Cold wings. Hot holding area was left open the entire time my visit. Person serving was disrespectful. Chips was dark in colour. Oil hasn’t been changed. Not happy at all. Also very noisy and dirty environment. Tables very dirty and lots of mess all across the floor

I’ve always had dixys, this particular one in ILFORD lane is giving it a bad name, very poor quality food, if dixy owners are reading this please look in to this branch as this branch is giving your franchise a bad name

Good was cold, the spicy wrap was not spicy at all I think they must have added bland chicken and not the spicy chicken 😩

Great place to eat if you’re a rat! If you want moldy, cold dirty food this is the place to be! Food so awful not even the starving foxes outside will touch! 5 stars review for the sewage I ordered! However, If you’re a human and expect a decent meal worth your money, avoid this place.

The worst branch is in illford . They treat the customers like the beggar and in very inappropriate way . And if they give you half hour to pick the food then expect 1:30 mins for your food to be picked and even they won’t listen you

I never tasted strips saw salted . They were very very salted and the wings samw and the chicken popcorn. I dont know why they put that much salt

Today especially came from Forest Gate to have the dixy food , I recommend my friend to come and taste their unique flavour, however when we order chicken wings bucket we found it disgusting, very bad smell was coming , upon complaining they start making excuses , totally disappointed with the service and food . Not recommended at all

We ordered veggie classic but after reaching when we opened it was chicken pizza. Unfortunately we noticed after first bite and it was so shocking, we starightway went back and they just asked to change it with new veggie pizza. I mean really these people did not even bother that what is non veg for a vegetarian person on religious ground. Pathetic. They were like okay after just exchanging it with new pizza.

After waiting over an hour for the food (restaurant is within half a mile from our house), the chicken burger was pink and hard in the middle. Just at the bun and cheese. Won't be ordering from this restaurant again. I'm not happy about the detour the delivery person took either, but the courier was polite when he did arrive.

Perfect place for a takeaway on Ilford lane, their fried chicken is perfect, excellent service, very tidy and clean atmosphere, respect to the bossman always.

The person’s (marked in picture) was behaving very rude. He needs to learn how to speak with someone. I was with my wife and he was speaking rudely. Other than him the staff was good and food too.

I ordered basic food which took really long to deliver and the time kept changing to longer when it arrived it was all too cold to eat and as I was at work I had no way of reheating it.

I live work near by dixy and oftenly go there for lunch. I always had wonderful experiences and food quality is good as well. Costumer service is excellent especially the man with beard and tatoo on the arm he always treats warmly.

Dixy Chicken! The food is finger-lickin' good! 🍗 The chicken is always juicy and flavorful, and their spicy wings are a must-try. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The only thing I would say is that the seating area can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, I highly recommend Dixy Chicken for some tasty and affordable chicken dishes! 😋👌 The uncle over here is really amazing the way he greets his customers is what every restaurant should learn i can give more than 5 STARS

Food is okay chips soggy but I always get the food they will make fresh eg spicy chicken wrap or zinger burger since they make that fresh although it takes time it’s still value of money

I had an outstanding experience at Dixy Chicken on Ilford Lane. The customer service was top-notch, and the chicken always tasted fresh and delicious. The pizzas were especially amazing. The staff never failed to greet me with joy and happiness during every visit. I would confidently give them a five-star rating.

Went recently with my little kids who were very upset however the man at the tills who was serving was so kind and generous to the kids making them laugh and generally was so generous to the handful of customers that had come whilst I was there. The food was ok nothing out of the ordinary but the service was amazing! I requested for only leg pieces for the kids and the man serving accommodated for my needs which is very rare in a chicken shop. Will definitely be a place I will remember for the amazing service!

Came to order a zinger burger as i always do and it was very fresh and nice. The uncle working in the morning is very nice all the time with great customer service! My go to order has always been zinger burger and wings and it never disappoints.

The fries were over cooked and the burgers were cold.

When I say the service was amazing it really is amazing, the workers were so nice and the food was very nice

Pizza arrived completely damaged. Cheese had completely slid off as box wasn’t held straight.

Bas experience and the person who stand by morning call the people as boss was very terrible 😡 and even I had gone night time for food one day customer service is so bad they don't know English and the so called person who takes the bill and the person who prepare the pizza is very rude behaviour. Taste is not satisfactory compared to the price money gone no matter but the thing is to make the customer to be yours by taking there orders politely. The most rude guy I have seen in the whole Ilford was the pizza guy and the till guy who takes money

Chicken fillet was cold and dry, fillets are getting smaller. Roll was dry and hard. Waste of money, poor quality. Used to be so much better years ago.

I was waiting there for more than 15 minutes but nobody took my order . That was really bad experience for me, I would never recommend it anyone.

They never told me on the app when it will come and I just got a random call from the driver saying he’s outside and I checked the app it said still getting made so I was unready and don’t get me started on the food I only got 3 wings when I ordered 6 no chips and a 7up when I didn’t want that and the burger worse for last there was no sauce on it it was so dry I had to put my own sauce I have no words to explain what I just had but clearly never ordering from there again.

Half of my order was missing and they tried to blame it on the delivery man when they simply forgot to add it to the bag. In order to get the rest of my order I would have to make another order plus pay for the delivery and service fee. 5 stars to the delivery man for his patience and understanding while I called the store for sort out the matter.

Very poor hygiene. Did not use tongs. Used their hands instead to handle food. This is really bad I’m not even sure how this is actually rated a food safety establishment. The owner was serving and he was eating food and then coming out and serving without cleaning his hands, staff we’re dressed, terribly and dirty and on top of that, the fans for the extraction were not working the entire place was smoked up and smelt horrible of gas. This place was very very very poor. I’m not even sure how the council has allowed this place to still be open and charging the amount of money they charge for food without providing the service. This place is an absolute disgrace .

I’ve had the most embarrassing experience in front of my 5 year old kid We’ve asked the bearded guy on counter for certain part of chicken due to allergies of my son but he refused saying u cannot choose I explained about allergies and asked to give 2 thigh peice and and 1 of his choice he replied (you can go and try another shop) I’ve explained him that I bought many times from dixy and as far as they have availability they always give it, he replied if I gave you everyone will come and start asking the piece of their Choice, really my son still can’t get over it was crying and asking y this guy doesn’t wanna serve us 😞

Avoid!!! Doesn’t even deserve that one star! The beard guy who claims to be the owner has no manners at all how to deal with customers. Due to my nephew’s allergy I asked for 3 chicken thigh pieces which he refused straight away and said due to company policy we are allowed only one piece and mix and match. I agreed for 2 pieces and one of his choice but he said no and we can go buy somewhere else! We left and went to Kentucky chicken down the road and asked for 3 thigh pieces chicken which was served straight away with no fuss! Wouldn’t recommend Ilford Lane Dixy at all. Their customer service is rubbish and they should close down very soon or go get some training!

The kebab meal was saturated in dirty cooking oil the bottom of the box was saturated with a pool of oil insect enough for a insect to swim and drown in. Told the manager my opinion after he ask me how was the food told him the above and hope I don't get a cardiac arrest. End up having food poisoning the next day. Won't be going back paying 7 pounds to to risk a heart attack and being ill toilet bound. The manager was also rude when paying no manners, poor body language, the chicken was not cooked you could see the redness on the chicken, and had to spit out the chicken because I couldn't chew it. Very poor customer service and quality of food.

Ordered two burger meals for £10 - the size of the burgers? Literally the size of the KFC mini fillet burger. Absolutely avoid and is a huge rip off.

Ordered a pizza. The bottom was literally covered in black stuff and looked slightly mouldy. Took the pizza back to the place and they admitted their mistake but refused to give back money whatsoever. Only offered another pizza but I refused as I don't want food poisoning.

The worst fast food place ever seen in my life. Smells owful, very dirty grounds, and the most ugliest person ever dealt with. I visited this place today to buy a meal for my daughter but the man who took the order was so mean when I asked him how pieces of chicken wings and naggets do give for one pound? And he answered back as if I was begging him for food! He said what one pound what can you get for one pound, he didn't even give me the chance to finish my order and after that he just left us waiting after he took our order and the money from us and went speaking and laughing to some of his colleagues. After some time another one showed up to ask me what did I order!!!!!!! I hate you dixy from the button of my heart and will never eat or allow my kids to from your place😡 Also, the food tastes horrible!!!!

I ordered chicken wings from there and I got to say it was absolutely horrible. The amount of salt in the wings were ridiculous. I'm not sure how the staff/owner are giving these out to customers. I literally felt my kidneys cry for help with the first bite. I can't really comment on anything else as I only tried the wings.
