German Doner Kebab in Redbridge

I orders OG kebab via phone call & went to the restaurant to upgrade the order as meal. The lady in reception she help me to order as a meal. However, there was two guy in the kitchen. One of the guy using left hand to make my kebab. Even he came from outside of the kitchen I can assumed came from toilet. It was look disgusting as I seen how he made my kebab & also the fries they give me old one It was left over . They just put the frier again to make it warm. The kebab by self was not tastes at all. I’m regular customers in German donner kebab but this time it disappointed me.

Do not order food delivery here. Appalling quantity. Hardly any meat when ordering a box of doner.

Staff was really friendly. Food came quickly and tasted good (Beef doner box with fries). Restaurant was clean. A lot of flashy advertisement. Plenty of menu options

Ordered extra meat but I didn't get it. Looking at the other reviews I am not the only person who had these issues

they never check what customer ordered when a customer had paid extra this is unacceptable and a formal complaint will be made to GDK

All the doners and paninis contained very little meat or chicken. The quality has gone down.

Missing items on order, need magnyfying glasses to find the doner, doner box and chips is actually "CHIP BOX", if I wanted so much chips I would have ordered just that or gone to a chippy, NOT WORTH IT !

Food was good but they missed an order item: the cheese bread that was part of the daylight deal I ordered.

Lamb spring roll burnt Chips are not cooked properly, still quiet solid inside, wraps were cold and had to put in the microwave. Not happy at all, seems like no care was put into the food at all.

The portions here are getting smaller over the years, the prices slowly rising. You only get 3 stars cos Uber delivers fast from your location. Too stingy with fries always forgetting sauce and inflating the kebab with salad. It isnt just this branch either all of them have been on this trend, but I am leaving the review on this one as we use it the most and its local.

Good was very delicious and reasonably priced, there was an offer as well but if you use the self service you can't apply it, you'll have to order at the till.

Never receive what I ordered, got a burger and chips. Instead of GDK

you can't enjoy a meal without sauces that supposed to come with it.

My favourite takeaway, delicious food and recently GDK Ilford added self service kiosks, made it even easier to place the order.

Everything is filthy here. It's more like street food. The meat was raw and I'm never coming back here.

Food was warm however it cooled quickly. Fries were spilt in the bag but other than that, very nice.

It’s totally damaged and everything messed up.. it’s my firsts order but disappointed at all..just waste of money..the fries were cold and uncooked, I need a refund for this, ask the driver to comeback and take the food back to the restaurant!!!!!

The food was very cold like freezing. OG Kebab bread was not tearing apart with a bite, It felt like eating chewing gum. I will never order food from here again.

The food was disgusting.Cold and no taste at all.Ordered before from Doner Kebab Ilford, but this time food was terrible.Also, delivery was so bad, took around 1 hour to prepare and deliver food, considering that we are living 10 mins away from the store.

Not really worth the money unfortunately. I'm just go to the nextdoor Cheat Meal, their burgers are way better than these doners. Loads of cabbage which is purple and other mambo Jambo, I mean come on people, £7.45 is not a joke, is it? You should check on these..

They didn’t provide the sauces which comes with box to give the chicken flavours. Not at all happy because didnt recieve what i expected . Stuff was missing … it was incomplete food. Ruined the whole mood.

The rong Item deliveri i been refusez to take the order because is not was mine. I been call to restaurant and they say to me they can do nothing about this and my order is in restaurant.

The quality of the food was not up to the mark. It was cold and the chicken also felt so bland. The chips were all cold.

There was no Extra Chicken, actually there was hardly any chicken and mainly salad. The fries were cold and scattered all in the bag. The food in general was cold. The cyclist did some other deliveries much further away and then bought our food on a slow cycle, really disappointed.

Don't order from them again! Every time when I'm ordering something from this restaurant they put totally different food in my order. The staff is not capable to read your order from the recipe.

This order was refused... turned up 40 mins later by a bloke on a bike in a bag for life.Food stone cold so refused.

the driver was not rude but not nice as well ... the delivery time was always changing was supposed to be max 30 min and it took nearly one hour and everything was cold ... OG was half filled and sloppy, wrap was soggy and the meat had a mild smell of going off (im a chef so i pay attention to detail) im absolutely disappointed and very angry with everything!

Very bad service they don't deliver your food they take it on the way and sign it is as delivered this is very bad. Just eats is the worst app ever. I don't advise any one to use it.

I even tried calling the restaurant to ask for an update on my food as it was getting very late but they don’t answer the phone at all. The food was stone cold, one of chips was the wrong order. I think the staff don’t deserve to work here. I went into their outlet before their closing time they said its closed and cant able to take orders and forced me to order via ubereats . Thenafter i was placing an order on uber while still waiting in their restaurant only . Another customer came after me and placed the order and they accepted the order and was making it successfully. And I informed the staff that she ordered after me just now so can i order from the screen . They said yes and after that there was a heated argument between the staffs and the front guy came and said sorry whatever u wanna order is out of stock . Like ssly i Manage restaurants too . Don't they how to deal with customers . Or i guess owner don't care or what of how to train the staff and just now i ordered again from uber eats to deliver it to my home. Now they have delivered the item whichever was out of stock . Please ask your staff members to behave and if not remove them from the job they don’t deserve.
