German Doner Kebab in Redbridge

The food was around 30 mins late and my guests had left by then. I then ate the food myself. Also one of the spring rolls were burnt and had to be thrown away.

Horrible service I ordered a waffle and I barely got any doner in my waffle brother this is a disgrace I'm crying I'm so sadddddddd

Food wasn’t up to par this time. Food was lukewarm. Cheesy Hash Brown Bites were utterly disappointing. We thought they’d be as described but they were just hash browns drizzled with cheese sauce. Awful!

THE DRIVER DID NOT DELIVER OUR FOOD AT ALL AND WROTE THAT HE DID. I HAD TO REORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS EXACT THING HAPPENED.

Disappointed that I ordered a gym box mix and I had just a small portion of beef. Not only did i spend more money I also received far less product. I'm not sure why they have ruined my order twice in a row now, once it was through ubereats and another was in person. Very questionable service considering there was only 1 other person there and it wasn't peak time at all, 2pm on a Friday afternoon.

Ordered a rice bowl and they put a tiny squirt of garlic sauce, i told them my rice is completely dry I can’t eat without sauce. She said I could have more ketchup but no chilli or garlic sauce. She would charge for chilli sauce. Imagine if Nando’s asked for more money every time you added sauce to your chicken or rice. Please don’t order the rice bowl it’s not worth the £8 the gym box comes with three sauces and is cheaper and healthier. I swallowed my rice with water. Staff are not bothered at all. She said no then went back to drinking her red bull.

awful, the order took so long to be delivered, i began driving to the restaurant myself to collect it, whilst doing so you guys finally found a driver, on top of that the food was cold

Been eating in this branch for 6 years always ordering the same. Been filled with salad and barely any meat.. what a drop in quality yet price keeps going up 🤦🏾‍♂️

The food is fine, but the customer service is terrible. I went there yesterday, and all the tables were very dirty. I asked for a table to be cleaned so I could eat, and the girl took a wet cloth and wiped the table, leaving it so wet that it was disgusting to sit down. I ended up having to wipe the table myself.

The food was amazing! Loved the OG sandwiches and the doughnut bites. Would’ve loved more sauces though! The delivery was on time and the driver was polite during handoff! Thank you.

Driver was very kind and respectful, the food was a bit cold but overall still very fresh and delicious.

We contacted the restaurant as it was getting late and app the was showing food is being prepared, but the restaurant person told already the courier was collected. And also mentioned the courier person didn't accept the order in front of him. And we requested restaurant to contact the delivery person and then the courier showed on its way and the food delivered around 22:52. Half an hour delay and the food become very cold as it delivered too late than the expected time.

the ETA for my food kept going up and up until i called the shop for them to say they didn’t receive an order. Then out of the blue 20 mins later my Driver is on my way. And he arrives with cold food

For £11 there is more fries that chicken, two bite and no chicken more fries, seriously not worth it

I am a regular customer and use different branches but twice in a row now I have been served refried chips in the Ilford branch. Instead of cooking you a fresh batch they just put the old ones back in the fryer and they come out really dry and crunchy and when served in a doner box meal completely ruin it as the texture is all wrong.

Big portions. Nice clean cut meat. Fresh salad. Sauces extra provided if you ask for it. Great service.

Hi I will like a refund as I didn't cancel my order. Your company did. I only wrote to let just eat know that I accidentally clicked on pick up, instead of delivering. The best you would have done is to let me know its not possible then allow me pick up my food my self since the day was too early. And you cancelled my order without my consent and wrote collected when I didn'tand I can prove that. Please I will like my refund Kindly credit my account and do the needful Thank you

Food of GDK is very nice in every branch but, the staff service is very bad specially back of the house they are not making food on time.they are using mobile phones, and taking with each other and doesn't focus on costumer order. I will never go to this branch next time. Because, they are waisting time of the costumer.

Food was really nice however , before bringing over the food the lady at the til said that you need to be finished eating at 10:30pm it was 10:09 pm forced me to say yes before food was brought over only to be constantly stared at when I was eating even though closing time is 11pm such bad attitude for so uncalled for , we could have easily went to the other doners on ilford lane.

Item missing extra added toppings, feta cheese and pickles

I orders OG kebab via phone call & went to the restaurant to upgrade the order as meal. The lady in reception she help me to order as a meal. However, there was two guy in the kitchen. One of the guy using left hand to make my kebab. Even he came from outside of the kitchen I can assumed came from toilet. It was look disgusting as I seen how he made my kebab & also the fries they give me old one It was left over . They just put the frier again to make it warm. The kebab by self was not tastes at all. I’m regular customers in German donner kebab but this time it disappointed me.

Missing items on order, need magnyfying glasses to find the doner, doner box and chips is actually "CHIP BOX", if I wanted so much chips I would have ordered just that or gone to a chippy, NOT WORTH IT !

Lamb spring roll burnt Chips are not cooked properly, still quiet solid inside, wraps were cold and had to put in the microwave. Not happy at all, seems like no care was put into the food at all.

The portions here are getting smaller over the years, the prices slowly rising. You only get 3 stars cos Uber delivers fast from your location. Too stingy with fries always forgetting sauce and inflating the kebab with salad. It isnt just this branch either all of them have been on this trend, but I am leaving the review on this one as we use it the most and its local.

My favourite takeaway, delicious food and recently GDK Ilford added self service kiosks, made it even easier to place the order.

It’s totally damaged and everything messed up.. it’s my firsts order but disappointed at all..just waste of money..the fries were cold and uncooked, I need a refund for this, ask the driver to comeback and take the food back to the restaurant!!!!!

Food was warm however it cooled quickly. Fries were spilt in the bag but other than that, very nice.

The food was very cold like freezing. OG Kebab bread was not tearing apart with a bite, It felt like eating chewing gum. I will never order food from here again.

The food was disgusting.Cold and no taste at all.Ordered before from Doner Kebab Ilford, but this time food was terrible.Also, delivery was so bad, took around 1 hour to prepare and deliver food, considering that we are living 10 mins away from the store.
