbury Store,yet again disappointed. Not only did take 1 hour it arrived cold and not eatable. I complain to Uber and they said this was not worthy of a refund. I believe the uber drivers are using many accounts and waiting around to collect orders. This is not good enough. Fast food that takes 15-20mins. Also, the lady with the blond hair is not a nice person. She was swearing and being aggressive towards her staff.

Delivery time initially 12:10-12:30. Time kept getting pushed back and wasn’t delivered until 13:05. Food was cold when it arrived.

The order was delivered after 1:30h , arriving completely cold, dry, and inedible. To make matters worse, the salad had no dressing, making the entire meal unacceptable.

Very poor staff, with attitude issues. Leave food to go cold on the side (not under heat source) whilst waiting for food to be cooked. Attitude given by staff when I complained. My food was taken away, microwaved and given back to us. The food was inedible when we got it home. Priority given to delivery orders whilst the customers in the restaurant suffer.

I don't know how the staff get away with it tb, most be poor management because this isn't the the first time and will be the last we come here judging from all the negative reviews do yourself a favour and avoid this mc it's not worth your hard earned money!
