no stars for the amount of times this place forgets main items to an order! ridiculous

Still waiting for my order. Says it’s been delivered and hasn’t!! Clear instruction were made when ordered! Maybe employ people that can actually read English!

Ordered post nightshift pancakes and sausage and what arrived were cold pancakes with no sausage or syrup, very disappointed

Time wasters, never answer the drive through window late at night or early morning. Always missing items from your order. This place is oversubscribed and badly understaffed. Better off driving to Staines Two Rivers Mac D’s. Avoid at all costs.

Very handy for airport term 4. With quick access as roads were not busy.

Food was cold, pack of fries was half empty, lettuce was brown, drink had leaked over bag & took a long time from order to delivery.

All my amendments were spot on, latte was still hot and so was the food 👌🏻

complete and utter rubbish, the chips were cold and soggy, the burger was cold and squashed, the chicken nuggets were cold. it was a total waste of money, the kids would not eat it and it went in the bin. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish..😤😤😤

the food was missing items. the items delivered was cold and one of the bags was already open when delivered. one of my kids are really upset that they mcflurry didn't turn up. this is not the first time this has happened and I'm not impressed at all

Gave me ½ a portion of fries via mcdelivery, fries that were overcooked and soggy, then the Uber support was very rude about it. Wouldn't have been an issue if they'd just got it right to begin with, absolute joke.

Food was squashed and cold. Drinks were flat and chips were cold, soggy and covered in grease as was the bag. Awful to say the least. Won't be going back if I can help it

I didn’t get this order delivered. I went myself to McDonald’s and that McDonald’s they said the driver took the order and then it was cancelled I didn’t cancel anything but didn’t get the word

The only reason quality is poor is because half my coffee’s been spilt, McDonald’s is McDonald’s and not gourmet but I don’t expect my drink to have been spilt everywhere, whether it’s down to poor packing or careless delivery, not happy

it's a typical warm burger that looks nothing like the picture ...what do you expect....it's not a top fillet steak lol ...but it's ok ...

Food was nice and fresh, service was quite slow for a lunch time. Toilets were clean, in fact the whole place was clean even the car park.

Food was left on the doorstep outside. Door bell not rung, no knocking on the door and no call. Just left on the doorstep. It was delivered earlier than expected and when I checked tracking I saw it had been outside for almost 10 minutes.

I watched on the tracking the delivery drive sit at the restaurant for 5 minutes after collecting my order and then drove past my house to make additional deliveries and then stood outside my gate waiting for me to collect my order form him

Drivers always alright. But the maccies does not do its job at 6-10pm. Ordering st these times. The food sometimes comes inedible. My biggest came with no sauce and I specifically ordered extra sauces. Made my nuggets inedible. The fries were horrible with black spots and were dry on the inside and hard on the outside. Just bad quality 75% of the time. Probably last time ordering from here sorry

I ordered a fish burger and a coffee, but both were cold and tasteless. When I asked for a freshly prepared meal, my request was denied. The staff was extremely rude. It felt like a complete waste of money.

I ordered McDonald’s because it said 15 - 30 mins, it took 45 minutes and when it arrived it’s freezing cold. I am so disappointed!

Nice delivery driver, poor quality food. Half the burger patty was missing, looked broken off. Chips were cold & dry and definitely not fresh. Chicken burger was as dry and thin as paper, even the bun tasted old. Whole order felt like a reheated meal from the day before. Really poor standard.

I paid over £30.00 for breakfast for 4 only 2 items arrived with a latte that had been spilt and was only half a cup tried calling McDonald’s ashford Middlesex but continuously engaged. I am being refunded approximately 15.00 but not for about 7 days. How does that help? There is no care given. This happens a lot surely some more training is needed. Very disappointed

Burger was very dry for a special order. (No chesse) seeing as they are supposedly cooked fresh. Service was slow as 3 punters ordered after me and received there food before me.

Got delivered on a push bike in the rain.. He left McDonald’s and cycled in the wrong direction, probably to do another delivery first! Food turned up cold and wet.. McFlurrys were not like Milk!!

Well, MacDs prices have sky rocketed and the food has got worse. This had a 5 star rating, 5 years ago when i first cane to this Mcdonalds but i have had to change it after today's lunch. Got a "Hat Trick" burger meal for just short of 8 quid, all I asked for was no cheese.. but it turns out that also means no relish, no taste, and No soul. The sorry slop of three dry burger slammed between a bun with a smidging of ketchup n mustard and I think it was a single sliver of an onion too. Shocking from such a big company and even more shocking that this burger is in thier "premium" range. It's only a few quid away from REAL restaurant prices and it's worse than what most restaurants throw away. Awful!

might be an idea to write or have different cups with labels,with diet coke coke zero and ordinary coke on, the tops are never pressed down, if a diabetic gets the wrong one, it's not good!

Sometimes they don't bring food to the tables. The ordering machine doesn't provide that option, so even if you order on the first floor, you have to go downstairs to pick up the food. But the staff is very friendly.

I ordered the £17.99 4 burgers and 4 chips meal and did not receive the chips .I expect a refund or credit thats disgusting

23/06/2024, 07:55:20 AM Order number 038 , Very hard objects found inside the mighty brown burger, while I was eating I almost break my teeth and made complaint to the manager but manager explained me that was egg cells nothing worry about it. I am 100 % sure that wasn’t egg cells, I took some pictures of it and added on its customer review side, Company like McDonald’s with highly reputed shouldn’t play with customers health. Made me disappointed early in the morning.

This restaurant continually gets orders wrong. The latest in a long line of incorrect orders is a double quarter pounder ordered...single quarter pounder made. The staff really need to start paying more attention when preparing orders.

Do not order from this place online. They regularly mess up the orders. It’s luck of the draw what will actually turn up and when you report the missing items to ubereats they do nothing about it. The staff in store are also very strange. There’s a woman that stands by the stairs just staring at people. They’ve got too much going on. They’re taking online orders, in store orders and drive through orders. The low levels of intelligence displayed in that place can’t handle putting the right items into the right bags.

Order time got delayed, but was a busy time so expected. Driver was polite but unfortunately I did not receive what I ordered. Items were missing! Very frustrating when you pay for a service and they don’t deliver what you’ve paid for!

I don’t leave a negative review often but this time I do want to comment especially when I’ve just spent almost £20 on a burger fries and some cheese balls honestly where were the fries???? I got half a box full not even enough for a small portion and ordered a medium, super sad and disappointed on top I added extras on my burger but what’s the point of that when it turns up with less than before the extras 🤷‍♀️ These are wasted words and time tbh nothing will change or get done 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I honestly don't know why I bother using the app to order Macca's. Ashford is terrible for missing items on a regular basis and it's consistent. They really need to sort themselves out and double check orders prior to sending.

I placed the order and waited 45 min for the food to be delivered. By the time my food arrived it was cold and tasteless.

normally isn't too bad, but ordered the deal with 2 burgers and 2 fries, yet the fries were missing, I asked the delivery driver he was only given 1 bag with the burgers in, I understand it can get busy, but it's a simple order to complete or atleast check the driver has everything before they leave.
