i really like this store, it’s amazing, the food is hot and fresh

A place to enjoy your money without spending too much

Unfortunately I always forget to NOT order from here because the occasional meal turns up on time and is acceptabley warm. In the day, walk ins are fine but there is a clear disconnect between Uber and the 'restaurant' resulting in nauseatingly cold food more often than not. These are my personal opinions from multiple orders over the last few months.

Probably the slowest McDonald's in the world.

Very poor staff service took too much time to prepare the food and they were not busy and they were chit chatting. We tried to talk to them but they won’t listen as well the delivery drivers were waiting for a very long time and at the end they went without picking the orders. Very disappointing

delivery time changed constantly was at least 45 mins after the original delivery time food was freezing

my food was freezing and I didn't get what I ordered

Went in for breakfast, when the order came they had missed one of the things we had ordered so back we went and they gave us the wrong item again, we thought not great but fine so we ate our food then when we came to try our drinks they tasted like dish water at this point we thought this isn’t good enough so I went back to complain, the two managers were that busy arguing with each other they didn’t notice me and another woman stood waiting to complain, the attitude from both managers was appalling to say the least, I stated I wanted a refund for the drinks and the bacon and egg muffin that they had over charged me for you would of thought I was asking for something for free which they accused me of, I am aware that people have bad days but the level of customer service was diabolical to say the least, I will not be returning to McDonald’s in Bredbury even if it was the last place on earth

I’m unhappy with my entire order no one could eat it with it being so cold and I’ve just spend £50 and all you’ve credited to my account is £9 and I don’t believe that’s enough.

Over cooked chips my son couldn’t eat them all the food was stone cold

My food was cold and was missing my big mac and fries and chilli chesseburger not happy and had to cook food so would like a refund I always use this app

Manager was very rude and made a comment about what my niece was eating, which then in turn made her stop eating, which is rich coming from someone who looks like they eat mcdonalds every day and hasn't bathed in weeks. Proper scruffy little place, no care for the service they're providing. When I complained to head office, I was told it's was my attitude that escalated it, despite me only asking why the ice latte was so FULL of ice, and I got snapped at by the bridge troll, saying, THATS HOW ITS CALLIBRATED!

Order incorrect again. I even questioned it at the drive through pay window as price seemed too low and was told yeah it's fine then yet again received the incorrect order.. sorry to say that was my last visit there .

Missing food again every single time I order you miss stuff

Food was cold, came squashed and two drinks missing. Honestly don’t know why I bother ordering. There is always something missing

If they get my order right 2 times out of 10 I'm happy.

Ordered 3 happy meals took over two hours to come and the food was stone cold!

missing items is a big problem. this is by far the first time this has happened. do better

Food cold, ice cream melted, absolutely rubbish!

I got a complete wrong order delivered. I gave the correct code n got wrong order.so someone else had my order and I received theirs.

When our order arrived it was stone cold AGAIN. This isn’t the first time this has happened, the delivery time changed several times also

Disappointing drive through. Pretty much always have to park up and wait, and more than half the time they get the order wrong. If you complain then the rest of the order gets cold. Even Deliveroo orders have been wrong or tepid. If you ring and complain they do offer vouchers, but the idea is to have a fast food meal when you are hungry, not a coupon to use at a later date.

my order was cold so couldn't eat it will not use McDonald's again

The delivery side was great but as ALWAYS there was something’s missing from the order. That macdonalds ALWAYS misses things - it is beyond a joke!

Ordered food at 18:25 . It was delivered 2 hours later . Freezing cold .

Food always cold once given a burger that looked like it had teeth marks where piece missing me and my kids nearly vomited. Never went back after that.

Changed times 3 times and food turned up late. The drink was spilled everywhere and all food was cold, very disappointing and wasn’t nice at all.

We waited an hour and 10 mins. Food was not just cold, it was inedible. We had to order again from a different restaurant. We are hoping for the best. I will be expecting a refund.

the driver drove from bredbury to Stockport centre to then drive back to bredbury with our food, was freezing cole and ice cream were like milkshake was unedible

ordered at 12:08 food finally arrived at 13:10 on an hour wait for what's supposedly fast food is a joke!!

delivery driver took a detour to other side of town, the when we finally got out food it was cold and non of our meals had chips

The 2 happy meal where one into the other (literally the one at the bottom was open in order to insert the other one in) so the one open at the bottom had all the chips squashed

The estimated time was between 18.00&18.10 but it arrived early which was brilliant as the kids were hungry, also the delivery driver was brilliant, he called me to ask what number i live at as i stupidly missed it off my address, also very polite!

Food never arrived! Delivery time kept changing when it got 5 mins away it added another 10 until they claimed it was delivered 2hrs 20mins later which was after midnight absolute joke!!!

the order took 20 minutes to come, but the four staff members were just chatting away. The burgers had black stuff on them and were cold. Asked the manager, and he told me that the black stuff was onions ?? I've never been to such a badly run Mcdonald anywhere!

Fries were cold but the worst was the latte…only half a cup as it was spilled into the bag and the bag had disintegrated making the food bag wet also …very poor quality delivery

No point going here take less time to drive to another branch and get your order, been sat in car park nearly 30 min waiting for a £5 meal… talk about fast food…

The food was all burnt and the order was wrong then we got 3 mc flurrys and again the order was wrong.The mc flurrys tasted like a slushy it was really bad.

Abject…ordered toys with the unhappy meals and got books…all meals lukewarm, tired looking and the burgers were a paint by numbers job phoned in by someone who doesn’t care. Didn’t get a bag to put the meals in even though they were takeaway as the bags are too small for the food apparently….not worth the bother discussing it…no one cares…least of all me now.

One of the worse McDonalds in this area of Manchester.. Staff clearly can't follow instructions but then again they probably don't get paid enough to read customer orders...

Order was actually fresh although warm and not hot which is understandable. Couple of minutes in the air fryer and they were fresh and hot.

Disappointing cold food, rubbish tasteless burgers, no attention put to preparation, employ low level staff, some look dirty and smelly the person who served me had dirty finger nails puts you off before you start.

Rudest delivery driver and took over an hour for one meal

Food was just warm when it arrived, triple cheeseburger missing ( nearly £3.50!), driver was rude. Rung the bell then knocked really loud, not impressed.
