Waited 25 minutes for our meals and when we received our food the nuggets and a big Mac we're missing

Was there a few days ago.Never got my child's milk for her happy meal. Went their again to get a meal for me and my son and gave me my meal, the extra fries for my son but never gave me my sons double cheeseburger.

Only chose McDonald’s because I was given a gift card, food has absolutely no flavor yet they charge casual dining franchise prices. Customer attrition over the years resulted in $5 meal including chicken nuggets. I was asked if I wanted sauce for nuggets and asked if they had BBQ, which they did. I expected to pay $5.25 with tax (.05% tax) but was given a total of $5.46. Not going to break me but math wasn’t adding up. I asked at ‘Next Window’ why it wasn’t $5.25 and he said ‘taxes’. I said that taxes must have gone up quite a bit for a $5 order to have a $.46 tax added which he said YES. Next window when I received drink but not food, I asked again why $5.46 and not $5.25 and told TAXES. I get food and receipt, I was charged $.21 for BBQ sauce. WTH???? You not only deceivingly ask if customers want sauce but don’t tell them it is an upcharge even when questioning 2 different people at 2 stages prior to receiving food why total is $.21 higher than it should be so I can decide if I wanted to pay $.21 for a condiment that should be included at no cost. It’s the principal, not the cost. I’m only one person but add up that amount by the millions in a day probably only in Wisconsin but around the world and McDonald’s is cleaning house on us idiots paying $5 pretax for historically pathetic tasting food where condiments are necessary for flavor. The commercial for the $5 meal even has a sauce on each $5 meal option, look for yourself. Deceptive advertising as well as staff trained to trick you into thinking sauce included for the dirty up charge practice.

Fast friendly drive thru service.

Drive through can be backed up at times the attendant taking orders has forgotten to give change back on several occasions seems hard to believe that so many of them are that forgetful last evening the person either cannot make change or was trying to short change a dollar gotta watch them

I always have good friendly service and the food is as expected at any McDonald's.

I specifically ordered a quarter pounder (no cheese because I can't have anything dairy) and when I got home I noticed 2 slices of cheese on it...AND a large fri was over $4.00...done with McDonald's, the customer service is extremely poor!!!

Sometimes it takes a bit to get your order. It's disappointing when you can blatantly see it's slow but takes your food longer than if they are busy.

Quarter pounders were good. They wouldn't refill our coffee as we were heading out. We stood and waited awhile.

night manager was rude as hell. had to wait for a burger fries and a soda,and it was like 6 mins in drive thru to order then had to wait for order in a parking spot,which still took another 14 mins. fast food this was not. if store is understaffed then you shouldnt be open for takeout/drivethru period!

By far the rudest employee (drive thru pick up window on 10/10/23 at around 5 pm) I've ever come across not to mention our order was completely wrong and we were treated badly about it. We will never return to this establishment. I suggest management do some damage control!!

Ordered through the app. Went there checked in. First window said I was good pull forward. 2nd window gave me my drink and told me to pull up to parking #1. So I pull up. The car behind was told to pull up next to me in parking #2. The car after him was told to pull up and also the 4th car was told to pull up. 5 minutes goes by the car that was behind me got his food. 3rd car got hers. Then the 4th car got hers. 15 minutes of me waiting in parking #1 and I still haven't gotten my food. I go inside and told them I have been waiting for 15 minutes for my food. Everyone looked clueless. They said they took care of all the cars waiting. So, you gave my food away to another car? No answer. That guy (2nd window cashier) told me to pull up to stall #1 to wait for my food. You can literally see my vehicle from the kitchen. I haven't moved for 15 minutes waiting on you guys. So manager rings up my order again and it was done and ready within minutes. Sorry we thought we took care of everyone. We'll give you some coupons. Like seriously there was only two cars ahead of me when I checked in. I could see inside and there was only four people in the lobby eating. It was not busy. I shouldn't have had to wait for over 15 minutes for a 10pc meal. If I never went in, who knows how long I would've been sitting there. Waiting for my food. DO BETTER. KEEP TRACK OF WHO YOU TELL THE PULL UP BY WRITTING DOWN THEIR LISCENCE PLATE. WHEN THEY GET THEIR FOOD CROSS THEIR LISCENCE PLATE OFF. ITS NOT THAT HARD.

Great meal at affordable prices

Okay, to start i typically love this McDonald's only. All others don't stand up to par. Today, I was starving after work. So went down the road to get some food. Nobody inside the store. Like 2 cars in drivethrough. No ashley. Ordered two sandwiches. Took 10 minutes. And while waiting i noticed the gal making the sandwiches was touching food and then her headset and then back to food. Didn't change gloves once either that i noticed. So i refused the food and informed the guy why. Of course he understood. But then they continued to hand that food out to customers. 🤮🤢🤮 Got my refund and ran.. Makes me think twice about eating out. Ya never know how the people making your food handle it...

Definitely gave this restaurant a chance to make it right but they refused. When I finally called the Killian franchise in West bend it took them five or six days to get back to me and I filed the complaint of my poor experience with the lady on the phone who was very nice. When the area supervisor for the two rivers store , whose name I will not mention, contacted me you could tell he didn't care it was a letter of the law person. This type of rigid attitude was consistent with what I got in my visit to this store on about September 7th. The visit included ordering a $0.59 ice cream cone. When I got the cone I was insulted by its size which was barely large enough for an infant or small child. I said to the young man that I was disappointed in the size and asked if they could make a larger one then that. Of course he was following his rules as an hourly worker and I understand that and then talk to the manager and she came up and said that's the size we make for 59 cents. I politely told her that it was ridiculous and she said I could pay a dollar 59 for a larger one and I said no I want to give you a chance to make it right before I complain. When she didn't accommodate my reasonable request to make the cone larger, I politely asked for my money back and told her I would complain to the Killian franchise. Clearly this manager and or this restaurant and the supervisor of the area for this restaurant don't understand the McDonald's mantra of, give them the pickle. It definitely cost them money because I will never go back to this store again which I've been loyal to for 30 plus years. Other managers and other Killian stores are not like that in the Manitowoc two Rivers area. They recognize that that kind of behavior just rubs people the wrong way. Very disappointing and I should have given a rating of zero on this restaurant.

Parked in the large retail car park where you are expected to pay for the privilege of shopping there. It was somewhere between 5pm and 6pm and desperate for coffee we found Staines devoid of any cafes that were open. Unbelievable. So, McD's was the only alternative. My daughter had an awful experience and unacceptable long wait for the order. Order numbers go up on a screen but unless you push to the front counter its a hit and miss affair if you can get the food while it is still hot or should I say lukewarm. My order was reasonably quick but maybe that was because I didnt order much however where is the sugar? the sauce? the napkins etc? Maybe they have a problem with this stuff being nicked, I dont know.

The drive thru took orders one at a time. The worker was very impolite.

Dbl cheese burger was 👍👍, the twin cheeseburgers was 👍, but the French fries 🍟 we're dry and no salt not your normal fries. I love there fries normally.

We ordered 2 Frappaes. Waited at the drive through for 30 minutes to receive our order.

Today, I bought two cheeseburger Happy Meals at the drive-through for myself and a friend. I parked up a couple of minutes later on a nearby road, but we were very disappointed in that both cheeseburgers were lukewarm, while the quantity of fries and cappuccino coffee was much less than is normal at other branches we normally visit.

The service here and employees are always good to great. My review is for whomever is in management and made their staff stay open with only three employees on super bowl Sunday. They are swamped and struggling. This is poor management and not supportive of your employees to have them working so shorted staffed and stressed out (with good reason). I had to wait a very long time in a long line with a long line of cards after me. I hope to see changes here asap so they are supported or I will not be coming here again.

Sandwiches were poorly assembled, staff members were yelling to each other across dining room. But like it's McDonald's so what do you expect. The bathrooms and dining room were clean.

No salads! No inside seating!! Screw this! Won't be back!

No longer a good McDonalds. Not open to sit down. 2 weeks ago, sat in line for 10 minutes at the ordering mic/speaker. Never came on to take my order. 1 week ago, staff working drive through was very rude. This week, they got my order wrong/incomplete after waiting 10 minutes. Done.

Have not had McDonalds in a while but did today as handy to rv park we are in next door. We had Crispy Chicken and Quarter Pounder meals. Both were hot, tasted good, and service was fast and friendly despite both lanes in use. Will return during stay here, I do like that Crispy Chicken with dill pickles!

Went in to get the new chicken sandwich requested it fresh also asked when my order came they said yea got home and they took a old chicken patty re-dropped in the grease so it was hot anytime I go here they always mess something up food is old.

Went through the Drive-Thru for a carmel ICED COFFEE. It was delicious as expected.

This is a good McDonald's, no matter what time I order food, the meal is always good.

I'm a man of fine dining and fancy living. The quality of the food at this restaurant is what can be expected from a friendly helpful atmosphere. These kids work their butts off to make sure we have full stomachs. I would recommend this particular restaurant as it is near the water and you can enjoy a nice outdoor seating area while you eat.

Slow service. Drive through only when I went. Forgivable perhaps given labor shortage. The biggest disappointment was the Big Mac I had. It was not hot nor fresh. It was cold and not very good. If it wouldn't have cost me another unknown long wait to request a fresh replacement I would have.

Two rivers McDonald's has drastically improved in the past few weeks. The employees really hussle now and it seems like they truly care. I had to edit this review after leaving them a 1 star because it was back then my least liked McDonald's. It's coming along better. Almost a five star.

You just employ the thickest people on the planet, twice in two weeks I’ve ordered chicken nuggets with sour cream dips which I have PAYED FOR, first time they diddnt come and second their sent chilli dip you seriously need to re evaluate your staff because the receipt says sour cream they are clearly all thick as f please get new staff

The lady who took our order we found to be kind of rude and was rushing us. And this isn't the first time. Didn't catch her name...but she's older. Other than that, the food was good and the rest of the staff were friendly.

French fries always cold and have been sitting. They make to many and than they sit go soft & cold. I check the fries and said they were cold so they said pull up in 3 minutes we will bring fresh fries out to you, 15 minutes later I call from my cel phone, they said be right out with fries, the fries come out in a few minutes COLD AGAIN. REALLY I will never go to Two Rivers McDonald's again.

Very unprofessional. We had 4 other vehicles get there order taken before the paged us on the second order screen.

The proper response to a customer's card not working is giving them a little time to figure out why or give them the option to choose to leave/pull off for a bit instead. It's not to mutter "I don't have time for this" and then forcing the customer out of line before they can even log into your wifi to help figure out the problem.

They cannot follow simple directions. I requested no pickles and they put them on anyway. This could be a problem for people with allergies. They need to learn how to complete an order properly

Food arrived COLD, fries cold and limp, went into the bin. Burgers had to be reheated in micro wave, Mc flurrys were like thick milk and had to go into freezer for an hour.

Orders are always hot and correct.

They had problems figuring out my order after they had given me chicken sandwiches instead and how to make a Big Mac seems to be a problem for them as the photo shows. They'll throw meat together and bun together but not built like a Big Mac is supposed to be. Not likely to return.

Great nuggets on Monday hot and fresh the best 3 dollars I ever spent

I used to work here. And got fired during the New Year's when I said a few weeks before that I wouldn't be available. Funny how this is going down hill. Never have I ever received a complaint from a customer, and many times people wanted to tip me. Of course McDonald's isn't that sort of place where you can tip people. But regardless, there was a few employees that I cherish greatly cause they helped me out when I first started. I'm grateful to them.

Stop at this place for lunch once per year on our way to Point Beach State Forest. As far as McDonalds go, this place is ok. We like the outdoor eating area even before Covid-19. We like to have our dog with us. I do wish the outdoor area was a bit more tidy.
