McDonald's in Redbridge

Bad service experience, we bought 2 big Mac and added ketchup and sweet and sour 1 each in the bill and the manager told that he can give sauses only if we add fries. If it's day or night time they will not give access to toilet. Staff used it with the key when guest ask they usually reply as out of order. A toilet is out of order in Ilford MCd since months 😂

Horrible delivery experience, they haven't tightened the Lid of the drink and my entire order is spoiled.

It's not halal!!! Now I understand McDonald's in UK isn't halal but there should be an exception right there. There is a high Muslim population in Ilford I will bet that there will be more sales if you are halal

Great customer service from Nikoletta. I entered my order wrong in the app, and Nikoletta made sure my burger was how I wanted it.

Since I know they use haraam methods to cook foods I never go there since I was a kid.

Missing items from delivery. Won't be ordering again

Just came back from McDonald’s in ilford I’ve very had any problems but today the staff was very rude they walked away when I was speaking to them anyways I got home and I found a little hard piece of plastic in the burger

Nice place to take kids but lots of beggars go in asking for money,they should b stopped.The other day a beggar came in asking for money& as a lady was looking he put a paper over her phone& walked out with it.

Macdonalds Liverpool Street Station - Wow!?! What an experience! Packed to the rafters at 2am - a guy at the front with a mic was calling out the order numbers for collection and singing some great tunes in between calling out the orders! He was an awesome singer and made the wait (which was super fast anyway) so enjoyable! (for a change!) Well worth a visit if you happen to be passing in the early hours!

This is one of the worst McDonald’s i have been in London. The staffs are very rude and they don’t really do their job properly. I have waited so long for the order. The floor and tables were really bad. It was not properly cleaned or maintained. When I was there the a staff was having food on one of the tables and having video call on phone, he was not even caring about the other people nearby. It was a worst experience visiting there. I don’t really recommend going there unless it is really needed.

Placing my order was quick and easy due to the kiosk availability. No need to order via cashier which was also empty. Food was too dry (over cook). Lettuce was mince instead of whole. Drinks was not as expected as in no time it turn to water. Which I later get to understand the more sugar the the higher the taxes.

Ordered on uber eats for my kids and the after 1 hour they've cancelled my order. I don't recommend at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their main focus is to finish their jobs easily. Only the central portions were available for the customers and most of them were uncleaned. After getting my order, I needed to call the manager asking to clean. When I asked for the early closure of tables, they had no answer for that. Horrible experience. Not going there anymore. We are paying and they are not ready to give a better customer service.

Gave me a burger with no chicken patty, when I asked for a plain burger w no lettuce no mayo.

The food is always cold, the service is slow and they always get every order wrong. There is a European lady eating glasses who is always rude and shouts at all the customers, she has no manners at all. She even shouted once and said to take delivery instead of dining in, she doesn’t let the children use the toilets even after you have paid for your order and starts moaning about opening the door. Before you finish your food she tries to tell you to hurry up and get out. How is the management employing such people. This branch needs proper management and investigation

This McDonald’s is not a place to bring your family, it’s just a base for Uber Eat Drivers… absolutely disgusting, I will never sit and eat in here again.

I have never seen that nice interior at McDonald's before. Very colourful and unique. Table service available. Toilets available upstairs and downstairs. A lot of customers , but me and my friend found available seats by the window. Very nice and helpful customer service, even though they are busy with helping other customers, always speak nice and can answer your questions too. Very satisfying. Good atmosphere. Good hygiene. Good spot.

East or West McDonald's is best. Good food, place to hang out, nice service. What else I can mention...it's everyone's Fav

before that, the Cheese Bacon flatbread was delicious and you look better. You didn't even have to wait 2 minutes for them to make them, because they are ready right away and it's even unpleasant to eat them with bread and little cheese with bacon

Rubbish Mcdonalds, ordered a breakfast muffin, egg was swimming in fat or oil

Getting orders wrong. Stuff not polite. Employees working in the kitchen not wearing cloves or hairnets on head and beard when preparing food.

They have no music, plus the chefs are not well trained, the food is cold and I didn't even get what I ordered. They take way too much time and not capable of handling the pressure. They don't provide paper napkins.

All the time when I order...items missing. The food cold and no fresh, I ordered few minutes ago some mozzarela dippers and the taste was bitter I think because of the oil...need to be change. I do not recommend 👎👎👎👎

They cannot pack food items properly to save their lives, numerous occasions delivery drivers tell us they are taking the P and not making orders so they are often late or arrive cold.

I recently visited McDonald's for breakfast and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I had ordered my meal to be served at the table, but several aspects of my visit were quite disappointing. Firstly, the cucumber in my meal was noticeably unfresh and had an unpleasant sticky texture. This was quite disappointing as I expected fresh ingredients in my meal, especially when dining at a well-known establishment like McDonald's. Moreover, I did not receive any napkins with my order. Napkins are a basic necessity, and their absence was inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, my visit to McDonald's for breakfast was not up to the standards I have come to expect from the brand. I hope that these issues can be addressed to ensure that future customers have a more enjoyable dining experience. in person it’s decent, however all the times i ordered food through ubereats or deliveroo, half of the chips are always missing.

Nice stuff. We enjoyed the food with my kids. The lady was very kind when I asked her for a cup of water. I will visit defenently again with my kids and colleagues ;)

Food was OK. But restaurant was organised chaos

I was given the wrong food in the drive through! Got all the way home then had to come back which was a pain! When I spoke to Hazif the training manager he was rude, angry and I think he tamper (something like spitting in it) with my new burger at the back, because the faces of the team looked concerned some laughing some worried! I asked for a refund as no way I could eat that feeling this way! No apology either he shouted at me if you don’t trust me please never come back to McDonald’s as I left right the way across the restaurant!

The manager Andrea charged me £1 for the free hot sauce?? She said this was for nuggets only but I have had it at multiple other McDonalds without having any nuggets so I didn’t know and would have otherwise brought nuggets instead of the chicken sandwich. Overall poor service. I expect more from a manager.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a number of years and been spending hundreds of £s very month, very disappointed with only one fat guy who usually works in the evening, he has no manners and no customer service skills looks like he was taken straight from Forest where he used to live like a dogs and looks like abused when he was little, he should be sacked and must not work in any McDonald’s branch unless Hez taught a very basic thing which is MANNERS!!!

This store staff treat customers like criminal if we just ask for extra tomato ketchup. They argue with the customer who buys regularly from them. Unprofessional staff. Especially the CREW TRAINNER.

My kids loves Mcdonald but Ilford one is always crowded and slow service

It's a bit chaotic, I visited on a couple of occasions when working nearby. I was paying cash so had to use a till, the staff were running around. The queuing system doesn't work as the layout is such that the deliveroo drivers, people waiting for their orders, those looking for seats and those waiting to order were in one place. Needs to be better organised as the self service tills filter everyone together

Got what I ordered chips a little cold and didn't get the dip that came with the cheese bites but the service was good

Atmosphere was horrible. Homeless people sleeping inside the restaurant and staff not able to move them along. Very scary for me and my children as the man was very aggressive didn't make for a relaxing bite to eat.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and the cheese tasted a bit funny and it gave me food poisoning.

Online it says they shut at 11:45 on a Sunday, so I turned up at 11:30 and it was shut with staff well underway cleaning. Not happy as I did a 15 min detour to get there. Could’ve at least posted it online to save my time. Thanks for not doing that. Really helpful. Wont be back
