Thought try something different so was a big mistake - Food was tasteless . Don’t even get me started on the whole chicken was dry and no flavour. Burgers was just fried and was just slapped in -Very disappointing…

Amazing guy. Came last minute and haven’t ate all day. They just about to close and I asked is there anything. The man ran across the road and passed me 30 wings and chips. And didn’t ask for a penny. It is a really nice and kind gesture. Good food

Excellent service Good quality food

Pretty poor quality overall. Wings under-seasoned, and dry. Fries pale and soggy. Burger limp, soggy, and overloaded with mayo. Unfortunately, we couldn’t finish the meal, and very unlikely to order again.

Rather disappointed, always order from zing, this time missed 6 wings, my drink, sauces and tissues, never been this disappointed from zing

Ahh. This place used to be soo great and had so much potential. The food did, and still does taste amazing. But ever since these new guys started working here service and quality has been shocking. - Overcharging for small portion sizes. - Talking in their language while looking directly at you. - Talking constantly (without masks) and sometimes eating while standing over your food. -Ridiculous wait time for food. Do I even need to carry on.. haven’t gone here for 3 weeks and will not be coming back.

I be in coming to this shop since I was little and today i was craving donner. I bought the donner with naan and the amount donner I got wasn’t worth the £5 I paid. I was left hungry after eating my food and asked my brother to buy some chips and wings for me from another shop I did call up and tell the person at the front that I received less and he did give me another box of donner.

Great fresh and tasty as usual. Live the chilli sauce.

Friendly staff providing good service however food is mediocre. Other places such as Dixy’s have much better tasting chips. The burger is a good size with an ample portion of appropriately seasoned chicken.

The Doner was dry, chewy and the edges were hard. The chips were not upto the usual standards either.

After ordering the food, I then realised it was for collections only and I wanted delivered food, as I was at work. I ring them to ask for delivery, they said no deliveries until the evening, so I said I needed to cancel order because needed food to be delivered. They saw where I was and said they would deliver this time, so many thanks for that 👍

The service was fast, but the food in particular the wings and chips meal gave me a upset stomach and indigestion. Horrible food, good service and the atmosphere was riddled with flies and no eat in options. Go forward instead of backwards then you might go somewhere for customer satisfaction. Idiots.

I ordered a grilled burger meal and trust me it was really a good burger! Surprised to why the place it so empty. I’d definitely recommend this place and come here often.

The chips are amazing. Burger is nice. But every time I get wings they are always pink and raw. No joke. Every time. But nice people.

Used to be a good place before. Pricy compared to others. Wanted doner with fresh naan bread but was advised that they don’t do fresh naans anymore. So was suggested doner with chips. Purchased 3 of them. Came home realised only 15 to 20% were actual meat doner and the rest was packed with cheap fries. Generally, it is a clean place, but the food was a rip-off, rather disappointing. I will not going there anymore.

Don’t come here doesn’t listen to your instructions like they are deaf I ask them for sauce tub they put it on the chips like Wth and the prices are way to much not a good shop 🖕🏼🖕🏼

Been a customer here for years. The delivery driver was harassing me for £1, saying wrong menu pricing online, wow.

Poor quality unfortunately. Purchased a 2x fillet burger meal and 9 wings. The chicken was oily and not crispy, looked old and seasoning was tasteless, the chips were soggy on arrival and was the cheap kind. Its a £3 meal thats priced at £7.50, the wings were small and oily. At most a £2 box charged at £5. It's not great, if you're going to mark up a price at least make sure the quality justifies it.

Scheduled time to arrive they sent the food an hour early by the time friends actually arrived it was cold no one really ate.

I ordered a large meal from this place. Food taste - Full of flavour and well portioned. Service - excellent manners, provided food on time and piping hot when I got home. Presentation - really clean and used good quality packaging. The food was not too greasy and everything was well placed. Overall, I give this place a very high score for a chicken shop! Top staff, great food and a quality experience!! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

The donner is probably one of the best in the area, this is my regular go to place. The wings are also really good too - my tip would be place in air fryer for 5mins for a really crispy taste!

From this shop you only go for them wings and chilli sauce. One of the Best wings about and naga chilli sauce in the ends. Amazing!! Good thing they accept card now which is a bonus.

Standard chicken and chips shop. Stingy with sauces even after ordering 3 meals got one measly tiny tub of chilli sauce?!! Extras are charged at 50p?

Donner was like plastic, not much flavour and small portion for what you pay. Chicken felt like it was sitting there for hours and was cold/dry.

Hiked up their prices significantly... even their small pots of sauce has gone from 20p to 50p which is 250% rise in price. When asked why i was told 'the cost of the sauce pots have gone up' - utter rubbish! Some of their meals are more expensive than what you can get on Just Eat! Now they have started top refry old chips which makes the tasted disgusting and become very greasy! Ridiculous!

We ordered toward the end of the night, was unfortunately given leftover/old food. everything was refried and greasy, so oily yet stale. Donner was flavourless, as was everything else. all had a greasy reheated taste. Very disappointed and they were stingy with sauces even though we ordered 5+ meals.

The best fried chicken takeaway shop in Gants Hill. They always serve high standard of fast food. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The shop is very clean and hygienic. The price is reasonable. Their chilli sauce is amazing in one word.

Except for the wings and chips, the chicken meat tasted off! Like is was re-heated. It was chewy and made us all I’ll. We order from this restaurant ALOT! This is the second time the quality of food that’s been delivered is so bad that we threw away half eaten food!
