Cracking Chicken Mayo X2. Took the bun lid off the second one and put the 2 together to make a Chicken Mayo big Mac!! Budget style but amazing 👏

Everything you'd expect at mcdonalds but they guys here are always that bit more cheerful

Food is cold, under sized portions and order is often wrong. Having travelled UK for 20 years and used this chain daily, this is most definitely the worst in the UK!

Food is standard mc Donald's but the staff are excellent with my autistic son. 5 stars for customer service.

For the first time in years, I had McDonald's, and the food was nice and hot, the portions were perfect, and the drinks didn't have too much ice in them like they usually do. Staff is very professional, pleasant, and welcoming.

Stood around for about 10 minutes being ignored by foreign female manager whilst she picked what looked like rotton pieces of food out of the label printing area at the food collection point, she then refused to give a paper receipt for the order saying I wasn't entitled to one, rude women, said I wanted to make a complaint and she told me to go ahead!! Disgusting service the area manager needs to get a grip of this place!

Terrible car park design, designed to fit as many car space as possible not considering people have to drive out of the car park.

"I had a terrible experience at McDonald's a few days ago. After working a 14-hour shift, I arrived at 4:28 AM to pick up some food for my daughter to take to school. The restaurant was closed, and they only served through the drive-thru. Fine, I thought, but when I got to the window, they told me they were preparing for breakfast and couldn’t serve me anything—neither the chicken mayo I wanted nor breakfast items! This is McDonald's—shouldn’t I be able to order even one minute before 5 AM? But no, they were too lazy to make it happen. You can't go inside, warm up, or order anything before 5 AM. I ended up driving to Wellingborough and, at 4:48 AM, they gladly served me breakfast for my daughter. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic service at the first location."

Didn't ask if I was using the app, then they got confused when I gave them a code. Not the best McDonald's

Pretty clean, looked-after place with relatively fast service, comfortable spaces and plenty of seats for everyone. The car park was also nice and tidy but not too big so it can get packed at busy times. The food and drinks did taste just the same as most and any other McDonald's in the area. Good for a quick visit or a proper no-rush breakfast/dinner as well. I can recommend it.

Shocking! Usual McD' s food but definitely not "fast food"! Order is incorrect most times so if you don't check that your food is all there, you will be returning to collect what is missing while the rest of the food is getting cold in the bag. Seriously, could be the worst one I've visited. They always push "large" meals" then give a medium portion of usually luke warm fries in a large size box. #ripoff. Serious improvement required!!!

Good food n quick at drive thru

It's crap but it's sometimes convenient.

Not too busy for the quick stop coffee ☕ and Big Mac meals, plenty of seating to be had to relax and recharge even on a school holiday day there was plenty of seating and the order was soon at the table from placing the order on entry

Service is clearly not priority at drive through.

Food was slow to deliver from order, but that might have been to do with staffing issues.

What you expect from McDonald's nothing special however they were out of Coke Zero when I went.

Food was passable, not great, fish was overcooked and dried out, and fries were just about warm.

Consistent in terms of failing to get orders correct and serving very cold, undercooked fries. Avoid this particular branch for your fix of mediocre fast food.

Soared prices for cheap unhealthy food and small portions.

Unfortunately this is our local McDonald's. Check your order before you leave. Many times items are missing, even on my Mcdelivery just now. Incompetent staff.

Convenient and clean environment to eat and is as always good value.Can sometimes be a little cold when the air conditioning is on. Otherwise a good value meal.

Food is cold and long wait time. Hat trick burger had next to no dressing, might aswell of been a triple cheeseburger. Staff are rude and don't care about their jobs. Kazper resteraunts gone down hill! Better in kettering or wellingborough

So, advertised as 24 hours 7 days a week, signs outside say open 24 hours (not a drive thru sign) and at 00:15 restaurant closed, drive thru only. Bit of a pisstake really when your 58ft artic won't fit through the drive thru

The food was okay. Service from the staff is absolutely amazing.

Food normal Maccys, rats in the car park eating out of the bins, gave it some barbecue sauce as the nugget he had looked a bit dry. 🐀

Once again the drive through and they did not have what we wanted. It happens about 50% of the time. God knows why I keep going back. When Corby’s back up we’ll go there.

What an awful experience had to stop at 0330 in the morning for something to eat with the big sign above stating it was 24hrs the front door was locked so had to walk around to the drive through eventually caught the attention of someone who took my order asked me to walk up to next window and a young person in a white shirt asked me to stand on the raised bit out of harms way eventually got my food I asked for salt sachet but told me they didn't have any ? More couldn't be bothered but assured me he had salted them ? Got in .y cab to eat and fries were almost cold so took them back to window and eventually caught the attention of another young person who stuck his hand in them and said I will cook some fresh for you , I got them and as I walked away I tasted 1 and there was no salt at all on them I tried knocking but no joy so went back k to my cab to eat a spoilt so called meal coffee wasn't that hot so finished my journey came home and phoned the restraunt and spoke to the assistant manager . I got an apology and he said that's all he can do . At £7 + the attitude of this crap restraunt that looked like a youth club obviously comes from the top downwards all I can say is don't use this place they have more bad reviews for obvious reasons just stay away from there I will be speaking to head office regarding g this but he didn't want to give me the number for them I have to Google it . AN APOLOGY DOESN'T COMPENSATE CRAP FOOD AND CRAP SERVICE AND CRAP ATTITUDE APPARENTLY Mc Donald's don't give out vouchers any more .??

Great place to stop off for a break. Hot food well done, at a reasonable price. plenty of parking, and very quick service. Very clean and tidy, with polite staff

Recently been refurbished. No visible signing that enterance has changed. Staff is running like headless chickens looking to deliver orders to the vehicle. Service here always been a problem.

Dropped in last night for a quick eat. Reasonably busy , but most of that was the people queuing for their food - no table service on offer and all the available tables needed a clean. On the shop floor a young worker bashed about as she battled with the bins. At the counter I noted at least a dozen people waiting for their ( what turned out to be slow food ) Deliveroo drivers waited not too patiently Behind the counter , plenty of staff and all the food was piling up but no one was putting the items together . Seemed they were waiting for a specific item before doing anything else . No multi tasking here . No one seems to be in charge. Food was ok - not as fresh as it should be when you go in - which was why we did. Looks like most reviews are not great - the franchise owner needs to take a look before he loses it.

Quick and easy choice for an on route snack.

Food always decent and what you would expect. But three times in past 12 months food has been left out of our order. Not really on when prices have risen. Each time we have phoned they are happy to replace it, once or twice we can forgive but three separate occasions is ridiculous. Edited May- Make that four times!!!!

Its a Macdonalds so the food is what you expect, it wasnt too busy when i went about 11AM and served quickly. The carpark is strange, as you park at an angle facing left, but have to turn right to go out, so can be tight.

Went through the drive thru & the staff member was so misrabel! I asked for a curry dip she said 10p! I said dont have cash so will have to be card she rolled her eyes at me i said forget it!! Im from Leeds & have never known a McDonalds charge for sauces! JOKE!!!!

Food always nice here . It is freshly cooked and tastes fresh Tables a bit grubby but then perhaps not that easy to clean constantly.

Popped in for breakfast, does what it says. No fuss, food good as normal. Not local so flying visit.

Very rude lady on the serving counter who literally throws the food at you. She shouldn't be anywhere near the general public When I read in the news that Mcdonalds had an issue with a bullying culture I didn't realise it was staff against customers!!

This place was very disappointing. McDUK (quack) their food was disgusting and their business practice is even worse. Where businesses operate in occupied territory they should be boycotted until they are able to run a more ethical business practice.

Whenever I ask for veg burger they give either cheese burger MCPlant. Dont the employees understand difference between vegetarian and cheese burger

Messed up my order big time! By the time i got to eat I was 40 miles away. Since when did six chicken mcnuggets sound like sweet curry dip? No chicken mcnuggets but six curry dips! You dipsticks!!!

I was able to get my food on time so that I could get back on the road. The kid are very happy and I have nothing to worry about because I can get it for dinner as well.

Very very slow. As usual run by kids for kids but when you're hungry after driving for 3 hours and need a vegan bite don't go here at 1am they are so slow. Food is warm at best.

Mega slow service unless your a uber/just eat delivery driver then you get a priority service

Food came out cold the staff didn't know what they were doing as the orders were getting messed up or not being sent out at all waited 30 minutes for anything to come out.

What you expect from McDonald's, however service was surprisingly fast compared to other branches I have been to.

This is by far the worst Mcdonalds restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of visiting, i have been to McDonald's in Japan, France, Germany, the US as well ad many others within the UK and this one takes the cake for the worst of the worst. The services is shockingly bad, the drones behind the counter and at the drive through are incapable of getting your order correct, I can't understand how difficult it can be to read a computer screen of what someone has ordered and then put that order into a bag and serve it to them but somehow they manage to mess it up 9 times out of 10. All the above wrapped in a package of rudeness and just a lack of care and attention for their work. It's beyond a joke at this point and I'm unable to count the times I've gotten home to find my order is again wrong.

I called this morning at 10.15 for breakfast. I first used the toilet. There was urine all over the floor and the wash basins an absolute mess. I asked the manager if the toilets get cleaned to be told they did not have anybody and I should wait until 11.00. McDonald’s you should be ashamed given your clever marketing of high standards. Left and voted with my feet without ordering. Hey ho, I’m sure they will not care.

I was waiting for my food at the London road McDonald’s on Thursday 31st august 2023, and one of your works called Anne called me a knobhead for no reason, when all I was doing was waiting for my food.
