Mcdonald's in Spelthorne

Probably the worst McDonalds i’ve dealt with and unfortunately it’s my local. Every Wednesday i torture my kids with a meal from McDonalds against my better judgement but that's what they want. I go through the drive-through after my school run, order, collect and get back home for meetings etc. In 12 months they have got my order wrong 5 times and i find out when i get home. I have meetings, i cant go back straight away. I have called them on a couple of occasions after an incorrect order and on one occasion told them the week after when i visited again. The response every time? ‘If you dont have a receipt theres nothing we can do’. The shift manager Mohammed was very insistent and would not budge. No empathy, no apology and almost implied i was lying. Who lies about McDonalds food, seriously? Shocking, terrible service. When i pay for the order you ask me to check the screen so that the order is correct. Which it is. But for some reason you cant put the right items in the bag. Why is that so difficult? 5 times in 12months??? Ridiculous. I now keep the receipts and you gave me doughnuts this time instead of brownies. Lets see what excuse you come up with.

Absolute disgusting customer service, I was stood in the queue and none of the machines were working (for no apparent reason they all seemed to be intentionally disabled). Another woman just came straight in, pushed past the queue and was allowed to be served. The assistant behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge there was three other people waiting. This site is continuously doing this sort of thing. They have lost my permanent custom.

Nicest McD around. Sadly minimum parking when a delivery is due with delivery bikes taking up disabled spaces

Everything about this McDonald’s is bad, it starts with it being dirty, tables floors, windows, ordering screens. It’s tremendously slow waiting for the order seems interminable & the staff, chat, joke, shout at each other whilst you wait & look at the disgustingly dirty window where they take the drive through orders. On receipt of food chips & burgers are flat cold!!! Why when you’ve just waited so long for them to cook, beats me! Then you clean your table & dirty seat yourself & eat a flat cold meal in a grubby environment. You take the lift to the toilet prior to leaving & wait an age for the lift! Only to go into the ladies to find toilets that haven’t been flushed, you try to flush them but they don’t work! Hence why they’re like they are. All dreadful would not recommend!!! Highly disappointing!

Don't bother expecting good quick takeaways here. Ordered food and received the burger in the bag out the box. The staff was kind enough to actually remake my food when I took it back, but it was time consuming and was made in a rush. Low standard of food.

15minutes before my very simple order arrived. It wasn't very busy either.

Online its showing timings 24 hours open but i came 4:30am doors was closed i called they said its closed.

Thieves. Ordered on the Mcdonalds app and was charged for a chicken Sharebox and a bottle of water. Arrived at the supposedly 24 hour restaurant to find it closed and no one would talk to me to refund my order. One staff member from inside the window even made a wave gesture as if to shoo me away

Chips were all good but Philly cheese stack only came with 1 burger in when it’s supposed to have 2? Have no clue what happened there. Not happy at all

Burger was over cooked chips was nice but I had 1 large chips missing which I’m not happy about coke was nice and nuggets was nice just chips missing

the delivery time kept going forward. from 5 mins to 30 mins. When the food arrived it was cold and was missing the dips that I paid extra for.

I asked for no cheese or gherkin in my big Mac meal, and it come with cheese and gherkins

Who is responsible to control that the right cars are parked in disable bays?

Hot chocolate was watery and not nice as normal and the sprite was vile!! Think it had a previous drink in the cup.

This is my first order from here that yas been bad. The food is cold and the large drink is only half way filled. Very unhappy with this order.

Ordered a tea and no sugar, no milk, no stirrer.... Piping hot BLACK TEA yuk

Ordered 2 x Triple Cheeseburgers Received only the 1 Triple CB and 1 normal cheeseburger.

Can't see any problems there! Service, location, food and parking everything is spot on.

Worst mcdonalds in the area. They NEVER get SIMPLE delivery orders right, always miss out entire meals, and never attempt to correct the issue. Unfortunately ordering via UberEats means we never get refunds from McDonald's or UberEats for our missing food because it happens too often that Uber eats won't refund it. Avoid ordering from this McDonald's

Chips and burger have been cold

Bag leaked through and drink was everywhere. Leaked to the other bag food is ruined

I ordered a jam muffin ,and they forgot to send a jam for the muffin! It sounds funny , but make you unprofessional!

Ordered and estimated delivery time was 20-30 minutes. Kept being pushed back and arrived over an hour later. Food was stone cold and inedible.

The only issue which is nothing to do with the McDonalds restaurant, is I nearly did not receive my order as the delivery driver who told me he was new was going to deliver the order to somebody else under my postcode. Ignoring the security code.

they kept extending the Delivery time. when I ordered it said 10-25 minutes delivery

No milk or sugar for the PG tips. Order bacon McMuffin and received a sausage McMuffin. Not happy

Literally my son was in tears this is highly unacceptable. I pay delivery charge and service tax to not get full order there was no burger in the pack how is the staff so inefficient.

This is the 5th time my order hasn’t been delivered despite clear instructions. And when I ask for a refund I get declined!! Maybe employ people that can read English!! Yet again, hungry and out of pocket!!!

It's Macdonalds. Just as expected.

I have ordered a few times and its a miracle if they get orders correct. I'm always missing something. this time its whole meal and apple pie and then they say they can't re send the missing items and that you need to go through the app for refund. so what about the fact that we have people waiting to eat!! you need to check orders when they are packed!!

My delivery this morning was disgusting- dried stale crisped up hash brown. Order sticker time was 7.41 - order arrived at 8.36 nearly an hour late - this is Ubers fault but they can’t be blamed for the dreadful food

Received a notification saying that my order was delivered even though it wasn’t! What is the point of having a security code then? To the person that got a free Mac Donald’s meal ( possibly the driver), enjoy! Won’t be using just eat again!

Delivery was perfect but yet again missing items from my order. Not sure why this keeps happening but it’s really frustrating. If not for my kids living mc Donald’s I would never order from here.

Got some chicken burger instead of quarter pounder with cheese. No dips with chicken nuggets. Can’t say it was late as they just keep changing the delivery time but it took over 40 mins and it was more cold than warm.

Delivery guy was very polite and nice

App told me food was on the way and 1 min later i had a phone call that he was outside. Plus it was cold, not even luke warm- Cold!! I had to warm it up in the microwave- u dont expect that.

Several items were missing from my order for the 2nd time in a row. It leaves me with very unhappy children.

Drive through at 10.30. Ordered egg and bacon burger and was told to pull forward to wait. After a 5 minute wait (so.ethi g that should have been passed through a window at point of order) the second window opened and the order was passed out with a 'here'. Not so much as a whisper from anyone, 'there could be a short delay', 'sorry for the wait'. These things happen and 5 mins doesn't kill me but neither would customer service on your part!

I think they are short of staff. I was asked to wait in one of the bays. When I went forward both bays were occupied. So cars behind me in the drive through could not come out. Food was good
