Burger Plus in Spelthorne

I recently visited Burger Plus and had a fantastic experience! This pizza place is a hidden gem, with a cozy atmosphere and a staff that makes you feel like family. The decor is simple yet inviting, creating a great setting for a relaxed meal.

Food sometimes ok, sometimes not. I only order from here because that’s the only Local halal Pizza shop. But if we had other options I won’t get any pizza from there. Soggy pizza most of the time. If you want to order pizza via Uber under buy 1 get free special offer which will cost you same as buy them separate! Burger sometimes ok sometimes not. Who charge extra £ for burger sauce? Kebab cold and dry, like chewy rubber. Ordered extra large but the portion i got like small kebab with extra large chips ! Beware- Burger plus and Pizza plus is same shop under same management. However they will pretend not same, they might charged you twice and pretend they are not the same company, even though you are starting right in front of their face, under same roof ! Check your account twice when you pay by card ! Price- 7/10 Food quality- 5/10 Customer service- 5/10 Good value for money- 5/10 Recommended- NO. if you we have other halal pizza shop around definitely NOT.

I ordered spicy beef, peri peri chicken, jalapeños and mixed peppers. What I received was a bland pizza with plain chicken, plain beef, mushrooms and green peppers. You have 1 job... take an order and make the food...

Bought a kebab for 8.50 paid a tenner he gave me no chang when qustened he shrugged

chips was soggy ordered chicken strips and got sent chicken nuggets that was barely cooked.

When I placed the order it said 20-30 minutes. Once I placed it this updated to nearly an hour. The food arrived almost 90 minutes after I ordered in the end. This restaurant keeps doing this, artificially keeping their times low to get orders in and then increasing it once the order is received. When I called twice to ask where my food was, the person on the phone was rude, offered no apology and just kept saying "I'll call for the driver" despite it being plainly obvious the food hadn't left.

This is my second order from them via Uber; 8oz cheeseburger and chips with a side of onion rings. Everything was cooked really well, the portions were generous, and the burgers were still juicy! Very reasonable for the prices asked. --------------- Update: food is still good, had the mixed doner with chips.

absolutely disgusted with burger plus in Ashford. waited nearly 2 hours for food that never came. had to go down there myself and complain and see what's going on. apparently they lost my order and said it wasn't gonna be delivered.

40 mins after supposedly delivered rang 3 times to be told 5 mins each time. 2 hours since ordered

Pasta was gorgeous, kebab was very small - shame as normally a good size, minimal saladd and meat

The pizza was horrible was way too doughy and hardly any toppings on there and the burger was also just dry plus the burger was also hard i had about 3 bites in total never ordering from here again.

The last 2 times I have ordered the mega special kebab they have not bothered to send the naan bread that is meant to come with it. I even phoned them before ordering this time to confirm it comes with a naan bread. When I phoned them to say it was missing they said they won’t be sending it out now and they’ll just do it on the next order.

I am a frequent costumer, I ordered chicken doner large and it was a medium the staff sold to me, I have placed this order over 20x, told the staff and he just ignored me, that was very rude

Avoid this unhygienic place. Dirty grills, dirty walls and dirty staff. Ordered a pizza from this place it was not even cooked properly. The base was still uncooked dough. The toppings were not evenly distributed and it tasted so horrible. Told the staff about it and they didn’t even have the courtesy of offering to make another pizza. They were rude and didn’t care. Avoid this horrible place.

Never had a bad meal and able to up the spice level if requested.

food was could, I ordered separate box for salad & dips- everything was mixy. i'm so uset...

When the order arrived it was noticed that my granddaughter chicken nuggets were missing, phoned Burger plus to be told that they had been replaced with curly fries which meant she was having basically chips and chips .. The food when it arrived was excellent ..such a shame about the service .. this is the first time of trying Burger plus and sadly the last ..

Good quality,the kebab was amazing

Food ordered at 18.55 - delivery time given as 19.40 - 20.00. arrived at 20.05 lukewarm. I paid for delivery even though we are less than 3 miles away (2.8 m). This has happened before but I put it down to being the weekend previously

Order was “out for delivery” for 15/20 minutes before it arrived (I live 5 minutes away.) Arrived cold, came apart to pieces trying to divide it up as it was tough and not cut properly, and then it was just generally bad pizza. Not just cheap, you get what you pay for pizza, but genuinely bad. What I imagine a Dominos would be like if you left it at the end of the garden for a couple of days.

We usually do takeaway or home delivery. Quality of pizza can be variable and usually some of the toppings are unavailable. However great price and good staff.

The burger I ordered was supposed to have had prawns but their were only 2 prawns in it, I was not impressed. The chips were old and I couldn't even eat those.

Been here twice. Poor meat quality with the chicken doner. Re-heated pre-made “fresh” naans. Really bad experience. The next and last occasion was not out of choice - the family now have food poisoning. They used frozen farmfoods chicken wings. The peri peri burger was not peri peri and was dry and undercooked. The beef patties are almost advertised as gourmet burgers, but they’re actually just very cheap QP patties you can get from any fast food supplier. Not sure why people keep going here. Their counters are very tall so you can’t actually watch your food get made; so you don’t know what your order looks like until you get home. Overpriced.

At first I thought half my food was missing due to the worlds smallest Naan on the kebab, despite ordering a large,the meat overdone and not the usual amount and it was cold. Disappointed not the usual standard.

Just had a delivery from this place the food was freezing cold I mean so cold that the pizza was solid.I also had a chicken shish mixed with doner large the was about two small pieces of chicken in it the salad was on the turn .real shame this place used to be nice .I will never order from here again and would advise others to do the same

Shocking ….ordered the X-Large chicken shish all I can say is if you order one of the smaller sizes you will probably get about 5 bits of chicken Asked for the salad in a separate box again a child’s portion when I removed all the onion there was 10pence worth

I am very unhappy with this order, it was late for a start and then when we opened the box, some of the sauces had melted and gone all over, these pizzas were for my children and they couldn’t eat most of the pizza because of the sauce! Also, the pizzas were very stuck to the cardboard. Not happy at all.

This was stunning! I had barbecue chicken wings and a stuffed crust meat pizza. Chicken best I’ve eaten ever and pizza was very tasty. Best crust ever.very hot temperature. Most excellent. No previous relationship with company. Highly recommended.

They delivered the wrong item, when queried advised there was nothing they could do as what I ordered was unavailable. We're not even.prepared to give me a refund.

i ordered food for myself and a couple of friemds i had my food delivered sides qhere fine however the chicken fillet burger was not cooked so i spent the evening being hungry and was too late to phone the store as it closes at 11pm.

Order never showed up! Waited over an hour and half. Couldn't reach the restaurant as number was out of service! So now still hungry and need to wait 2-3 days for a refund after complaining to just eat (not a person as this is not an option but by message)! Infuriating

The food took 1.5hrs to arrive, when arrived it was cold and I have had to put it in the oven to warm for me and my partner. This is not acceptable.

Offer says buy one get one free pizza. I even wrote on the comments which extra pizza I wanted for free. Driver arrived with only one instead of two. What a surprise. Will not be ordering again as they don't even bother reading comments from customers.

Anyone can say they make the best pizzas in town but these guys actually do!
