absolutely stone cold as the driver did multi drops

Order breakfast wrap with no ketchup it came with ketchup and no sausage !!!! This has know been wasted and would like my money back for this item

My double bacon and sausage sandwich was disgusting. I ordered from the drive through, it wasn't until I was a few miles away that I pulled onto a layby on the Staines bypass that I stopped to eat my food and drink my coffee. It was rotten. A receipt was not supplied (I wonder why) so I was unable to contact the head office to complain. But needless to say, never again will I stop there and be subjected to rotten food served by indifferent staff that have no interest in their job or the public.

Only thing I would say be very careful in the car park. As you enter from side road, you should turn right so many went in to the drive-though into no entry 🚫 part of carpark.

I have order my food in the restaurant on Sunday evening and I got my food cold, when I went to return the fries the woman manager look at me like she have a problem with this instead of apologising, then we eat half cold burgers and we order ice creams where then did not look anything at all like on the picture on the ordering board the amount was much less and they look very unpleasant.. I just had the ice creams for one minute then when I went to the manager she told me that I had the ice cream too long to be able to return them then I ask for some superior she said there is no one like that present then I ask for my money back, I got them back although the woman even did not apologies there is not customer service in this place is just awful I think someone more higher should inspect this place, food is cold and the quality is not up to the standard which is advertised.

burgers were squashed beyond flat. chips was not very edible. paid for condiment sauces and never received them,AGAIN!!!

The driver was rude and ignored instructions to find the property. We had 2 phone calls where I explained in detail where our property was located but he persisted to sit on the main road. After waiting around 10 minutes I had to walk down the road to find him. This resulted in the chips and cheese bites being cold.

Delivery man put delivered even tho he hadn’t , luckily found him outside and told us he was the delivery driver that couldn’t find us last time and just left our food outside on the floor ! Never got my money back for that order either . Was only handed one bag this time and asked if the drinks were also inside , he said yes and walked away . Drinks were not inside the bag!!! This driver is clearly stealing food and I want a full refund as this is not the first time this has happened

Waste of money. Totally tasteless, chicken could hardly be described as hot and spicy, it was hard and tasted of nothing edible. The chips were undercooked soft limp and undersalted. The worst food and cold as usual. Abysmal.

07.05.2025 around 03.30 They couldn't understand a simple order in English. After pointing it out, the burger was burnt, and I had to wait longer for the simplest order than everyone else. Cars were passing me in the drive-thru. When I asked for the employee's name, the information was not provided. that kind of service is unacceptable !

Order is always somewhat messed up with this location in particular, they almost never get the order right , they almost always push the delievery to be later than the estimated time, its way too common to receive the entirely wrong order, to be fully honest the whole team at this establishment should be investigated for workplace negligence and health and safety violations, there is no way that so many reviews read the same as mine and nothing has been done, its pathetic.

The chocolate milkshake ordered within a kids happy meal tastes and smells like it's gone off, my child took one sip and spat it out. Someone could get really unwell if this is actually gone off milk

we ordered our food at about 10.50pm and after it got to 12.15am and the food still hadn't arrived we decided to try and contact someone but there is nowhere to let anyone know what's going on or find out whats happening other than the order section once placed. so we tried to cancel order but there was nowhere to cancel my order. I'm now in bed and its 01.30am and was just awoken by a notification that my food was delivered at 11.30pm. I NEVER received my order!!!! I expect a full refund!!

Very disappointed for the first time in 40 years! I ordered a Big Mac meal - no pickles (detest them) from the drive-thru. I had to wait much longer than usual, and I'm sure that the reason was because my burger was not cooked fresh, which is usually really quick, but was a pre existing burger with the pickle taken out. It was stone cold and although there was no pickle inside, I could still taste them. Fries were also luke warm and limp.

There was human hair on the table very disgusting, I had to wait for the food more than 10 minutes when it was not even busy I was the only customer. When my food arrived it was all burnt and mushy. The staff oh my gosh extremely rude no politeness or professional behaviour. Will never go there again in my life.

Never got delivered to my home but someone else received free food. Not sure how when you now need to give them a 4 digit passcode. Went to the actual store to explain as they never answer the phone and they denied all accountability.
