Don’t go there the food is uncooked and the staff is not very rude

The staff is not cooperative and the worse food I ever had in my life never going back again and asking everyone to don’t visit and waste money

This place should open at 11:30, ready for lunchtime, as some people have limited time. The food was satisfactory 😋, but it took up most of my lunch break.

Manager is a moron. Ordered food via Deliveroo had projectile vomiting, along with sweats and stomach ache. Once the manager received the complaint via Deliveroo he called me, was very aggressive, tried to tell me that he didn’t believe me and tried to argue with me. I hung up as he kept arguing with me. Absolutely no idea of customer service or even basic food hygiene or cooking standards. Avoid.

First and last order through deliveroo, they forgot to include the gravy that was part of both mine and my friends order, my friend phoned them and instead of taking responsibility the person on the other end accused him of lying, and soon after hung up instead of dealing with the complaint in a professional manner. The food was okay but nothing more, after reading some of the other negative reviews mentioning poor hygiene though I have concerns

Great chicken shop. Always get a double ringer meal. Never got any of my orders wrong It's better than the other chicken shop in Raunds near Asda.

Order me and my colleague lunch from here, turned up raw and obviously unable to eat, called the branch of where we ordered (Irlingborough) and was hailed with abuse, sworn at, threaten. Told I don’t know what I’m talking about at all. I can clearly see that it’s raw. Avoid at all costs

KFC who? Really tasty food chicken burger is always tender. Never greasy. Chips crisp and gravy is delicious. Order from them for past 3 years and only had one bad meal which we assume is because the regular staff were off

Ribs: Not as tender as baby=rack; not as succulent as Chinese style; not barbecue style; no sauce. So curved you get them all over your face. Not good at all!

Never order through deliveroo, ordered, says it has been delivered but my order was nowhere to be seen.. so had to get my money back and was waiting a long time for my food as me and my family members where left starved :S

lunch time order - Luke warm fried chicken too greasy. Wings pretty much cold. Busy shop so should be cooking fresh, not satisfied with cold chicken. Positive point fries cooked to order. Staff lacking customer service. I’ve been many times sometimes it’s ok not consistent

More like a KFC but down market. Very good service and value for money. You can order from Deliveroo as well.

The most freshest tastiest favourite chicken I’ve had in a long while this has now turned into my couple times a week spot The double plus ringer burger 🍔 🥰 Them bbq 🍗 hot wings 😋

Was so sad £20 for ribs of fat!!! Chicken that I had to microwave because pink in middle and soggiee coating don't no what was dribbling out of it but wasn't chicken fat.complained and was told in a shell to f off!!!!!!

Brilliant local chicken shop with nice choice of canned drinks. Highly recommended

Was looking forward to trying this takeaway. When ordered was advised on wait time 40-65 miniutes which was fine. Kept an eye on deliveroo website and tracked order. Got notification that they were here but no knock on the door good outside, called the takeaway who were less than helpful and quite rude, their response was call deliveroo as it is their driver no offer of replacement or apology. For this reason I give less than 1*.

I ordered food for my family but the order was cancelled by the restaurant. I rang to enquire why and was told there were no drivers to deliver. This was completely understandable but they took the payment from my account leaving me with no money to order a replacement meal. I rang to enquire and was told the money would be refunded immediately. After waiting 10 minutes i checked my account and nothing had been refunded. When i rang again my call was left to answerphone and after leaving a message i had no response. Hungry family, not happy......

Every single time my partner and I go to that chicken shop we get stomach problems. We been there 3 different times at random dates by the third time we knew it was that shop.

Me and my new girlfriend went here for dinner and we orded the ribs they were really nice howeber they were coved in sticky stuff would recommend just don't bust a nut after you've eaten this because it will get mixed in with the sauce

Honestly , this place was amazing when raj was behind the counter serving those ice cold milkshake smoothies but now that rashajia has taken over and got rid off the milkshake machine the place has turned upside down , I wouldn’t recommend this place now as my chicken had what looked like a toenail rotting away inside it !!!!

The chicken wing was cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. When I sent a picture to complain they said it was the spicy marinade that caused it to be pink. Look at the picture and decide for yourself?

Quick treat now and again, got home and chips were still hot, and 3pc meal was at a standard, nothing to complain about, and did fill me up!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Me and my partner ordered through Just Eat and the experience was just awful. About 10 mins before the food was meant to be with us a guy called us saying they don't deliver to out postcode (why no info on their site or anything?), then 10 mins after he called us again to make sure they have the right postcode and said it would be delivered. After 30 mins we decided to call them again as the food was still not there and he told us he was asked to call us and he actually doesn't work there(??). Luckily we got ur money back after another hour of waiting. Zero customer service.

The hot wings are very addictive. Your going to get greasy fingers but it's worth it. The ribs are great too

Finished work late and went here. got there just past half 10 they didn't have enough chicken already cooked for my order and they told me they shut in 20 mins so I could only have whats on the shelf already made It wasn't fresh or what I wanted Wouldn't go here again!

My guy hooked us up with free chips and ribs what a legend, they were delicious and the ribs were sticky and tender

After having a dodgy KFC we decided to try Favourite, we weren't disappointed. The chicken was really nice - although waaaay too many chips! They are helpful and friendly and I'll happily use them in future.

Great taste, fair prices, fillet chicken burger and the chips especially cooked to perfection 👌🏼

It's definitely no KFC but it's cheaper and fairly good value. The guys are friendly and there's a reasonably big menu
