Fries we're cold and soggy either fries only half full. McDonalds is very hit and miss these days.

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly and polite. Even when it’s very busy, I always get my order quickly. The tables are always clean.

Exactly what can you say about McDonald's - it's a fast food restaurant that sells mediocre food like all fast food restaurants, but I only had a coffee. And the coffee was certainly not great but it was good enough!

I ordered an ice latte which i normally get in store however 3/4 of it is filled with ice and barely had an coffee in it. 80p extra for ice

It’s McDonald’s, what can I say… it’s exactly what you want, when you want it.

This is by far the best McDonald’s I have ever visited. The staff are exceptionally well-trained, and the managers are incredibly friendly. The environment is spotless, with no messy tables ever in sight. I once lost my phone here, and they took great care of it for several days until I returned. They went above and beyond, spending a significant amount of time investigating and helping me retrieve it in perfect condition. What impressed me most is how understanding they were of my emotions during the situation, providing the best possible help with patience and care. I am beyond grateful to the general manager (who wishes to remain anonymous) and Manager Roger—you’re my heroes. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism!

From placing the order to receiving my food took around 45 min. Food was cold too. Driver said it wasn’t him and that he came straight to me. MCDonalds need to do better

Really not sure what's happening at this branch of McDonald's but in the last 6-9 months the food quality has really gone downhill. Doesn't taste fresh and almost all the Uber eats I've got the chips are cold and not fresh.

he went past my house then had to go out looking for he ran said he was outside my house which he wasn't he was rude and hung up on me a neighbour saw in another Rd we eventually found him he came outside my the food was ruined as it was cold

The fries were soggy, the chicken burger wasn’t that much hot and the Tropicana was flat. The McFlurry melted not a good experience

the meals were made up and the receipt was showing 12.51 and delivered at 13.20, they were stone cold and all the ice had melted in the drinks and must have been done for a while as there with no condensation on the cup, several sauces were also missing from the order

Whoever is preparing the Flat white Coffee needs training, because he or she don't know the difference between milk Coffee and flat White Coffee. On two occasions I have threw my Coffee, because it is so milkly and cold. Please sort it out, thank you.

The restaurant didn’t deliver the burgers but charged for them and when calling them they didn’t answer

Delivery driver said he had been outside 15mins coz there was no door number, however he foned us after 15 mins, why not before? The number was on the delivery app, which I confirmed! So the food was cold when it arrived

Absolutely useless when it comes to deliveroo/ any take away service even if they have 1 thing to deliver there will be something wrong or missing don't understand how but they never add sauces or they miss items out pointless in ordering from here

It's definitely one of the better MD's that I've been to. Staff aren't always great, can be hit & miss. For example, for a drive through order - surely ask if I want milk & sugar, but instead I have to remember to ask for it. Food is generally good though, hot & fresh.

I drove in this place after work to eat something online. It said that they are open. I went over their door locked there were some people in the kitchen coming around. I knocked on the door. Nobody answered later on. They signal to me from inside to tell me that clothes it’s a shame if you are close at least put a sign that you are close and say online also that you are close so I don’t drive to you without the reason Thank you so much

Everything was freezing cold, the fries were freezing and all floppy, and one of my drinks were half empty.

Drive through had to wait for my order given wrong order got home ten minutes later chips cold and order wrong

Have ordered form there few times, about 4, 3 times the order has been wrong and awful quality! Coca Cola have tasted of water, without a fail there has always been at least some mistake with order. Fries tasted and looked like they were double tripled fried ! Chicken strips so so so dry! Than we ordered to eat in hot chocolate even after cooling for a while it burned my mouth so bad that on day 3 I was still considering to go to hospital !! Staff is quite rude too, once I asked to change the order that was done wrong and I got utterly disgusting attitude in return! Void ! Void void this place !!!
